Abstract

This research background is property tax management authority transfer by center government to local government according to the laws of local tax number 28 in 2009. The purpose is to make government financial independently and increase local revenue in property tax sector. Problem of that condition is local government must be set up many supporting factors, that is human resources especially property appraisal, computer and server tools, operating system and data base, compatibel files and service room, and exist budget to implement intensification and extensification tax program. Readiness of supporting factors are very influence optimization level of property tax revenue. According that condition, this research purpose is to analyse property tax management in Blora Regency so that from result of analysing can be arrange scenario planning which is consider uncertainty situation in future. Collecting data method of this research use Miles, Huberman, and Saldana method (2014), while scenario planning analysis use TAIDA method from Lindgren and Bandhold (2003). Result of this research is Government of Blora Regency has not maximaly implement property tax management yet. That condition based on empirical fact which is only one man appraisal to analyse NJOP with more than 500 thousand property tax object in Blora Regency. That situation cause property tax revenue not accordance with real potension.

Abstract

Kontribusi olahraga dan pendidikan jasmani telah menunjukkan konsistensi dalam mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pokok kehidupan manusia. Pendidikan adalah segenap upaya yang memengaruhi pembinaan dan pembentukan kepribadian, termasuk perubahan perilaku. Olahraga pada hakikatnya merupakan bagian dari pendidikan keseluruhan.  Dan ternyata olahraga  merupakan sekolah kehidupan terbaik.  Dalam  konteks  pengembangan  definisi  olahraga  biasanya  mencakup kegiatan yang luas dan spektrum kegiatan inklusif yang sesuai bagi orang-orang dari semua usia dan kemampuan, dengan penekanan pada nilai-nilai positif dari olahraga. Untuk kepentingan pembangunan khususnya, The UN Inter-Agency  Task Force  on  Sport  for  Development  and  Peace,  mendefinisikan olahraga   sebagai ?semua bentuk  aktivitas jasmani  yang berkontribusi terhadap kebugaran jasmani,  kesehatan mental dan interaksi sosial, seperti bermain, rekreasi, olahraga kompetitif terorganisasi, olahraga tradisional dan permainan?, sedangkan pendidikan jasmani sebagai ?semua yang mencakup istilah, kebugaran, keterampilan, gerak, tari, rekreasi, kesehatan, permainan dan olahraga ditambah nilai yang sesuai  dan pengetahuan masing-masing?

Abstract

Passive and undisciplined behavior of  students on the learning process implemented physical education is a frequent problem encountered by the teachers, especially for young teachers. In fact, an experienced teacher also still encounter students who are undisciplined and passive behavior of students in learning. Various efforts and strategies to improve student learning activities and disciplines need to be owned by the teachers as to increase its efforts to avoid these problems become more severe. Some of the guidance system of discipline is more emphasis on extrinsic motivation, while others emphasize the intrinsic motivation. Regardless of the coaching system selected by the teacher disciplined by the teacher, the application development needs to be done consistently disciplined, rigorous, and still appreciate the feelings and self-esteem.

Abstract

This research is intended to determine whether or not there is a correlationbetween body mass index and content of hemoglobin with physical fitness, eitherseparately or simultaneously. The research method employed is a survey conducted fromAugust 1999 to January 2000. The subjects of the research were 80 students of the Sportand Health Department of FKIP UNS. The data, the score of performance of threevariables above, were collected through measurement and tests. The technique of dataanalysis applied here was the technique of regression and correlation. The result ofanalysis showed that there was a negative correlation between body mass index andphysical fitness, and a positive correlation between content of hemoglobin and physicalfitness, either separately or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between the decentralization policy in East Kalimantan Province and coal mining, using a literature study. The finding shows evidence that there is a mixed impact between the decentralization and mineral and mining sectors. The decentralization policy has provided opportunities for local governments to manage and utilize their natural resources independently. Decentralization in the mining sector brings positive impacts on economic security, as indicated by an increase in the East Kalimantan provinces human development index as of 2016 reaching 74.59. Decentralization would therefore be good for economic growth and poor for basic services such as education and health and the occurrence of landscape changes that lead to environmental damage.

Abstract

Bencana alam yang terjadi di Indonesia menimbulkan banyak kerugian, baik korban jiwa maupun harta benda. Hal ini memerlukan perhatian khusus karena kejadian bencana tersebut bukan yang pertama kali, bahkan terjadi berulang kali untuk tiap tahunnya. Pengurangan risiko bencana dan dampak akibat bencana yang terjadi bisa diminimalisir dengan manajemen bencana yang baik, terutama untuk tahap pra bencana seperti mitigasi dan kesiapsiagaan. Mitigasi bencana adalah langkah awal yang dilakukan sebelum terjadi bencana dengan menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana untuk mengurangi risiko bencana. Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) mengambil bagian sebagai lembaga penanggulangan bencana untuk membantu masyarakat mulai dari pra bencana, tanggap darurat dan pasca bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan kepada tim relawan MDMC, BPBD Forum Relawan Pengurangan Risiko Bencana dan Komunitas Mangroove Muhammadiyah dengan metode wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Teknik analisa data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dari Mathew Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) mengambil bagian dalam mitigasi bencana di kabupaten Kebumen, seperti keterlibatan aktif dalam sosialisasi bencana dan fasilitator pembentukan Desa Tangguh Bencana, penanaman pohn mangrove, pembentukan cluster kesehatan khusus dari anggota MDMC yang berasal dari tenaga kesehatan, pelatihan tim kesehatan dalam bencana dan pembentukan Komunitas Mangrove Muhammadiyah. Kata kunci : manajemen bencana, mitigasi, MDMC ROLE OF MUHAMMADIYAH DISASTER MANAGEMENT CENTER IN DISASTER MITIGATION ABSTRACT Natural disasters that occurred in Indonesia caused many losses, both fatalities and property. This requires special attention because the disaster event is not the first time, it even happens repeatedly for each year. Disaster risk reduction and the impact of disasters that occur can be minimized by good disaster management, especially for the pre-disaster stage such as mitigation and preparedness. Disaster mitigation is the first step taken before a disaster occurs by preparing facilities and infrastructure to reduce disaster risk. Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) takes part as a disaster management agency to help the community starting from pre-disaster, emergency response and post-disaster. This research uses descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The data collection process was carried out to the MDMC volunteer team, BPBD Volunteer Risk Reduction Forum and the Mangroove Muhammadiyah Community using the interview method and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis models from Mathew Milles and Huberman. The results obtained by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) took part in disaster mitigation in Kebumen district, such as active involvement in disaster socialization and facilitators in the formation of the Resilient Disaster Village, planting mangrove trees, the formation of special health clusters from MDMC members who came from health workers, training the health team in the disaster and the formation of the Muhammadiyah Mangrove Community. Abstract

