Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas penilaian kinerja karyawan, penggunaan sistem informasi yang tepat menjadi sangat penting. Sistem informasi dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mengelola data kinerja karyawan secara efisien. Selain itu, penggunaan metode yang tepat juga diperlukan untuk memastikan objektivitas dan konsistensi dalam penilaian kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan PT. Genisan Teknik Indonesia yang memudahkan para pembuat keputusan untuk menentukan perpanjangan kontrak kerja karyawan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan 4 (empat) kriteria yaitu kedispilinan, kejujuran, penampilan dan absensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan supervisi dan karyawan serta observasi dokumen untuk mengetahui proses dan prosedur penilaian kinerja karyawan. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Hasil pengujian sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT.Genisan Teknik Indonesia dengan metode Analytic Hirarchy Process berfungsi dengan baik. Hasil akhir penghitungan sistem pendukung keputusan yang ditampilkan dalam laporan mampu menunjukkan urutan ranking terbaik karyawan beserta bobot penilaiannya.

Abstract

Turn Over Intention in an organization is very important because to see the success of a manager in leading a company, the creation of Work Life Balance in Islamic Perspective and Job Satisfaction within the scope must receive special attention All of this will have a positive impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze and find out whether Work Life Balance in an Islamic Perspective and Job Satisfaction influence Turnover Intention of employees at the University of Darussalam Gontor Female Campus The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a population of 106 Darussalam Gontor University employees, using a non-probability sampling type, namely a saturated sample. The results show that Work Life Balance in Islamic Perspective has no effect on Turn Over Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turn Over Intention, Work Life Balance in Islamic Perspective and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Turn Over Intention.

Abstract

The disorganized lifestyle of today's Z generation (Gen Z) has an impact on financial literacy. This condition ends up in squandering money and even using online lending just for fun. Nevertheless, pesantren students have their mindset and lifestyle to protect themselves from things that do not reflect a Muslim youth. The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and You Only Live Once (YOLO) on the intention to use online lending among pesantren students. This research includes quantitative research, which uses secondary data obtained directly from researchers from the main data source. The Eviews 12 application was used to test multiple linear statistical methods. The student population obtained was 686 registered as active students from semesters 4-8. The sample used from the total population of 259 students. The results of this study show that FoMO, and YOLO variables affect simultaneously the intention to use online lending. The partial test in this study proves that the FoMO variable has a significant effect on intention to use online lending. This is an indicator that the higher the FoMO, the higher the intention to use online lending. However, a pesantren student must control FoMO so that it does not lead one to make online lending. While YOLO has no effect, this shows that pesantren-based education can make students' lives have a positive purpose in life in the world. This study found that FoMO and YOLO have a role in the Gen Z finances that lead them to use online lending, this study also suggests paying more attention to the Gen Z lifestyle in order to avoid online loan arrears that can be detrimental to the future, especially for Muslim students.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly impacted productivity, enabling tasks to be completed more efficiently. In government and public service institutions, utilizing information technology is essential, as it has proven to enhance the quality of services, making them more responsive, effective, efficient, and accountable. According to Law Number 25, Article 1, Paragraph 1 of 2009, public service is defined as activities or a series of activities aimed at fulfilling service needs based on regulations, for every citizen and resident, concerning goods, services, and/or administrative assistance provided by public service providers. Implementing electronic services accelerates the development of e-Government. Public services at the village administration level play a crucial role in delivering quality service to the community. Unfortunately, public services at the 35 Ilir Village have received numerous complaints from the local community. This issue arises because the administrative document submission system is still handled manually, requiring each document to be printed and filed manually.

