Abstract

Abstrak Adanya wabah Covid-19 membuat pelaksanaan pembelajaran di semua satuan pendidikan secara nasional ditutup dan beralih ke pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). PJJ telah berjalan satu setengah tahun lebih namun masih terkendala oleh fasilitas teknologi dan kestabilan jaringan internet. Hal ini berdampak pada motivasi belajar peserta didik selama belajar dari rumah (BDR) dengan menggunakan PJJ secara daring. Kejenuhan BDR akan dapat berdampak pada psikologis peserta didik dan mempengaruhi keberhasilan masa depannya. Upaya untuk mengatasi itu semua yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penulisan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Berbagai sumber data dikumpulkan, kemudian dilakukan penelaahan kritis dan mendalam terhadap bahan pustaka tersebut. Monotonnya pendidik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang berdampak kejenuhan belajar dari oleh peserta didik menjadi landasan pemikiran untuk mencari solusi dalam mengatasinya. Kendala pandemi covid-19 bukan saja Kemendikbud yang berupaya mengatasinya, tetapi pendidik sebagai agen perubahan hendaknya turut turun tangan. Model pembelajaran kontekstual sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Dengan pendidik membuat perencanaan pembelajaran dan penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual, berdasarkan berbagai hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan keberhasilan belajar peserta didik. Kreativitas pendidik dalam mendesain perencanaan pembelajaran, bahan ajar, media ajar dan lembar kerja sesuai konteks pribadi, sosial dan kultural mampu memberi makna pada setiap kegiatan belajar. Abstract The Covid-19 outbreak has closed the implementation of learning in all education units nationally and switched to distance learning (PJJ). PJJ has been running for more than a year and a half but is still hampered by technological facilities and the stability of the internet network. This has an impact on students' learning motivation while studying from home (BDR) using online PJJ. BDR saturation will have an impact on the psychology of students and affect their future success. Efforts to overcome it all by using the method of writing a qualitative descriptive approach to the type of library research. Various sources of data were collected, then a critical and in-depth study of the library materials was carried out. The monotony of educators in carrying out distance learning which has an impact on learning saturation by students becomes the basis for thinking to find solutions to overcome them. The Covid-19 pandemic obstacle is not only the Ministry of Education and Culture trying to overcome it, but educators as agents of change should also intervene. Contextual learning model as an alternative to overcome this problem. With educators making lesson plans and applying contextual learning models, based on various research results it was found that there was a significant increase in students' motivation and learning success. The creativity of educators in designing lesson plans, teaching materials, teaching media and worksheets according to personal, social and cultural contexts is able to give meaning to every learning activity.

Abstract

In school management, several variables support the effectiveness of the principal's performance. The study analyzed the effects of exogenous to endogenous, directly or indirectly, and work satisfaction as a variable intervening. This study was a quantitative survey with a sample size are 360 state high school teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis. With the help of Smart partial least squares software, data that meets the criteria r > 0.70 will be used in the research. The results showed that organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment significantly affect work satisfaction. The organizational culture, leadership style, and work satisfaction directly affect teachers' performance. The organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment significantly indirectly affect work satisfaction on teachers' performance. In organizational culture, instruments have involved working together in bearing burdens culture as the potential of the community for empowerment again; it is a novelty of this research. The results of research that require follow-up is how to improve the principal leadership style with the hope that micro-school management is more effective and macro enhancing the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of thematic learning for class 1B MI Assa'adatuddarain 1 in the pandemic era. This research is a qualitative research with case study method with the subject of class 1 B teacher as the research subject. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the thematic learning process in this pandemic era went quite well even though there were still obstacles faced. The implementation is carried out in full online and mixed. By implementing 3 components in the form of planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

