Abstract

Data Pemerintah Provinsi Jakarta (2003) menyebutkan angka kematian bayi di Indonesia 20 per 1000 kelahiran hidup. Salah satu cara mengurangi angka tersebut adalah pemberian ASI eksklusif. Keberhasilan program ini membutuhkan dukungan dari suami yang dikenal dengan breastfeeding father. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelatif untuk menggambarkan hubungan tingkat pengetahuan suami mengenai ASI ekslusif dan penerapan breastfeeding father pada 60 suami pekerja di beberapa kantor di Jakarta dan Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan suami mengenai ASI ekslusif dan penerapan breastfeeding father (p value=0,275; CI=95%). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk memperhatikan faktor perancu yang berpengaruh terhadap penerapan breastfeeding father.

Abstract

Bullying is one of the most aggressive acts in the world. Previous research in Indonesia found that 7 of 10 children were exposed by violence in schools. Factors causing bullying need to be identified to prevent high bullying in schools. This research aims to determine the factors that influence bullying action include individual factors, family factors, peer factors, school factors and media factors in school-aged children. The type of this research was descriptive analytic with cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were children of school age grade IV, V and VI. The total sample in this research were 94 students and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection tool in this research was the questionnaire. The statistical test used was the Chi-Square test. The result of  bivariate data analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between individual factor (p= 0,0001), family factor (p = 0,0001), peer factor (p = 0,0001), school factor (p= 0,0001), media factor (p = 0,0001) with bullying in school-aged children. It is expected to the school to improve supervision and counseling to the students. Parents are expected to pay more attention to the activities doing by children and control the development of children.

Abstract

Tingkat kematian (case fatality rate) COVID-19 pada anak di Indonesia merupakan salah satu yang tertinggi didunia. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat  kematian ini, salah satunya meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan.Telaah literatur ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi mengenai perawatan pasien anak dengan COVID-19 di rumah sakit, mulai dari   pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi, perawatan anak dengan distres napas berat, pemantauan kondisi klinis, perawatan anak dengan hipertermia, masalah nyeri akut, keseimbangan cairan, dukungan psikologis anak dengan COVID 19, aplikasi family-centered care, edukasi keluarga dan persiapan pulang. Meskipun asuhan keperawatan mempunyai cakupan yang sangat luas, hendaknya perawat terus beradaptasi dalam memberikan asuhan yang sesuai dengan usia perkembangan, karakteristik masalah yang muncul, serta ketersediaan sumber daya pendukung.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pemakaian internet berlebih dapat menyebabkan kecanduan internet pada anak usia sekolah di Kelurahan Makasar, Jakarta. Kecanduan internet menyebabkan berbagai dampak negatif, salah satunya perkembangan sosial.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecanduan internet dengan perkembangan sosial anak usia sekolah di Kelurahan Makasar.Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden 287 yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster stratified random sampling. Penelitiain ini menggunakan instrumen demografi dengan Internet Addiction Test (IAT) dan kuesioner Social Skill Inventory. Uji penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi gamma untuk melihat hubungan, kekuatan dan arah korlasi antara kecanduan internet dan perkembangan sosial anakHasil : Hasil penelitian terdapat korelasi yang bermakna dengan arah korelasi positif dengan kekuataan korelasi kuat antara kecanduan internet dengan perkembanan sosial anak (p value= 0,0001, r= 0,615).Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi dan inovasi untuk edukasi pemakaian internet yang bijak dan menstimulus perkembangan sosial anak dalam proses pembelajaran di rumah atau sekolah.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a soil-less cultivation technique in which the nutrients absorbed by the plants come from AB Mix fertiliser. AB Mix fertiliser contains both macro and micro nutrients. During storage, macro and micro nutrients cannot be combined whilst still in a concentrated state. Over the past four years, the Agribusiness Workshop has innovated by developing AB Mix nutrients, which have been in use since the inception of hydroponic cultivation. Consequently, commercially available industrial AB Mix nutrients have never been utilised at all. The decline in hydroponic vegetable production at the Agribusiness Workshop has prompted an investigation into whether the nutrients currently in use are a contributing factor to this decline. Consequently, a study was conducted to assess the effectiveness, cost-efficiency and significance of using both the commercially available AB Mix nutrient solution and the university’s innovative AB Mix. The research method involved using two different hydroponic modules, with each module dedicated to one of the nutrient solutions, using the same nutrient application rates and the same vegetable varieties. Cost efficiency was then calculated based on the expenditure incurred for purchasing the industrial AB Mix nutrient solution and the cost of producing the university-developed AB Mix nutrient solution. The results showed that the university-developed AB Mix nutrient solution was 29.63 per cent more cost-efficient than the industrial AB Mix nutrient solution. The t-test results indicated that the industrial AB Mix nutrient solution had a greater impact on crop yield.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service practices of pilgrim tourists at Muarajambi Temple, a heritage-based pilgrim tourism destination. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design to gain an in-depth understanding of the service practices applied to pilgrim tourists. Research informants were selected purposively, consisting of area managers, tourism operators, religious leaders, and pilgrim tourists. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that pilgrim tourist services have accommodated the basic needs of visitors by providing physical facilities, spiritual information, and assistance in carrying out religious rituals. These service practices form three main patterns: informative services, assistance services, and facilitative services. Analysis based on the 4A concept shows that the attraction is the main strength of the area because it has high historical, cultural, and spiritual value. However, aspects of accessibility, amenities, and supporting services still require strengthening, especially in service integration, provision of facilities appropriate to pilgrims' needs, and coordination between stakeholders. These findings confirm that the development of a more structured service system is an important factor in improving the quality of the tourist experience while supporting the sustainability of cultural heritage-based religious tourism
