Abstract

This study aims to design teaching materials for Insya' subjects and explain the design process and its outcomes. The research method used was Design-Based Research (DBR), which belongs to Research and Development (RD) and consists of four stages: problem identification and analysis, solution design, iterative testing cycles, and final reflection. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with both quantitative and qualitative analysis applied. The results show two main findings: first, the teaching materials design goes through three stages, namely setting objectives, setting materials, and formulating evaluations. Second, the outcomes that have been designed were stated to be 'good' category.

Abstract

In the realm of education, kitab (Islamic text) material is crucial for students as it serves as both a foundation and provision for their religious understanding. In this context, Madrasah Diniyah Al-Mardliyah addresses this by designing a learning approach based on kitab mastery. This learning method is primarily aimed at ensuring that every student not only comprehends the kitab material but also masters it deeply in accordance with the established curriculum. Therefore, this study focuses on kitab mastery learning and its advantages and disadvantages at Madrasah Al-Mardliyah Pamekasan. Through observation, interviews, and documentation, the following data were obtained: The principles of learning at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Mardliyah include in-depth understanding, continuous evaluation, as well as remedial and enrichment programs. The learning process encompasses orientation, presentation, structured exercises, guided exercises, and independent exercises, with evaluation conducted through the Sorogan and Tamrin systems. The advantages of kitab mastery learning include enhancing learning efficiency, providing equal opportunities, and fostering positive attitudes among students. However, its drawbacks are that it requires a long time, professional teachers, and high operational costs. This madrasah has successfully implemented mastery learning through detailed planning, the application of various teaching methods, and regular evaluations.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengadopsi berbagai program strategis dalam upaya memajukan sektor industri dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian. Salah satunya melalui program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja. Program ini memiliki potensi besar untuk memberikan dampak positif pada pertumbuhan sektor industri dan administrasi kepegawaian, tetapi perlu dievaluasi secara menyeluruh untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan strategisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi Program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja bidang industri melalui penerapan rencana strategis dalam efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian. Tujuan utama adalah untuk memahami dampak program ini pada pertumbuhan sektor industri, efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian, dan dampaknya pada masyarakat dan perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen, penelusuran literatur, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang penerapan rencana strategis dalam program-program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja. Penelitian ini juga mengintegrasikan data sebelum dan sesudah program untuk membandingkan dampak program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan rencana strategis memiliki peran kunci dalam mengarahkan program-program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja, mengukur kinerja, dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian. Program-program yang sesuai dengan rencana strategis cenderung lebih berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan strategisnya. Dampak positif juga terlihat dalam pertumbuhan sektor industri, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan kontribusi pada perekonomian nasional.

Abstract

The existence of cyberspace has not only changed human views on spirituality, religion, rituals, houses of worship, scriptures, spiritual teachers, beliefs, divinity, and even the view of god itself. Cyberspace opens up the possibility to carry out various religious activities in a new way that is artificial or virtual. Literature review, as part of the scientific approach, focuses on the literature of journal articles, books, monographs that discuss themes based on keywords related to the research conducted. A new cyber vision of God is developing, which is now seen as a projection or incarnation of humanity (mind, intelligence, power) in the form of computer simulations that are considered to have power close to god's power. This is the vision of man as his own god developed by cyberists, a man who is no longer willing to submit to the authority of power beyond his own power - god man.

Abstract

The Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) organization was established on Rajab 16, 1344 (January 31, 1926), initiated by Hadratussyaikh KH. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari in Surabaya, Indonesia. NU, whose age has turned a century (one hundred years), considers that the understanding and mastery of literacy and technology in the digital era possessed by the Nahdliyin (the citizens affiliated to or members of NU) and the Indonesian general public occupy a fundamental position. It is not only within the scope of religion but also socio-political, cultural education, intolerance, stereotypes, radicalism, and terrorism threatening the unity and peace of the international world, the Indonesian nation, and the Nahdliyin in particular. This study employed the Q-DAS (Qualitative Data Analysis Software) approach incorporating a combined model of literature review and netnography on the “TVNU” YouTube channel, social media accounts of ulama (Kyai) of Nahdlatul Ulama, and moderate Islamic websites managed by cyber and network teams affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama. The present research aimed to observe and analyze the role of NU as the main actor in reorganizing and creating harmony in humankind and realizing world peace by strengthening literacy in the digital era to commemorate the centenary of its establishment.

