Abstract

Post-Post-retirement family welfare is something that everyone wants after the completion of their retirement period. This is because a person's income at this time is different from their productive age when they were still working. To be able to realize retirement welfare, long preparation is needed, since a person is still at a productive working age. The driving factors include financial planning in old age, asset ownership, and economic pressure. This will have a better impact if it is reinforced with good financial management knowledge by a person in managing their finances. In this study, the researcher used three independent variables, one dependent variable, and one moderating variable. The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were tabulated and then tested using SPSS. The purpose of this study was to determine the determination of financial planning in old age, asset ownership, and economic pressure on post-retirement family welfare moderated by financial literacy

Abstract

Slaughterhouses are economic activities that generate significant waste, including blood. Blood is a biological hazardous material due to its potency as a source of disease. Standard waste management methods for this material, involving physical and chemical treatment technologies, are considered expensive and impractical for small-scale entrepreneurs, leading to a neglect of waste management. Another possible waste management approach for blood is to use biological agents that utilize its nutrients. One candidate is the black soldier fly, known for its ability to consume various organic materials to produce high-value biomass. However, this process is highly dependent on the feed material's characteristics and the feeding rate. In this study, bovine blood was mixed with fermented palm kernel meal as the feeding material for black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) larvae. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of feeding rates of 50, 100, 200, 300, and 400 mg/larvae/day on the growth performance and survival of the larvae. The results showed that the time required for larvae to become pupae is 20-24 days. A 200 mg/larvae/day produced the best harvested weight and lowest FCR (feed conversion ratio). The highest growth rate was achieved at a dosage of 300 mg/larvae/day. At the same time, a 400 mg/larvae/day dose produced the highest length and WRI (Waste Reduction Index). On the other hand, the survival rate ranged from 77% to 91%, with 100 mg/larvae/day being the most effective. Mixing bovine blood with palm kernel meal at a feeding rate of more than 100 mg/larvae/day will allow the effective black soldier fly (H. illucens) larval composting process.

Abstract

This study explores the synergistic relationship between triangulation and domain analysis and how their integration can improve the overall quality of qualitative research. Triangulation enhances trustworthiness by validating findings through comparisons of data collected from multiple sources, methods, or investigators. Meanwhile, domain analysis, rooted in ethnographic semantics, offers a systematic way to uncover the meaning and structure embedded in the validated data. When applied together, these two approaches enable researchers to generate findings that are both credible and rich in interpretation. Triangulation addresses issues of reliability and bias, ensuring that conclusions are supported by diverse evidence. Domain analysis then deepens understanding by identifying semantic relationships and constructing relevant cultural or conceptual domains directly from participants’ perspectives. This study employs a Narrative Literature Review method to synthesize theoretical and methodological insights, building a conceptual link between methodological rigor and interpretative depth. The results are expected to provide guidance for researchers in improving credibility, dependability, and confirmability in qualitative research. Overall, integrating triangulation and domain analysis offers a strong foundation for producing meaningful and trustworthy interpretations, thereby contributing to both methodological strengthening and theoretical development in qualitative inquiry.
