Abstract

Di era pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia saat ini berwirausaha merupakan lapangan pekerjaan yang menarik untuk dipilih oleh mahasiswa setelah mereka lulus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif. Model penelitian meliputi pengaruh dari faktor sifat kewirausahaan, keahlian kewirausahaan dan faktor kontekstual kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Penentuan besarnya sampling dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 100 mahasiswa yang berasal dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Regular Pagi dan Sore. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampling adalah mahasiswa yang telah mendapat mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan telah memiliki/menjalankan usaha. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sifat kewirausahaan, keahlian kewirausahaan dan faktor kontekstual mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha mahasisawa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment on the Performance of Unit Operations Employees at PT. Telkom Access Mataram. The type of research applied is associative research. The technical analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The method used is the census method in which the respondents are employees of the operation unit of PT. Telkom Access Mataram with a total of 34 people. From this study, the results of the analysis stated that: 1. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the operation unit of PT. Telkom Access Mataram. 2. Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees at the operation unit of PT. Telkom Access Mataram. 3. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the operation unit of PT. Telkom Access Mataram.

Abstract

Purpose ─ This paper aims to examine the role of entrepreneurial orientation for SMEs in building business continuity in eastern Indonesia and highlight strengthening government support for the sustainability of post-covid SME entities. Design/methodology/approach ─ A random sampling approach was used to select the respondents, with closed questions used for a sample of 400 SME owner-managers in eastern Indonesia using the structural equation modelling technique (PLS-SEM). Findings ─ The results show that the ability of SME owner-managers to build business longevity is determined more by their strong entrepreneurial orientation than by government support. In the context of this study, the government’s support policy for SMEs in eastern Indonesia is ineffective. Limitations/research implications – This research selects the characteristics of the living company by Geus, which positions business entities as living beings, as an indicator of business longevity. Practical implications - Based on research results, the sustainability of SMEs in eastern Indonesia can be built based on the owner-managers entrepreneurial orientation. Meanwhile, government support still needs to be maximized. Originality/value ─ The contribution of three determinants of government support to SMEs is analyzed to determine the acceleration of the survival of SMEs after Covid.

Abstract

The era of globalization, which increases information technology, has increased competition in the business world. Companies in this era are increasingly complex and competitive. Every business must be prepared to deal with technical advancements, all consumer wants, and fierce rivalry from other businesses. Companies need a solid plan if they wish to survive the competition. The purpose of this study is to examine how leadership style and the caliber of accounting information systems affect employee performance. This study makes use of first-hand information gathered via accountant survey data. Nonprobability sampling was the method of selection that was employed in this study. This study adopts a quantitative methodology and makes use of IBM SPSS and non-parametric statistical analysis techniques. The test results demonstrate that leadership style and the caliber of the accounting information system are key determinants of employee success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether career advancement and work ethic have an impact on employee loyalty either separately or together. The primary and secondary data used in this study were gathered from the field and libraries. 59 employees made up the sample for this investigation. by applying a basic random sampling technique. Quantitative research is used in this field. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 is the analytical approach employed. The findings of this study show that work discipline and career growth have a considerable impact on employee loyalty, either separately or in combination.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service employees. This research consists of independent variables, namely work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction, as well as the dependent variable, namely performance. The type of research used is Associative-Causal Research. The population in this study were all employees of the Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, totaling 54 employees. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service employees. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktualisasi diri dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 71 orang dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan tentang aktualisasi diri, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Aktualisasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the potential correlation between organizational commitment and work discipline with employee job satisfaction. The study involves 110 employees from both general and personnel divisions, comprising the research population. Saturated sampling, also known as census sampling, is utilized in this study. The data analysis method employed is path analysis, preceded by confirmatory factor analysis to validate the indicators representing the variables or constructs. The results of path analysis shed light on the impact of discipline and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The study confirms the theoretical notion that individuals tend to experience higher levels of satisfaction when they exhibit greater dedication, provided that discipline is maintained. The practical implications of this research are intended to guide decision-making and policy formulation regarding discipline, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction within PT Mustika Ratu.

Abstract

Peran Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam perekonomian nasional sangatlah besar, demikian pula halnya untuk di kota Mataram Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Di Kota Mataram sebagian besar UMKM dalam bentuk Industri kecil dan kerajinan dengan berbagai jenis produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada pelaku usaha dan karyawan mengenai manajemen produksi, (2) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan memproyeksi permintaan hasil produksi, dan (3) memberikan penyuluhan lokasi usaha, layout, manajemen persediaan dan kualitas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada sentra industri tempe di lingkungan Abian kelurahan Pejeruk Ampenan kota Mataram. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan juli hingga September 2019 dengan metode penyuluhan dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan pelaku usaha dan karyawan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan untuk mengelola usahanya dalam konteks manajemen produksi; yaitu tentang proyeksi permintaan hasil produksi,lokasi usaha,layout, manajemen persediaan, dan kualitas produk.
