Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Kajian Dosis Pupuk Organik Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.)’’ telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 27 Oktober 2020 sampai 25 Januari 2021 di Desa Donohudan Kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali. Ketinggian tempat sekitar 150 mdpl dan jenis tanahnya grumusol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dosis pupuk organik terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan factor tunggal yaitu pemberian dosis pupuk kandang dan POC GDM yang terdiri dari 7 macam perlakuan dan diulang 4 kali, terdiri dari K0 (Tanpa Pupuk Organik), K1 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 30 gr/polybag), K2 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 60 gr/polybag), K3 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 90 gr/polybag), P1 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 4 ml/L),P2 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 8 ml/L), P3 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 12 ml/L). Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengambil 2 tanaman pada setiap perlakuan. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan Uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf 5%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi, Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Daun Perumpun, Jumlah Umbi Perumpun, Bobot Umbi Segar, Bobot Umbi Kering, Berat Kering Brangaksan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Perlakuan dosis pupuk organik tidak berpengaruh tehadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot kering brangkasan, bobot umbi segar, dan bobot umbi kering, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap jumlah umbi. 2) Pemberian POC GDM memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah umbi .

Abstract

Research on coconut water concentration tests and chicken manure doses on arrowroot growth in the highlands was carried out in April - July 2020, located in Karangsari RT 01 RW 07, Tawangmanggu District, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude of ± 1,200 masl with andosol soil types. This study aims: to test the concentration of coconut water on arrowroot growth, to test the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth and to test the concentration of coconut water and the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which was arranged factorial with 2 treatment factors, namely the dose of chicken manure (D) and the concentration of coconut water (K) which resulted in 9 combinations. D0K0: without yam manure dose and without coconut water concentration, D1: 120 g dose, D2: 240 g dose, K1: 50% concentration, K2: 100% concentration. Observations were made on the treatment plot. To determine whether there was an effect of water concentration and chicken manure dose treatment, the F test was used through analysis of variance. Meanwhile, to determine the significance of the treatment, the LSD test was used at the 5% level. The results showed (1) Treatment of 50% young coconut water which was shown to be dry weight of 9.07 g showed a higher growth than without coconut water and coconut water with a concentration of 100%. In fact, it can be seen that at a concentration of 50% increased to 100% concentration there is a decrease in arrowroot growth. (2) The dose of chicken manure was not able to affect plant growth by showing no different dry weight. (3) There is an interaction between the dose of chicken manure and the concentration of coconut water.

Abstract

Maize is one of the most important food crops in the world and is even loved by people in Indonesia.This research was conducted in Manyaran Wonogiri, Central Java, from April to July 2020 in a pandemic situation. Where the implementation of regional PSBB is applied so that there are obstacles in the treatment of corn this research. In the cultivation of corn there are still obstacles from pest attack to harvest. The purpose of this study was to test the amount of cow manure against corn varieties (Zea mays L.). The method used in this study is RandomIzed Group Design Complete with two factorials, namely 2 varieties and 5 measure of cow manure combined into 10 combinations and repeated 3 times so that 30 experimental units were obtained. For the following treatment: J1P0: Maize P21 measure 0g/ plant, J1P1: Maize P21 measure 150 g / plant, J1P2: Maize P21 measure 300 g / plant, J1P3 : Maize P21 measure 450 g / plant, J1P4: Maize P21 measure 600 g / plant, J2P0: Corn Bisi 2 measure 0 g / plant, J2P1: Corn Bisi 2 measure 150 g / plant, J2P2: Corn Bisi 2 measure 300 g / plant, J2P3: Corn Bisi 2 measure 450 g / plant, J2P4: Corn Bisi 2 measure 600 g / plant. The results showed that the application of cow manure to Pionner 21 corn had no significant effect on observed parameters such as plant height, dry weight of stover, number of leaves, stem circumference, wet stover, but had an effect on seed weight per plantt, ear weight per plant, weight of 1000 seeds. Whereas Bisi 2 corn had no effect on plant height, leaf number, stem circumference, stover dry weight, cob weight per plantt, but had an effect on wet stover weight, seed weight per plant, weight 1000 seeds.

