Abstract

Development is one of the contributors to global warming, especially industrial development. Industrial companies in Kendal Regency in 2017 there were 61 companies with 25,385 workers. The phenomenal industry in Kendal Regency lately is a Special Industrial Zone (KIK) known as Kendal Industrial park (KIP). Kendal Industri Park (KIP) is the largest industrial development city in Central Java with a total development size of 2,200 hectares. Kawasan Industri Park (KIP) is a joint venture between two industrial developers in Southeast Asia naming Sembcorp Development Ltd and PT Jababeka Tbk. This paper examines the implementation of the Sak Uwong Sak Uwit (SUSU) policy in Kendal District where the policy is in response to global warming. The focus of this study is the implementation of a policy, so the method used is a juridical-empirical legal research method. The focus of his study is looking at the law in terms of law in action not in law in books. The Sak Uwong Sak Uwit (SUSU) policy can be implemented even though it is not yet maximized. The bride and groom have received information about this policy and implemented it, but it is different from the mother giving birth who did not get information about this policy so that for the mother giving birth the program did not work. This policy has been able to move the community (law as a tool of social engineering) to care for the environment by planting trees. By planting these trees environmental conservation will be created.Pembangunan menjadi salah satu penyumbang terjadinya pemanasan global (global warming), terlebih pembangunan industri.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the persistence of religious offenses, which serve as the state’s primary legal instrument for prosecuting acts of blasphemy. This situation raises fundamental conceptual issues regarding the definition and application of blasphemy as a criminal offense. The study aims to examine the historical development and transformation of blasphemy offenses within Indonesia’s legislative framework, from the colonial period to the modern era. The enforcement of blasphemy laws in practice has drawn substantial criticism, particularly concerning potential violations of human rights and freedom of religion. The findings indicate that religious offenses are regulated under the Supreme Court Circular Letter of 1964 and Law No. 1 of 1965 on the Prevention of Religious Deviations and the Maintenance of Religious Harmony. Blasphemy crimes are further codified in the Indonesian Criminal Code and Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions. The concept of blasphemy in the Criminal Code establishes it as a core element of criminal liability, wherein religion is not merely incidental but a constitutive element of the offense itself. The protection of religious freedom is influenced by the plurality of definitions of religion, interpretations of human rights, and the evolving understanding of legal safeguards for fundamental freedoms. Abstract

AbstractThe herbarium harbors collections of preserved plants used for scientific purposes. It is important to keep information about plants in a valid herbarium collection. This study aims to establish a valid collection and database of Pyrrosia stored in Herbarium Depokensis (UIDEP) through herbarium management. The management process includes taxonomic validation, specimen revitalization, and digitization. Taxonomic validation results showed there were 3 species of Pyrrosia namely P. piloselloides, P. lanceolata, and P. longifolia. These three species can be distinguished by rhizome scales, the shape of the lamina, and soral position. Physical examination throughout specimens showed several problems including loose specimen parts and specimen damage due to insects. Almost all collections (49 out of 59 specimens) did not include fertile lamina which is an important identifying character in Pyrrosia. To complete the herbarium data, 10 new Pyrrosia samples were collected at Green Spaces (RTHK) in Universitas Indonesia. All valid data and pictures undergo a digitization process. Those digitized data were then uploaded to the Herbarium UIDEP website (ruangkoleksibiotaui.id). This resulted in a Pyrrosia database that can be widely accessed by the public.