Abstrak Komunikasi – Dakwah – Media adalah suatu ikatan yang saling memperkuat dan tak akan terpisahkan. Komunikasi adalah aktivitas sosial yang melibatkan pertukaran pikiran, ide, gagasan, emosi, dan pesan. Rangkaiannya merupakan proses yang mutlak dimiliki setiap individu baik secara verbal atau nonverbal. Salah satu bentuk komunikasi disebut dengan komunikasi dakwah. Komunikasi Dakwah dilakukan dengan memiliki tujuan mengajak manusia kepada berbuat kebaikan dan mencegah perbuatan buruk dan tercela. Agar tujuan dari komunikasi dakwah yang diinginkan dapat tercapai, seorang komunikator harus mampu memilih metode yang akan digunakan. Dakwah Bil Lisan sebagai sebuah metode komunikasi dakwah mampu mengatasi kelemahan dakwah yang hanya dilakukan dengan tulisan. Metode ini juga memberikan kesempatan para mad’u untuk dapat menentukan pesan dari dakwah sesuai kemampuan dan kepentingannya sehingga tujuan komunikasi dakwah efektif dan efisien. Di era perkembangan media internet, YouTube menjadi salah satu platform yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Ketika sasaran dakwah ingin lebih menjangkau khalayak luas dan tak terikat oleh jarak dan waktu, kanal YouTube menjadi pilihan tepat bagi para dai menyampaikan risalah dakwahnya. Abstract Communication – Dakwah – Media is a bond that is mutually reinforcing and cannot be separated. Communication is a social activity that involves the exchange of thoughts, ideas, ideas, emotions and messages. The series is a process that is absolutely owned by every individual either verbally or nonverbally. One form of communication is called da'wah communication. Da'wah communication is carried out with the aim of inviting people to do good and prevent bad and despicable acts. In order for the desired goal of da'wah communication to be achieved, a communicator must be able to choose the method to be used. Dakwah Bil Oral as a method of da'wah communication is able to overcome the weakness of da'wah which is only done in writing. This method also provides an opportunity for mad'u to be able to determine messages from da'wah according to their abilities and interests so that the purpose of da'wah communication is effective and efficient. In the era of the development of internet media, YouTube has become one of the platforms most used by the public. When the goal of da'wah wants to reach a wider audience and is not bound by distance and time, the YouTube channel is the right choice for preachers to deliver their da'wah treatises.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi antara pendidik, peserta didik, dan sumber belajar dalam suatu lingkungan belajar. Pendidik memiliki peran penting di dalam keberhasilan interaksi tersebut dengan perencanaan yang sistematik. Oleh karena itu pendidik dituntut untuk terampil dalam mendesain pembelajaran. Kualitas desain pembelajaran akan menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan. Saat ini untuk merespon revolusi industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0, dunia pendidikan mau tidak mau dituntut untuk dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan yang ada. Pelaku pendidikan dalam hal ini, program magister teknologi pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta juga dituntut juga untuk dapat merancang kurikulum menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tantangan pendidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan desain pembelajaran yang merespon perkembangan zaman guna menjawab tantangan-tantangan yang muncul di masa kini termasuk perkembangan filosofis yang mendasari teori belajar dan teori pembelajaran. Dalam perkembangan teori belajar dan oembelajaran, aliran teori konektivisme merupakan teori baru yang muncul beriringan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu desain pembelajaran yang berbasis pada teori konektivisme ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan kertas kerja ini adalah studi pustaka di mana penulis menggunakan berbagai sumber referensi yang berkaitan dengan desain pembelajaran dan teori konektivisme. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran berbasis konetivisme diperlukan (a) kemampuan litrasi digital baik dosen maupun mahasiswa, (b) ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang berbasis internet, (c) tersedianya materi pembelajaran interaktif yang memungkinkan mahasiswa dapat memperoleh materi pembelajaran kapan saja dan di mana saja. Abstract Learning is a process of interaction between educators, students, and learning resources in a learning environment. Educators have an important role in the success of these interactions with systematic planning. Therefore educators are required to be skilled in designing learning. The quality of learning design will determine the success of learning activities in achieving predetermined goals. Currently, to respond to the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, the world of education is inevitably required to be able to adapt to the changes that are taking place. Educational actors, in this case, the educational technology master program at the Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta are also required to be able to design curricula according to the needs and challenges of education. For this reason, it is necessary to design learning that responds to the times in order to answer the challenges that arise today, including the philosophical developments that underlie learning theory and learning theory. In the development of learning and learning theory, the flow of connectivism theory is a new theory that appears along with advances in information technology. For that we need a learning design based on this theory of connectivism. The research method used in the preparation of this working paper is a literature study in which the author uses various reference sources related to learning design and connectivism theory. This study concludes that connectivity-based learning requires (a) digital literacy skills for both lecturers and students, (b) availability of internet-based infrastructure, (c) availability of interactive learning materials that enable students to obtain learning materials anytime and anywhere .

