Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian Macam Jarak Tanam Terhadap Intesitas Penyakit Bercak Daun Pada Tiga Macam Varietas Kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill) dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji macam jarak tanam terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun Cercospora Sojina pada tiga varietas kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill) yang dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 14 April 2019 sampai 13 Juli 2019, di Dusun Ngalang-ngalangan, Desa Senting, Kecamatan Sambi, Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah, dengan  ketinggian tempat 200m (dpl). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial yang disusun secara Split plot yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Adapun kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut : V1J1, V1J2, V1J3, V2J1, V2J2, V2J3, V3J1, V3J2, V3J3, V menunjukan macam varietas kedelai dan J menjelaskan macam jarak tanam. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji BNT ( Beda Nyata Terkecil ) pada taraf 5 %, adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Gejala serangan penyakit bercak daun tampak merata pada varietas Anjasmoro, gejala serangan penyakit mulai muncul pada umur 3 minggu setelah tanam pada varietas Grobogan. (2) Perlakuan tiga macam varietas dan jarak tanam tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun. (3) Perlakuan Jarak tanam 30 x 40 cm dengan varietas Grobogan (V1J3) memberikan hasil tertingi pada jumlah polong dengan rata – rata 88,00, berat polong dengan rata – rata berat 60,11 gram, jumlah biji dengan rata – rata 143,56, dan pada berat biji dengan rata – rata berat 16,95 gram.

Abstract

Lithium Tantalat (LiTaO3) pure and LF Thin films has been done is cube-shaped Ferium Oxide Fe2O3 (LFT) with a cube-shaped variation 0%, 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% above the substrate Si (100) p-type using a chemical solution deposition (CSD) method  by spin coating technique at 3000 rpm rotational speed for 30 seconds. LF Thin films made with 1 M concentration and annealing at a temperature of 850 ° C for Si substrates. Thin films on p-type silicon substrates were characterized thickness using volumetric method, characterization conductance by using LCR meter, test the current-voltage characterization (IV curve) using Keithley Meter IV model 2400, characterization of dielectric constants and time constants using the oscilloscope and function generator and pyroelectric characterization using Wetsteind bridge circuit which in furnace (combustion) to a temperature of 1300C by calculating the increase in temperature variation. From the characterization results indicate thickness thickness increases with the number pendadah ferium given oxide. IV characterization results showed that LF and LFT thin film is a dielectric resistor.Hasil are contained in a thin film on p-type silicon substrate varies in accordance with the addition pendadah used were 0%, 2.5%, 5% and 7.5%.  Keywords: LF, LFT, thin film, CSD, spin coating, annealing, cube-shaped, thickness, dielectric constant, time constant-voltage current, ferium oxides, pyroelectric.

Abstract

Medium Sterilization which has been packaged in the baglog on the oyster mushroom cultivation, one of them can be done with a steam technique using the drum. Commonly used fuel is firewood that could be assisted by using coal or kerosene or LPG gas. Rice husk as alternative fuel of kerosene and firewood can be used as fuel for the medium sterilization. The husk which used in the sterilization process of oyster mushrooms medium for 6 hours, 8 hours, and 10 hours as much as 55.5 kg, 60 kg and 67 kg. The efficiency which obtained in the medium sterilization of oyster mushrooms with using rice husk is reached 45.23% in the medium sterilization for 8 hours.   Keywords: Medium, oyster mushrooms, rice husk, sterilization

Abstract

Sterilization media were done in drum. Fuels LPG.is used for the fuel Efficiencies of the fuel gained in the media sterilization oyster mushrooms for 6 hours is 40.74%, meanwhile efficiencies of the fuel for 8 and 10 hours is 59.57% and 53.14%. Abstract

Ferroelectric material originating from Barium Strontium Titanate (BST), is expected to have high energy because it has a dielectric constant and high charge storage capacity [6]. Materials produced by the process of ferium dopan, it is hoped will be a temperature sensor. If, materials BST and BFST (Barium Ferium Strontium Titanate) subjected to the temperature (material change that temperature), and the resulting voltage, then this material can be applied as a temperature sensor using a microcontroller. Microcontroller that used is ATMega 8535 with internal ADC. Voltage was generated, will be reinforced with a voltage amplifier (OpAmp) and will be processed into digital data at the ATMega8535 internal ADC (Analog Digital Converter).Incoming digital data will be processed and displayed in the view Microcontroller-based desktop applications Delphi 7. The material to be tested is material BST, BFST 5%, and BFST 15%.   Keyword: BST, Temperature sensor, ATMEGA 8535, ADC, Delphi 7

