Abstract

This study explores the relationship between financial health management and employee well-being in the petrochemical and chemical industries. Using a case study method and a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes how effective financial management affects various aspects of employee well-being, including job satisfaction, mental health, and personal financial stability. Quantitative data were obtained from a survey measuring the relationship between financial management practices and employee well-being, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with financial managers, HR managers, and employees. The findings indicate that companies with good financial management tend to have more satisfied, mentally healthy, and financially stable employees. In addition, transparent and participatory financial management improves corporate culture and the relationship between management and employees. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating good financial practices and employee well-being policies in creating a productive and harmonious work environment.

Abstract

The implementation of an innovative approach in community-based Human Resources (HR) management in Toapaya Selatan Village, Toapaya, Bintan, has had a significant and diverse impact on the local community. These impacts include increasing welfare, strengthening social ties, empowering women, local economic growth, improving quality of life, community participation, capacity development, and collaboration opportunities. This approach has improved household incomes and created new job opportunities, as well as helping to reduce operational costs and increase business efficiency, thereby increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the village economy. In addition, through this innovative approach, public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and good environmental sanitation increases, reducing disease rates and improving the overall health and well-being of society. Community participation and involvement in decision making that affects their lives has also increased, giving them a sense of ownership and responsibility in the development of their own villages. In addition, developing the capacity of local communities and institutions in community-based HR management opens up opportunities for collaboration and network development with external parties such as educational institutions, local governments and non-governmental organizations. Overall, investment in innovative and community-based HR management practices can be an effective instrument in sustainable development and improving community welfare. This paper comprehensively assesses its impact on financial market efficiency, Security, and stability. Examining historical development and case studies, the study delves into successful implementations, challenges faced, and lessons learned. Security implications are scrutinized, emphasizing blockchain's role in establishing immutable ledgers and protecting against fraud. Stability considerations focus on decentralization, evaluating its contributions to system resilience and transparency. A critical assessment highlights gaps, limitations, and unexplored potentials in current implementations, guiding further research. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the intricate balance between benefits and challenges, advocating for adaptive regulations, technological refinements, and ongoing public education to integrate blockchain's transformative potential into the financial domain seamlessly.

The implications for businesses are profound, advocating for a localized and narrative-driven approach to optimize digital strategies. Despite acknowledging study limitations, including a focus on a specific campaign and reliance on self-reported data, this research contributes valuable insights into the dynamic interplay between digital campaigns and consumer behavior in the ever-evolving landscape of e-commerce.

Abstract

Being an entrepreneur means having the courage to take risks. Uncertainty that could result in losses is called risk. Making decisions is a way to weigh and choose between various choices. The approach is a review of the literature with an awareness of prior research findings on risk analysis in entrepreneurial decision making that is obtained from online journal references. This study's findings indicate that decision-making is necessary throughout the entire lifecycle of entrepreneurial endeavors. This includes the planning phase, the implementation phase, or operationalization of activities, and the supervision phase, which entails monitoring, verifying, and evaluating the plan's implementation's outcomes to ensure that the goals are met in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and the effective and efficient use of other resources.

Abstract

Amid rising global economic uncertainty, corporate liquidity management is emerging as an urgent arena for academic and practical investigation. This study explores how liquidity management systems, as the frontline in mitigating financial pressures, are adjusted by companies to navigate real and potential economic fluctuations. Through the lens of financial analysis and risk management theory, this study can present a comprehensive design that details the adaptive and reactive strategies applied by companies in response to global market dynamics. The research method is literary study. The results of this study show that in the face of uncertainty, companies that manage their liquidity successfully adopt a holistic approach that not only defensively keeps cash sufficient to meet short-term obligations, but also proactively seizes opportunities and risks within the broader risk management framework. This research contributes to existing literature by providing contemporary insights into liquidity management practices, while offering valuable insights to stakeholders in the financial sector on how navigation of liquidity competence can be used as a strategic tool in responding to market instability. Thus, we reinforce the understanding that effective liquidity management is key to corporate sustainability in changing economic conditions.

Abstract

Perjanjian merupakan suatu peristiwa di mana seorang berjanji kepada seorang lainnya atau di mana dua orang itu saling berjanji untuk melaksanakan suatu hal. Sebuah perikatan dapat menjadi undang-undang bagi para pihak yang melakukan perikatan tersebut apabila ada kata sepakat (Pasal 1338 KUHPer). Konsinyasi merupakan jenis pendistribusian produk maupun barang yang dikirim dari pihak pengirim atau produsen oleh supplier untuk dititip kepada pedagang yang memiliki outlet. Perjanjian konsinyasi disebut perjanjian tidak bernama (innominaat) yang merupakan perjanjian yang dikenal secara umum karena perjanjian ini tidak mempunyai nama secara khusus dalam KUHPer maupun KUHD. Perjanjian konsinyasi berlandaskan asas konsensualisme, pacta sunt servanda, serta itikad baik. Dalam pemenuhan hak dan kewajibannya dalam perjanjian harus didasari dari substansi perjanjian yang mereka sepakati. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memecahkan masalah terkait Pengaturan hukum yang mengatur perjanjian terkait hak dan kewajiban antara pemasok snack dan pedagang kelontong dalam perjanjian distributor di Pasar Cipete Utara serta Pertanggungjawaban Hukumnya. Kerangka teori yang dugubakan dalam penelitian ini berlandaskan pada teori dan konsep perjanjian, seperti teori kesepakatan, hukum perjanjian, serta unsur-unsur yang harus dipenuhi dalam perjanjian yang dibuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan Social legal research yang memiliki sifat penelitian yang eksplanatoris dan bersumber pada yuridis normatif. Sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa dalam melakukan perjanjian distributor, para pihak secara yuridis memiliki hak dan kewajiban mereka dalam memenuhi perjanjian yang diperjanjikan, serta para pihak bertanggungjawab penuh demi hukum dan perjanjian atas kesepakatan yang telah mereka buat dengan pemberian sanksi berupa denda atau ganti kerugian.

Abstract

The Indonesian financial market has attracted the attention of both local and international investors in the last few decades. With steady economic growth and a variety of investment opportunities available, investment decision making has become critical to achieving long-term financial goals. In this context, comprehensive financial management strategies play a major role in guiding investors through dynamic and complex emerging markets. This article aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of investment decision making in Indonesia's emerging markets, by highlighting several key factors that need to be considered in making effective investment decisions. A qualitative approach was used in this research to gain an in-depth understanding of effective financial management strategies in the context of the developing Indonesian market. Primary data was collected through interviews with financial experts and experienced investors, while secondary data was obtained from related literature, market reports and financial data. The research results show that a comprehensive analysis of investment decision making involves an in-depth evaluation of various factors that influence investment. This includes fundamental and technical analysis, effective risk management, as well as understanding local markets. By applying a comprehensive and detailed approach, investors can reduce risks and increase their chances of achieving profitable returns in Indonesia's emerging markets. In conclusion, a comprehensive financial management strategy is very important in facing the growing dynamics of the investment market in Indonesia. Through a combination of in-depth analysis and effective risk management, investors can maximize the potential returns on their investments and achieve long-term financial goals.

Abstract

This research aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of dividends, debt to equity ratio on company value with company size as a moderating variable. The population of this research is primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 pandemic. Sample selection used a purposive sampling method and obtained 150 observation data from 70 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of this research show that dividends and debt to equity to ratio have an influence on company value. Company size is able to moderate the relationship between dividends and debt to equity ratios on company value.
