Abstract

Perkawinan adalah ikatan  yang sakral. Keluarga yang bahagia dan langgeng melalui perkawinan tidak hanya memerlukan persiapan fisik, tetapi juga persiapan sosial, ekonomi, emosional, dan tanggung jawab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mediskripsikan upaya pasangan nikah muda dalam embangun keluarga yang sakinah. Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, penulis mengumpulkan data dari lapangan, wawancara atau observasi, kemudian menambahkan beberapa informasi sebagai catatan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa alasan pasangan suami istri menikah sebelum usia sah di desa Banyusidi adalah karena keinginan pribadi pasangan tersebut sudah saling mencintai dan kemudian ingin segera menikah untuk menghindari suatu hal tidak diinginkan. Upaya yang dilakukan membangun keluarga yang sakinah oleh pasangan nikah muda di desa Banyusidi yaitu; saling mempercayai dan tidak curiga, saling mendukung dan memotivasi, menghargai pendapat, tidak pernah mengeluhkan masalah ekonomi.

Abstract

This paper was written to answer three important questions, namely knowing the narrative trend and the transformation model for blasphemy offenses in Indonesian legislation. Religious offenses are the only state instrument to crackdown on perpetrators of blasphemy. The implementation of the blasphemy offense in practice has been criticized, especially in relation to human rights violations. The results of this study confirm three things, firstly, religious offenses were first regulated through a Circular Letter of the Supreme Court in 1964 and PNPS Number 1 1965 which were designed to prevent the deviation of religious teachings and to protect religious peace. Blasphemy offenses were included in the Criminal Code in the New Order, then strengthened in the Reformation Era by incorporating blasphemy offenses into Law No. 11 of 2008. Second, the transformation of religious offenses stems from the British code applied in India, adopted by the Dutch colonial government and used in the region. Dutch East Indies because there are many similarities in cultural diversity between India and Indonesia. Third, the conception of religious offenses in KUHP makes religious blasphemy the basis for criminal acts. Religion is not the only element of a crime, but as an element that is an important part of a crime. Implementation of the guarantee of freedom of religion is indeed not easy to do because of differences in the definition of religion and freedom of religion; different definitions of human rights; and differences in the meaning of human rights protection. Tulisan ini ditulis untuk menjawab tiga pertanyaan penting, yakni mengetahui tren narasi dan model transformasi tindak pidana penodaan agama dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia. Delik agama merupakan satu-satunya instrumen negara untuk menindak pelaku penodaan agama. Penerapan tindak pidana penodaan agama dalam praktiknya banyak menuai kritik, terutama terkait dengan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan tiga hal, pertama, delik keagamaan pertama kali diatur melalui Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung tahun 1964 dan PNPS Nomor 1 Tahun 1965 yang dirancang untuk mencegah penyimpangan ajaran agama dan menjaga ketentraman umat beragama. Delik penodaan agama dimasukkan dalam KUHP pada masa Orde Baru, kemudian diperkuat pada Era Reformasi dengan memasukkan delik penodaan agama ke dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008. Kedua, transformasi delik keagamaan bermula dari KUHP Inggris yang diterapkan di India, yang diadopsi oleh KUHP. Pemerintah kolonial Belanda dan digunakan di wilayah tersebut. Hindia Belanda karena banyak kesamaan keanekaragaman budaya antara India dan Indonesia. Ketiga, konsepsi delik agama dalam KUHP menjadikan penodaan agama sebagai dasar tindak pidana. Agama bukan satu-satunya unsur suatu kejahatan, namun sebagai unsur yang menjadi bagian penting dalam suatu kejahatan. Implementasi jaminan kebebasan beragama memang tidak mudah dilakukan karena adanya perbedaan definisi agama dan kebebasan beragama; definisi hak asasi manusia yang berbeda; dan perbedaan makna perlindungan hak asasi manusia

Abstract

Massive urbanization in Indonesia has led to increased poverty in rural areas. This community service aims to address this problem by developing the Betvily e-commerce mentoring program for village youth in Wonosalam District. The participants are young people interested in developing businesses through digital platforms. This community service will evaluate the program’s effectiveness in improving digital literacy, developing entrepreneurial skills, and increasing the income of village youth. In addition, it will also identify obstacles and challenges faced in implementing the program and formulate recommendations for the development of similar programs in the future. The impact of this community service is that young people in Wonosalam District gain knowledge and skills in utilizing digital technology to market their products through e-commerce platforms. The results of this program show an increase in the capacity of village youth to use technology for business development, which has the potential to encourage strengthening the local economy. The Betvily program is expected to be a sustainable model for empowering village communities in the digital era.

