Abstract

Kecepatan tendangan merupakan indikator penting dalam penilaian performa atlet pencak silat, dan meskipun metode manual terbatas oleh akurasi dan efisiensi, teknologi modern dapat memberikan solusi yang lebih akurat dan efisien dalam pengukurannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pelatih pencak silat di Indonesia terhadap kebutuhan dan tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi pengukuran kecepatan tendangan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 214 pelatih pencak silat yang disurvei secara daring menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Google Forms. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatih menyadari pentingnya teknologi dalam mengukur kecepatan tendangan (rata-rata skor 3,10), meskipun mereka juga menghadapi hambatan dalam hal biaya, pelatihan, dan aksesibilitas (rata-rata skor 2,96). Penerimaan terhadap penggunaan teknologi cukup positif, dengan skor rata-rata 3,08, namun keterbatasan pengalaman penggunaan teknologi masih menjadi kendala. Teknologi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengukuran dan memberikan dampak positif pada motivasi serta evaluasi atlet. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengatasi hambatan seperti subsidi biaya, pelatihan intensif, dan peningkatan aksesibilitas teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi teknologi dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pengukuran kecepatan tendangan, yang pada akhirnya akan mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelatihan dan performa atlet pencak silat di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tentang fenomena kegiatan olahraga yang dilakukan dikawasan CFD (Car Free Day) di Kota besar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan desain korelasional yang bertujuan menghubungkan dua variabel atau lebih, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, pengumpulan dokumen lalu dianalisisi dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut fenomena yang terjadi di kota besar adalah 80% responden datang ke CFD dengan berkelompok dan membawa peralatan olahraga seperti bola, tali atau sepeda angina dari rumah, 86% responden datang rata-rata 2-3 kali dalam sebulan dan menghabiskan waktu selama 2 jam dikawasan CFD untuk berolahraga dan aktivitas lainnya. Dampak yang terjadi adalah 23% responden merasa senang dan terhibur dengan olahraga di kawasan CFD, sedangkan 72% responden merasa mendapatkan semangat dan motivasi baru sepulang dari olahraga dikawasan CFD dan 5% responden merasakan hal yang biasa saja. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk pemerintah kota dan kabupaten di Indonesia untuk mengadakan lebih banyak kegiatan CFD di daerahnya, untuk mengurangi dampak polusi kendaraan, meningkatkan kebugaran publik dan menjadi tempat hiburan yang menyenangkan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to gain new knowledge about sustainable movement education efforts in the elementary school curriculum. The method used is library research. This study uses secondary data collected through documentation methods. Data from various documents will be collected as literature, with a focus on research on the Physical Education Curriculum to support Sustainable Movement Education Efforts. Article searches were conducted through Google Scholar, GARUDA, and other high-achieving journals. The literature obtained must meet the Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria, and be in accordance with keywords such as Curriculum, Physical Education, Elementary School, Movement Education, and the Digitalization Era. The researcher selected 13 articles and journals on physical education that met the criteria and keywords set. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The conclusion of 13 works of literature on the physical education curriculum in elementary schools shows that the independent curriculum is more effective than the previous curriculum, with the support of technology and applications in learning that encourage the progress of physical education. Current movement education with an independent curriculum and innovative technology reflects sustainable movement education in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of knowledge of North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes on doping (clenbuterol). There are several reasons an athlete uses doping to achieve an achievement. One of the reasons is because he did not achieve maximum training results. The research method used is descriptive method with data survey technique, with a sample size of 15 people, namely all North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes with total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about clenbuterol doping . The results of research on the level of knowledge of North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes against doping (clenbuterol) are as follows: level of knowledge about doping in the “Good” category with a percentage of 75.00%, level of knowledge about the effects of doping in the “Excellent” category with a percentage of 84.67%, attitude towards doping in the “Good” category with a percentage of 77.82%, and level of knowledge about clenbuterol in the “Good” category with a percentage of 73.97%. The overall research results regarding the level of knowledge of North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes against doping (clenbuterol) in the “Good” category, with a percentage of 77.11%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PJOK learning in Central Semarang Private Junior High School using  the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. The evaluation model in this study is the CIPP model. The subjects of this study are school principals, PJOK teachers, and parents of students at Central Semarang Private Junior High School. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with details of 15 school principals, 15 PJOK teachers, and 15 parents of students. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the evaluation of the implementation of PJOK learning at Central Semarang Private Junior High School was 90% in the very good category. Based on each evaluation component, the following conclusions were obtained. (1) The context of the evaluation of the implementation of PJOK learning at Central Semarang Private Junior High School was 93% in the very good category. The indicator of teaching skills is 97% in the very good category and 89% in the good category. (2) Input Evaluation of the implementation of PJOK learning at Central Semarang Private Junior High School is 86% in the very good category. The teacher profile indicator is 89% in the very good category, while the student profile indicator is 82% in the good category and the learning infrastructure is 85% in the good category. (3) The evaluation process of the implementation of PJOK learning at Central Semarang Private Junior High School was 88% in the very good category. The syllabus indicator is 93% in the very good category, the implementation of learning is 87% in the very good category, while the RPP indicator is 85% in the good category. (4) The product evaluation of the implementation of PJOK learning at Central Semarang Private Junior High School was 93% in the very good category. The evaluation indicators of the learning process were 91% in the very good category and 95% in the very good category.

