Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of halal tourism policies in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB), Indonesia, as part of its strategic agenda to become a Muslim-friendly tourism destination. Methodology/approach: Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 32 scholarly articles published between 2021 and 2025, the study employs the CIPP evaluation framework (Context, Input, Process, Product) to analyze policy aspects. The review was conducted with halal tourism policies and how these policies contribute to sustainable tourism development. Results/findings: The findings reveal that NTB possesses strong geographical, cultural, and demographic advantages supporting halal tourism. However, challenges persist in human resource capacity, institutional coordination, and equitable distribution of outcomes. Policy formulation aligns well with both local and global demands, but implementation and monitoring require significant improvements. Conclusion: While NTB’s halal tourism policies have a solid foundation, enhancing execution and oversight is crucial for maximizing sustainable development benefits. Limitations: This study is limited by its reliance on secondary data from existing literature, which may not capture the most recent policy dynamics or on-the-ground realities. Contribution: The research contributes to public policy scholarship by providing a conceptual and evaluative synthesis of halal tourism policy effectiveness, highlighting areas for strategic improvement in Indonesia’s sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Integrated Wonorejo Zone is one of the development zone in Lumajang Regency with significant goals to improve potensial condition in three aspect namely tourism, agriculture and SMEs. Based on RTRW in 2008-2028, which was established in 2008, the development strategy of this zone is change. Integrated Wonorejo Zone was mentioned as a Strategic Economic Development Zone. This research describe and analyse about how the implication of policy change toward Integrated Wonorejo Zone. This research using method of descriptive research with qualitative approach as well as analysis of data by John Seidel about QDA (qualitative data analysis). The result of this research explain that the policy change implication, from description, implementation and implication point of view did not give significant expectation. Key Words: Policy Change, Integrated Wonorejo Zone, Strategic Economic Development Zone.

Abstract

The Master Plan Activity of Serayu River Voyage (SRV) for tourism development in Banyumas Regency were expected to be completed within five years from 2008 to 2012, but during the period until 2013, most programs and activities have not been implemented. The results showed that the Master Plan of SRV in the framework of tourism development in Banyumas Regency has not been implemented properly. The cause is the absence of good coordination between agencies, the lack programs and activities integration, supporting documents have not been revised, absence of good socialization, and the lack of private sector contribution. The factors that constrain and support implementation of the Master Plan is described as follows. Supporting factors: competent human resources (implementor) already available at the managerial level and have intellectual tourism, it is only need to add personnel in the sector of culture; the availability of adequate budget; institutions that have been effective and efficient; High community response; High commitment of Banyumas Regent and cooperation related parties (stakeholders); and natural conditions of Serayu tend to calm and the river slope condition is small. The constrain factors: regulatory policies; integration of programs and activities; coordination and socialization implied sectoral ego that need to be addressed. Abstract

This study describes the synchronization of spatial planning with the construction of toll road-based sustainable development in the Area of Interchange Tol Madiun. Aimed to explore the information from some source: BAPPEDA Kabupaten Madiun, Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Madiun, Office of the Bagi Village, and Communities around the Interchange Tol Madiun. The results showed that; first, the synchronization of spatial planning with the construction of the Madiun toll road not fully following the RT/RW (community association) plan and unable to be categorized as ideal planning. The application of the participation has been running well, but there is still a discrepancy on the principle of continuity and holistically. Second, the implementation of Sustainable Development in the construction of the toll road is not running balance between economic development, social and environmental. Supporting factor form is the strong legal basis and the high level of community participation. Inhibiting factors in the form of rationalization of the budget because of the pandemic Covid19 and the lack of personals resource that is pure has graduated in spatial studies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the inmate assimilation policy implemented at Class IIA Sidoarjo Penitentiary as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the policy. The analysis in this study was conducted using the Six Sigma (DMAIC) approach which consists of the steps define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. The results showed that when viewed from the context of constraints, there was a lack of public involvement from the families of prisoners and the community as service users and policy beneficiaries, a comparison of the number of service officers lacking in providing services, lack of effectiveness and efficiency in the evaluation process and monitoring mechanism. However, in terms of implementation, the policy of assimilation of prisoners has succeeded in reducing the number of overcapacity, saving the budget for food for prisoners and accelerating the process of proposing prisoner release services from 2 months to only 14 days. This assimilation policy is proven to have an easy process and provide satisfaction with correctional services for prisoners.

Abstract

Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peluang untuk diciptakannya suatu produk dengan pengolahan visual yang menarik. Ide visual yang dibuat adalah Sejarah Kehidupan Manusia Purba yang ada di Museum Sangiran. Sumber ide ini dipilih karena salah satu tempat wisata sekaligus edukasi bersejarah yang ada di Kota Solo. Tujuan perancangan desain ini adalah untuk membuat desain Batik Solo dengan sumber ide Sejarah Kehidupan Manusia Purba di Museum Sangiran yang visualnya dibuat dengan gaya ilustrasi pada cerita anak-anak. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode desain yang ditulis oleh Prof. Nanang Rizali mengutip teori dari Colin Clipson, yaitu : (1) Identifikasi Masalah, (2) Analisis (3) Perencanaan Produksi, (3) Proses Kreatif, (4) Proses Produksi, (5) Distribusi Pemasaran. Hasil dari rancangan ini adalah desain yang menggambarkan Sejarah Kehidupan Manusia Purba di Sangiran dengan penggayaan ilustrasi dari buku cerita anak yang menjadi potensi nilai artistik dan estetik sehingga dapat menghasilkan visual desain batik yang inovatif dan memiliki nilai lebih dibandingkan dengan produk batik lainnya. Untuk pewarnaan, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik celup mengggunakan pewarna alam tingi. Lalu desain batik direalisasikan menjadi kemeja unisex yang bisa dipakai remaja putra maupun putri

