Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya peningkatan kemampuan memahami perilaku menyimpang dengan teknik CERIAKAN pembelajaran pada siswa kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sooko Semester Genap Taun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research/CAR). Penelitian dan solusi disusun sesuai dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran di kelas dan dialami oleh guru pada kompetensi dasar sebelumnya yaitu memahami sosialisasi sebagai proses pembentukan kepribadian. Adapun solusi yang diterapkan pada kompetensi dasar setelahnya tentang memahami terjadinya perilaku menyimpang adalah penggunaan metode pembelajaran inkuiri model “CERIAKAN” sehingga prestasi belajar siswa meningkat. Penelitian tindakan perbaikan dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari rangkaian kegiatan (1) perencanaan/plaining, (2) pelaksanaan/tindakan/ acting, (3) pengamatan/observing, dan (4) refleksi/reflecting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model “CERIAKAN” dalam proses pembelajaran terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa baik berdasarkan hasil evaluasi maupun hasil observasi. Hasil evaluasi siswa, nilai rata-rata kelas ulangan harian pra siklus 67 dengan 6 siswa (27,27%) telah tuntas dan 16 siswa (72,72%) siswa belum tuntas, sedangkan pada siklus 1 nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 75 dengan 11 siswa (50%) yang tuntas dan 11 siswa (50%) belum tuntas dan pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 81 dengan 21 siswa (95,45%) tuntas. Jadi secara keseluruhan telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15 poin dari pra siklus hingga siklus.

Abstract

The literacy of green economy among Indonesian people is still very minimal so that its implementation is still very low. The concept of green economy is closely related to social welfare, environmental sustainability, and renewable energy, biodiversity, and emission reduction. Green economy answers the economic challenges in Indonesia, which lately is still rampant exploitation in the field of natural resources. In addition, the concept of green economy is very relevant to the concept of sharia economics or Islamic economics which both carry out the principle of environmental sustainability and prohibit things that cause damage. However, the two economic concepts are still not well implemented due to the lack of literacy among the community. To answer these problems, researchers decided to increase literacy in the field of green economy and Islamic economics which was carried out through socialization and making environmentally friendly products and coupled with digital marketing training, because digital marketing is in line with the principles of green economy where practically, digital marketing is a very environmentally friendly sales and promotion method because it does not use media derived from the exploitation of natural resources. This community service activity was carried out at the Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school, Kasihan village, Tegalombo sub-district, Pacitan district. The socialization participants were students from the boarding school.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat di Indonesia memberikan tantangan baru dalam membangun branding instansi. Bidang pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang perlu melakukan rebranding agar jasa yang ditawarkan semakin diterima oleh banyak konsumen. Rebranding tata kelola organisasi terkait perencanaan, implementasi program baru, serta evaluasi dapat menjadi langkah strategis untuk memperbaiki kinerja dan mencapai tujuan yang lebih baik. Dalam konteks ini, rebranding tata kelola organisasi berfokus pada perubahan dalam sistem dan proses yang terkait dengan perencanaan, implementasi program baru, serta evaluasi kinerja organisasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada Yayasan MI Khulafaurrosyidin, Kabupaten Jombang dalam rangka optimalisasi administrasi untuk keberlanjutan organisasi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada pada MI Khulafaurrosyidin terkait dengan tata kelola administrasi, keuangan, legalitas, dan branding untuk menambah jumlah murid. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah membenahi aspek tata kelola terhadap administrasi, keuangan, legalitas, dan branding organisasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menyajikan pendekatan holistik dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan MI. Dengan meningkatkan tata kelola administrasi, keuangan, legalitas, dan branding, MI dapat mencapai efisiensi operasional, keuangan yang berkelanjutan, kepatuhan hukum, dan daya tarik sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam. Upaya ini bukan hanya menciptakan fondasi yang kuat bagi MI saat ini, tetapi juga menetapkan dasar yang kokoh untuk keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of deradicalization policies with the aim of obtaining a comprehensive understanding of (1) the process of implementing deradicalization policies, (2) the actors involved or playing a role in the implementation of these policies, and (3) the impacts of implementing deradicalization policies. To achieve these objectives, we collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and secondary data documentation. The data were analyzed using the Interactive Model. Based on the data analysis and discussion, the conclusions are as follows. First, the success of the policy implementation process is determined by: (a) the clarity and detail of the policy content, including the tasks of the implementers; (b) the implementation strategies used by the policy implementers; and (c) support from the environment in which the policy is implemented. Second, the effectiveness of the actor’s roles in the policy implementation process will be better if (a) there is communication, coordination, and facilitation of the actors’ needs in carrying out their tasks; (b) cooperation and mutual understanding of each actor’s role are established; and (c) the target groups and the community are involved from the planning stage to the implementation. Third, to achieve direct impacts, practical activities that provide economic benefits and skill development for the target groups are required. For indirect impacts, active involvement of the target groups and the community is necessary to collectively build awareness for improved attitudes and behaviors.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of digital marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction within the Indonesian e-commerce industry. Driven by the significant growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, the research aims to identify the key factors that impact customer satisfaction and provide actionable insights for e-commerce businesses. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 200 Indonesian e-commerce customers through a structured questionnaire. The analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to evaluate the relationships between digital marketing strategy, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Results indicate that both digital marketing strategy and service quality positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction. The findings underscore the importance of integrating robust digital marketing tactics and maintaining high service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in the competitive e-commerce landscape of Indonesia. These insights offer valuable recommendations for e-commerce companies aiming to improve their customer engagement and service delivery practices.

