Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and price on the consumer satisfaction and loyalty of “Beli Kopi” at Baureno Village. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with a sample of 50 respondents. The results show that most customers were highly educated with high income and women as the main consumers. Service quality, product quality and price have a significant contribution to consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The research model is valid with outer loading > 0.706 and reliable with AVE > 0.874 and improving service quality, product quality and prices in line with consumer values will increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty. It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical and practical contributions in increasing consumer satisfaction and loyalty at “Beli Kopi” Baureno Village. The research also showed that service quality, product and price influence consumer satisfaction. Product quality is the strongest factor. Consumer satisfaction also has a strong influence on loyalty. To increase sales, research suggests that “Beli Kopi” improve service, maintain product quality at appropriate prices, and create attractive promotions. Keywords:  Coffee, Price, Product quality, Service quality, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).

Abstract

Malang City is known as a tourist and student city that experiences population growth every year causing crowdedness phenomenon in several destinations, one of which is at Mie Gacoan restaurant. Crowdedness is a part of environmental psychology that can influence customers to buy and visit the restaurant in the future. Brand experience is another component that can influence customer loyalty in the long term, because loyalty is often considered a behavior that is reflected by customers and is considered a form of a way to maintain the existence of a restaurant and achieve a competitive advantage. This research aims to find out how crowding and brand experience influence brand image to increase customer loyalty through word of mouth. The respondents for this research were 250 people using purposive sampling and using a questionnaire. The method used is partial least squares "“ structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that crowding has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand image and word of mouth, brand image has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan tengah menjadi sorotan hingga kancah internasional. Adiwiyata merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku hijau di lingkungan sekolah mengingat program adiwiyata memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan kondisi sekolah yang baik dan nyaman melalui lingkungan sekitar sekolah. Sikap eco-literasi di tingkat sekolah dapat dipupuk dengan cara menerapkan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle). Prinsip Reduce (mengurangi) terdapat pada program gradasi, sedangkan Reuse dan Recycle terdapat pada program pembuatan Eco Enzyme dan produk turunannya. Gradasi merupakan program yang diadakan untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik yang kian hari semakin meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diberi nama BRILIAN dilaksanakan pada rentang waktu 27 Juni - 19 Agustus 2022. kegiatan yang melibatkan siswa, metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi dan praktik. Materi yang disampaikan diantaranya adiwiyata, GRADASI, eco-enzyme, dan kompos. Tahapan kegiatan program BRILIAN terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan yakni pra-kegiatan, kegiatan inti dan pasca-kegiatan. Pra-kegiatan berisi webinar untuk mengetahui sekolah yang belum atau sudah berpredikat adiwiyata, kegiatan inti berisi kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktik di sekolah yang melibatkan guru dan siswa dan pasca-kegiatan berisi kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi dari kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze subsidized certified rice seeds attributes, and measure the satisfaction level of certified subsidized rice seeds. 150 sample of farmers from 15 villages are used to answer the research questions. This research use methods of Importance Performance Analyses  (IPA) to analyze the attributes of subsidized certified rice seeds and Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure the level of satisfaction of the product (rice seed). The results indicate 8 attributes that fall into the category of attributes that are primarily prioritized for improvement, among others, seeds can be obtained easily and affordable, the availability of seeds can be ascertained, the purity of the seeds reaches more than 95%.The accuracy of seed quality, accuracy of seed quantity with land area, timeliness of seed distribution, and synchronization at nursery, and synchronized growth at 1 month. While the index of consumer satisfaction is in the range of 0.60 to 0.79 which means the average consumer has been satisfied but the consumer's satisfaction has not been maximized.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze supplier relationship management by two schemes of cooperation in rice seeds production, Farmer to Partner Farmers I and Partner Farmers I to Partner Farmers II in terms of qualified supplier selection, supplier integration, and effective procurement process indicators. Determination sampling methods are by multistage sampling and snowball sampling according to the information from BPSB (Seed Overseeing and Certification Agency) which have criteria the biggest rice seed producer and its marketing area is the largest one. Meanwhile, statistic descriptive by depth interview is used in this research to analyze the importance level of indicators in considering relations to rice seed suppliers. These indicators have some sub indicatrs which has been divided into five scales: not at all important,not  important, important enough, important, and very important. Condition in supply chain management among UD ABC, PF I, and PF II has been running well. They all agree that quality supplier selection, supplier integration, and effective procurement process are crucial indicators. Moreover, BPSB should give accompaniment between rice seed firms and their supplier related to fulfilment of rice seed needs.

