Abstract

The focus of this research is on the situational leadership style of the principal of SDN Balerejo. The aim of this research is to determine the situational leadership style using telling, selling, participating, delegating styles. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely field research. This research uses the following data collection methods: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. The research location was at SDN Balerejo, and the population was not only teachers and staff but also the principal. The technique used to determine the sample is purposive sampling, namely using snowball sampling to collect data based on weighing results. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers, the style used by the school principal applies the situational leadership style of telling, selling, participating, delegating, however, selling indicators are dominantly applied by the school principal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the influence of servant leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sentani. This research uses a quantitative approach through surveys involving the entire population of teachers at the school. Data were analyzed using linear regression and descriptive analysis after being collected through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results show that servant leadership as a principal has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination of 0.71. This leadership style greatly influences teachers' work motivation and their level of empowerment. Principals who implement servant leadership can create a supportive work environment, encourage collaboration, and enhance teaching innovation. However, issues such as time and resource constraints faced by school principals hinder the full implementation of this leadership model.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training at the elementary school level is an important step in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation. This activity aims to provide students with basic knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, as well as develop creative, innovative, and independent attitudes. The training, conducted at an elementary school in Cirebon City, involved 20 students from grades 5 and 6, with material covering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, identifying business opportunities, and business planning and management. In addition to theoretical lessons, the activity was also supplemented with practical exercises, such as creating simple business plans and simulating buying and selling transactions, allowing students to directly experience the dynamics of the business world. The results of this activity show that students not only acquired new knowledge but also improved their communication skills, creativity, and critical thinking abilities. This training is expected to motivate students to become resilient young entrepreneurs, ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah terkait kinerja guru di salah satu SMP Negeri Kabupaten Jayapura yang belum mencapai tingkat optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang belum efektif, sehingga kinerja guru tidak sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional seorang kepala sekolah (X) dan kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keberadaan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah, mengevaluasi seberapa baik kinerja guru, serta menilai sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan tersebut terhadap kinerja para guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori, dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket skala Likert dan analisis regresi sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Jayapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah masuk dalam kategori efektif, sedangkan kinerja guru dalam kategori sedang. Analisis data menunjukkan pola linier, dan hipotesis yang diuji mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh positif dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The development of globalization, the rapid development of technology, and increasing public awareness of the importance of health, have made society's demands increasingly complex, holistic, comprehensive, responsive, affordable, and quality for the health services provided. Nurses as human resources play an important role in providing health services in hospitals. Quality nursing services are realized through the provision of nursing care based on nurses' caring behavior because it can influence client satisfaction and is an indicator of the quality of nursing services. This research has a goal to examine the effect of emotional intelligence training and motivation on caring behavior with soft skills as a mediation variable. This research was carried out at X hospital in City Salatiga. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The distribution of questionnaires is made by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. In this study, the population was medical nursing employees at X hospital in City Salatiga. The number of samples obtained was 113 respondents who met the research criteria. The research results showed that emotional intelligence training did not affect on soft skills and caring behavior. On the other hand, motivation influences nurses' soft skills and caring behavior. Furthermore, soft skills do not mediate emotional intelligence training on caring behavior, but soft skills have a role in mediating motivation and caring behavior.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has developed a comprehensive halal certification program through the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Body (BPJPH). However, the halal certification recording application requires enhancements due to its lack of data elements pertaining to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) with geographical or location references. Geographic Information System (GIS) technology can serve as a solution for data management in the halal industry, encompassing the management, monitoring and analysis of spatial-temporal and real-time data. This research is aimed at developing geospatial technology for industrial halal management within the scope of MSEs. Methods for developing geospatial technology-based management of halal industry applications use analysis, design, development and evaluation through the ArcGIS online platform developed by Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri). The findings of this research highlight the potential of geospatial technology in the halal industry. It can be effectively utilized to integrate and comprehensively manage halal industry data on a spatial basis, enabling performance monitoring of MSEs, halal product process assistance and the BPJPH. This technology allows for quick analysis of patterns, distributions, trends, associations and regional comparisons, providing valuable insights. Consequently, geospatial technology can support policy recommendations aimed at accelerating the halal certification process by mapping and analyzing relevant data based on geographic locations, facilitating a better understanding of spatial distribution and relationships within the halal industry. This research successfully develops geospatial technology for managing halal industries within MSEs, enabling comprehensive data integration and spatial analysis. The findings highlight its potential to enhance monitoring, support policy recommendations and accelerate the halal certification process.

