Abstract

The objectives of this study are to 1) Analyze the effect of taxpayer awareness on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency, 2) Analyze the effect of the imposition of administrative sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency, 3) Analyzing the effect of imposition of fines on the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency, 4) Analyzing the effect of joint taxpayer awareness, imposition of administrative sanctions, and imposition of fines on compliance with motor vehicle taxpayers at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency, and 5) Analyzing the relationship between motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the development of the Central Tapanuli Regency area. The research was conducted in Central Tapanuli Regency on the Analysis of Factors Affecting Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that taxpayer awareness had a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency. The imposition of administrative sanctions has a positive and significant effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency. The imposition of fines has a positive and significant impact on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency. The awareness of taxpayers, the imposition of administrative sanctions and the imposition of fines together have a positive and significant effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers at UPT PPD Samsat Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency. Motor vehicle tax compliance is related to the development of the Central Tapanuli Regency area.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang tinggi; potensi yang mulai diperhatikan Dunia Internasional. Indonesia - ekonomi terbesar di Asia Tenggara memiliki sejumlah karakteristik yang menempatkan Negara ini dalam posisi yang bagus untuk mengalami perkembangan ekonomi yang pesat. Secara umum, dapat dikatakan bahwa pengertian ekonomi adalah  sebuah bidang kajian ilmu yang berhubungan tentang pengurusan sumber daya material individu, masyarakat, dan Negara untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kehidupan manusia. Karena itulah, ekonomi merupakan salah satu ilmu yang berkaitan tentang tindakan dan perilaku manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya yang berkembang dengan sumber daya yang ada melalui kegiatan konsumsi, produksi dan distribusi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah reliabel. Semua variabel berdistribusi normal hal ini terbukti dengan pengujian menggunakan uji normalitas diketahui bahwa variabel pengelolaan dana zakat (X) dan variabel peningkatan ekonomi (Y) nilainya lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan uji t variabel pengelolaan dana zakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Semakin banyak pengelolaan dana zakat yang diberikan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional untuk dikelola, maka semakin tinggi pendapatan dari peningkatan ekonomi sehingga peningkatan ekonomi juga akan semakin meningkat. Sedangkan besarnya analisis pengelolaan dana zakat terhadap peningkatan ekonomi berdasarkan hasil uji (R2) mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar yaitu sebesar 75,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan dana zakat memiliki analisis terhadap peningkatan ekonomi.

Abstract

Keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah merupakan konsep keluarga ideal dalam Islam, yakni keluarga yang dibina atas perkawinan yang sah, mampu memenuhi hajat spiritual dan material secara layak dan seimbang. Namun demikian, kehadirannya tidak datang begitu saja. Salah satu syarat untuk mewujudkannya yakni hati harus disiapkan dengan kesabaran dan ketakwaan. Berbagai rintangan harus dilewati oleh pasangan suami istri, salah satunya yaitu konflik rumah tangga yang berakibat pada perceraian. Berdasarkan survey yang Peneliti lakukan di Kelurahan Yosorejo, Kecamatan Metro Timur, Kota Metro, terdapat beberapa keluarga yang mencirikan keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Padahal dari segi kemampuan materi, keluarga tersebut masih terbilang sederhana. Namun hal tersebut tidak menjadi hambatan bagi mereka dalam mencapai keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktualisasi konsep keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah di Kelurahan Yosorejo. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (fied researcah). Data terdiri dari dua jenis, yakni: data primer berupa hasil wawancara di masyarakat; dan data sekunder berupa buku, artike jurnal, dan skripsi tentang aktualisasi keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan metode analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pemahaman masyarakat Yosorejo mengenai sakinah mawadah warahmah sudah cukup baik. Pemahaman mereka sudah mengarah pada keluarga ideal yang mampu menjaga kedamaian, dan memiliki cinta dan kasih sayang. Sedangkan aktualisasinya dilakukan melalui empat cara, yakni: menjaga kualitas ibadah keluarga; menanamkan akhlak terpuji kepada anak;saling memotivasi antar anggota keluarga; dan menerapkan pola hidup sehat sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

Marriage based on the provisions of Allah and His Messenger will make a happy household in this world and the hereafter based on sharia. The development of current trends in communication, information and technology can disrupt the noble value of marriage if it is misunderstood and misused. The real negative impact that occurs in society is the increasing number of women who become pregnant outside of marriage due to promiscuity. This study aims to examine the law of pregnant marriages in terms of three legal perspectives; Mazhab Fikih, Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Maqāshid Shariā'h. This research is literature research with a literature approach. This type of research is library research with a document study approach where primary and secondary data are obtained from books, journals, books and references that discuss pregnant marriages. The results of this study found that the Ulama Mazhab Fikih discusses the act of pregnant marriage in Fikih and there is khilafiyyah related to the provisions and conditions for pre-marrying women who are pregnant outside of marriage and after marriage. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) which regulates pregnant marriages in article 53 has fulfilled the five main objectives of sharia (adh-Dharūriyyah al-Khamsah); maintaining religion, soul, intellect, offspring/honor, and property after being reviewed with Maqāshid Sharī'ah.