Abstract

Potatoes are a vital horticultural commodity in Indonesia, serving as an alternative staple food and an industrial raw material. However, potato farming in Sumber Brantas Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City faces inefficiencies due to excessive use of inputs, such as seeds and fertilizers, and financial constraints arising from rising input costs. This study aims to evaluate the efficiency and optimization of production inputs in potato farming to enhance productivity and sustainability. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected from 50 potato farmers through interviews and questionnaires. The Cobb-Douglas production function was used to analyze input efficiency, supported by classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests. The findings reveal that land area and seeds are relatively efficient inputs, while fertilizers, pesticides, and labor remain inefficient and underutilized. Further optimization analysis showed that none of the production inputs had achieved optimal levels, indicating overuse in some cases and underutilization in others. These inefficiencies significantly limit production outcomes. The study concludes that targeted interventions are required to optimize resource allocation and improve input management. These insights provide valuable recommendations for farmers and policymakers to enhance agricultural productivity and economic viability in the region, contributing to more sustainable potato farming practices.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan limbah perkotaan ditengah arus urbanisasi menjadi pembahasan utama dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Pada dasarnya, jumlah limbah yang dihasilkan bisa meningkat seiring dengan pertambahan penduduk dalam sebuah wilayah. Kecamatan Lowokwaru merupakan salah satu kecamatan berpenduduk terpadat di Kota Malang dengan jumlah 12 kelurahan. Kelurahan Lowokwaru merupakan kelurahan yang dalam periode 2019-2021 mengalami peningkatan jumlah TPS dan terbanyak dibanding 4 kelurahan lainnya di Kota Malang dengan total 17 TPS (BPS Kota Malang, 2023). Melalui kegiatan ini, inovasi dalam memanfaatkan limbah organic menjadi Eco-Enzyme dan Bio-Waste sangatlah potensial untuk dikelola menjadi produk yang bermanfaat dan bernilai ekonomis, melihat banyaknya limbah organik sisa sayuran dan buah-buahan yang belum terkelola dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada rentang waktu Bulan Juli - September 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan PRA (Partisipatif Rural Appraisal) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Materi yang disampaikan diantaranya pemilahan sampah, kompos, eco-enzym, bio-waste, sabun cair dan sabun padat. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi dari kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat di kelurahan Lowokwaru serta perubahan pola pikir warga terhadap sampah dan lingkungan. Dengan dilakukannya kegiatan tersebut, diharapkan Kelurahan Lowokwaru dapat mendukung keberlanjutan pengolahan sampah menjadi produk yang lebih bernilai.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of factors on entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University. The number of respondents in this research was 150 respondents who were UB Faculty of Agriculture students. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis with the WarpPLS 7.0 application and uses attitude variables, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurship education which are moderated by the gender variable. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that: 1) attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students, 2) gender is significantly able to moderate the independent variables of subjective norms and entrepreneurship education and is reinforcing because the coefficient of the moderating variable is positive, 3) attitudes and perceived behavioral control cannot be moderated by gender. Therefore, self-development programs and skills training are needed as an effort to improve entrepreneurial abilities. Programs that can be organized by the Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University are coaching classes and interactive workshops.

Abstract

Madura holds potential for the development of the halal industry, supported by natural resources and a workforce. Competitiveness becomes a key factor in the success of the industry amidst free competition with other industries outside of Madura. Determining priority strategies to enhance the competitiveness of halal food requires a proper decision-making system involving experts. This research aimed to identify strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the halal food industry in Madura. The analytical method used was the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The research focused on the food industry in Madura, and the informants consisted of experts in the development of halal food industries. The analysis results indicate the sequential priority strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the halal food industry in Madura: enhancing the competency of human resources in the halal food industry, setting quality production standards, building networks for marketing halal food, implementing halal value chains, obtaining halal certification, and utilizing Shariah-compliant financing.

Abstract

Saat ini kuliner menjadi bidang usaha yang banyak diminati, karena pada dasarnya makan dan minum merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia. Salah satu usaha yang banyak diminati di kota Bojonegoro adalah es teh. Kreativitas para pelaku usaha dalam menghasilkan varian rasa dan kemasan yang menarik menggugah minat konsumen untuk membeli. Munculnya usaha-usaha baru dengan produk yang sama seperti, Teh Desa, Teh Point, Teh Kota Nusantara, Teh Bestie, Teh Malika, Teh Teras Kota, Teh cap Gajah di Bojonegoro membuat persaingan diantara pebisnis harus terus melakukan inovasi agar dapat bersaing dipasaran. Untuk dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan volume penjualan salah satu usaha yang harus dilakukan oleh penjual adalah dengan memahami perilaku pembelian masyarakat (dilihat dari sikap, motivasi dan gaya hidup konsumen) yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, maka perusahaan harus mengadakan perbaikan dan peningkatan dibidang pemasaran yang berorientasi pada konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk “Teh Kota” di  Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan jumlah sampel 82 responden. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Dari hasil analisis penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa variabel sikap, gaya hidup dan minat konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan pada variabel motivasi konsumen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk variabel sikap, motivasi dan gaya hidup konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Selanjutnya pada variabel sikap dan motivasi tidak berhasil dimediasi oleh minat konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun minat konsumen berhasil memediasi gaya hidup konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian.
