Abstract

Recently the demands of additional building functions have varied. These demands tend to affect structure stability because of the effects of additional mass. For example, Harvard Dormitory Thursina International Islamic Boarding School, located in Dau region, Malang city, East Java, Indonesia, a 11 x 8 m2 swimming pool is relocated on 4th floor. A big mass of pool certainly performs bigger lateral force due to seismic behaviour of structure itself. To reduce that, the IIS method is installed on the 3rd floor as it has damper effect along X and Y axis that is provided by LRB spring systems. IIS is widely used mainly in Japanese high-rise structures such as Shiodome Sumitomo building and Umeda Tower. To analyse the IIS modified structure, it is performed pushover analysis as controlled deformation is stated 18 in at rooftop. The results showed that 465 kN shear force and 160 mm story drift occurred on the 3rd floor which is the largest value compared to other stories. It is also obtained 230 mm lateral deflection of rooftop as the first plastic hinges are formed.

Abstract

Notaris memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap akta yang dibuatnya, jika akta notaris tersebut menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak lain, maka terhadap notaris itu dapat dimintakan pertanggungjawaban. Salah satu kasus yang terjadi di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Stb, yakni tuntutan perdata terhadap akta pelepasan hak atas tanah yang dibuat oleh notaris yang telah diperiksa dan diadili oleh Pengadilan Negeri Binjai dengan Nomor Putusan 09/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Bj. Akta pelepasan hak atas tanah yang dibuat notaris dan menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak lain, maka terhadap notaris tersebut dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban, baik secara perdata, administrasi maupun pertanggungjawaban pidana jika dalam pembuatan akta tersebut terpenuhi delik pidana. Akibat hukum pelepasan hak atas tanah yang merugikan pihak lain, yakni batalnya akta tersebut. Adapun kesimpulannya kewenangan notaris dalam pembuatan akta di bidang pertanahan di atur dalam Pasal 15 ayat (2) huruf f UUJN, yakni membuat akta yang berkaitan dengan pertanahan. Tanggung jawab, notaris terhadap akta yang dibuatnya terdiri dari tanggung jawab secara perdata, pidana, berdasarkan UUJN dan berdasarkan kode etik profesi notaris. Secara hukum perdata, seorang merasa hak keperdataannya dilanggar, maka orang tersebut memiliki hak untuk mengajukan tuntutan ganti kerugian dan perolehan hak yang dilanggar tersebut. Putusan No 09/Pdt.G./2013/PN Bj, terlihat bahwa peran notaris dalam hal ini adalah membuat akta pelepasan hak antara tergugat II s/d tergugat XVII kepada tergugat I. Sementara, notaris mengetahui atau terlebih dahulu patut mengetahui keabsahan dari akta-akta tanah terkait dengan perbuatan hukum yang diinginkan oleh para penghadap, dengan cara melakukan pengecekan ke Badan Pertanahan Nasional.

Abstract

In this case, the facts in the trial are oriented towards a legal analysis of the Panel of Judges' decision in case No. 12/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Sbr, namely from the application of the article, the differences in witnesses presented, the elements of the crime, the aggravating and mitigating elements, the evidence presented, and the aspect of the sentencing. Considerations affect the injunction/dictum. The legal analysis is seen in the application of the article which deviates from the provisions of the principle of lex specialis derogat legi generali in this case the Public Prosecutor uses general rules in the application of the article and deviates from the Special Rules of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, in this case the judge uses the Relative Theory which emphasizes the benefits of punishment for the future of the perpetrator. The sentence is not imposed quia peccatum est (because a person commits a crime) but rather ne peccaetur (so that a person does not commit a crime). In other words, the Panel of Judges in considering this decision emphasizes the child's future, so the decision is made which is most beneficial for the child.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetukan mekanisme penegakan hukum terhadap limbah B3 di Desa Rawa Urip Kabupaten Cirebon, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif yang menggunakan studi dokumen berupa data sekunder. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dampak Dari Limbah B3 Fly Ash Dan Bottom Ash Terhadap Masyarakat Desa Rawa Urip Kecamatan Pangenan Kabupaten Cirebon merupakan hak para korban untuk melakukan upaya hukum. Zat pencemar yang terjadi dilahan terbuka dibelakang lokasi pabrik didekat boiler PT. Cipta Rasa Utama yaitu di Jalan Raya Rawa Urip Km. 14 No 18 Desa Rawa Urip Kecamatan Pangenan Kabupaten Cirebon dimana PT. Cipta Rasa Utama melakukan pembuangan limbah yang tergolong Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) tanpa pengolahan terlebih dahulu. Kesadaran dampak buruk dari kerusakan lingkungan mengakibatkan munculnya konsep politik lingkungan.

