Abstract

Pengaruh kekuatan angin yang bekerja pada gedung tinggi sangat penting untuk dipahami berkaitan dengan desain dan analisis bangunan tinggi. Hal ini diperlukan agar bangunan yang dirancang dapat memenuhi kriteria aman. Pengaruh angin dalam hal ini dipengaruhi oleh profil kecepatan angin yang merupakan kurva lengkung yang terletak di batas lapisan. Dalam hal ini lapisan batas biasanya disebut dengan Atmospheric Boundary Layer (ABL). ABL adalah bagian dari atmosfer yang berimbas langsung terhadap permukaan bumi. Profil kecepatan aliran pada ABL dapat memiliki gradien landai atau curam tergantung pada karakteristik dari permukaan hulu. ABL dapat diketahui dan direkonstruksi melalui dua metode yaitu eksperimen dan simulasi numerik. Penelitian rekonstruksi ABL dalam makalah ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dalam eksperimen atau percobaan, rekonstruksi ABL biasanya dilakukan dengan try and error, perlu untuk mengetahui kecenderungan parameter ABL untuk membuatnya lebih mudah dan lebih efektif dalam membangun ABL.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HR competence and innovation on competitive advantage with entrepreneurial marketing as an intervening variable in the Food and Beverage Industry in East Java. This research is a quantitative research. The sample was determined as many as 100 entrepreneurs by purposing sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then analyzed using SEM with the Smart PLS application tool. The results showed that the competence of HR and entrepreneurial marketing partially had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, while innovation had no significant effect on competitive advantage. HR competence and innovation significantly affect entrepreneurial marketing. Likewise, it is proven that entrepreneurial marketing is proven to be able to mediate HR competencies and innovation to competitive advantage.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di lingkungan perumahan Kuwak Utara Desa Ngadirejo Kecamatan Kota Kota Kediri ini dilatarbelakangi masalah warga yaitu waktu luang yang kurang produktif disaat masa pensiun, keinginan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan yang sempit dengan menanam aneka sayur organic dan wawasan yang minim tentang bercocok tanam hidroponik serta bagaimana bisa menghasilkan pupuk organic. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, kesadaran serta memotivasi warga purna tugas/ mitra khususnya kelompok ibu- ibu dalam pemanfaatan lahan kosong/ pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan/ketahanan pangan dan pendapatan keluarga; (2) menerapkan beberapa teknik sederhana penanaman lahan pekarangan dan pemeliharaannya yang dapat diimplementasikan secara mudah oleh masyarakat; (3) mampu menyediakan pupuk organic untuk tanaman hidroponik yang ditanam; dan (4) merubah mindset para warga yang semula sebagai pegawai menjadi wirausaha baru. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini, maka kami harus mempunyai metode yang tepat untuk kegiatan ini. Beberapa metode yang kami pilih untuk menjawab tujuan pengabdian ini antara lain dengan bimbingan teknis, sosialisasi dan workshop yang didalamnya terdapat kegiatan praktek langsung oleh warga tentang bercocok tanam hidroponik, pembuatan pupuk organic, membuat studi kelayakan bisnis, merancang strategi pemasaran,, dan rencana lanjutan pendampingan kelompok usaha baru yang dibentuk oleh warga. Dari hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) pada dasarnya warga masyarakat lansia yang ada di perum Kuwak Utara ini telah menerapkan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan, sehingga kegiatan pengabdian difokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan ibu-ibu dan juga bapak-bapak dalam menyiapkan media tanam untuk budidaya sayuran dengan cara cocok tanam hidroponik, serta pemanfaatan bahan-bahan sekitar untuk pembuatan pupuk organic sesuai tanaman sayur hidroponiknya; (2) kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan warga tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan sistem bercocok tanam hidroponik, sehingga memberikan kesempatan kepada mereka untuk menjadi wirausaha baru yang kedepannya akan tergabung dalam kelompok-kelompok usaha.

