Athletes with advantages in playing will have the opportunity to participate in Porprov or PON through selection. Supervision (controlling) is carried out during training and matches. The psychological aspect of the two SSBs is one of the important things that administrators pay attention to, such as the emotional aspects, anxiety, motivation, and self-confidence felt by athletes, both from the causes and how to overcome them. In conclusion, the two SSBs almost have the same POAC and Psychological Aspects analyzed from SWOT, but the most visible difference is in funding.. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design because it tries to understand the phenomenon and does not try to manipulate the observed phenomena. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data and data sources come from primary data and secondary data. The research results show potential for paragliding tourism on Lelato Hill. The development of parachute sports has resulted in an unhindered and vertical flight of 16 degrees, an open landing area, and natural conditions that can be seen from the paragliding track. It's a track, but the weather is cloudy. Meanwhile, weather and wind conditions, 30-day average, 14.5 km/h. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure management, teacher participation in the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP), and the professional competence of Physical Education teachers on teacher performance. The method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data were collected from 30 Physical Education teachers in nine state senior high schools in Rembang Regency. The results of the study show that good infrastructure management and active participation of teachers in MGMP forum positively contribute to the improvement of professional competence and teacher performance. Specifically, adequate infrastructure allows Physical Education teachers to perform their duties more effectively, while active participation in MGMP forum provides opportunities for teachers to share experiences, increase knowledge, and develop their professional skills. It was also found that the integration of these three factors can enhance teaching effectiveness and student motivation, as well as contribute to higher academic achievement. This research has significant implications for education management, particularly in improving the quality of Physical Education teaching through the optimization of infrastructure and increased active participation in MGMP forum. The findings indicate that schools and local governments need to pay more attention to providing adequate facilities and supporting active teacher participation in MGMP forum. Additionally, enhancing teacher professional competence through continuous training and professional development should be prioritized to achieve better educational quality in Indonesia. Furthermore, the results of this study can serve as a basis for the development of policies and training programs aimed at improving teacher performance, which will ultimately have a positive impact on overall educational quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of drill training and concentration level on the results of petanque shooting. This research uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design with pretest and posttest. The research population was 45 UNNES petanque UKM athletes with samples taken using purposive sampling so that 40 people were obtained. The instruments used are the petanque shooting test and the grid concentration test. Analysis of this research data uses normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The results show 1) differences in the influence of training on petanque shooting results, Fcount (6.099) > Ftable (2.87) and α p = 0.018 < 0.05. 2) the difference in the influence of concentration on shooting results, Fcount (26,492) > Ftable (2.87) and α p = 0.000 < 0.05. 3) interaction of drill training and concentration level on petanque shooting results, Fcount (4.627) > Ftable (2.87) and α p = 0.038 < 0.05. Research conclusions: There is a difference in the influence of jack pralon half and jack pralon high drill training on petanque shooting results. There is a difference in the influence between high concentration and low concentration on shooting results. There is an interaction between drill training and concentration level on petanque shooting results, high concentration with jack pralon half training is better for petanque shooting results.
