Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of image and price perception on customer satisfaction, the effect of image, priceperception and of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study do to customer of Business Centre SMK Negeri 2Semarang. By using purposive sampling, obtained to 100 respondents, who make a purchase at least two (2) times a year, asa specific target. The results of this study show that image and price perception, are positive and significant take effect oncustomer satisfaction. Image are not positive and significant take effect on customer loyalty and price perception are positiveand significant take effect on customer loyalty. And than customer satisfaction positive and significant take effect oncustomer loyalty Business Centre SMK Negeri 2 Semarang.Keywords: Image, Price Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

So many automotive companies in Indonesia, then consumers will be more selective about which brand ofmotorcycles that will be used as mean of transportation. The problem in this research is “ Whether a variableconsumer dissatisfaction, brand image, and perception of price influence on the brand switching from Yamaha toHonda in semarang.The purpose of this research is to analize the variabels consumer dissatisfaction, brand image,and perception of price influence on the brand switching from Yamaha to Honda in Semarang. The samples in thisresearch is 100 respondents, and the methodology used is purposive sampling where the respondent used isconsumers who have switched from a user Yamaha to Honda. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Theresearch showed that the variables of consumer dissatisfaction have positive and significant effect on brandswitching, brand image have positive and significant effect on brand switching and perception of price have positiveand significant effect on brand switching from Yamaha to Honda in Semarang.Kata Kunci: Cunsumer Dissatisfaction, Brand Image, Perseption of Price and Brand Switching

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas produk, citra merek dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Honda mobilio (studi pada PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang). Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pembeli konsumen Honda mobilio di PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda mobilio. Selanjutnya bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda mobilio serta persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda mobilio. Kata Kunci:Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, persepsi tingkat suku bunga, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Obyek penelitian adalah nasabah Koperasi Bhakti Mahesa Abadi Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 nasabah. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, persepsi tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, serta lokasiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality, bank image and trust incustomer satisfaction Simpeda Central Java Bank savings Semarang Main Branch. This research wasconducted at the Central Java Bank Semarang Main Branch with a total sample of 100 respondents. Datacollection was done through a questionnaire with measurements using the Likert Scale five alternative answers.Non probability sampling sampling technique with purposive sampling data collection method. Purposivesampling criteria, namely respondents with a minimum age of 17 years, at least have become customers of BankJateng for one year and at least have done transactions three times. The data analysis technique used is linearregression analysis, while to test the hypothesis using the t test. Service quality has a positive and significanteffect on customer satisfaction, the image of the bank has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss and analyze product quality, price and location perceptions of customersatisfaction in Semarang Upnormal Warunk. The population in this study is Semarang Upnormal Warunkcustomers. The research method used is purposive sampling. The sample used was taken by 100 respondentswith a primary data collection method using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using instrument tests,multiple linear analyzes and model tests.The results of the study prove the positive and significant product quality on customer satisfaction,positive and significant price perceptions on customer satisfaction, positive and significant location on customersatisfaction. The better the quality of the product, the more customer satisfaction increases. The better the priceperception the more customer satisfaction increases. The better the location, the more customer satisfactionincreases.