Abstract

In various regions of Indonesia, cultural communication disputes are frequent, and the very existence of culture serves as a symbol for preserving that culture. Differences in beliefs are the source of conflict during cultural inculturation at the Saparan Bekakak traditional event; as a result, communication issues need to be resolved for the sake of culture, existence, and sustainability. The Ambarketawang Village, Sleman Regency, residents, and the village government were interviewed, observed, and documented in this descriptive qualitative research method. First, this study found community conflicts over how the Saparan Bekakak traditional event made communicating difficult for people with different cultural beliefs. Second, differences in interpretation of the Saparan Bekakak event make cultural inculturation a problem; third, the non-verbal arguments that arise from the symbols used in the traditional Saparan Bekakak event; fourth, the village government's role as an arbitrator or communicator in resolving Saparan Bekakak-related communication disputes. The disagreement over communication will be resolved, preventing any misinterpretation of meaning and preserving the traditional culture of Saparan Bekakak.

Abstract

This study explores the predictive relationship between santri (students in Islamic boarding schools, pesantren) engagement and their attachment to caregivers. Drawing upon a sample of 99 santris (65 males and 34 females) from a boarding school for students aged 10 to 20 years (M = 15.75, SD = 2.16), this research employs convenience sampling and sophisticated questionnaire analysis. Applying the graded response model (GRM) for calibration, the study precisely estimated the santris' scale scores of engagement and attachment, which were subsequently analyzed through regression to examine the predictive capacity of attachment to caregiver on student engagement. Results indicated a significant relationship (b = 0.43, p < 0.01), emphasizing the importance of attachment to caregivers in predicting santri engagement within the pesantren context. The application of GRM enhanced the precision of scaling attachment and engagement. It bolstered the regression analysis's validity, confirming the hypothesis that caregiver attachment can reliably predict student engagement in boarding school settings.

Abstract

Proses komunikasi selalu bersinkronisasi dengan budaya dan tradisi suatu wilayah. Semakin kaya budaya dan tradisi yang dimiliki oleh suatu daerah, maka media komunikasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakatnya akan beragam pula. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang terbatas pada usaha-usaha mengungkapkan suatu masalah atau keadaan atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya sehingga bersifat sekedar mengungkapkan fakta (fact finding). Hasil penelitian ini ditekankan untuk membentuk gambaran secara objektif tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya dari objek instrumen Wayang Timplong. Kesenian Wayang Timplong yang keberadaannya telah menjadi ikon Kota Angin di masa lalu hingga perlahan tereduksi oleh gelombang kapitalalisme yang menjadikan dunia tanpa kearifan. Wayang Timplong lahir melalui pergulatan panjang sebagai media komunikasi klasik yang menghadirkan berbagai fungsi seperti, penyampai informasi, pengajaran, religi maupun pendidikan moral yang berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan tradisional. The communication process is always synchronized with the culture and traditions of a region. The richer the culture and traditions of a region, the communication media used by its people will also vary. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is research that is limited to efforts to reveal a problem or situation or event as it is so that it is just revealing facts (fact finding). The results of this research are emphasized to form an objective picture of the actual state of the Wayang Timplong instrument object. The art of Wayang Timplong, whose existence has become an icon of the City of Winds in the past, is slowly being reduced by the waves of capitalism that make the world without wisdom. Wayang Timplong was born through a long struggle as a classic communication medium that presents various functions such as conveying information, teaching, religion and moral education based on traditional wisdom values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between social support and toxic relationships on the psychological well-being of students. The subjects of this study were students at the age of adolescents, namely vulnerable aged 19-25 years with male participants amounting to 24.3% and women amounting to 75.7% and the total respondents were 74. This research instrument, uses the scale of social support, the scale of toxic relationships, and the scale of psychological well-being. So that we found the results of the study that explained, that the calculation of each variable using Rstudio tools related to between variables and the results showed that the correlation between the variables of Psychology, well-being, and social support was -0.08 and was negative, which means that the two variables had a negative relationship. The correlation between toxic relationships and social support is 0.16, which means that both variables have a positive relationship. So it can be known that the psychology of well-being and social support have no relationship while toxic relationships and social support are relationships experienced by late adolescents

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran guru akidah akhlak dalam menguatkan pendidikan karakter di era revolusi industri 4.0. untuk mencapai tujuan ini, dilakukan aktifitas pembelajaran penggunaan metode pengajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual, mengaitkan ajaran agama dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswi, memberikan teladan yang baik, mengadakan kegiatan keagamaan dan pengembangan spiritual, dan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran agama dengan mata pelajaran lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang peran penting guru akidah akhlak dalam menguatkan karakter siswa di era revolusi industri. Strategi-strategi yang diungkapkan dalam artikel ini dapat menjadi referensi dan panduan bagi para guru Pendidikan akidah akhlak, yaitu menerapkan nilai-nilai agama dalam setiap hari dan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan dengan budaya digital.