Abstract

Introduction: LGBT issues have returned to the surface following the World Pila event in Qatar, the earthquake in Cianjur and the ratification of the Draft Indonesian National Criminal Code. This study aims to analyze: Regulation of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Obscene Acts in positive national Law, Legal Politics of Indonesian Criminal Law Renewal of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Obscene Acts of Crime in law positives to come. Method: This study uses a normative juridical method. Result: 1) The crime of committing an act of violating decency with the same sex or often referred to as LGBT, the regulations in Article 292 of the Criminal Code are Positive Dutch Colonial heritage when studied and analyzed, these regulations are multi-interpretable, giving rise to various pros and cons in society, which interpret that fellow adults or fellow children can do LGBT if it is done voluntarily. 2) Legal Politics Renewal of Indonesian Criminal Law The Criminal Act of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Obscene acts in positive law will come according to the concept of Article 420 of the Criminal Code Bill-Sep-2019 by ignoring the three main pillars of the Nation, namely the Proclamation, Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, articles which are multi-interpreted and winged, so that these articles are not following the Nation's values which are based on the Basic values of Belief in the One and Only God. Abstract

Taar Village is one of the villages in South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku. Geographically, Dessa Taar is located in South Dullah District, Tual City, a distance of 2 km from the center of Tual City, Maluku. The uniqueness of Taar Village is that it is famous for a traditional ritual event called the Opening Sasi Hoat or Teluk UN Tradition, the view of Tavidu Bay Beach and is also famous for the taste of Baronang fish (the local name for Samandar Fish) and the Nudibranch species. Taar Maluku Village can be reached in approximately 5 minutes using land transportation and excellent two-lane highway access. When discussing with the Village Head and Taar Maluku Village officials, they encountered a number of problems regarding the blank spot area problem faced by the people of Taar Maluku Village as well as being the reason why it was still a little difficult for the community to get the signals used for communication. The problem in question is the lack of information and education regarding the Urgency of Digital Villages in Overcoming Blank Spots in the 3T Era. Areas that are still experiencing Blank Spot Areas, especially in Taar Village, South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is the author discussing with village officials and suggesting the use of Village Digitalization to be able to overcome the Blank Spot Area in Taar Village, South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku, so that Taar Village can become a Digital Village and get a signal to communicate as well as in big cities. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of digitalizing villages to become digital villages in improving community welfare in Taar Village, South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku. To obtain the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an educational effort to increase the digitalization of Digital Villages which can improve the welfare of the community in Taar Village, South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku. As a manifestation of the author's thoughts, there are several efforts and breakthroughs offered, namely providing education on the use of Digital Village Digitization to overcome Blank Spot Areas in the 3T area in Taar Village, South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku so that it can help overcome Blank Spot Areas and become a solution for village communities. Taar has his right as a citizen to get a good signal when communicating in Taar Village, South Dullah District, Tual City, Maluku.

Abstract

Bentuk pengangkatan Notaris yang melanggar Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik adalah Notaris yang mempromosikan dirinya baik sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, dengan mencantumkan nama dan jabatannya, dengan menggunakan sarana media elektronik, yang mempengaruhi kehormatan dan martabat. Jabatan Notaris dan Tanggung Jawab Notaris yang melakukan promosi diri melalui internet, yang harus siap menerima sanksi administratif berupa teguran dan pembinaan, dan jika Notaris yang bersangkutan tidak mengindahkan atau dilakukan pemasangan iklan secara terus menerus, Notaris harus siap menerima sanksi berupa pemberhentian sementara dari keanggotaan perkumpulan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Ramayana Department Store Salatiga has implemented training management using the five stages of the ADDIE model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. An exploratory qualitative method was employed in this investigation. Interviews with many Ramayana Department Store resource people were done. Five individuals served as the study's resources: the head office, the store manager, the HR supervisor, the consignment team, and the employees. Based on the study's findings, Ramayana has implemented training management using ADDIE in line with many stages, including analysis, planning, development, implementation, and assessment. In order to ensure that this training supports Ramayana's vision and goal, it is necessary to design a few stages, namely the implementation and assessment stages. Ramayana has performed training to the fullest extent possible at each level.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of using instructional video media in improving student learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental form. The data was collected by giving a test, in the form of a multiple choice written test, totaling 50 questions to the students of class XI IPS 2 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 3 as the control class of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya. Based on the results of the average post-test score of the experimental class of 62.83, while the post-test score of the control class was 53.66. From this data, it can be seen that there are differences in student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Judging from the different test results with tcount table (3.074 2.048) with a value of 0.003 0.05, which means that there are differences in student learning outcomes. This shows that the effectiveness of using video media can improve student learning outcomes. This is also evidenced by the result of an effect size of 0.8 with criteria classified as high.Keywords: Effectiveness, Video Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and organizational commitment on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediator in the study of PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The sample technique in this study uses cluster sampling, which is a method based on area or cluster. This study used a sample of 125 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. This study uses data analysis techniques carried out by the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. This study shows different results from previous studies with the addition of a new variable, namely job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results showed that work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. Then the limitations in this study are the characteristics of employees in terms of age and certain length of service. Therefore, it is hoped that future researchers can add other variables and expand the research object to different fields and agencies