Abstract

One of the roles of housewives in strengthening the economy is to open a business so that their household needs are fulfilled. However, business management that has been carried out so far is in a simple way, so efforts are needed on how to market their products so that they can survive in trade competition. The purpose of this service is to provide digital marketing training for housewives with training methods and accompanied by product photography training. Then the results that can be taken show that the potential of housewives actually has an influence on the household economy so that it is maintained. Digital marketing training for housewives in the Corner Village of Kediri is expected to help housewives who have businesses in optimizing technology and media to facilitate business in helping the economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Research aim: This research aims to identify and analyze differentiation in marketing strategies at CGV Kediri Mall. Design/Method/Approach: Using qualitative descriptive research methods, data was collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of research-related documents. In this research, the data source comes from the marketing strategy differentiation process while the research object is CGV Kediri Mall. Research Findings: The findings in this research reveal how differentiation elements, especially product and customer service, in marketing strategies can increase sales of CGV Kediri Mall. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research contributes theoretically by aligning the findings with relevant marketing theories and models, providing insight into the effectiveness of differentiation strategies. Practitionel/Policy implications :Practical implications include recommendations for optimizing differentiation strategies, enhancing brand image, and gaining competitive advantage. Research limitations:The main focus of research is product and service differentiation in increasing sales.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aimed to analyze the impact of customer reviews, ratings, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Fresh perfume on the Shopee marketplace, both individually and collectively. Design/Methode/Approach : This study utilizes a quantitative research approach with a causal research design, aiming to examine cause-and-effect relationships between variables. The research population comprises students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri  who have purchased Fresh perfume through Shopee. A sample of 40 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The process of data analysis in this study was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. This statistical technique was employed to assess and measure the extent to which customer reviews, customer ratings, and consumers' perceptions of price influence their purchasing decisions. Research Finding : The study results show that customer reviews significantly influence purchasing decisions, whereas customer ratings and price perceptions do not. However, all three variables collectively impact purchasing decisions. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research contributes to understanding the factors that affect consumer purchasing decisions on Shopee, particularly for Fresh perfume products. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research offers valuable marketing strategy insights for companies, particularly in managing customer reviews, ratings, and pricing to enhance purchasing decisions on Shopee. Research limitation : This research is limited to three independent variables, leaving the possibility that other unmeasured factors also affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research aim : Aiming to understand and analyze how live streaming, flash sale, and online customer review, both partially and simultaneously, influence customers decisions to purchase Antarestar products on TikTok Shop. Design/Methode/Approach : A causal quantitative approach is applied in this research. The research population includes TikTok Shop users who have previously purchased Antarestar products. The sample used consisted of 40 samples selected through purposive sampling based on the criteria: (1) having a TikTok Shop account and (2) having purchased Antarestar products at least once. Primary data were obtained through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. Research Finding : This research indicates that flash sale have a significant impact on customers' decisions to purchase Antarestar products on TikTok Shop, while live streaming and online customer review do not have a significant impact. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Useful as a reference for subsequent studies examining the influence of live streaming, flash sale, and online customer review on customer purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shop. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research is expected to help Antarestar formulate a more optimal marketing approach on TikTok Shop by leveraging the influence of live streaming, flash sale, and online customer review to enhance customers' purchasing decisions. Research limitation : The research focuses on examining customer decisions to purchase Antarestar products on TikTok Shop, with live streaming features, flash sale, and online customer review serving as independent variables, while purchase decisions serve as the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status, learning discipline, learning motivation on learning outcomes in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Putra Harapan in the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a type of correlation research that is used to determine the causal relationship between variable X and variable Y. The population in this study were 156 respondents of class XI SMK Putra Harapan with a sample of 30 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant positive effect between parents' socioeconomic status on learning outcomes, (2) there was a significant positive effect between learning disciplines, (3) there was no significant influence between motivation on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The demand for a city or environment that is comfortable, safe, healthy, easy, and prosperous is an indicator of a city that is competitive, and Kediri is no exception. Kediri City has positioned itself at level 3 smart city (smart city) and strives to reach level 5, to get to that level it is necessary to conduct an analysis of technical mastery of the three main players in smart city development in adopting technology in the six dimensions of smart city indicators. The methodology used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process approach to obtain the level of importance of the six smart city indicators by taking data based on interviews and questionnaires to the three main actors of smart city development, then analyzing using the techno-economic method to obtain the level of readiness in carrying out activities towards a smart city. The result is that the highest to the lowest level of readiness is Technoware of 0.957; Orgaware 0.874; Infoware 0.778; and Humanware 0.603. The conclusion is that there is a need for more intensive and targeted socialization and training to the public, business actors, and bureaucracy to better understand the implementation of smart city development so that it is more focused on achieving smart city.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PRODAMAS) merupakan program unggulan di Kota Kediri untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, program ini akan memberikan dana sebesar Rp 50.000.000 untuk setiap RT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan dana PRODAMAS di Kelurahan Ngronggo khususnya RT 006 RW 002 Kelurahan Ngronggo, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengambilan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, strategi pengelolaan dana yang dilakukan RT 006 RW 002 yaitu, pengelolaan dilakukan dengan cara terbuka dan transparan, proses penyusunan anggaran melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, pembentukan tim khusus pengelolaan PRODAMAS yang bertujuan agar pengelolaan dana dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan pemanfaatan swadaya masyarakat.
