Abstract

ABSTRACTThe digital era brings many benefits for the convenience of humans in obtaining information and interacting. However, on the other hand, it causes many negative impacts, especially in early childhood. They need direct body interaction in socializing to stimulate their linguistic and interpersonal skills. Therefore, schools need to arrange learning in such a way as to optimally develop aspects of language and social-emotional development for early childhood children, especially children aged 3-4 years. This game is taken based on the characteristics of early childhood learning, namely learning while playing and playing while learning. Through this game, it is hoped that children can participate in activities in a fun way while at the same time achieving the indicators that have been set. The research design uses methods of research and development (Research & Development) with the ADDIE approach. The result of this research is the card game learning media and innovation in the learning process to replace conventional learning activities useful for developing linguistic and interpersonal skills in children aged 3-4 years. ABSTRAKEra digital membawa banyak manfaat bagi kemudahan manusia dalam mendapatkan informasi maupun melakukan interaksi. Namun disisi lainnya menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif terutama pada anak usia dini. Dimana mereka sangat membutuhkan interaksi tubuh langsung dalam bersosialisasi guna menstimulus keterampilan linguistik serta keterampilan interpersonalnya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi sekolah menyusun sedemikian rupa suatu pembelajaran agar dapat mengembangkan aspek perkembangan Bahasa dan Sosial Emosional anak usia dini terutama anak usia 3-4 tahun secara optimal. Permainan ini diambil berdasarkan karakteristik pembelajaran anak usia dini yakni belajar sambil bermain dan bermain seraya belajar. Melalui permainan ini diharapkan anak-anak dapat mengikuti kegiatan dengan menyenangkan sekaligus dapat mencapai indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) dengan pendekatan ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran permainan kartu yang merupakan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran menggantikan kegiatan pembelajaran konvensional yang bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan keterampilan linguistik dan keterampilan interpersonal pada anak usia 3-4 tahun.

Abstract

Pembelajaran science tidak berjalan optimal dikarenakan masih mengandalkan teori dan tidak menjalankan praktik langsung. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa sulit mendapatkan pembelajaran bermakna. Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, maka peneliti ingin mengembangkan modul pembelajaran dengan model Project based Learning terintegrasi STEM Context di SDS Palm Kids Lampung. Maka produk yang akan dikembangkan oleh peneliti adalah modul ajar PjBL-STEM. Tujuan riset ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengembangkan modul PjBL-STEM pada pelajaran Science 2) Untuk menguji kelayakan modul pembelajaran PjBL-STEM pada mata pelajaran Science. 3) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas modul pembelajaran PjBL-STEM pada mata pelajaran Science. ADDIE adalah model pengembangan instruksional yang digunakan di penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu mixed method. Objek yang akan diteliti adalah modul PjBL terintegrasi STEM Context (Laboy-Rush). Penelitian ini divalidasi oleh 2 orang ahli (ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli materi), 1 orang guru Science dan siswa kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Palm Kids Lampung, berjumlah 20 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu bahwa terdapat 5 langkah pembelajaran di modul PjBL-STEM yang dinyatakan layak dan efektif untuk digunakan kelas 5 SD materi Ecosystem pelajaran Science dibuktikan oleh hasil pre-test siswa berdasarkan indikator PjBL-STEM rata-rata adalah 61 dan nilai post-test rata-rata adalah 91,50. Selanjutnya model PjBL-STEM dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus gain ternormalisasi sehingga ada peningkatan nilai sebesar 0,8 yang berarti peningkatan skor rata-rata pada kategori tinggi, yaitu > 0,7. Abstract

The development of digital technology has provided a great opportunity to improve village governance through the concept of smart village. Smart village is an approach to utilizing information technology to support sustainable development in rural areas. The success of this program is not only determined by technological infrastructure, but also by community participation in planning, implementing and evaluating the program. However, community participation in its implementation is still low. Some of the main obstacles include the lack of community understanding of technology, minimal access to information, and busyness and time constraints. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation in the implementation of smart villages and the factors that influence community participation. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with voluntary sampling. The results of the study show that community participation in the implementation of smart villages has not been implemented optimally, this is evidenced by the low values of several indicators, namely community participation in local policy meetings, realization of social participation and evaluation participation. Thus, to support the implementation of smart villages in Bumbung Sembalun Village, a strategy is needed to overcome barriers to participation, including increasing accessibility, incentives, and community-based approaches.

Abstract

Public transportation supports community mobility and drives economic growth, especially in tourist areas like the East Lombok Regency. This study discusses how the quality of intermodal public transportation services contributes to economic efficiency in the area. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this study collected data from 109 respondents who used DAMRI intermodal public transportation through a Likert scale-based survey and analyzed using the Weigh Means Score (WMS) method. The study results showed that intermodal public transportation services in East Lombok Regency were rated "Good," with an average score 3.83. The most appreciated aspect was officers' concern for vulnerable group passengers, such as the elderly and disabled, with a score of 3.97. However, several things still need to be improved, especially in integration between modes of transportation. Public transportation also been shown to positively impact the local economy, especially in supporting the tourism sector and creating business opportunities for the surrounding community. This study provides recommendations for local governments to continue to strive to improve infrastructure and transportation systems to make more efficient and affordable services for the community and tourists. The findings serve as a strategic reference for local governments to design more inclusive and economically beneficial public transportation systems.

