Abstract

Epistemological changes can also affect the development of interpretation depending on the nature of science, the social context and the time in which the interpreter is located. Currently, not only philosophy, epistemological problems also spread to other disciplines such as interpretation. This study analyzes the epistemology of Ahmad Sirhindi's interpretation in the book Mektubat Rabbani to find out the sources used in the interpretation, the methods used to conduct the analysis, the patterns produced from the analysis, and the validity of the results of the analysis. This research is a qualitative research that uses a content analysis model and the type of library research related to books, journals, and others. The results obtained from this study include the integration between interpretation bil ma'tsur which is sourced from the Qur'an and hadith with interpretation bil ra'yi which shows the personal opinions of the interpreter, with this the book Mektubat Rabbani falls into the category of interpretation bil iqtirani when viewed from the source of interpretation. The interpretation made by Ahmad Sirhindi using many parameters and characteristics can be included in the category of Isyari Interpretation according to its method. The most dominant style of this interpretation is shufi, as well as kalami, fiqhi, siyasi and falsafi. Ahmad Sirhindi's Mektubat Rabbani is based on pragmatic theory, which presents solutions to the problems and confusion faced by society

Abstract

Microinsurance is emerging as an essential financial instrument within Islamic economics, focusing on principles of social justice, collective welfare, and equitable wealth distribution. This study investigates public perceptions and the factors influencing decisions to purchase microinsurance products among low-income communities in Indonesia. Despite the evolving awareness of insurance, skepticism and limited financial literacy persist, creating barriers to access. In line with Islamic economic principles, microinsurance offers a solution for inclusive financial protection through the application of ta'awun (mutual cooperation) and maslahah (public welfare), enabling the distribution of financial risks among participants without a focus on profit. This study emphasizes the potential of Sharia-based microinsurance in enhancing financial inclusion by providing affordable, accessible insurance products tailored to low-income individuals and micro-enterprises, particularly in sectors such as agriculture. The findings reveal key influencing factors: affordability, trustworthiness, simplicity, and community-driven support. Educating communities on the benefits of Sharia-compliant insurance is crucial for mitigating fatalistic beliefs and promoting a proactive approach to financial resilience. This research contributes to the broader discourse on financial inclusion, advocating microinsurance as a socially responsible and ethically aligned instrument within the Islamic economic framework to enhance financial security for vulnerable populations. Policymakers, too, have a role to play in creating an enabling environment that encourages the development and uptake of microinsurance as a vital tool for enhancing financial resilience among the vulnerable populations of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study designs a web-based application model that is able to support the Merdeka Curriculum assessment effectively and efficiently and has obtained justification from experts and been tested on a limited scale. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall model, which focuses on developing the Merdeka Curriculum learning assessment application for RA teachers. This research reached the preliminary field test stage to produce an application prototype, which still requires repeated testing on a wider scale. The results of validation by material experts show that this application is very feasible for use by RA teachers, with scores of 93.3% and 90%, respectively. Validation by media experts resulted in a score of 83.3%, indicating that the app is in the feasible category but requires some improvements. The field test showed that this application is very functional and easy to use by teachers for assessment management, with a user score of 95%. Based on these results, this study successfully developed and evaluated a web-based Merdeka Curriculum assessment application that is effective and in accordance with the needs of teachers in Raudhatul Athfal.

Abstract

The digital disruption era has significantly impacted startups, requiring them to adopt innovative Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies to remain competitive. This study examines HRM technology adoption, including AI-based recruitment, cloud-based HRIS, and digital collaboration tools, and the challenges that hinder their full implementation. Despite the benefits, budget constraints, lack of managerial support, and low digital competencyremain major obstacles. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Indonesian startups through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that startups with clear digital transformation roadmaps, strong leadership engagement, and structured employee training programs are more successful in integrating HRM technology. However, many startups still rely on manual HR processes, limiting efficiency and innovation. This study highlights that HRM should be a strategic function rather than an administrative task, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, digital upskilling, and cultural adaptation. To ensure sustainable growth, startups must prioritize digital innovation, workforce development, and managerial commitment in their HRM transformation.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of technology management in human resource management (HRM) within start-up companies in Indonesia. Focusing on start-ups that have been operating for at least three years and employ a minimum of 20 personnel, the research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, company executives, and employees, while secondary data was sourced from company documents and participatory observation. The findings show that the adoption of technology, particularly Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), has improved HR processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management. However, challenges remain, such as digital literacy issues, cost constraints, and the misalignment of technology with organizational culture. While technology enhances operational efficiency, it cannot replace essential face-to-face interactions that contribute to a strong organizational culture. The study suggests that start-ups must customize technology solutions to better align with their specific needs and culture. This research provides valuable insights into the integration of technology in HRM and offers recommendations for overcoming the challenges start-ups face in leveraging technology effectively

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business world, building customer loyalty does not solely depend on product quality but also on interactions that foster trust and emotional connection. This study explores the role of Human Resources (HR) as Brand Ambassadors in enhancing customer loyalty through a qualitative approach. The research method employed is a case study, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that internal brand ambassadors are more effective than celebrities or influencers as they have a deeper understanding of the product and company values. Direct interaction between internal brand ambassadors and customers creates a more authentic experience, strengthens trust, and enhances brand loyalty. Additionally, value alignment between employees and the company plays a crucial role in the success of this strategy. This study suggests that companies aiming to improve customer loyalty can optimize the role of HR as brand ambassadors. By fostering more personal and authentic interactions, internal brand ambassadors contribute to the development of long-term relationships between customers and brands

Abstract

The phenomenon of commercialization of Islam has apparently occurred since the beginning of Islamic civilization, where the Qur’an, hadith and sharia law were exploited by individuals who justified any means to achieve their goals, namely worldly gain. This study is to answer the questions: (1) What are the verses in the Qur’an that explain the prohibition of commercialization of religion?, (2) How do the interpreters interpret the verses that prohibit commercialization of religion?, (3) What are the forms of commercialization of Islam throughout the exploration of the verses of the Qur’an?, (4) How is the relevance of the phenomenon of commercialization of religion to the lives of today’s people?. Several of these problems are discussed through library research with the maudhui interpretation method approach. The data sources in this study are the Qur’an as the primary source and interpretation books. All data are analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach. The results that the researchers found showed that there are nine verses in the Qur’an that seriously discuss the prohibition of commercialization of religion in the keyword tsamanan qoliilaa, be it changing, selling, exchanging the verses of Allah, false oaths, manipulating the truth and misleading the people. These actions will receive the same punishment as the Children of Israel and the Jewish priests, namely severe torture, humiliation and swallowing the embers of hellfire. Currently, this behavior can be carried out by ordinary people, money politics, manipulative influencers, businessmen who label sharia, academics and su’ scholars.
