Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah (studi pada nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi). Objek yang digunakan adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2021 pada bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah hal ini dibuktikan melalui pengujian uji f yaitu fhitung > ftabel atau 75,867 > 2,702 dengan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 0,701, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% yang artinya menunjukkan nilai keputusan menjadi nasabah dipengaruhi oleh nilai pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi dan kualitas pelayanan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,9% nilai keputusan menjadi nasabah dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of minimum wages and population on the unemployment rate in Jambi Province in the period 2019-2023. The method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results of the study indicate that partially, minimum wages and population do not have a significant effect on the unemployment rate in Jambi Province. However, simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on the unemployment rate. This finding indicates that employment policies must not only consider increasing minimum wages, but also create more productive jobs and adjust labor market needs to population growth. Therefore, the government is expected to implement a more comprehensive policy to reduce the unemployment rate

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah organik di lingkungan permukiman padat seperti Kelurahan Tamamaung dan Pa’baeng-baeng Kota Makassar menjadi salah satu isu utama yang berdampak pada kesehatan dan sanitasi lingkungan. Sampah kulit jeruk yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan, dapat diolah menjadi ecoenzym yang memiliki manfaat sebagai desinfektan alami sekaligus pengendali nyamuk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat ecoenzym dari kulit jeruk yang dapat digunakan untuk mensterilkan ruangan dan mencegah perkembangbiakan nyamuk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pelatihan secara langsung kepada kader dan masyarakat setempat, dengan total peserta sebanyak 40 orang. Proses pembuatan ecoenzym dilakukan dengan fermentasi kulit jeruk, gula merah, dan air selama 90 hari (3 bulan) dalam wadah tertutup. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre dan post test terhadap 40 peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan peserta, dari sebelumnya 62,5% dalam kategori kurang menjadi 95% dalam kategori baik setelah pelatihan. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesadaran masyarakat akan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga serta membuka peluang pemanfaatan ecoenzym sebagai produk ramah lingkungan yang dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that the number of customers for gold pawn products is not as many as other products issued by the sharia pawnshop UPS Simpang Mayang. There were very few customers who used this product at the start of the interview. The problem in this research is what obstacles are faced by the sharia pawn shop UPS Simpang Mayang Jambi in marketing gold pawn products and what is the marketing strategy for gold pawn products in increasing the number of customers. This research is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature with primary data sources and secondary data. In collecting research data using observation and documentation interview techniques. The marketing strategy at the Sharia pawnshop ups Simpang Mayang Jambi applies a marketing mix, namely product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy. The price strategy and location strategy are good because the prices given by Pegadaian have been determined by the head office, whereas for the location strategy before Pegadaian Syariah ups Simpang Wayang Jambi was established, a survey was carried out first but the product survey and promotional survey were not good because Pegadaian Syariah ups Simpang Mayang Jambi has not been optimal and introducing the product as well as the marketing strategy needs to improve promotional strategies to increase the number of customers, for example conducting outreach to the public

Abstract

This study discusses the sharia marketing strategy implemented by tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs in Mandiangin Timur District to increase sales. This research method uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategy implemented by tofu/tempeh businesses in Mandiangin Timur District is a marketing mix, namely a mix of product, price, promotion and location determination. Consistent product quality, such as hygiene and innovation, is key to attracting and retaining consumers. Flexible pricing allows entrepreneurs to adapt to market conditions, while promotions that utilize social media and traditional methods help expand market reach. Choosing a strategic location also plays an important role in distribution efficiency and business sustainability. From an Islamic economic perspective, the marketing strategy of tofu and tempeh businesses in Mandingin Timur District applies Islamic marketing and the principles of Islamic marketing, namely shiddiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), fatanah (intelligent/leadership) and tabligh (communication).

