Abstract

This study tries to compare the housing loan financing system between commercial banks and Islamic banks. The purpose of this comparison is to find out the differences in the housing loan financing system by Bank Mandiri KCP Majalaya and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as samples. Many people know that conventional banks use interest rates which are used as interest and Islamic banks do not use them. This analysis compares the conditions that apply, the Housing Loan process is implemented, the Akad or Initial Requirements, Installment Calculations, and the care of customers who are late paying or paying prematurely. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the comparison of lending to Mandiri Conventional Banks and Murabahah Financing at Indonesian Sharia Banks has many similarities in the procedures and requirements files. It's just that the Akad/agreement aspect has a difference. Conventional Banks fully use the Interest System. Meanwhile, Islamic Banks apply a Murabahah Contract with a profit sharing system from service profits and real transactions.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover the approach and outcomes of efforts to enhance traditional dance and music skills in children through education and training. Art is considered an integral part of human life, including in the development of children. Aside from having aesthetic value, art also has the potential to stimulate children's creativity. Art education for children is regarded as a foundational element of the national education process, aimed at developing potential in various aspects such as cognitive, linguistic, artistic, moral, religious, motoric, and socio-emotional domains. One way to stimulate motoric development in children is through learning dance art, which can influence both gross and fine motor development. However, motoric abilities depend on each child's level of maturity. The approach used in this research involves two main aspects: formal and non-formal education.

Abstract

Murabahah is an agreement for the sale and purchase of an item where the seller states the selling price which consists of the cost price and a certain level of profit on the item where the selling price is agreed to by the buyer.  The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the issue of murabahah financing in sharia banking. This research examines the banking sector in Indonesia as the focus of the study, especially in terms of solving practical operational problems through exploratory investigations. Three customers and three sharia bank employees were tested in the study material in Bank BJBS KCP Arcamanik's sharia banking research. The Sharia Supervisory Board has carried out good supervision and must carry out strict supervision so that murabahah financing is carried out in accordance with this concept. This is so that murabahah financing which is the foundation for sharia banking financing can continue to exist and not damage the reputation or image of sharia banking.

Abstract

Indonesia, a Muslim-majority country, strives to optimize its social welfare programs. While the 1945 Constitution guarantees social rights and Islamic principles provide guidance, there is a gap in exploring how these can be better aligned. This research aims to explore how social rights in the 1945 Constitution (Chapter XIV) can be aligned with the Dharuriyat al-Khams (five essential human needs) by Shatibi to strengthen social welfare programs. The research employed a qualitative approach using a literature study and thematic analysis method by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion/ verification of primary and secondary data. The research findings demonstrate that the 1945 Constitution, particularly Chapter XIV, guarantees social welfare rights and obligates the government to fulfill them, the Dharuriyat al-Khams, introduced by Imam Shatibi, is part of the maqashid shariah (objectives of Islamic law) that aims to achieve social welfare by fulfilling five basic human needs, substantively, these two concepts synergize and can be effectively integrated to strengthen social welfare programs in Indonesia. This research enriches the discourse on Islamic economics in strengthening programs and addressing social welfare issues, particularly concerning essential human rights in Muslim-majority countries.

Abstract

Before Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy, Indonesian fiqh was predominantly characterized by a rigid and blind imitation (taqlid) rigidly adopting interpretations from Islamic schools in regions such as the Hijaz, Egypt, and India. These foreign teachings often lacked relevance to Indonesia's cultural context, causing friction between Islamic jurisprudence and local customary law (hukum adat). In response, Hasbi developed an Indonesian fiqh that integrated local traditions, aligning with the national motto Bhineka Tunggal Ika, which UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres praised as crucial for a harmonious future in Southeast Asia. This approach fosters unity through the respectful recognition of cultural diversity. This study explores how sustaining Bhineka Tunggal Ika can be achieved through religious moderation based on Indonesian fiqh, particularly focusing on Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy. Employing qualitative research, the study utilized a literature review and thematic content analysis through four steps: data collection (gathering relevant information), data reduction (filtering out irrelevant data), data display (visually organizing key themes), and inference (synthesising findings to address research questions). This study reveal that Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy's Indonesian fiqh approach strengthens religious moderation by integrating universal Islamic principles with local traditions and promoting peaceful conflict resolution, while being consistent with national regulations-Presidential Regulation 58/2023 and Minister of Religion Regulation 3/2024-that promote unity in diversity and foster social cohesion in Indonesia. Therefore, Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy's Indonesian fiqh modernizes Islamic law by integrating maslahah (public welfare) and urf (cultural practices), moving beyond rigid taqlid, and deserves recognition as a vital source for strengthening religious moderation and sustaining Bhineka Tunggal Ika in Indonesia.

Abstract

KKN Sisdamas (community empowerment system) is the service of students to the community to help existing programs in an area. The Sisdamas KKN organized by UIN SGD Bandung this year has many basic programs such as nationality, tolerance, anti-violence and local culture. This research focuses on basic national and local cultural programs as well as strengthening programs, namely the empowerment of preaching and psychological education. According to history, education has existed for a long time and has been applied in social life by humans. Humans should make education an absolute necessity, because humans can develop and progress as they are now without education. On the other hand, education is a primary need which of course is very functional for the continuity of human life, with education humans can have social relationships and can develop and foster mental readiness which will later shape a person's character. In Indonesia itself, education is regulated by the state and attendance at all levels of education is mandatory for every Indonesian citizen. Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education and Higher Education are the four levels of education in Indonesia. Article 31 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the 1945 Constitution which states that everyone is obliged to be educated and obtain education and the state is obliged to charge fees if there are people who are unable to pay for them, mentions all of that. Because education is regulated in law, of course all citizens must obey and comply with these regulations. However, there are factors that cause citizens to not comply with the rules regarding education, the factor that most often arises is economic factors, with a lack of funds to pursue a complete education, this will give rise to the urge to drop out of school or a lack of interest in studying. In this article, we will discuss measures that can be taken to increase a person's interest in learning and be able to complete education, both formal and non-formal education.