Abstract

Dalam hal ini kegiatan akademik dan kemahasiswaan pendataan kehadiran adalah hal yang sering dilakukan. Pada dasarnya, hal ini dilakukan dengan penyebutan nama mahasiswa satu persatu, hal itu dinilai sangat lambat dan juga akan menimbulkan gangguan saat melaksanakan perkuliahan atau pun kegiatan. Maka sebab itu Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menemukan cara menyelesaikan persoalan dalam melakukan presensi kehadiran mahasiswa, maka hal ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap kemampuan kartu nir sentuh dan Tag RFID yang ditanam di dalam nya, kebutuhan fungsional atau pun non fungsional yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem presensi kelas maupun kegiatan, dan kegunaan software development kit yang membantu alat mesin presensi. Dengan dukungan mikrokontroler, Node MCU ESP8622 sebagai penghubung untuk mengelolah data dari sensor RFID.

Abstract

Optimizing Indonesia's maritime resources as an effort to reduce reliance on imported raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry. This study investigates the use of fish protein hydrolysate, derived from trash fish flour, as a supplement in the fermentation process for producing cephalosporin C. This key raw material is used to create cephalosporin antibiotics through fermentation with the fungus Acremonium chrysogenum Biomcc 0141. Hydrolysate from trash fish flour is obtained through an enzymatic hydrolysis process using a protease found in pineapple hump extract which was optimized. The results of hydrolysis optimization on hydrolysate from trash fish flour produce a protein content of 3.37%. The protein hydrolysate obtained is then used in the cephalosporin C fermentation process. The addition of trash fish protein hydrolysate to cephalosporin C fermentation media showed a significant increase in the productivity of cephalosporin C, which is up to 85.39% higher than the fermentation process without the addition of fish protein hydrolysates.

Abstract

Auto Zir adalah perusahaan penjualan mobil bekas yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan mobil bekas berkualitas. Namun, saat ini pengolahan data di CV. Auto Zir belum terorganisir dengan baik, mengakibatkan proses pencarian dan pengolahan data menjadi lambat dan mengurangi efektivitas kerja. Selain itu, sistem promosi penjualan yang digunakan masih mengandalkan iklan berbayar di internet. Persaingan bisnis mobil yang sangat ketat mengharuskan perusahaan untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan, karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah pengolahan data dan memungkinkan promosi penjualan langsung kepada pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebutuhan informasi dan promosi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan showroom CV. Auto Zir. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang penulis gunakan adalah metode waterfall, terdiri dari pentahapan : requirment analysis, system design, implementation, intergration & testing, operation & maintanance. Hasil pengembangan aplikasi informasi mobil berbasis web pada CV. Auto Zir adalah pegawai dapat mengolah data berbasis web secara akurat dan cepat serta dapat melakukan promosi secara langsung kepada pelanggan melalui email sehingga pelannggan dapat informasi ataupun promo yang sedang diadakan perusahaan.