Abstract

Research on the study of the concentration of plant extracts on the growth and yield of rice plants was carried out in April - July 2020, located in Pare Village, Mondokan District, Sragen Regency with an altitude of 150 masl with grumosol soil type. This study aims: to see the effect of plant extracts on the growth and yield of rice plants, to measure the best extracts on the growth and yield of rice plants. This study used a randomized group (RAKL) single factor plant extract with various concentrations that resulted in 10 different treatments. A0K0: without presenting plant extracts, A1: Bamboo shoot extract, A2: Banana hump extract, A3: Onion extract, K1: 20ml / l concentration, K2: 40ml / l concentration, K3: 60ml / l concentration. The treatment was repeated 3 times in order to get 30 experimental experiments. The experimental unit of a treatment consisting of 4 clumps of plants. Observations were made on the treatment plots. To see no effect of the effect of plant extracts, a test through analysis of variance was used. Meanwhile, to determine the significance of the treatment, the Duncan test was used at level of 5%. The results showed (1)Bamboo shoots, banana weevil and shallot plant extracts were able to increase the number of tillers per clump by 19% compared to the control but did not affect plant height, leaf color, panicle length, number of grains per clump, grain weight per clump and weight of 1000 grains . (2)Bamboo shoots, banana weevil and shallot plant extracts were able to increase the number of clump panicles by 23% compared to the control but did not affect plant height, leaf color, panicle length, number of grains per clump, grain weight per clump and weight of 1000 grains.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Uji Efektivitas Penambahan Senyawa Mikroorganisme Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Garut (Maranta arundinaceae L.) bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk hayati terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman garut. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 16 September 2020 sampai 25 Desember 2020, di desa Gentong, Kecamatan Paron, Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian tempat 500 (mdpl). Penelitian menggunakan metode=Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor dengan 10 macam perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Adapun kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut : P0, P1K1, P1K2, P1K3, P2K1, P2K2, P2K3, P3K1, P3K2, P3K3. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk hayati BiotoGrow dengan konsentrasi 6 ml/L (P3K2) berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengamatan parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, jumlah anakan, berat brangkasan basah, dan berat berat kering brangkasan. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk hayati BiotoGrow dengan konsentrasi 6 ml/L (P3K2) tanaman tertinggi yang dihasilkan yaitu 134,18cm, jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu 14,88 helai, panjang-daun terpanjang yaitu 36,10 cm, lebar daun terlebar yaitu 14,80 cm, jumlah anakan terbanyak yaitu 5,70 anakan, jumlah umbi terbanyak yaitu 2,50 butir, berat umbi tertinggi yaitu 20,83 gr, berat brangkasan basah tertinggi yaitu 1,87 kg, dan berat kering brangkasan tertinggi yaitu 114,63 gr.

Abstract

Research on chicken manure manure and paclobutrazol test on rice plant growth and yield has been conducted in April - August 2020, located in Dibal Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency with a height of 150 meters above sea level with grumusol soil type. This research aims: to find out the effect of chicken manure and paclobutrasol manure test on the growth and yield of rice crops, know the best dose of chicken manure manure on the growth and yield of rice crops, know the influence of paclobutrasol on the growth and yield of rice crops. This study used a complete randomized group design (RAKL) factorial, namely the dose of chicken manure manure and the use of paclobutrasol resulted in 8 kinds of treatment. D0P0: without administration of manure and paclobutrasol, D1: manure manure chicken dose 0,9 kg, D2: manure chicken manure dose 1,8 kg, D3: manure manure chicken dose 2,7 kg, P1: the use of paclobutrasol. Treatment was repeated 4 times so that 32 units of probation were obtained. The experimental unit is a treatment tile consisting of 5 clumps of plants. Observations are observed on the treatment tile. To determine the effect of the treatment of plant extracts, test F is used through variety analysis. As for knowing the significant treatment, used Duncan Test at a rate of 5%. The results showed: (1) The weight of grain perpetak with the treatment without paclobutrasol with a high dose of chicken fertilizer, the result is lower than without the use of manure. While the use of paclobutrasol results is also lower with the dose of manure than without chicken manure, (2) The weight of perpetak grain with paclobutrasol treatment results higher than without the use of paclobutrasol, (3)The dose of chicken manure tends to decrease the yield, both use and without paclobutrasol.