This study aims to analyze public policy instruments chosen in the implementation of prostitution prevention and repetition policies in the city of Surabaya. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a focus of research analyzing Voluntary Model Instruments, Mixed Model Instruments and Mandatory Instruments (Regulations). Novelty (novelty) of this research is to see the reality of the problem of prostitution by looking at the public policy instruments chosen in the implementation of prostitution prevention and repetition policies. The results showed that from the voluntary model instrument, commercial sex workers (CSWs) had been given skills training as well as spiritual spray/ recitation on a regular basis to then be repatriated to their home areas with compensation. However, not all sex workers want compensation. Residents of Dolly and Jarak held a bulletin board after hundreds of residents burned tires in the middle of the road as a refusal.

Abstract

Disaster literacy is integrated in learning in schools such as designing teaching materials that contain disaster literacy in it so that participant preparedness students in dealing with disasters can increase, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of geography teaching materials based on disaster literacy to improve the readiness of Kerjo Karanganyar high school students in dealing with landslides. The method used in this study is one group pre-test post-test, using the t test analysis or independent sample t test with a confidence level of 5%, the results of the study are as follows the effectiveness of the use of geography-based disaster literacy teaching materials at a 5% confidence level (0 , 05) obtained sig 0.0046 <0.05 which means there is an increase in students' disaster preparedness in all aspects, namely knowledge, attitudes, emergency response plans, disaster warning systems and resource mobilization capabilities.

Abstract

Penyakit Tuberkulosis (TB) atau biasa disebut TBC menjadi penyakit menular paru-paru yang paling berbahaya di tahun 2016. TB merupakan penyebab kematian utama di banyak negara berkembang. Kegiatan penemuan kasus Tuberkulosis Paru dilakukan selain dengan pasif case finding, juga dengan melibatkan kader kesehatan  dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan program Tuberkulosis Paru . Kurang optimalnya peran kader dan petugas kesehatan menjadi faktor penyebab kegagalan penanggulangan TB.  Angka penemuan TB mengalami penuruan, belum sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan. Succes rate di Kabupaten Kebumen berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada tiga tahun terakhir juga masih di bawah standar yang ditetapkan.  Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh Tim Pengabdian masyarakat Stikes Muhammadiyah Gombong adalah membeningkatkan peran KMP-TB dalam hal penanggulangan TB dengan melalui beberapa kegiatan, yaitu memberikan pelatihan dasar (pelatihan tentang komunikasi dasar, konseling dan pelatihan teknik penyuluhan), Pelatihan Inti tentang TB dan penangobatannya, simulasi (simulasi deteksi dini TB dan simulasi pemberian obat TB). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya penigkatan pengetahuan anggota KMP-TB Puring tentang komunikasi, promosi kesehtan, penyakit TB dan pengobatan

Abstract

Hipertensi atau Tekanan Darah tinggi adalah terjadinya peningkatan secara abnormal pada tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri yang berkepanjangan dengan nilai tekanan sistol diatas 140 mmHg dan tekanan diastolnya diatas 90 mmHg, darah yang membawa suplai oksigen dan nutrisi menjadi terhambat sebelum sampai ke jaringan tubuh. Dusun Krajan desa Selogiri memiliki 52 KK, Sebagian besar pekaejaan petani  terdapat kegiatan rutin lapanan yang diikuti oleh semua KK, dilakukan setiap 5 minggu sekali  pada malam Sabtu Manis. Hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah 36 Orang di kelompok lapanan dusun Krajan desa Sealogiri kecamatan Karanggayan terdapat  23 orang yamg tergolong hipertensi yaitu hasil pengukuran melebihi 140/90 mmHg, bahkan ada 3 orang yang tekanan darahnya lebi dari 200/100 mmHg, dalam keadaan tersebut masyarakat tetap melakukan aktifitas.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dapat melakukan Tindakan pencegahan risiko kegawatdaruratan penyakit hipertensi pada masyarakat di dusun Krajan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan memberikan edukasi Kesehatan yang berisi pencegahan hipertensi. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan yaitu 50 orang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat berjalan lancar dan rata-rata tekanan darah berada direntang 110-145 mmHg, dan peningkatan pengetahuan mencapai 2.5 kali dari sebelum diberikan edukasi.
