Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of using instructional video media in improving student learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental form. The data was collected by giving a test, in the form of a multiple choice written test, totaling 50 questions to the students of class XI IPS 2 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 3 as the control class of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya. Based on the results of the average post-test score of the experimental class of 62.83, while the post-test score of the control class was 53.66. From this data, it can be seen that there are differences in student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Judging from the different test results with tcount table (3.074 2.048) with a value of 0.003 0.05, which means that there are differences in student learning outcomes. This shows that the effectiveness of using video media can improve student learning outcomes. This is also evidenced by the result of an effect size of 0.8 with criteria classified as high. Keywords: Effectiveness, Video Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and organizational commitment on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediator in the study of PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The sample technique in this study uses cluster sampling, which is a method based on area or cluster. This study used a sample of 125 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. This study uses data analysis techniques carried out by the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. This study shows different results from previous studies with the addition of a new variable, namely job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results showed that work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. Then the limitations in this study are the characteristics of employees in terms of age and certain length of service. Therefore, it is hoped that future researchers can add other variables and expand the research object to different fields and agencies

Abstract

Adiwiyata is a program that is oriented towards forming schools that care about and have an environmental culture by integrating environmental education into the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and school management. The main output is to form more environmentally friendly student behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on behavioral intentions and their impact on students' environmentally friendly behavior. The study was conducted using an explanatory approach with 187 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis and hypothesis testing techniques used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control perceived by students have a positive influence on students' intentions to engage in environmentally friendly behavior, which in turn, behavioral intentions have a positive effect on their environmentally friendly behavior at school and in their environment.
