Abstract

Coronary heart disease is caused disorders of the heart, blood vessels and narrowing arteries, the presence spots that accumulate in blood vessels.Coronary heart function as nutrition and O2 for heart muscle cells. Family support can be used very important coping strategy overcome problems that occur.This study aims determine the relationship between family support and self motivation with adherence taking medication coronary heart patients Poli RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang The design in cross sectional approach. The sampling accidental sampling where the population of the respondent was taken sample based on sample that happened to be found. The questionnaire used was Sociodemographic,Family Support, and Motivation with 66 respondents. The results of study obtained data low family support of 28 people (42.4%), low motivation of 39 people (59.1), and non-adherence to treatment of 38 people (57.6%). The correlative test there a relationship between factors Family Support and Motivation with Medication Adherence with p value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha accepted where there a relationship between family support and motivation with medication adherence in coronary heart patients. Family support will affect person taking treatment because external support make a person feel cared for, needed take treatment, apart from family support, self-motivation factor a person take treatment .

Abstract

General anesthesia is a loss of consciousness caused by medicine although the patient receives a stimulus. even with painful stimulus Delayed recovery of consciousness is not expected in anesthesia. Effort that can be made on delayed conscious recovery is passive range of motion (ROM) mobilization, is carried out to teach early mobilization for postoperative patient with general anesthesia. ROM exercises aim to increase muscle strength, prevent stiffness in the press, reduce circulatory disturbances, thereby speeding up recovery time. This study to determine the effect of passive range of motion (ROM) mobilization on the recovery time of patients with general anesthesia in the recovery room of Dr Haryoto Lumajang Hospital. The design of study used the Posttest Only Non Equivalent Control Grup Design, with Accidental Sampling technique. The sample consist of 15 respondents in the intervention group and 15 respondents in the control group. The collecting data used observation. The data analysis used Unpaired T Test. The result of study obtained data on the time to recover consciousness of respondents, mobilized passive ROM, recovered consciousness quickly by 11 (73,3%) respondents and prolonged by 4 (26,7%) respondents. Time to recover consciousness for respondents who did not passive ROM mobilization was all of them recovered consciousness prolonged as many respondents (100,0%). There was an effect of range of motion (ROM) mobilization on the conscious recovery time of patients with general anesthesia in the recovery room of Dr Haryoto Lumajang Hospital with p-value of 0,000 ≤ α = 0.05.

Abstract

The compliance of the surgical team in carrying out the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC), when time out phase, is a very important part to achieve patient safety during operative procedures. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between the compliance of the surgical team and the implementation of SSC in the operating room. The design used in this study was Spearman rank with a sample size of 39 respondents who were observed once using a total sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection method was carried out observationally on the compliance of the surgical team using the 2009 WHO guidelines and the SSC implementation using the 2015 NPSG guidelines. Data processing in this study used the correlation coefficient frequency distribution. Observation results from the compliance of the surgical team showed that most of the respondents had a level of compliance (94.9%) and less compliance (5.1%), and for patient safety, it was obtained data that most of the patients were safe as many as 35 (89.7%) and 4 (10.3%) were unsafe while based on the table it was found that the p value was less than α (0.05), namely 0.000, this figure indicated that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is a relationship between surgical team compliance in the implementation of SSC with patient safety and the Spearman correlation value of 0.688 indicates a strong correlation.