Abstract

Fokus permasalahan yang dibahas dalam perancangan ini yaitu bagaimana merancang motif dengan sumber ide Flora Endemik Sumatra untuk pengaplikasian pada pakaian ready to wear wanita dengan rentang usia 17-25 tahun dengan menggunakan penggayaan visual toile de jouy. Metode perancangan tekstil yang digunakan adalah metode perancangan yang mengacu pada pemikiran Colin Clipson. Menggunakan metode observasi, studi pustaka serta studi visual. Konsep perancangan ini adalah Flora Endemik Sumatra yang digunakan sebagai sumber ide perancangan motif pakaian ready to wear dan dikemas dalam motif pakaian yang sesuai dengan gaya hidup wanita dengan rentang usia yang telah disebutkan serta wanita yang cenderung ingin mengeksplorasi gaya berpenampilan. Dalam pengaplikasiannya, perancangan ini mempertimbangkan nilai keindahan yang didasarkan pada karakterkarakter dari sasaran pasar. Hasil visualisasi desain yang terpilih akan dilanjutkan pada proses dengan teknik digital printing dalam kain berbahan roberto cavalli. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah pakaian ready to wear yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai acara dan kesempatan formal, semi formal, maupun non formal yang dapat menjadi wujud karya tekstil dari tugas akhir

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze legal protection of Lurik Art Conservation Through Intellectual Property Rights in Klaten Regency. Klaten is the area that is most concerned with the survival of lurik weaving. There is someone mentioned that the Klaten Regency was the capital of lurik weaving. Because the weaving of Looms are not machines or Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (hereinafter abbreviated to ATBM) is a mainstay of this city. There are countless villages that become centers of lurik craftsmen. This research is empirical or non-doctrinal research, which is a study that sees the law not only from the perspective of legislation, but also sees the law in its implementation. The results of the study show that the first legal protection in preserving the current lurik art in Klaten, namely the Klaten Regency Government, then stipulates the Regent's Regulation Number 53 of 2010 Article 23 Paragraph (9) on the Daily Batik and Traditional Weaving Lurik Service or ATBM Striated and the Klaten Regent's Decree Number : 065/1014/06 December 30, 2010 on Wearing Traditional Weaving, Motives, Colors and Free Models with Attributes. Furthermore, based on the Decree of the Regent of Klaten Number 050/84 of 2016 on Klaten Regency's Superior Products, batik striated is one of the superior products of Klaten Regency. With the issuance of these rules as an effort to protect and preserve lurik art in Klaten district and referring to Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright, it has regulated the forms of protection of lurik art in Klaten through Article 40 paragraph (1). The Second Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Against Lurik Art, namely Protection of lurik artworks, besides being accommodated in Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright (Copyright Law) and Trademark Law and other intellectual property right laws. Elucidation of Article 40 paragraph (1) letter j of the Copyright Law. The work is protected because it has artistic value, both in relation to the picture, style, and color composition. The Copyright Act also emphasizes that it is important to protect Copyright because every creator, in this case, the creator of the lurik motif has the right to moral rights and economic rights.

Abstract

Abstract            In order to provide the protection to the “traditional batik art knowledge” in Tirtomoyo, Wonogiri, the local government policy rests on the potensial of art, commerce, services, education, tourism and sports.Here, it can be drawn the real purpose, that is to develop, to conserve, and to protect the traditional knowledge as the heritage and cultural expression, especially the traditional knowledge. In this case, the Intellectual Property Right protection and its all varieties should be applied on the traditional intellectual art. However, it has not yet manifested the regional regulation on the Intellectual Property Right, especially the protection to the traditional knowledge.         There has not been confirmation about what institutions will be responsible or what kind of agencies will be involved in providing the protection to the traditional knowledge, like the batik art, dance art, and others, so that they don’t seem loose accountability in handling it. The policy on the Intellectual Property Right, especially the one related to the traditional knowledge, is still partial or supplement. The Industry and Trade Department of Wonogiri regency, which handles the micro and medium industry field and is not related directly to the batik handicraft industry, has planned to make a program of batik handicraft industry as the regional superior.

Abstract

PERMENDIKBUD RI No 33 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelenggaraan Program Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana mengemukakan bahwa Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) merupakan upaya dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan dampak akibat bencana. Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) memiliki beberapa ruang lingkup mencakup: (a) penyelenggaraan SPAB pra-bencana; (b) penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam situasi darurat bencana; dan (c) pemulihan layanan pendidikan Pascabencana. Terdapat tiga pilar dari SPAB yaitu: (1) Fasilitas sekolah aman bencana, (2) Manajemen bencana di sekolah, dan (3) Pendidikan pencegahan dan pengurangan risiko bencana. Guru memiliki peranan penting dalam mewujudkan SPAB di Sekolah. Kabupaten Boyolali merupakan wilayah yang rawan akan bencana. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi SPAB kepada MGMP Geografi Kabupaten Boyolali yang diharapkan dapat menjadi pelopor SPAB. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan simulasi SPAB dengan mengumpulkan seluruh guru geografi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di SMA Negeri 2 Kabupaten Boyolali dan melakukan pretest-posttest. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatnya pemahaman Guru MGMP Geografi Kabupaten Boyolali mengenai SPAB.