Abstract

Through the use of role playing, this study seeks to enhance the vocabulary proficiency of eighth grade students in both noun and verb categories. The setting for this study was MTs Al-Jihad Pontianak. Two cycles of the classroom action research approach were employed by the researcher. In this study, the researcher used role playing as a technique to address the issue of students not being able to master vocabulary, particularly noun and verb. In this study, 30 eighth graders from the academic year 2021"“2022 took part. Results showed that the average noun correct answer in the first cycle was 5.87, and the average verb correct response was 6.07, with a mean student score of 59.33. In the second example, the average noun and verb scores for the right response were 7.68 and 7.73, respectively, and the students' mean score was 77.66. Based on the aforementioned findings, it can be said that the role-playing technique of teaching English vocabulary was successfully implemented. To put it another way, the role-playing technique aids the teacher in boosting the students' vocabulary.

Abstract

Sistem informasi berbasis website saat ini dibutuhkan oleh berbagai bidang usaha salah satunya yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan seperti laboratorium klinik.Sistem informasi ini bermanfaat untuk menyebarkan informasi dan menarik minat masyarakat yang ingin melakukan cek kesehatan.Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap adalah suatu badan usaha dibidang kesehatan yang menyediakan pelayanan medical check up bagi masyarakat.Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap membutuhkan adanya suatu web yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mengetahui informasi tentang Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap tanpa harus datang langsung ketempat. Dalam penelitian ini, menganalisis tentang bagaimana cara membangun sistem informasi medical check up berbasis web pada Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Website ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan basis data MySQL. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan website ini dengan mengumpulkan data, menganalisis kebutuhan, membuat rancangan antar muka, basis data dirancang dengan ERD dan LRS, file spesifikasi dan implementasi, kemudian diuji dengan pengujian blackbox. Website yang telah dihosting, selanjutnya dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas supaya lebih mengenal dan mengetahui informasi lengkap dari Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap

Abstract

Children's nutritional health is a crucial factor in their growth and development. Regular monitoring of nutrition is essential for detecting and preventing dietary issues. This study aims to develop a web-based application for monitoring children's nutrition at the Village Health Center (PKD) in Karangkemojing Village. The methodology employed is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, involving analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. This web-based application allows health workers and parents to monitor children's nutritional status regularly through data on weight, height, and other nutrition indicators. It is expected that this application will enhance the efficiency of Posyandu cadres in monitoring children's nutrition. Additionally, the application facilitates access to nutritional information for health workers and parents while supporting decision-making regarding dietary interventions. The utilization of this application is anticipated to serve as a model for other regions in improving the quality of children's health services at the village level.

Abstract

Human resources are the main factor in running a company, so good management is needed to optimize employee performance in achieving company targets. One important aspect in human resource management is the implementation of work discipline, which plays a role in enforcing company regulations. This study was conducted in the Knitting Factory 1 department of PT Win Textile Purwakarta to analyze the effect of work discipline on productivity, considering the still high number of reject fabrics. This study involved 77 employees as respondents. The results of the analysis showed that work discipline had a significant effect on productivity of 20.4%, while 79.6% was influenced by other factors. The results of the significance test showed t count 4.381> t table 1.665 with sig 0.000 <0.05, so that work discipline was proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan dan mempertahankan eksistensi, perguruan tinggi perlu memiliki strategi yang efektif, terutama dalam menarik minat mahasiswa baru. Faktor-faktor penting yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa baru antara lain adalah brand image dan strategi promosi yang diterapkan oleh perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan promosi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Hidayatullah Depok. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah brand image (X1) dan promosi (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert 1-4 yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, brand image memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa baru, demikian pula promosi yang memberikan dampak serupa. Secara simultan, brand image dan promosi juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Hidayatullah Depok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan hukum pidana Islam dalam konteks tertentu mengatur tindak pidana korupsi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum yang bersifat yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa korupsi dalam syariat islam itu dilarang dan dipidana dengan ta’zir, ta’zir merupakan hukuman dari pemerintah yang diatur dengan seadil-adilnya, yang membuat efek jera bagi para koruptor.

Abstract

Pawn is the mandate of the loan recipient, if the collateral is seriously damaged, for example a natural disaster occurs, then both rahin and murtahin are responsible for each other. And the pawned goods are moderately damaged, then Rahin is responsible. And if the pawned goods are lightly damaged, then those who are responsible for it are murtahin.This study raises the issue of how the responsibility for damage to the pawned goods according to Imam Syafi'i and Imam Hanafi, if you look at the opinion of the Syafi'i Ulama who say that the murtahin does not bear the damage, while the Hanafi Ulama says that the murtahin is responsible for the damage to the goods.To get good results from the problems above, the authors use research methods that can be simplified and produce good and accountable research, this research is descriptive analytical, in which the authors analyze and provide clarity about the object being studied about the responsibility for damage to goods. pawn according to Imam Syafi'i and Imam Hanafi. This research is a library research where literature is the data source. As for the result, the pawned goods remain the property of the rahin, and if the goods are damaged, Imam Syafi'i is of the opinion that the murtahin does not bear the damage, it is different if the damage is caused by the negligence of the murtahin, then in this case there is no difference of opinion, all scholars agree that the murtahin is responsible. responsible for the damage, and if the item is damaged either by negligence or not, the Hanafi Imam is of the opinion that the murtahin is the one who bears the risk of the damage.