Abstract

The research was aimed at examining the extent to which the Realistic Mathematics Learning (RME) model rooted in local Batak cultural knowledge was able to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts. A total of twenty eighth-grade students from Istiqlal Deli Tua Private Junior High School participated in this research which used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of one group pretest-posttest. The research instrument was a geometry concept test in the context of Batak culture. Data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test, N-Gain analysis, and homogeneity and normality tests. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of mathematical concepts, with an average score of 57.25 in the pretest to 86 in the posttest. The Paired Sample T-Test showed a statistically significant difference between before and after the application of the learning model with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The average N-Gain score of 0.6940 placed the majority of students (60%) in the moderate improvement category, while the other 40% experienced a high increase. Thus, the Batak culture-based realistic mathematics learning approach has proven effective in deepening students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Research recommends utilizing local cultural knowledge as a learning resource to provide more relevant and meaningful mathematics learning for students.

Abstract

According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2021), neonatal deaths reached 20,154, primarily caused by low birth weight (LBW). Medical records at H. Boejasin Hospital revealed a significant increase in LBW births, from 52 (15.6%) in 2022 to 87 in 2023. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between maternal anemia, age, and parity with low birth weight (LBW) at H. Boejasin Hospital. This analytical descriptive study employed a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 379 newborns at H. Boejasin Hospital in 2023 using secondary data, this data uses Chisquer analysis. The results showed that 23% of newborns had LBW, while 37.3% of mothers had anemia. Mothers under 20 or over 35 years old accounted for 31.4%, and those with high-risk parity (1 and >3) comprised 25.5%. Bivariate analysis revealed significant relationships between maternal anemia (p-value < 0.001) and age (p-value = 0.009) with LBW, but no association between parity and LBW (p-value = 0.221). There is an association between anemia and age in laboring mothers with the incidence of Low Birth Weight (LBW) at RSUD H. Boejasin. Pregnant women should understand risk factors and prevention strategies for LBW to mitigate its occurrence.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Cervical cancer is cancer that grows in the cervix, originating from the epithelium, or outer surface layer of the cervix, and 99.7% is caused by the HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) virus. The most commonly identified HPV viruses in cervical cancer are HPV types 16 and 18. Data from the Banjarmasin City Health Office states that of the 27 health centers spread throughout the city of Banjarmasin in 2023, Puskesmas Pemurus Dalam is ranked 18th with a target of 220 HPV immunization for 5th grade elementary school children who get immunized 181 people (82.3%) below the Banjarmasin City target of 95%. Objectives: Identifying the provision of HPV immunization, identifying maternal knowledge and analyzing the relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of HPV immunization at Pemurus Dalam Health Center in 2024. Method: Using cross sectional method. The population is all mothers who have daughters in grade 5 SD in the Pemurus Dalam Health Center area with a total of 220 people with a quota sampling technique sample of 69 people. Analysis used with the Chi-Square test Results: Of the 69 respondents who did not get HPV immunization as many as 39 people (56.5%), and poor maternal knowledge as many as 29 people (42.1%) This study shows there is a relationship with the results of statistical tests obtained P-Value 0.003. Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of HPV immunization at Pemurus Dalam Health Center in 2024. Keywords: HPV Immunization, Maternal Knowledge

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, lifestyle, and Islamic branding on purchasing decisions both simultaneously and partially, and to determine the most dominant variable. The subjects of the study were all consumers of the Purnama Moslem Store who had purchased Rabbani products, totaling 96 respondents. Considering the unknown population size, a purposive sampling method was used in determining the sample in this study using the Lemeshow formula technique for sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously price, product quality, lifestyle, and Islamic branding have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Islamic branding has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among these variables, Islamic branding is the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of environmental accounting (green accounting) in waste management at RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the hospital has initiated basic steps in applying environmental accounting, such as waste segregation, recording operational costs, and collaborating with third parties for hazardous waste (B3) management. However, environmental costs are not yet classified separately in the financial reports, and there is no integrated reporting system that reflects all categories of environmental costs as outlined by Hansen and Mowen. The main obstacles include limited technology, lack of internal regulations, and insufficient staff training. Despite these challenges, RSUD Raden Mattaher has shown initial commitment through the preparation of work and budget plans (RKA), internal reporting, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This study concludes that the implementation of environmental accounting at RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi still needs to be strengthened to achieve accountable, transparent, and sustainable waste management
