Abstract

Performance is the ability possessed by each individual in doing a job so that it becomes an achievement in achieving the goals shown in the behavior displayed. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient and adaptability on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Office employees. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is civil servants and works at the Tasikmalaya Health Office. The sampling technique used in this study was census (saturated sampling), and the total sample was the entire population. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, we used the F test and t test. The test results on the hypothesis show that together the variables of emotional quotient and adaptability have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees, and partially the emotional quotient and adaptability variables have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership on job satisfaction of members of the WO Squad.id association. The method used is causal associative with a reserch sample of 50 respondents from members of the WO Squad.id association. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the communication felt by the members of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Leadership of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Simultaneously, communication and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially comunication has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the variable costs of raw materials and direct labor costs on the efficiency of production costs at the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. These are raw material cost data, direct labor cost data, and production cost data for the 2018-2021 period. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs simultaneously have a significant effect on production costs. The cost of raw materials partially has a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Partial labor costs have a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Therefore, the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory must spend on raw material costs and direct labor costs efficiently and effectively in order to reduce production costs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of Purchasing Decision analysis reviewed from lifestyle, Price Perception and Quality of Xiaomi Mobile Purchase Products in the city of Tasikmalya. The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods of analysis with a survey approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that Lifestyle, Price Perception and Product Quality simultaneously affected xiaomi mobile phone purchase decisions in the city of Tasikmalya. Lifestyle partially affects xiaomi mobile phone purchase decisions in the city of Tasikmalya. Price perception partially affects the decision to purchase xiaomi mobile phones in the city of Tasikmalya. Product quality partially affects the decision to purchase Xiaomi mobile phones in the city of Tasikmalya

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality variables on patient satisfaction at RSIA Bunda Aisyah Tasikmalaya City. This study is a survey research with a quantitative approach, with 84 respondents who were inpatients at RSIA Bunda Aisyah Tasikmalaya City from January to June 2022. This study used a closed questionnaire with five alternative answers. Based on data processing, it is known that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at RSIA Bunda Aisyah with a contribution of 78.6%.

Abstract

Pangandaran Regency has the potential for food development using sub-optimal land. The purpose of this community service is to implement the concept of permaculture design by empowering Farmer Groups and Livestock Groups to achieve regional food security. The methods used in this activity include socialization and counseling, demonstration plots of technology research results at several partner locations, and evaluation. Based on the results of the dissemination, the application of permaculture design on sub-optimal agricultural land is able to provide diverse food, maintain environmental sustainability, and achieve food security at the regional level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life balance dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan Survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 48 orang Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Work Life balance memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik, Stress Kerja memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik sedangkan Turnover Intention memiliki klasifikasi Sangat Baik pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara bersama-sama Work Life balance Dan Stress Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Work Life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work loyalty and employee performance on employee performance of Ichi Bento in Banjar City. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 30 employees of the Ichi Bento company, Banjar City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Job Loyalty has a very good assessment classification, Employee Performance has a very good rating classification, while Employee Performance has a very good classification for employees of Ichi Bento company Banjar City. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. This research is a quantitative research through causality method with survey approach. The research sample taken was 60 employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work motivation had a very good assessment classification, organizational culture had a very good assessment classification, while job satisfaction had a good classification for employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. Together, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction for employees at Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style on turnover intention. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 43 respondents from cv Gulamali Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work stress and leadership style have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, leadership style has no effect on turnover intention.