Abstract

The research about “Study Kind of Animal Manures to Against Growth and Yield of 3 (Three) Types of Corn (Zea Mays L.) " which has been carried out from 4 November 2019 to 17 January 2020 in Sidorejo Hamlet, Sajen Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency, Central of Java with a height of place 130 (masl) with regosol soil type. This study aims to determine the growth and yield of three types of corn by treatment three types of manure. In this study using a factorial Randomized Completion Block  Design (RCBD) with method arranged split plot or separate tile layout design consist of 2 factors treatment and each was repeated 3 times to get 12 combinations. Types of Corn (V): V1: Yellow Corn, V2: White Corn, V3: Black Corn. Type of Manure (P), P0: Without Granting Manure, P1: Cow Manure, P2: Goat Manure, P3: Chicken Manure. Data from the results of this study were analyzed by LSD test (Least Significant Difference) at the 5% level, and resulted that: (1) There was no interaction between manure and three types of corn on all observed parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, cob length, cob diameter, number of fresh cobs per plant, weight of fresh cobs per plant, weight of fresh cobs per the plot, (2) Giving kinds of chicken manure and black corn types (IPB J1) has an influence on the growth of plant height with the highest average value of 116.33 cm and the number of leaves with the highest average value of 8.17 strands. Then the growth of stem diameter by giving kinds of cow manure influences the three types of corn with the highest yield on yellow corn species (Bonanza F1) with the highest average value of 2.13 cm, (3) The provision of goat manure manure gives the best results on the weight of fresh cobs of yellow corn (Bonanza F1) of 343.45 gr / plant and white corn (Kumala F1) 243.54 gr / plant.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi wawasan dan pengalaman bagi para guru mengenai penggunaan Quizizz dan Google Classroom, sebagai sarana untuk membantu meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru MTS Laboratorium IAINSU menggunakan dan memanfaatkan Quizizz dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar secara online (daring). Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan pembimbingan guru-guru ini adalah dengan cara pelatihan secara langsung dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan pendekatan demonstrasi langsung, tanya jawab dan studi kasus. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Februari 2021 di MTsS Laboratorium IAINSU Medan Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate Sumatera Utara dan dibimbing oleh 4 orang Narasumber dalam penggunaan Quizizz dan Google Classroom. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru MTsS Laboratorium IAINSU Medan sebanyak 17 orang yang pada waktu pelatihan menyiapkan laptop atau HP untuk demonstrasi langsung . Hasil yang didapat dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peserta mampu membuat tes dan pembelajaran di Quizizz, Peserta mampu mendownload hasil tes berupa dokumen Excell.  Peserta mampu membagikan link dengan siswa serta mengkoneksikan dengan Google Classroom, Peserta mampu menggunakan Google Classrom sebagai sarana absensi, pemberian tugas dan pemberian materi dalam pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Gresik adalah salah satu kota yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) cukup banyak, salah satunya yaitu memproduksi kue pudak makanan oleh-oleh khas Kota Gresik. Namun kondisi UMKM kue pudak hingga saat ini kegiatan produksi rata-rata dilakukan dengan cara manual dengan tangan dan belum tersentuh Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) sehingga mengakibatkan berkurangnya efektifitas kegiatan produksi dan juga berdampak pada jumlah produksi tiap hari tidak bisa lebih banyak apabila mempunyai pesanan dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu penggunaan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam perancangan desain mesin TTG produksi kue pudak dengan mempertimbangkan keinginan pengguna untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksinya dan meningkatkan produksi. Beberapa metode yang diterapkan yaitu QFD dan AHP dengan menggunakan data kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan desain mesin pudak yang inovatif yang sesuai dengan karaketeristik pengguna yang memiliki prioritas spesifikasi mesin sesuai keinginan pengguna yaitu tidak mudah rusak dengan nilai prioritas berdasarkan bobot tertinggi yaitu sebesar 0,252. Sedangkan untuk prioritas atribut respon teknis berdasarkan nilai keterkaitan terbesar antara atribut keinginan pengguna dan atribut respon teknis yaitu mesin memiliki tombol otomatis dengan nilai keterkaitan sebesar 21.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara signifikasi pada pembelajaran matematika untuk meningkatkan kemapuan pemahaman konsep. penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 di SMP Nusantara Lubuk Pakam. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan eksperimen, dengan menggunakan model Example Non Example. selanjutnya penelitian ini akan dibandingkan dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test = 62,30 dan nilai rata-rata post-test = 60,70. dari analisis Uji Validitas Soal Validitas instrument tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada penelitian ini menggunakan validitas isi dan validasi konstruk. Uji validitas isi dilakukan dengan menggunakan daftar checklist oleh 5 validator.Berdasarkan uji validitas isi tersebut, 5 butir soal dapat digunakan untuk instrument penelitian dalam pengambilan data tes penguasaan konsep matematika siswa. Uji Reliabilitas Soal Setelah butir-butir soal dilakukan uji validitas, selanjutnya butir soal diujikan reliabilitasnya. Tujuan dari pengujian reliabilitas adalah untuk mengetahui konsistensi dari instrument sebagai alat ukur, sehingga instrument dapat dipercaya untuk digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil alpha cronbach diperoleh nilai reliabilitasnya yaitu r11 0.719 dengan r tabel= 0.388 sehingga 5 soal tersebut dinyatakan reliabilitas karena r11? 25.