Abstract

Corruption is a large and interesting problem as a legal matter concerning complicated crime types. It contains multiple aspects of economic relations, politics, social, and culture. Various efforts to eradicate corruption have been done. However, in terms of quantity and quality of the perpetrators the corruption is still increasing. It is necessary to prevent and reduce the occurrence of corruption cases. One of the discourses to tackle corruption in Indonesia is the impoverishment of corruptors. The research objective is to analyze the problems that have been formulated. The research method used is normative juridical with qualitative analysis. The results of the research and discussion of the thesis states that 1) the regulation of impoverishment of criminals against corruptors as one of the alternative sentences in corruption in Indonesia has not been explicitly regulated in legislation to eradicate corruption; 2) the obstacles faced in the application of criminal impoverishment or payment of compensation money for state financial losses of corruptors is difficult. It is difficult to find wealth owned by corruptors, either because it is hidden by means of naming other names, or indeed the convicted of corruption does not have any wealth.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are an important sector in the country's economy. Thus, SMEs need to get support for their development. This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance to MSMEs at Menang Jaya Putra Sports Stores in utilizing digital marketing as a marketing strategy to reach more markets and strengthen the branding of Menang Jaya Putra Sports Stores. In this case, through the use of social media, namely Instagram and websites. The series of community service activities in creating Instagram and websites starts from the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The result of this community service activity is that MSME partners become more knowledgeable and understand how to manage Instagram and websites so that they can participate in the important role of digital marketing.

Abstract

Zeolite merupakan salah satu mineral yang banyak dapat ditemukan di Indonesia. Selain dipergunakan untuk kepentingan komersil dan perawatan seperti untuk hewan peliharaan maupun akuarium, zeolite bisa diberdayakan untuk keperluan konstruksi. Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk membuat perbandingan maupun alternatif dari pembuatan beton dengan memanfaatkan limbah zeolite dengan variasi substitusi 0%; 7,5%; dan 12,5%. Data yang dibutuhkan adalah berupa hasil uji sifat fisik material dan juga kuat tekan beton. Perhitungan data untuk pengujian sifat fisik dan kuat tekan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa perbandingan antara kuat tekan beton normal yang pasirnya disubstitusikan dengan beton normal yang Sebagian agregat halusnya diganti. Lalu berdasarkan data yang ada, kuat tekan beton untuk setiap variasi mengalami kenaikan untuk setiap harinya. Data yang didapat untuk masing-masing variasi pada umur 28 hari juga terjadi kenaikan antar variasi, untuk variasi 0% adalah 15,53 MPa, lalu kuat tekan naik pada variasi 7,5% menjadi 17,29 Mpa, dan mengalami kenaikan lagi pada variasi 12,5% menjadi 18,80 MPa. Dengan demikian kuat tekan yang paling tinggi berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah dengan variasi 12,5%.Biaya bahan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini didapat untuk variasi 0% adalah Rp 62.188,55. Untuk variasi 7,5% Rp 66.539,43. Untuk variasi 12,5% Rp 68.895,94. Berarti dapat disimpulkan semakin banyak zeolite yang dipakai, maka semakin mahal pula kebutuhan bahan yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Timbunan maindam pada Bendungan X di Kabupaten X merupakan bagian utama dari pekerjaan tanah pada proyek ini. Sebagai pelaksana konstruksi, kontraktor dituntut untuk dapat menentukan jumlah dan kombinasi alat berat yang optimum agar dibutuhkan biaya yang minimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah dan kombinasi alat berat dengan biaya yang paling optimum dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan sumber daya, spesifikasi yang disyaratkan, serta waktu yang ditargetkan. Data yang digunakan adalah gambar rencana, spesifikasi pekerjaan, jadwal pekerjaan timbunan maindam, dan HSPK Kabupaten X. Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan berdasarkan PerMen PUPR No 28 Tahun 2016 dan optimasi menggunakan program LINDO 6.1. Hasil optimasi yaitu pada zona 1 dipilih kombinasi 2 yaitu 1 unit excavator, 2 unit dumptruck, 1 unit bulldozer, 1 unit vibrator roller, dan 1 unit watertank truck dengan biaya optimum Rp. 4.307.578; pada zona 2 dipilih kombinasi 2 yaitu 1 unit excavator, 1 unit dumptruck, 1 unit bulldozer, 1 unit vibrator roller, dan 1 unit watertank truk dengan biaya optimum Rp. 3.620.870; pada zona 3 dipilih kombinasi 2 yaitu 1 unit excavator, 1 unit dumptruck, 1 unit bulldozer, dan 1 unit vibrator roller dengan biaya optimum Rp. 2.953.201; pada zona 4 dipilih kombinasi 2 yaitu 5 unit excavator, 11 unit dumptruck, 2 unit bulldozer, 2 unit vibrator roller, dan 4 unit watertank truck dengan biaya optimum Rp. 17.201.484; pada zona 5 dipilih kombinasi 1 yaitun 1 unit excavator, dan 2 unit dumptruck dengan biaya optimum Rp. 2.188.094; pada zona 6 dipilih kombinasi 2 yaitu 1 unit excavator, 1 unit dumptruck, 1 unit bulldozer, dan 1 unit vibrator roller dengan biaya optimum Rp. 2.953.201.
