Abstract

Telkomsel changed from a telecommunications company to digital telecommunications so that it can continue to stay in business and provide services to customers in accordance with current and future conditions. Telkomsel carried out a transformation covering various aspects starting from People, Process and Technology. In the process aspect, Telkomsel is now starting to form a new operational model that is designed based on customer centricity. Furthermore, on the technological aspect, Telkomsel has begun to carry out internal digitization through the use of technology that makes all processes possible quickly and efficiently. In the last aspect which is also one of the most important aspects is people. Telkomsel encourages its employees to adapt to the culture, ways of working and capabilities needed in the digital era. Telkomsel considers that employees' digital capabilities are important in responding to business changes. This research focuses on the People aspect, namely increasing employees' digital capabilities. This study aims to determine the digital capability readiness of Telkomsel employees in facing the company's digital transformation, find out the right strategy to meet capability needs and improve employee digital capabilities. The data collection method was carried out through observation, surveys and interviews with 130 employees in the Papua and Maluku regional Telkomsel. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that there were 130 survey data for position bands I, II, III and IV, as well as 10 interview data for position bands III and IV. Based on the research results from the two stages of analysis, namely descriptive analysis of digital culture variables and digital attitude variables. With the results of the observations that have been made, namely employees have potential capabilities that support the transformation process to face industry 4.0 opportunities. PT. Telkomsel in the Papua and Maluku Regions needs improvement towards digital attitudes, with a strategy of fulfilling and increasing digital capabilities to be able to support digital transformation, namely: 1) Maximizing programs from the company for the development of employee digital culture and skills. 2) Creating cultural and digital skills development activities for employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between each variable involved in the research. These variables are the Worklife-balance, Satisfaction and Employee Performance variables. The main discussion of all these variables will refer to the relationship between the work-life balance variable and employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A good work-life balance implemented by an employee can allegedly influence the employee's level of performance. However, this research wants to know the role of other variables, namely the job satisfaction variable as an intermediary variable in this relationship. This research will use a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. In this research, the respondents involved were employees at CV Pujasani Boyolali. The sample involved in this research involved all employees. The results of this research show that the work-life balance that has been implemented by employees has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, the work-life balance variable has no influence on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has no influence on employee performance and the employee job satisfaction variable is unable to influence the state of the relationship between worklife balance variable on employee performance. The practical implications of this research include the development of more proportional human resource management strategies in improving employee performance by paying attention to personal aspects such as work-life balance and job satisfaction of the employee.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana persepsi guru IPS di Kota Singkawang dalam mengenal dan memahami literasi digital sebagai pendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di era revolusi industri 4.0. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi guru-guru MGMP IPS Kota Singkawang terhadap literasi digital dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran kaitannya dengan disrupsi revolusi industri 4.0. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara terpimpin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif didukung data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum guru-guru MGMP IPS di Kota Singkawang mengetahui dan memahami apa yang dimaksud dengan literasi digital dan revolusi 4.0. Guru-guru MGMP IPS di Kota Singkawang juga sudah memulai menggunakan literasi digital dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah, namun belum sampai pada tahap pada pembelajaran elektronik (elearning) dan evaluasi elektronik (equiz) baik menggunakan PC/laptop maupun menggunakan Smartphone. Kesiapan Guru-guru MGMP IPS di kota Singkawang dalam menghadapi era revolusi industry 4.0 dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dari segi keterpenuhan infrastruktur digital secara umum sudah cukup baik, sedangkan kesiapan yang dirasa kurang adalah kesiapan dari sisi Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

This research aimed to organize spatial arrangement in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and creating spatial order, there should be efforts to increase supervision and control of spatial utilization of space. There are some instruments that must be observed in control of spatial planning in Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyzed the implementation of controls spatial use Sidoarjo. Date analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative models. The results showed that of the four (4) instrument control utilization of existing space, only 2 (two) instrument that is implemented by the Government of Sidoarjo regency namely instrument permitting and sanctioning. Implementation of administrative sanctions for violations of the space utilization is merely a written warning, followed by sealing. There are no penalties up to the demolition level of development.

Abstract

Dengan semakin masifnya pemaanfaatan teknologi perkantoran dalam dunia kerja, menuntut setiap lembaga pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan  siswa  dan lulusan  dengan kompetensi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi perkantoran, khususya e-office dan digitalisasi arsip perkantoran. Namun demikian permasalahan yang terjadi  adalah para  guru yang belum memiliki kompetensi dalam e-office dan disgitalisasi arsip.  Oleh karena  itu, program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru sekolah menengah kejuruan, jurusan perkantoran dan kesekretarisan dalam penguasaan  e-ofice dan digitalisasi arsip, serta pengelolaannya melalui aplikasi berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan dalam program peningkatan kompetensi guru ini  terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahapan persiapan dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan, penyusunan kurikulum, penyusunan jadwal kegiatan serta penyususnan materi pelatihan. Tahapan  pelaksanaan terdiri dari tutorial, simulasi, praktik mandiri. Sedangkan tahapan evaluasi terdiri dari monitoring dan  evaluasi.  Dampak dari program ini adalah (1) Para guru menyatakan bahwa setelah mengikut pelatihan ini mereka memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep e-office dan digitalisasi arsip.  (2)      Para guru merasa lebih mampu dalam menciptakan dan mengelola arsip digital. (3)  Para guru merasa lebih mampu dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi perkantoran khusunya aplikasi penyimpanan arsip berbasis website (cloud). (4) Para guru merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengajar dan melatih siswa terkait dengan praktik perkantoran khususnya dalam pemanfaatan e-office, dan digitalisasi arsip kantor