Abstract

Nowadays, many coaches do verbal and physical abuse to their athletes because the coaches consider it as a normal action and even included in the training program and able to discipline athletes. This study aimed to identify the correlation berween verbal and physical abuse on training motivation and mental toughness of volleyball athletes. This study used cross-sectional correlation with dual paradigm design. The sample used in this study are 155 female volleyball athletes from Semarang City. The research instrument to measure data used: 1) Korean Version of Verbal Abuse Questionnaire (K-VAQ), 2) Interpersonal Violence in Sport questionnaire (IViS), 3) Training Motivation Scale, and 4) Mental Toughness Scale. The result showed that there was a significant correlation between verbal abuse on training motivation (p = 0,00), physical abuse on training motivation (p = 0,00), physical abuse on mental toughness (p = 0,01), verbal and physical abuse on training motivation (p = 0,00), and verbal and physical abuse on mental toughness (p = 0,04). No significant correlation was found between verbal abuse on mental toughness (p = 0,07). The study concluded that there is a correlation between verbal and physical abuse and training motivation and mental toughness.

Abstract

Bhondula Village in Gorontalo Regency is known for its natural attractions such as waterfalls, clear rivers, and rafting activities. However, the development of its sports tourism potential is still not optimal. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in the development of sports tourism as the main attraction in Bhondula Village. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the Head of the Tourism Office, village government, tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis), the community, and tourists. The results of the study indicate that this village has strong natural resources and supports outdoor sports tourism activities such as camping, swimming, climbing, and rafting. However, several weaknesses were found such as less than optimal promotion, limited infrastructure, and inadequate security aspects. Opportunities that can be utilized include the potential for economic growth, support from the village government, and active community participation. Threats faced include natural disasters and unpredictable weather conditions. In conclusion, Bhondula Village has great potential in the development of sports tourism. A consistent strategy for improving facilities, security and promotion is needed to optimize the tourist attraction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of the playing method can improve the learning outcomes of forward guling. The benefit of this research is to provide educators with an overview of the use of appropriate playing methods in teaching and learning activities, so as to improve the quality of learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is action research and carried out in two cycles, each cycle begins with planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 36 students of SMA N 15 Semarang grade XI.A-1. Data was collected from observations and results of forward guling learning tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student learning outcomes, as evidenced in the first cycle of students who succeeded 22 students (61.1%). In cycle II there was a significant increase in that 29 students (80.5%) completed. In addition, the playing method can increase student activity in learning to guling forward. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the effective playing method to improve student learning outcomes in forward guling learning at SMA N 15 Semarang class XI.A-1. To teachers to be able to apply the results of this research on an ongoing basis so that they can apply this playing method as an alternative in the learning process as an effort to improve student learning outcomes, especially gulinging forward.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the personality of Banyumas Regency PORPROV athletes who compete in PORPROV IX Central Java 2023. The method used in this research is a survey using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 104 athletes, with details of 67 male athletes and 37 female athletes from 38 sports. Data collection techniques and instruments were carried out using the Sport Personality Questionnaire (SPQ-20) adopted from (Cameron, 2012) which was distributed online with a total of 168 questions. The data analysis technique uses quantitative percentages. The research results showed that overall Banyumas Regency PORPROV athletes had a high level of personality with an average score of 3.69 with details of 1 athlete in the very high category, 72 athletes in the high category, 30 athletes in the average category, and 1 athlete in the low category. The dominant personality indicators are achievement, adaptability, competitiveness, conscientiousness, visualization, goal setting, self-efficacy, flow, stress management, emotion, self-talk, self-awareness, ethics, and impression management. Abstract

Quality of physical education specifically in the city of Semarang has not been identified. In this research, we examine the quality of physical education from the perspective of physical education teachers using Quality Physical Education Assessment analysis through 8 indicators. This research is a type of survey research using a mixed method approach. The research location is in Semarang City with the target being teachers from all junior high school and senior high school in Semarang City. The sampling technique uses total sampling and multistage random sampling. The data collection instruments were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses Quality Physical Education Assessment with the Excel program. Research results: 1) Skill Development and Bodily Awareness got an average score of 4.0 in the high category with a percentage of 77%, 2) Facilities and Norms in Physical Education got an average score of 4.26 in the high category with a percentage 90%, 3) Quality Teaching of Physical Education gets an average score of 4.18 in the high category with a percentage of 86%, 4) Plan for Feasibility of Physical Education gets an average score of 3.54 in the medium category with percentage 49%, 5) Social Norms and Cultural Practice gets an average score of 3.66 in the medium category with a percentage of 61%, 6) Governmental Input for Physical Education gets an average score of 4.14 in the high category with percentage 86%, 7) Cognitive Skill Development got an average score of 4.02 in the high category with a percentage of 81%, 8) Habituated Behavior in Physical Activity got an average score of 3.99 in the high category with a percentage of 77 %. The conclusion is that the quality of physical education is in the high category on 6 indicators and in the medium category on 2 indicators. The advice given by researchers is for teachers, government and stakeholders to continue to support and increase activities that improve the quality of physical education in general and specifically.
