Abstract

Technological developments in the government office environment are increasingly developing, as well as government agencies having to modernize administration, such as in the administrative section for managing incoming mail. There are many types of letters that enter agencies every day with different needs. These incoming letters are waiting to be followed up (dispositioned) by administrative leaders for further processing at the South Sumatra provincial Dispora service. Over a long period of time and a large number of incoming letters every day, conventional recording methods have become less effective and can cause losses to the service, including lost and scattered letters. In this research, the author aims to create a website-based information system for the disposition of incoming letters at the South Sumatra Province Dispora office. The method used is web engineering and building an information system using the recurring acronym programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as the database. This website was created to make it easier for the work of managing incoming mail at the South Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Office to run well and optimally, by creating a website to automate incoming mail into electronic mail in the South Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Office

Abstract

Abstrak Tingginya kejadian fraktur selama beberapa dekade terakhir mempengaruhi pemilihan pengobatan yang di pengaruhi oleh perilaku Masyarakat. Beberapa pengobatan yang dapat dilakukan seperti pengobatan medis dan pengobatan tradisional yang keberadaannya tidak terpisahkan dalam pengobatan masyarakat umum. Tujuan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan pengobatan tradisional pada pasien fraktur. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan observasi analitik secara case control secara retrospektif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, diolah secara statistic menggunakan rumus chi square. Sebanyak 160 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai p dari variabel pengalaman keluarga yang berobat di RSISA dan Sangkal putung masing masing (0,0001) dan (0,0001) dan variabel pendidikan yang berobat di RSISA dan di sangkal putung masing masing (0,006) dan (0,019). Ada hubungan antara pengalaman keluarga dan pendidikan dengan pemilihan pengobatan tradisional pada pasien fraktur (p value > 0,05).

Abstract

Gastritis is inflammation of the gastric mucosa which often occurs among teenagers. This research is motivated by the low level of knowledge among teenagers about gastritis, which is caused by traditional learning methods that are less interactive. The flipped classroom method was chosen as an alternative learning strategy that allows students to study independently at home via digital media, before applying this knowledge in discussions and activities in class. With the flipped classroom method, it is hoped that students can be more actively involved in the learning process and increase their understanding of gastritis. This research uses a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental research method using a two group pretest and posttest group design approach. The samples used were students from class XII IPA and XI IPS MA Darut Taqwa Semarang. The technique used was simple random sampling of 48 respondents. The statistical tests in this research are the marginal homogeneity test and the chi-square test. The results of statistical tests show that after treatment the control group and intervention group obtained a p value of 0.005<0.05, this shows that there is an influence of the learning method using the flipped classroom on increasing knowledge about gastritis.

Abstract

Basically economic development is an effort to increase capacity and freedom of choice. The creation of economic development is very dependent on the role of the government which is reflected in government spending. The ability of local governments to manage finances as outlined in the "APBD" directly or indirectly reflects the ability of regions to provide funds for the implementation of governmental tasks, development, and community social services. One of the tools for analyzing the performance of local governments in managing their regional finances is to analyze the financial ratios for the APBD that have been set and implemented. According to the provisions of the Regional Autonomy Law, regional authorities have the responsibility to provide various services to the community based on the principles of transparency, participation and responsibility. Abstract

Salah satu tumpuan perekonomian nasional adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dimiliki dan dijalankan oleh masyarakat atau badan usaha di semua sektor perekonomian. Salah satu kabupaten di Pulau Madura, Kabupaten Pamekasan, menjadi salah satu lokasi penyumbang pendapatan daerah. Saat ini pelaku UMKM di kabupaten Pamekasan mencapai 49.185. Namun, Hingga saat ini baru 21.704 pelaku UMKM yang memiliki NIB sekitar 626 UMKM yang baru memiliki Sertifikasi Halal. karena minimnya informasi dan rendahnya kesadaran mereka perihal pengurusan legalitas usaha sebagai pelaku UMKM. Adapun metode yang di pakai dalam pengabdian ini memakai metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara mahasiswa melakukan survei atau observasi terhadap legalitas usaha yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM pada beberapa UMKM di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Survei ini dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan perlakuan yang berbeda untuk setiap pelaku UMKM. Dalam hal ini, para pelaku usaha, khususnya yang ingin memperluas usahanya, mengucapkan terima kasih atas bantuan yang diberikan Mahasiswa Magang MBKM dalam proses pendaftaran NIB melalui Online Single Submission (OSS) dan sertifikasi halal melalui sistem Si Halal. Kedua sertifikasi tersebut sangat membantu dalam mempromosikan usaha dan meningkatkan kepercayaan dari calon konsumen. Selama pelaksanaan pedampingan, saya menemukan bahwa tidak semua UMKM di Kab. Pamekasan bisa ikut program ini untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. dikarenakan program ini di lakukan tanpa di pungut biaya. Hasil dari program ini yaitu memberikan identitas yang resmi pada para pelaku UMKM, memberikan standart mutu bagi produknya, jaminan halal yang bersertifikat, menambah unique selling bagi mereka, serta dapat menambah kepercayaan konsumen khususnya dikalangan umat islam setelah produknya memiliki label Sertifikat Halal

