Abstract

Aglaonema farming holds significant economic potential, but challenges in knowledge management often hinder farmers' productivity. Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) provide effective solutions for managing knowledge efficiently. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of KMS implementation for aglaonema farmers using a structured method and an object-oriented method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The research methodology includes identifying farmers' needs, developing systems using both approaches, conducting functionality testing, and performing a comparative analysis based on effectiveness, efficiency, and ease of use. The study's results indicate that the object-oriented approach with UML offers greater flexibility in development and adaptation to changing user needs. At the same time, the structured method provides stability within a well-defined system. User evaluations reveal a preference for UML-based systems, particularly in supporting dynamic knowledge access and integrating market price prediction features. The study concludes that the object-oriented approach with UML is more suitable for KMS development in agribusiness, where an adaptive and responsive system is essential.

Abstract

Background: Driven by digital transformation, Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) was launched as a unified payment standard to enhance MSME efficiency and competitiveness. However, despite its national growth, QRIS adoption in Serang City Banten remains limited due to barriers such as low digital literacy, transaction costs, internet dependency, and a persistent preference for the perceived safety of cash.Purpose: This study aims to examine the factors influencing the intention of MSMEs to adopt QRIS in Serang City, Banten, by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), with adding variable Perceived Risk (PR) as a significant determinant. This study aims to analyze the demographic and business characteristics of 105 MSME owners who have not yet adopted QRIS as a payment method.Design/methodology/approach: This study applies a quantitative survey approach using primary data collected through online questionnaires and secondary data from literature sources. Descriptive statistics method are used to profile respondents, while Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) is employed to test the integration Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior (C-TAM-TPB) model and research hypotheses. Findings/Result: The results indicate that MSMEs in Serang City banten that have not adopted QRIS generally face limited digital and financial literacy, insufficient education, and a preference for cash-based transactions. Several factors hinder adoption including perceived high transaction fees, small-scale business operations with low daily turnover, trust and security concerns, and inadequate infrastructure such as limited smartphone and internet access. This research also provides empirical support for the application of the C-TAM-TPB model in explaining digital payment adoption behavior among micro and small enterprises. Conclusion: Characteristics of MSMEs in Serang City that are not yet actively using QRIS The majority of business owners are women (63.8%). Age range: 30-39 years (42.1%). Type of business: culinary, F&B (55.1%). Business scale: micro-enterprises (UMI). Length of business: >3 years (50.7%). Total turnover: <Rp300 million (68.2%). Factors that may influence intention to use QRIS is Subjective norm (SN) variable Has the largest significant influence on intention to use QRIS (BIU). Attitude Toward Using (ATU) variable Has a significant but negative influence on intention to use (BIU). Recommendations to increase intention to use QRIS among MSMEs in Serang City Utilization and Strengthening of Social Influence (testimonials and endorsements). An in-depth evaluation process of QRIS features and user perceptions to address potential anomalies.Originality/value (State of the art): This research not only provides empirical support for the model but also offers practical insights for policymakers to design targeted interventions that enhance financial inclusion through QRIS. Abstract

Background: Land conflict is a persistent governance and development challenge because land simultaneously functions as an economic asset, a source of livelihood, a basis of socio-cultural identity, and a domain of political authority. In Indonesia, these tensions are intensified by legal pluralism, agrarian inequality, land-use change, extractive and plantation expansion, and institutional fragmentation. Purpose:  This study aims to map the development of scholarly research on land conflict from 2015 to 2024, with Indonesia as the primary interpretative focus, to identify publication trends, thematic clusters, Indonesia’s contribution to the field, and research gaps related to conflict resolution. Design/methodology/approach: A bibliometric analysis was conducted using the Scopus database. A total of 446 journal articles published between 2015 and 2024 were retrieved and analyzed using VOSviewer to examine publication trends, keyword co-occurrence, thematic clusters, and the geographical distribution of publications. Findings/Result: The findings indicate a generally increasing trend in scholarly publications on land conflict. Dominant research themes include land governance, agrarian reform, Indigenous rights, land grabbing, agribusiness, land registration, and sustainable development. However, operational dimensions of conflict resolution, particularly mediation and conflict management, remain peripheral in the overall keyword network. In the Indonesian context, prominent themes include investment, political dynamics, land registration, palm oil expansion, land use, and conflict resolution. Nevertheless, the direct association between land conflict and mediation remains relatively weak. Conclusion: The findings suggest that future research should move beyond predominantly examining the causes and impacts of land conflict toward greater attention to the evaluation of dispute-resolution institutions, the development of effective mediation frameworks, and data-driven, legally grounded, and rights-based approaches to conflict prevention, particularly in relation to the recognition of Indigenous land rights. Originality/value (State of the art): This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric overview of land conflict research and identifies a significant gap in resolution-oriented scholarship. By positioning Indonesia within the global research landscape, the study provides a foundation for future research and policy development on participatory, institutionally grounded, and rights-based approaches to land conflict management.   Keywords:    bibliometric analysis, conflict resolution, land conflict, VOSviewer, research gaps

Abstract

Visual Question Answering (VQA), a multimodal AI task combining computer vision and language understanding, answers text-based questions about visual content. Although VQA has developed rapidly, most existing approaches assume a single correct answer, whereas real-world images often require several valid answers simultaneously. This study proposes MangoVQA, to our knowledge the first multi-answer VQA framework for mango quality grading aligned with SNI 3164:2024. MangoVQA separates perception from reasoning, combining YOLOv11n-based neural perception with deterministic, rule-based question interpretation, unlike end-to-end learned-fusion VQA models. Each answer is grounded in detected mango instances, enabling traceable multi-answer responses rather than opaque predictions. The YOLOv11n detector localizes fruits and identifies four quality grades (Extra Class, Class I, Class II, and Reject), while the Perspective Engine extracts color and defect attributes through calibrated HSV analysis. These facts populate a structured answer representation, queried via predefined intents and slots. From 468 annotated images, the pipeline yielded 17,764 question-answer pairs across 22 question types, two reasoning levels, and two languages. 22.85% of questions required multi-answer responses, scored with set-based precision, recall, F1-score, and subset exact match. Evaluation reaches 0.919 accuracy on global open-ended questions, 0.937 on local open-ended questions, and 0.846 micro-F1 on global multi-answer questions, exceeding the 62.91% F1 reported by EMQA, the only prior multi-answer VQA baseline, on a different dataset. Practically, MangoVQA offers auditable decision support for smallholders, cooperatives, exporters needing SNI-compliant evidence, and mango customers; theoretically, decoupling visual perception from text interpretation and reasoning offers a viable, interpretable alternative to end-to-end multimodal fusion.