Abstract

Has done growth Ba0,25Sr0, 75TiO3 (BST) thin film and BST are pure Ferium Oxide Fe2O3 dopant (BFST) with dopant variations 5%, 10% and 15% above the substrate Si (100) type-p using Chemical Solution Deposition Method (CSD) with the spin coating technique at a speed of around 3000 rpm for 30 seconds. BST thin films made with 1 M concentration and annealing at a temperature of 850°C for Si Substrate. Thin film on silicon substrate type-p thickness characterization performed using the volumetric method and the characterization of electrical conductivity by using LCR meter. From the characterization results showed the thickness increases with the addition of ferium oxide dopant given. Electrical conductivity value of BST and BFST thin films are in the range semiconductor materials and electrical conductivity values obtained increased when the higher intensity light is used whereas resistance value could decrease if the light intensity is increased. The addition of ferium oxide dopant will increases electrical conductivity value of BST and BFST thin films.   Keywords : BFST, thin film, CSD, spin coating, electrical conductivity

Abstract

Husk furnace is used for cooking fuel chaff with the aid of air flow in the furnace. One measurement of the husk furnace efficiency can be studied by varying the size of the primary air holes on the body of the furnace. In this study, a hole measuring 22 cm X 24 cm obtained by the rate of fuel consumption of 6.03 kg / hour of heat energy needed to boil water as much as 6 liters is 2575.00 kcal / h and 14.32% efficiency furnace. While in the hole measuring 22 cm X 8 cm and 22 cm X 16 cm, respectively 12.92% and 12.87% efficiency furnace, not significantly different.   Keywords: chaff, husk furnace, ukuruan primary air hole, furnace efficiency

Abstract

Research on Organic Fertilizer Tests on Growth and Yield of 2 Stevia Plant Varieties (Stevia rebaudiana Bertonii M) "has been conducted from 05 September 2019 to 22 November 2019, located in Tlogodringo Hamlet, Gondosuli Village, Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar District. At an altitude of 18000 masl. This study was to examine the types of organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of 2 varieties of Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertonii M). This study uses a Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 2 factors: The first factor is the type of organic fertilizer (P), consisting of 5 types, namely: P0: No fertilizer, P1: Cow manure fertilizer, P2: Goat manure fertilizer, P3: Chicken manure fertilizer, P4: Petroganik Fertilizer, The second factor is a variety of varieties (V), which consists of 2 levels, namely: V1 (Jumbo Green), V2 (Super Yellow).

Abstract

This research entitled Study of Manure on the intensity of Narrow Brown Spot (Cercospora oryzae) on White Glutinous Rice Plants(Oryza sativa L. Glutinosa) with the aim to examine the effect of manure on the intensity of narrow brown spots (Cercospora Oryzae) on white glutinous rice plants. Have been done from 29 October 2019 to 3 March 2020, in the Village of Donohudan, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java, with an altitude of 150 (masl). This research usedthe method a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a single factor consisting of 10 kinds of treatments and repeated 3 times. The combination of treatments as follows: D0, A1, A2, A3, K1, K2, K3, S1, S2, S3. The data of this research were analyzed with the HSD test (Honestly Significant Difference) at 5% significance level, while the results of the research showed that symptom of attacks narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) first appear at the age of 30 days after planting in thr treatment of cow manure, while narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) evenly distributed at the age of 40 days after planting in the treatment of chicken manure and goat manure. Chicken manure with a dose of 4,5 kg/plot could suppress the intensity of narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) disease on the leaves and narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) on the leaves, and the use chicken manure with a dose of 4,5 kg/plot give the highest yield in grain weight per plot is1820,90 grams and significantly affect the control treatment or without the provision of manure (an increase of 38,73%) but did not significantly affect the treatment of goat manure and cow manure.

Abstract

Research on "Study of Manure on Growth and Yield of White Glutinous Rice (Oryza Sativa L. var. Glutinosa)" has been carried out from November 11th, 2019 to March 2th, 2020 in Donoudan Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency, the height of the place around 150 masl and the type of soil grumusol. This study uses a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with a single factor consisting of 10 kinds of treatments and repeated 3 times. Consisting D0, A1, A2, A3, K1, K2, K3, S1, A2, A3. Obsevation was carried out by taking 8 sample plants at each treatment. Data from this study were analyzed with the Uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed included plant height, number of tillers per family, leaf color, panicle length of number of productive tillers, weight of grain harvest per plot, weight of grain harvest per clump, and weight of 1000 grains. The results of the research, it was shown that the application of manure affected the length of panicle, the number of productive tillers, the weight of dried grains per clump, the weight of unhulled rice per plot and the weight of 1000 grains. The use of chicken manure with a dose of 4,5 kg/plot gave the highest yield of grain weight per plot which was 1820,90 grams (8,67 tons/ha), had a significant effect with control without manure (increase of 38,73) but not significant effect by providing treatmen of cow manure and goat manure.