Abstract

Studi ini menguraikan hasil pengembangan alat ukur pembelajaran yang mencakup beberapa aspek penilaian, yaitu portofolio, hasil proyek, presentasi proyek, serta tes tertulis. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan dengan menerapkan pendekatan Project Based Learning (PjBL). Proses pembelajaran di SMK memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dari SMA karena lebih berfokus pada pembekalan keterampilan dan kesiapan peserta didik untuk memasuki dunia profesional dan dunia industri. Sistem penilaian yang diterapkan dalam model PjBL bersifat lebih dinamis dan tidak terpaku pada pendekatan yang kaku, namun tetap menjunjung tinggi nilai objektivitas. Penentuan hasil akhir dilakukan melalui proses defuzzifikasi, yang dijalankan sepenuhnya dengan dukungan fuzzy logic toolbox. Pengembangan instrumen yang berbasis logika fuzzy ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif serta menjadi alternatif rujukan dalam merancang sistem evaluasi pembelajaran yang relevan di lingkungan pendidikan vokasional. Abstract

Pembangunan Daerah sangat terkait dengan kemampuan pembiayaan daerah dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang di miliki pemerintah daerah untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Strategi pemerintah daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam rangka memacu dan mempercepat pembangunan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan menggali, mengembangkan sumber-sumber pendapatan daerah dengan didukung regulasi, kelembagaan dan sumber daya aparatur, sarana dan prasarana dengan menyempurnakan sistem yang berbasis teknologi informasi yang efektif, dan pengembangan kerjasama antar daerah untuk pengamanan dan pencapaian target. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Adapun subjek penelitian yaitu orang, tempat, benda, Lembaga atupun organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat alternatif kebijakan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya peningkatan PAD Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah yaitu membangun infrastruktur, meningkatkan investasi, peningkatan SDM, dan pembuatan serta penyesuaian regulasi sebagai standar operasional pemungutan pajak dan retribusi daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine planning management in Islamic education with the perspective of Irfani's epistemology, which emphasizes the spiritual and intuitive dimension in the educational process. This approach is integrated with the epistemology of Bayani and Burhani as initiated by Muhammad Abed Al-Jabiri, to create a holistic and comprehensive education system. This research uses a qualitative method with documentation-based data collection techniques and in-depth interpretation of Al-Jabiri's main works, such as Takwin al-'Aql al-'Arabi, as well as other supporting literature. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using an interpretive and holistic approach. The results of the study show that planning in Islamic education management based on Irfani's epistemology emphasizes the depth of spirituality, which is complemented by Bayani's normative foundation and Burhani's rational analysis. Irfani's approach encourages inner experience, contemplation, and transcendental relationships with God, which provides a balanced dimension between the mundane and ukhrawi aspects in educational planning. The discussion also found that this approach can strengthen the vision and mission of Islamic education in building the character of kamil people who are integrity, intellectually intelligent, and morally and spiritually responsible. In conclusion, the integration of these three epistemologies, in particular with an emphasis on the Irfani perspective, offers a holistic planning framework, making Islamic education more relevant and adaptive to the challenges of the times, without neglecting the spiritual values and morality that are its essence.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kerry Nex Express. The independent variables used are leadership style, compensation and motivation, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method of collecting data is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT. Kerry Nex Express. The use of quantitative methods which are associations as research methods that use primary data. The results showed that the t-count value was -1.431 <2.00 and the significance was 0.158> 0.05 so the leadership style did not affect employee job satisfaction, the t-count value was 1.768> 2.00 and the significance was 0.000 <0.05 so compensation affect employee job satisfaction, from the calculated t value of 5.329 > 2.00 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so motivation affects employee job satisfaction. While simultaneously leadership style, compensation and motivation affect employee job satisfaction as seen from the calculated F value of 44.218 > 2.76 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengukur sejauhmana peran etika, moral serta empati bagi perokok aktif dalam berinteraksi serta menumbuhkan empati dengan orang lain yang bukan perokok pada suatu kondisi bersama. Hubungan langsung antara perokok akfit dengan perokok pasif di berbagai kesempatan tentunya sangat tidak bisa dihindari, pada saat dimana sebuah ruangan tanpa sekat yang membatasi antara ruangan para perokok maupun non perokok sehingga asap yang keluar akan dihirup oleh perokok tersebut maupun orang lain di sekitarnya. Maka kemudian bagaimana harus ditumbuhkan sikap-sikap untuk memahami keadaan mengingat di tempat umum seperti itu ada banyak orang dan masyarakat yang beragam dan tidak semua adalah perokok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metoda studi literatur menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran serta penekanan terkait sikap, etika dan moral serta empati yang harus ditumbuhkan seorang perokok dalam berinteraksi dengan masyarakat lain sehingga akan timbul saling memahami dan menghargai satu sama lainnya.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze, describe and find the concept of human resource management of Islamic educational institutions from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. This research answers two main problems, namely the conception and implications of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah in human resource management. To find the results of the study, researchers use a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study construct this resource management with maqāṣid al-syarī'ah which consists of five perspectives, namely: ḥifẓ al-dīn (optimization of religiosity), ḥifẓ al-nafs (optimization of psychic and physical), ḥifẓ al-aql (optimization of reason), ḥifẓ al-māl (optimization of wealth) and ḥifẓ al-'irdh (optimization of honor / self-esteem), from this perspective the theory of human resource management maqashidi is built with five main components, namely: Mutadayyin (religion), ḏaki (intelligent), munazzam (manejerial) matīn al-khuluq (morality) mutamayyiz (performance/achievement).
