Abstract

This service activity aims to improve students' mathematical abilities in learning mathematics through training on the use of orange peel media in realistic mathematics learning. Technically, the implementation of the designed training activities is as follows: 1) Planning. At this stage, the team identified problems that occurred by observing the school and interviewing students directly. This aims to find out students' opinions and the obstacles they face while participating in class learning. From the results of these interviews, the team concluded that the topic of discussion that many students had problems with was the concept of building space. 2) Preparation. The team held discussions with teachers at the service site to determine the subjects involved and confirm the prerequisite material. Apart from that, tasks are distributed to teams so that learning can run optimally and be enjoyable. 3) Implementation. The implementation of the service was welcomed by the Principal and Mathematics Teachers. Mathematics teachers are also involved in guiding students using orange peel media when the service is carried out. 4) Evaluation and Reporting. At this stage, the team carries out an evaluation after the service activities are completed and compiles them into a service report for publication.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has taken numerous measures to respond the COVID19 pandemic. This policy was taken caused the stock market slowed down of coal mining companies on IDX due to COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the impact of the COVID-19 on stock return as measured by leaderships CEO (SIM and SGM), company performance (DER, ROA and EPS), technical factors (IIA) and dividend policy as moderation. This research use quantitative method and data analysis was conducted by moderated regression analysis (MRA). Based on 17 samples, it shows that directly only the DER, ROA and IIA variables have significant on stock return, while the SIM, SGM and EPS variables have no significant on stock return. indirectly the DER variable which is moderated by dividend policy has significant on stock return or means that the dividend policy strengthens the relationship between DER and the stock return (quasi moderation).

Abstract

This study examines the complex consequences of industrial area development on both the national and regional economies of Indonesia, with a specific focus on the interaction between these two domains. This research employs a comprehensive case study methodology to examine the policies crucial for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the aftermath of the pandemic. Industrial expansion's direct and indirect effects on job creation, economic diversification, technological advancement, and resource distribution are all examined in this analysis. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit terbanyak menyerang populasi diseluruh dunia. WHO mengatakan bahwa hipertensi dapat memberikan dampak yang meluas seperti penyakit stroke, penyakit jantung, kecacatan, hingga kematian dini. Kenaikan dan lonjakan kasus penderita hipertensi setiap tahunnya diakibatkan oleh ketidakpatuhan dalam minum obat anti hipertensi. Memberikan dukungan kepada pasien dari keluarga mereka adalah kegiatan mendasar yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan dorongan mereka untuk minum obat, dan ini akan menjadi ukuran seberapa berhasil mereka dapat pulih. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan konsumsi obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 107 dengan teknik Purposive sampling . Data diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan rumus gamma. Hasil analisa diperoleh bahwa dari 107 responden penelitian, sebagian besar memiliki karakteristik umur 61 tahun sebanyak 7.5%, dengan karakteristik lama menderita rata-rata 7 tahun sebanyak 16.8%, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan 70.1%, dengan pendidikan terakhir paling banyak SD sebanyak 43.9%. Responden memiliki dukungan keluarga baik sebanyak 79.4%, dengan patuh sebanyak 76.6% terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi obat antihipertensi (p value <0.05).

Abstract

Company value is an investor's perception of the company that is associated with stock prices. Company value can be influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors can be measured using financial ratios based on the company's financial statements. The financial ratio in this study is illustrated by the value of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Company Size (Ln) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The external factors of the company can be in the form of inflation conditions that can affect the value of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, firm size, profitability and inflation on firm value both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is for companies listed on LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012 - 2017. The samples in this study were selected using a purposive sampling method to obtain as many as 15 companies from 45 companies that will be used as research objects. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis method with a significance level of 5%. The results of the research obtained are simultaneously capital structure, liquidity, company size, profitability and inflation affect the value of the company. While partially the size of the company that affects the value of the company. But the capital structure, liquidity, profitability and inflation do not affect the value of the company

Abstract

The benefits of evaluation are improving and achieving a goal and identifying problems with an information system by users. Many agencies use information systems as the backbone for disseminating information. This condition also occurs in the Muara Enim Regency Government, which uses the e-kinerja information system as a forum for distributing information on assessing the performance of State Civil Apparatus within the Muara Enim Regency Government. So the existence of an e-performance information system is very important because it concerns the performance of ASN itself. For this reason, this research will carry out an evaluation to find out or see the views of users regarding the form and appearance of the Muara Enim Regency e-performance information system. In carrying out this evaluation, the method used is the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of this research will be in the form of statistical data relating to users' views of the Muara Enim Regency e-performance information system.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator kedibilitas pemerintah adalah kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan di satuan kerja daerah di lingkup Badan Penyuluhan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pertanian (BPPSDMP) kementerian pertanian. Pendataan, laporan dan terapan SIMAK BMN diteliti apakah aktifitas tersebut telah sesuai dengan aturan sehingga kualitas laporan keuangan lebih baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh antar variable. Variabel dependen (Y); kualitas laporan keuangan, dan variabel independent (X); Pembukuan (X1), Inventarisasi (X2), Pelaporan (X3), Penerapan SIMAK BMN (X4). Hasil penelitian berdasar analisis regresi linier berganda menyatakan bahwa semakin baik akuntansi, inventarisasi, pelaporan dan penerapan SIMAK BMN maka semakin meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Pembukuan, pelaporan dan pelaksanaan SIMAK BMN bisa ditingkatkan dalam pencatatan atas perpindahan dan perubahan kondisi BMN, inventarisasi, laporan barang hilang serta perekaman dokumen mutasi BMN dengan menggunakan data yang lengkap dan jelas.

Abstract

This article is the result of contemplation about the phenomena that occur in today’s society. In this millennial era, it seems that many people believe in controversial things, one of which is Jangka Jayabaya which is famous as a prophecy of the times. This is a challenge for the academic community therefore, the author tries to straighten out the information that is “konon” (supposedly) with the method of observation of various library references. The results of the observations obtained, both from historical records, ancient literary works, legends of the Javanese kingdom era, and journal articles in the mass media, show that the name Jayabaya in the book entitled Jangka Jayabaya is not the name of Jayabaya, the king of the Kadiri Kingdom as referred to in the historical facts of the Javanese kingdom.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of financial leverage, profitability and the moderation effect of corporate size on tax evasion. The population of this study is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2022. There are 71 samples, selected using purposive sampling. The analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) to look at the influence of moderation of corporate size variables. Data collection through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results show that all the hypotheses built in this study are acceptable, that’s financial leverage and profitability have a positive and significant effect on tax evasion. Also, the moderation effect of corporate size has been shown to strengthen the influence on financial leverage and profitability against tax evasion.

Abstract

The aim of this paper to analyze  the influence of people and local culture on purchase decision which is moderated by social media marketing.  The research is  the descriptive quantitative The research findings are as follows (1). People influences purchase decision with sig. 0.049. (2). Local culture influences purchase decision with sig. 0.001. (3) People and Local culture simultaneously influence purchase decision. F table is 18.770 > 2.87 with sig. 0.000. People and local culture also show positive and significant influence on purchase decision.