Abstract

Abstract Adherence to fluid restriction program is the greatest stressor for hemodialysis patients. Non adherence to the program may lead to physical problems and psychological changes. Therefore, a multi-intervention approach such as psycho-education involving families as a support system for patients is very strategic. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a combination of family-focused education (FCE) with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) on Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) of hemodialysis patients in Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. This study used quasi experimental design, with one group pre test and post test without control group approach. Data were collected from 12 respondents who IDWG more than 5%. The study was conducted in 2 phases, FCE and combination FCE intervention CBT. The time have given intervention to evaluation almost 8 week. The results showed no significant difference of IDWG mean between before and after given FCE (p value 0,684) and there was no significant difference of mean of IDWG between before and after given combination of FCE with CBT (p value 0,097). It is concluded that both interventions are long-term behavioral investment. Suggestions for nurses to undertake assessment of the structure, roles and functions of the family, so that interventions are targeted to families directly involved in patient care, modification of educational media and CBT implementation techniques in hemodialysis units. Keywords : Family support, IDWG compliance, fluid restriction Abstrak Kepatuhan pada program restriksi cairan merupakan stressor terbesar bagi pasien hemodialisa. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap program tersebut dapat mengakibatkan masalah fisik dan perubahan psikologis. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan multi intervensi seperti psiko-edukasi dengan melibatkan keluarga sebagai sistem pendukung pasien sangat strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kombinasi pendidikan berfokus keluarga (Family Centered Education, FCE) dengan Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) terhadap Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) pasien hemodialisa di RSUD Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental, dengan pendekatan one group pre test dan post test without control group. Data dikumpulkan dari responden dengan IDWG lebih dari 5 % sebanyak 12 orang. Penilain IDWG dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, yaitu FCE dan kombinasi intervensi FCE dengan CBT. Total waktu intervensi hingga evaluasi adalah 8 minggu. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan mean IDWG antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan FCE (p value 0,684) dan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan mean IDWG antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan kombinasi FCE dengan CBT (p value 0,097). Disimpulkan bahwa kedua intervensi merupakan behavioral investment jangka panjang. Saran bagi perawat untuk melakukan pengakajian struktur, peran dan fungsi keluarga, sehingga intervensi diberikan tepat sasaran pada keluarga yang terlibat langsung dalam perawatan pasien, modifikasi media edukasi dan tehnis pelaksaan CBT di unit hemodialisa Kata Kunci : Dukungan keluarga, IDWG, kepatuhan, restriksi cairan

Abstract

Tujuan evaluasi program ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif suatu program yang telah direncanakan dan disusun mendorong tercapainya tujuan. Pelaksanaan program yang diteliti adalah Program pembelajaran keahlian tata boga yang diselenggarakan di SMK “PB”, Depok. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mix method). Model evaluaisi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP yang digagas oleh Stufflebeam meliputi empat komponen evaluasi, yaitu konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan teknik kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel dan prosentase serta dikategorikan dengan empat kategori penilaian yaitu “Sangat Baik”, “Baik”, “Kurang Baik”, dan “Tidak baik”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (a) komponen konteks termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”, (b) komponen input “Sangat Baik”, (c) komponen proses “Sangat baik”, dan (d) komponen Produk mendapatkan hasil “baik”. .Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan program pembelajaran unit produksi termasuk dalam kategori baik.   Abstract The purpose of this program evaluation is to find out how effective a program that has been planned and arranged is in encouraging the achievement of goals. The implementation of the program under study was a cooking skills learning program held at SMK "PB", Depok. The approach in this study uses a mixed method (mix method). The evaluation model used is the CIPP model initiated by Stufflebeam which includes four evaluation components, namely context, input, process, and product. Data collection techniques used questionnaire techniques. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics in the form of tables and percentages and categorized by four assessment categories namely "Very Good", "Good", "Not Good", and "Not Good". The results of this study indicate that (a) the context component is included in the "Good" category, (b) the input component is "Very Good", (c) the process component is "Very good", and (d) the product component gets "good" results. . Overall, the implementation of the production unit learning program is included in the good category.

