Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of local traditions as a medium for children's character education in indigenous communities and formulate effective revitalization strategies during globalization challenges. With an ethnographic qualitative approach, the research was conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with indigenous stakeholders, parents, and children, and analysis of related documents in various indigenous communities in Indonesia. The results of the study revealed that local traditions such as rituals, folklore, and traditional games contain important character values such as honesty, cooperation, and respect for nature. However, its effectiveness as an educational medium faces challenges due to global cultural penetration and a lack of institutional support. The study's key findings suggest that revitalizing local traditions requires an adaptive approach that blends traditional wisdom with contemporary innovation. Communities that successfully maintain the relevance of traditions generally develop strategies such as integration with formal education, the use of digital media, and intergenerational approaches in knowledge transmission. The study also identified three factors that determine success: (1) the active involvement of the young generation in the revitalization process, (2) adequate policy support, and (3) flexibility in traditional methods of conveying values. The results of this study make an important contribution to the development of a character education model based on local wisdom that remains relevant in the modern era, while offering a conceptual framework to combine cultural preservation with contemporary educational needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education in realizing equitable access to education for children with special needs (CSN) in public elementary schools located in urban and rural areas. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis at two elementary schools with distinct geographic contexts. The findings indicate that schools in urban areas are generally more prepared to implement inclusive education in terms of internal policies, teacher competencies, and the availability of facilities. In contrast, rural schools face limitations in nearly all supporting aspects, including teacher understanding, physical infrastructure, and social environment support. The study concludes that a significant gap still exists between regions in the implementation of inclusive education, resulting in unequal access for CSN. Therefore, more context-sensitive policies and comprehensive interventions are required to ensure inclusive education can be effectively realized across all regions.

Abstract

Education which is a system in the perspective of anthology is an attempt to humanize humans by an appropriate manner to achieve very high humane values as an attempt to change as well as to move the cultural values to any individual in society. But this view is difficult to achieve when the belief that a person's success will occur due to the efforts started early in order to organize their future without having an education. This paper will provide a breakthrough through leadership of education that is not only based on good intellectual ability, but also good emotional and spiritual. With the result that it will contribute qualified modern human resources. Modern human Resources is a human being who has the potential of ad equated intellectual quality. However, sometimes the potential is empty because it is not matched by the quality of the good faith or emotional. In the fact, they (modern humans) have good reasoning capability. However, the success which is useful in the future whether for themselves, the community, the nation and the state are not only enough by having logical thought only. But, it also requires EQ Emotional Quotient (level of emotional or personality) , CQ Creativity Quotient (level of creativity) and SQ Spiritual Quotient (level religiosities or faith and devotion to God. Thus , the national education system must be able to provide a solution- which is able to break of the empty circle of values and morals happening in education system around us . the empty circle we must combine as well as put the intellectual intelligence , emotional intelligence , and spiritual intelligence known as ESQ in order to get balance between the fulfillment of rights and vertical or horizontal obligations. ESQ is a role of the leadership of its resources which include Human Resources and Natural Resources with the organization as a model of leadership in education. ESQ if applied in educational leadership level, it would be beneficial along with the growth and development of the educational organization with the growth of moral values.

Abstract

Recently, madrasah education has begun to dim its existence, the Islamic educational institutions have become less popular among the public in terms of output and quality, so that Madrasah education generally is in second class in real condition when it is juxtaposed with educational institutions in general in Indonesia. This condition occurs because the Madrasah only think about how education continues to run regardless of the factors that can attract the public to be the main choice in processing the son or his daughter, in addition madrasah is lost identity as an Islamic educational institution that should be principled in accordance with the values- the value of Islamic educational institutions contained in the Qur'an and Hadith as the main guidance in the effort to maintain its existence. In theory of interest, the most important thing to note is the view of parents in choosing a Madrasah which if it is ranked in percentage above 50%, so the sequence is qualified, excelling, then the closeness to school / madrasah with home. While if we ranked in percentage under 50%, then the sequence is a low cost, discipline, madrasah status, easy transportation and a supportive environment to the development of children creativity. So to fulfill all efforts which become the desire of the community become the key to the emergence of these interests, but the main thing is to maintain the quality of education continuously with the appropriate management model, meaning it is in accordance with the basic concept of management of Islamic Education Institution, so that objectively society will assess and care for the existence of madrasah education together with madrasah stakeholder

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation and product innovation on the competitive advantage of fish processing MSMEs in Kendal Regency to support the Blue Economy. Kendal has significant potential in aquaculture, particularly milkfish, but faces challenges such as marketing, technology adoption, and business management. A deductive approach with a survey method was employed to collect primary data through questionnaires distributed to 278 MSME actors. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that product innovation significantly influences competitive advantage with a coefficient of 0.831 (p < 0.05), and digital transformation also has a significant influence with a coefficient of 0.060 (p < 0.05). Together, product innovation and digital transformation explain 74.6% of the variability in competitive advantage. Therefore, it is recommended that MSMEs enhance their product innovation capacity through diversification and added value development, as well as leverage digital transformation using e-commerce platforms and social media to expand market access. This study contributes to the development of strategies for Kendal’s fishery MSMEs to support the Blue Economy and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