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) have a big influence for the economy in Indonesia. But almost of this company don’t have an optimal working capital management because less knowledge and limitation of financial not only from the owner but also financial credit from bank. Working capital management plays an important role in the success or failure of a company its business activities. To achieve optimal use of working capital management managers the company must accurately control the trade-off between profitability and liquidity. The purpose of this research is to develop a model of working capital management where the sales are under uncertainty and the company has a limit financial. This study was tested using multiple linear regression analysis to see the correlation between profitability and liquidity with x1, x2, x3, x4, and x5 then find optimal solution by stochastic multi objective programming because we consider that sales is in under certainty. The main variables used in the analysis of return on assets to measure profitability, receivable turnover to measure liquidity, inventory turnover, accounts payable days, cash conversion. The results showed that account payable, inventory turnover, and cash turn over have a positive correlation for liquidity but inventory turnover and cash turnover have negative correlation to profitability.

Abstract

Many industries have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, especially the economy. This economic impact is not only felt locally but even internationally. The marketing plan for MSMEs engaged in the creative economy sector, namely human activities in which individuals independently manage economic resources while being under the authority they control. MSMEs are currently changing their marketing tactics to advertise their products through online marketplaces in the era of globalization. To find out how a Pancasila-based economy that is transitioning to the digital era will be used and how local government priorities for MSMEs during a pandemic are the goals of this research. A literature study approach is used in this article to describe various books, journals, and internet publications. The study of the findings of this article shows that the growth of digital MSMEs and digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia amid the Covid pandemic has turned into a rescue solution. One of the solutions to ensure that MSMEs remain accessible during the Covid 19 pandemic is the establishment of digital MSMEs. Various MSME digitalization development projects in the Indonesian Pancasila digital economic ecosystem can accelerate the digital transformation process. During the Covid 19 outbreak, the creative economy sector adhered to a Pancasila-based economic system, and supporting elements for entrepreneurship included promotions, excellent service, customer appreciation, affiliation or partnerships, and social capital. keywords: digitalization; economy; globalization; pandemic; MSME

Abstract

Government revenue is the revenue received and used by the government to carry out its functions so that it can independently pay for its increased spending in the public sector. Taxes are usually a country's main source of income, funding national development and government spending. The purpose of this research is to find out how tax codes and tax politics operate, as well as how the tax burden has changed and how much wealth has been lost as a result of taxation. Tax is an obligation that must be paid by a person or entity to the state which is imposed by law, has no direct reciprocity, and is used for governmental purposes in the interests of the people. In tax collection, there are three systems. Taxation politics in Indonesia are regulated in 10 laws, and changes to the tax burden are divided into two parts. The excess burden imposed by the tax is referred to as the welfare lost due to taxation. Key words: economic; revenue; system; tax; welfare

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the agency's accounting system and internal control on the quality of financial statements at the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education using two variables, namely the agency's accounting system, internal control, and the quality of financial statements. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, the criteria are employees / officials who work to handle the Accounting System of the Agency, namely SAK and SIMAK-BMN operators, Head of Subbag, Head of Bag and Assistant Director II for General Administration and Finance who handles the preparation of Financial Statements. The questionnaire used in this study was 102 respondents. Before using multiple linear regression analysis, first conduct data quality tests (validity tests and reliability tests) and classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicolonicity tests and heteroscedasticity tests) with the SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that the agency's accounting system and internal control have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements so that the agency's accounting system and internal control need to be applied in the preparation of financial statements within government agencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage dan kapitalisasi pasar terhadap earnings management diseputar private placement. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2014-2019. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 677 perusahaan. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive Sampling sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 42 perusahaan yang melakukan private placement antara tahun 2014-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan Software EVIEWS 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earnings management disepuitar private placement. (2) Kapitalisasi pasar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earnings management disepuitar private placement. (3) Kualitas audit tidak memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan leverage terhadap earnings management diseputar private placement. (4) Kualitas audit tidak memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan kapitalisasi pasar terhadap earnings management diseputar private placement. This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage and market capitalization on earnings management around private placement. The objects in this study are companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2019. The population of this research is 677 companies. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 42 companies was obtained that carried out private placements between 2014-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed using software EVIEWS 10. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leverage has a significant effect on earnings management around private placement. (2) Market capitalization does not have a significant effect on earnings management around private placement. (3) Audit quality does not significantly moderate the relationship between leverage and earnings management around private placement. (4) Audit quality does not significantly moderate the relationship between market capitalization and earnings management around private placement.