Abstract

Perancangan motif pada busana wanita dengan memadukan teknik batik dan tie dye dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis di Pasar Klewer, Solo. Observasi juga dilakukan melalui media sosial dan marketplace dan belum ada produk busana wanita dengan motif teknik batik dan tie dye. Perancangan produk fesyen ini menerapkan metode pendekatan perancangan seni menurut SP. Gustami yang mengemukakan 3 tahap 6 langkah dalam proses berkarya. Ketiga tahap tersebut adalah tahap eksplorasi (perancangan ide, konsep, dan landasan penciptaan), perancangan (rancangan desain karya), dan perwujudan (pembuatan karya). Hasil akhir dari artikel ini adalah dua buah busana wanita dengan motif yang menggabungkan teknik batik dan tie dye. Busana wanita tersebut untuk acara formal pada wanita umur 20 - 30 tahun. Perancangan ini sebagai salah satu partisipasi penulis dalam melestarikan batik yakni dengan mengembangkan ide dari motif klasik.

Abstract

Troso woven cloth, located in Troso village, Jepara city, is one of the various Indonesian cultural heritages first discovered in AD. The purposes of this study are: 1) to investigate the woven cloth and its uses, the relationship between woven cloth with cultural and religious traditions, and the relationship between the woven cloth and local identity; 2) to design a new motif of Troso woven cloth that incorporates the elements of Jepara culture. The study used a practice-based research approach. The data were collected by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the local community commonly uses woven fabric products as decorative. Troso cloth is also used to design attires, gamis dresses, or koko shirts for the feast day or formal events. The craftsmen of Troso woven fabrics made in Jepara primarily receive orders with motifs from other regions, including Bali, Sumatra, and Kalimantan. In contrast, the original woven fabric motifs distinctive from Troso are rarely known to the general public. The study formulates a new digital-based motif of the Troso fabric pattern that displays the iconic elements of Jepara city. The iconic depictions of Jepara are in the form of turtles, Jepara wooden carvings, and wave patterns. This research is expected to elevate the Troso fabric’s identity as a local identity of Jepara city and contribute to the Troso village community to develop the Troso fabric unique to the region.

Abstract

Industry players are required to be more creative and innovative in developing textile products with various manufacturing techniques. The development of textile products that did not produce textile waste and did not adversely affect the environment to make ready-made clothing for women. The purpose of this design is an update in the combination of Painting on Water and Eco Print techniques, which is for the development of textile products that do not produce textile waste if produced into ready-made clothing. The method used in the creation of artwork according to SP. Gustami. The result of three stages of creation analysis is the observation of Eco Print Ramban Ayu in Temanggung and Painting On Air Mangsi Kelir which originated in Bandung, the design by creating various combinations of designs from both techniques, and the embodiment of being used as ready-made clothing for female teenagers. The results of the design resulted in motif design and ready-made fashion design. With Painting Techniques on Water as the basis of dyeing and Eco Print as the main motif. The design resulted in the design being realized as a ready-to-use fashion product for female teenagers aged 15 to 23 using the color palette trend 2023.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the existence of technocrats in the formulation of regional education policy in Sampang Regency. As for the stages of policy formulation as stated Winarno (2014: 123) include the formulation of the problem (defining problem), policy agenda, to the selection of Policy Alternatives. Analysis in this study was conducted using qualitative research with descriptive approach. The results of the study when viewed from the context of the formulation of the problem shows that there are still unevenness educational facilities causes low quality of Education, high dropout rates, and low participation society. Technocrats have formulated several efforts to answer these problems such as equitable distribution of educational facilities in elementary schools but not yet equitable in high schools, data collection and socialization of the causes of school dropout rates, and creating Community Learning Center (PKBM) programs to reduce the low average Community School duration. At the stage of identifying alternative policies, technocrats offered several recommendations to improve Sampang Regency education, namely conducting data collection related to school dropout rates, improving quality by making certain advantages in each school, building educational history buildings, increasing cooperation between Pondok pesantren salafiyah and PKBM, and pesantren should be recognized as formal education.

Abstract

Family Planning Services are a strategic effort in population control and the improvement of family education in Jambi City. In Jambi City, the Office of Population Control and Family Planning has implemented various services to generate positive impacts in support of family welfare. However, the concrete impact of these services on educational aspects still requires further research. This study aims to analyze the impact of Family Planning Services and their relationship to improving education in Jambi City. This research uses qualitative methods. It was found that the provision of Family Planning Services (KB) by the DPPKB in Jambi City can increase families' awareness and knowledge about the importance of participating in the KB program, enabling families to plan the number and spacing of their children's births, which positively affects the quality of children's education.