Abstract

Customers receive their electricity from distribution transformers; a disturbance will interfere with this process. High harmonics are typically the source of issues in distribution transformers. The distribution transformer at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Syiahkuala has two issues: the neutral cable breaking and the main or secondary winding burning. Analyzing harmonics in distribution transformers at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Syiahkuala is the goal of this study. The goal of this study is to measure, examine, and assess the transformers at Syiahkuala ULP in order to select the best mitigation. One transformer's harmonic values were determined by the measurement findings to be out of compliance with requirements, necessitating the use of a variety of passive filters to reduce themThe results of THDi reduction using a passive filter are the values obtained for each phase R, S, and T. These values are in accordance with the established standards. From the results of harmonic mitigation using a passive filter, the results obtained in accordance with the THDv and THDi standards based on IEEE 159-2014 are 8% and 10%, respectively.

Abstract

Energy consumption (kWh) is critical to the operation of electrical systems. Predictive modeling optimizes energy usage, increasing power system efficiency. This study created an artificial neural network (ANN) architecture to estimate energy consumption (kWh) for home users in Banda Aceh. The ANN topology consisted of 5 input layers, 5-25 hidden layers, and one output layer. This study used two scenarios: first, the ANN topology was trained using the logsig activation function, and then the tansig activation function was used for training. Based on training simulations, the ANN architecture with 5 input layers, 5 hidden layers, and 1 output layer has the lowest Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.00035. The next phase involved testing this ANN topology. The next stage is to analyze the ANN architecture with 5 input layers, 5 hidden layers, and 1 output layer using the testing technique. Based on the testing technique, the ANN architecture with 5 input layers, 5 hidden layers, and 1 output layer had a MAPE value of 3.34%.

Abstract

The demand for electricity in Indonesia is continuously increasing due to the growing economy over time. In accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 10 of 2005 and Presidential Regulation No. 5 of 2006, regulations have been issued regarding energy conservation and national energy usage policies. Therefore, this paper discusses an electricity energy audit and predicts the electricity load at the PT. Telkom Indonesia Building in Lhokseumawe using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithms. Energy audit involves the inspection, survey, and analysis of energy flows to identify energy-saving opportunities in buildings, aiming to reduce the input energy into the system without compromising system output. The research aims to identify electricity energy-saving opportunities. Additionally, the paper conducts predictions of electricity usage before and after the audit using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm. Therefore, an audit of this load is needed. After inspecting the location, it was identified that the air conditioning units used exceed the required AC capacity. Consequently, a proposal for new devices is necessary to achieve potential electricity usage savings in the building. Based on the training and validation of the neural network using the Bilayered Neural Network (BNN) model with 3 layers, the most suitable model was obtained. The obtained values include an RMSE of 1210.7, R-Squared of 1.00, MSE of 1.4658e+06, MAE of 901.19, Prediction Speed ~1500obs/Sec, and Training Time of 4.8719 Sec. The results indicate potential savings of up to 17,023 kWh/month or 163,327 kWh/year. The required Payback Period to recover the invested capital is estimated at 14 months.

Abstract

LED solar simulator converts electrical energy into light and heat. The resulting heat effect apply damage to the LED and affect performance and accuracy test. Despite being equipped with a heatsink and fan cooling system, the temperature of the LED solar simulator is still considerably quite high though it is necessary to lowered the temperature even further to increase its service life. One major challenge faced is the management of the heat generated by the LEDs. This article aims to investigate the effect of placing a copper pipe-based cooling system containing refrigerant R32 and Thermoelectric to reduce the temperature of the LED solar simulator by at least 10%. The use of thermoelectric cooler (type 12706) as an alternative cooling technology is safer for surrounding environment compared to vapor compression. Copper pipes were chosen for better conductivity, flexibility and better heat absorbance, meanwhile refrigerant R32 were chosen for it is environmentally friendly and possess a lower GWP. The test results illustrate the application of a copper pipe-based cooling system containing refrigerant R32 and thermoelectric succeeded in reducing the temperature of the LED solar simulator by 11,41% and increased the level of radiation uniformity from an average of 422 W/m² to 429 W/m² with a depreciation of non-uniformity of 0,84%. Thus, this very combination cooling system is proven effectively reducing the temperature of the LED solar simulator by at least 10%.

Abstract

In the Qur’an, there are commands, prohibitions, warnings, instructions and stories of previous Prophets. Study of the content of al-Qur'an is not only a worship of Allah but also to get guidance that lives in accordance with Islamic law. Al-Qur'an thematic study is one of the methods of studying the Qur'an that is practiced by Muslim scholars and ulama. One of the thematic studies contained in al-Qur'an is the association of husband and wife like nusyuz. Nusyuz is a violation of a shared commitment to what is obligatory in the household. The study of nusyuz needs to be done in relation to understanding, asbabun nuzul, ulama's review as well as a review of Islamic law on these actions. By conducting a study of the nusyuz, we are expected to be able to better understand the related matter, giving knowledge to others in order to avoid the actions that lead to the nusyuz.

Abstract

This paper discusses "Uruf in the perspective of Islamic law" by revealing problems, namely: (1) What is the position of uruf in istinbath of Islamic law, and (2) How is the application of uruf in Islamic Sharia laws. The position of uruf in istinbath of Islamic law is very important and can be a basis for legal considerations. The law of fiqhiyyah states that custom is punishable. Meanwhile, the application of uruf in Islamic Sharia laws is a source of law, especially in matters of muamalah, munakahah, and other social relations. Islamic law, which is closely related to interaction with fellow humans, is greatly influenced by the customs in society.