Abstract

Background. Muhammadiyah universities have not been able to carry out good management in solving the problem of regeneration activities. This includes fostering the regeneration of ortoms and education personnel in Muhammadiyah universities in order to produce superior Muhammadiyah cadre candidates for the future. Purpose. This research aims to analyse in depth the form of cadre activities and the management of the cadre education implementation process at the Muhammadiyah Center of Excellence in Banten Province as well as strategies to deal with inhibiting and supporting factors in cadre management. Method. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach (Lexy J. Moleong, 2005: 4) based on phenomenological philosophy by prioritising appreciation(verstehen). Qualitative methods seek to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behaviour interaction in a particular situation according to the researcher's perspective (Husnaini, 1996: 81). Results. The form of cadre activities is carried out in 2 (two) forms including Primary Cadre through Baitul Arqom and Functional Cadre, namely through recitation, Governance / Upgrading Training, Ideopolitor Dialogue (Ideology, Politics and Organisation). Then the implementation of cadre education activities including through IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association), HW (Hizbul Wathan) and TSPM (Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah). Conclusion. The research can provide input on how the effectiveness of the cadre education management system can be more effective in producing quality cadres and improving the efficiency of cadre education management by examining the potentials that can be optimised in cadre education management.

Abstract

The Structural Analytic Synthetic (SAS) method is a learning method that begins with the introduction of complete sentence structures that build meaningful concepts in children. This research aimed to determine the effect of the SAS method on children's early reading abilities. This research uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach, using a pre-experimental one-group pretest and posttest design. Participants in this research were all early childhood children aged 6-7 years, totaling 32 children. Collection techniques include observation, interviews, and tests. The use of the SAS method in classroom learning has a positive influence, children's initial reading Ability when applying the SAS method in learning has a very big influence. The SAS method is an initial reading learning method that begins with presenting complete sentences which are then broken down into words into independent syllables and letters and combined again starting from letters into syllables, and words into complete sentences. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang keberpihakan terhadap ibu menyusui yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang melalui diterbitkannya PERDA Kota Palembang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemberian ASI Eksklusif, dimana kebijakan ini secara umum telah dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian bagi para ibu menyusui untuk tetap dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya, terutama dalam masa 0-6 bulan pasca kelahirannya. Kebijakan yang diterbitkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang tersebut secara umum mengatur berbagai hal dalam upaya menciptakan suasana nyaman dan aman bagi seorang ibu menyusui, terutama dalam memberikan jaminan atas keberpihakan semua pihak baik keluarga, lingkungan, hingga pemerintah kepada ibu menyusui untuk tetap dapat melaksanakan aktivitas pemberian ASI eksklusif pada anak bayinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan (library research) atau literature review. Data yang digunakan merupakan hasil penelaahan pada kajian-kajian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti-peneliti terhaulu sesuai dengan tema Implementasi Kebijakan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Dalam Mendukung Hak-hak Ibu Menyusui. Dengan diterbitkannya regulasi oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang tersebut diharapkan dapat menciptakan suasana nyaman dan aman, memberikan jaminan atas keberpihakan semua pihak kepada para ibu meyusui untuk melaksanakan aktivitas pemberian nutrisi terbaik pada anak bayinya.