Abstract

Pesantren berperan sebagai pusat aktivitas dakwah yang memiliki unsur-unsur dalam proses komunikasi dakwah, yaitu komunikator (kyai), komunikan (santri), media komunikasi dakwah (pesantren/asrama santri, pusat ibadah/masjid, kitab kuning, majelis/forum/podium, dan lainnya). komunikasi dakwah merupakan upaya menyebarluaskan informasi ke umat Islam dan mengajak manusia ke jalan Allah dengan mengamalkan Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan pendidikan karakter di era modern semakin gencar digalakkan oleh pemerintah, namun persoalan kenakalan remaja, narkoba, dan beberapa kasus lain ini juga kerap kali menjadi perbincangan yang cukup membuat banyak orang geram. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah formal tidaklah cukup, maka dari itu sebagian orang disamping menyekolahkan anak di sekolah formal juga memasukkannya ke pondok pesantren. Peneliti menumukan keganjalan atau masalah masih banyak rendahnya kesadaran santri dalam membentuk tata tertib di Pondok Peantren. Berangkat dari latar belakang di atas, penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui komunikasi dakwah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Barokah dalam pembentukan karakter santri, faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi dakwah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Barokah dalam pembentukan karakter santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitataif. Dengan mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dan memaparkan data apa adanya sesuai hasil temuan di lapangan. Untuk memperoleh data atau informasi-informasi yang relavan dengan masalah yang dicari. Peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil ini adalah komunikasi dakwah dalam pembentukan santri yang berkarakter pada Pondok Pesantren Permata Budiharjomenggunakan tiga metode pertama, Al-Hikmah (bijaksana), Mau’izhah hasanah (nasihat), Mujadalah (musyawarah). Kedua, metode langsung dan tidak langsung, metode langsung berati penyampaian karakter secara lansung dengan memberikan materi-materi akhlak. Metode tidak langsung adalah penanaman karakter melalui kisah-kisah yang mengandung nilai-nilai karakter mulia dengan harapan dapat diambil hikmahnya oleh santri. Ketiga, melalui metode keteladanan, metode reward dan punishment yaitu pemberian hadiah dan sanksi kepada santri untuk memikat mereka termotivasi berbuat baik dan berakhlak mulia.  AbstractPesantren acts as a center of da'wah activities that have elements in the da'wah communication process, namely communicators (kyai), communicants (santri), da'wah communication media (pesantren / santri dormitories, worship centers / mosques, yellow books, assemblies / forums / podiums, and others). da'wah communication is an effort to disseminate information to Muslims and invite people to the path of Allah by practicing the Qur'an. While character education in the modern era is increasingly intensified by the government, the issue of juvenile delinquency, drugs, and several other cases is also often a conversation that is enough to make many people furious. This proves that the implementation of character education in formal schools is not enough, so some people besides sending their children to formal schools also put them in boarding schools. Researchers find an oddity or problem that there is still a lot of low awareness of students in forming rules at Pondok Peantren. Departing from the above background, this research aims to find out the da'wah communication at Al-Barokah Islamic Boarding School in shaping the character of students, supporting and inhibiting factors of da'wah communication at Al-Barokah Islamic Boarding School in shaping the character of students. This research uses a type of qualitative research. By describing the results of the research and presenting the data as it is according to the findings in the field. To obtain data or information that is relevant to the study, the researcher uses a qualitative method.

Abstract

Abstract The Supreme Court Decision No. 12 P/HUM/2024 has introduced new dynamics in the accountability of travel expenses for members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD). This normative legal study thoroughly examines the implications of the decision, particularly the revocation of Presidential Regulation No. 53 of 2023, concerning regional financial accountability and transparency. Through a normative juridical approach and an in-depth literature review of various legal sources—primary, secondary, and tertiary—the study reveals significant changes in the DPRD's travel expense accountability mechanism. The annulment of Presidential Regulation 53/2023 necessitates a shift from the lump-sum system to a reimbursement system based on actual costs (at cost), in accordance with Government Regulation No. 12 of 2019. Furthermore, the decision emphasizes the importance of adherence to fundamental legal principles such as legality, non-retroactivity, and the hierarchy of laws and regulations. Both central and regional governments are urged to promptly adjust their regulations and policies in line with the Supreme Court's decision to ensure accountability and transparency in regional financial management, particularly concerning DPRD travel expenses. This research makes a significant contribution to understanding the impact of the Supreme Court's decision on regional financial governance and provides recommendations for stakeholders to respond to these changes effectively and appropriately. Abstract

Human resource management in Indonesian industries plays a critical role in enhancing employee com-petencies amid technological, economic, and global labor market developments. However, there is a gap between employee competencies and organizational demands, reflected in Indonesia's 87th ranking in the Human Capital Index (HCI). This study aims to analyze the influence of talent and technology systems on employee competency, with personality as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data were collected from 196 respond-ents out of a population of 385 employees at Putra Kelana Makmur Group. The results indicate that talent does not directly influence employee competency but has an indirect effect through personality. In contrast, technology systems and personality significantly impact competency enhancement. Personality is a significant mediator in the relationships between both talent and technology systems with com-petency. These findings highlight the importance of developing effective technology systems and a supportive work environment that fosters personality development. For companies, this study empha-sizes the need to consider personality and technology as key factors in creating a more holistic and adapt-ive human resource management strategy to improve employee competencies.