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Pembelajaran Guru di SMK Bisnis Manajemen Salatiga . Arsip merupakan berbagai bentuk informasi penting yang direkam dalam berbagai macam bentuk dan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip pembelajaran guru secara digital di SMK Kristen Bisnis Manajemen Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitataif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMK Kristen BM Salatiga sudah menerapkan pengelolaan arsip secara elektronik. Dalam  proses pengelolaan arsip elektronik tersebut  memiliki 3 fase yang terdiri dari penciptaan (creation), penggunaan dan pemeliharaan (use and maintenance, dan disposisi itu yang disebut dengan penyusutan (records disposal) arsip elektronik. Implikasi dari penerapkan pengelolaan E-arsip ini, pekerjaan akan lebih cepat, mudah, efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Covid-19; Pembelajaran;  Administrasi; Arsip Manual; Arsip Digital Abstract: Management of Teacher Learning Records at the Salatiga Business Management Vocational School. Records are various forms of important information recorded in various forms and media.This study aims to analyze the management of records in teacher learning at the Christian Vocational School of BM Salatiga. The method used is a descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and also documentation. While the data analysis activities use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that teachers at Christian Vocational School BM Salatiga have implemented electronic records management. In the process of managing electronic records, there are 3 phases consisting of creation, use and maintenance, and the disposition of which is known as records disposal of electronic records.The implication of implementing this records management is that the work will be faster, easier, more effective and efficient.               Keywords: Covid-19; Learning; Administration; Manual Records; Digital Records

Abstract

This study explores the role of principals in enhancing organizational behavior in schools. Using a qualitative approach, the research examines five main aspects: organizational culture development, effective communication, teacher competency development, organizational challenges, and the influence of principal leadership on teacher motivation. The findings reveal that principals play a crucial role in creating a conducive work environment through effective communication, continuous training, and teacher recognition. However, challenges such as resistance to change and budget constraints require innovative approaches. This study concludes that effective principal leadership can improve teacher motivation and performance, ultimately contributing to the success of school organizations.

Abstract

Teacher performance is one of the important factors in improving the quality of education. However, suboptimal teacher performance is often caused by the principal's situational leadership style not meeting expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of situational leadership styles that do not meet expectations on teacher performance and student learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to teachers and educational staff at SMPN 1 Kemtuk Gresi as respondents. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to identify the patterns of relationships between leadership styles, teacher performance, and student learning outcomes. The research results indicate that situational leadership styles that do not align with conditions and needs can reduce teacher work motivation, which negatively impacts student learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is the need for the school principal to apply a flexible and appropriate leadership style to improve teacher performance and support student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is the need to enhance the principal's leadership competencies to effectively apply a situational leadership style that is suitable for the conditions at the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership style on teacher work motivation in Jayapura Regency. Using a quantitative approach, the research method applied is a survey, involving 10 teachers of SD Negeri Inpres Sereh. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires consisting of two main parts: one to measure situational leadership style and one to evaluate teacher work motivation. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between situational leadership style and teacher work motivation. This study also identified that leaders who are able to adapt to the needs and level of teacher readiness tend to increase their enthusiasm and commitment to their work. The discussion indicates that the application of a flexible and responsive leadership style can create a more supportive work environment, thus encouraging teachers to innovate and actively participate in the teaching and learning process. The conclusion of this study is that situational leadership style has a significant and positive influence on teacher work motivation in SD Negeri Inpres Sereh, Jayapura Regency. Therefore, it is recommended for principals and educational leaders to apply an adaptive leadership style to improve teacher motivation and performance in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Inpres Sereh Kabupaten Jayapura menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SD Negeri Inpres Sereh Kabupaten Jayapura terhadap para guru, baik secara formal maupun informal, telah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Unsur-unsur penting dalam komunikasi interpersonal, seperti keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif, dan rasa kebersamaan, telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh kepala sekolah. Meskipun komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap profesionalisme dan kinerja guru, masih ada faktor-faktor lain yang juga perlu dieksplorasi lebih lanjut dalam penelitian mendatang. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan area penelitian untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru, selain komunikasi interpersonal.
