Abstract

The potential of ecotourism to enhance the well-being of local populations and preserve the environment is significant, as it places emphasis on both natural and cultural sustainability. The study aims to identity the development of ecotourism and their effects on the socio-economic of local communities by using Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This systematic literature review (SLR) examines the most recent research conducted in the topic under investigation. The findings of the investigation demonstrate a range of tactics employed in the development of ecotourism, encompassing product diversification, active involvement of local communities, utilization of technology for effective management, infusion of private investment, and the protection of cultural heritage. Additionally, we have observed the favorable influence of ecotourism on the financial earnings and employment opportunities of indigenous people, as well as its role in the conservation and safeguarding of local cultural heritage. Nevertheless, this systematic literature review (SLR) also sheds light on the obstacles and adverse consequences that necessitate careful consideration, including the issues of excessive tourism and socioeconomic disparities. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the intricacies involved in the growth of ecotourism and its impact on the well-being of local populations. Additionally, it identifies potential areas for future research in the realm of sustainable ecotourism within the Indonesian environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The population in this study were employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram in the field of testing and inspection, totaling 43 employees using Non Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) where the sample can represent the characteristics of the desired population. Data processing in this study uses SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Based on the research results, intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, social intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance. the most dominant variables that affect the variables of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of members of the Ditsamapta Polda NTB. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression using the IBM 26 version of SPSS. Respondents in this study were all members of the NTB Ditsamapta Polda, totaling 40 employees. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Ditsamapta Polda NTB.the result of this study show that job satisfaction has a dominant influence on the performance of members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of incentive provision on employee performance with discipline as a mediating variable at PT. Pegadaian (State-Owned) Selong Branch. The population used in this study is all employees of PT. Pegadaian (State-Owned) Selong Branch, totaling 33 individuals. The research employed a causal associative approach with a quantitative method. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis tools utilized in this research were the outer model and inner model analyses through the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that incentive provision has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (State-Owned) Selong Branch. Additionally, incentive provision has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline of employees at PT. Pegadaian (State-Owned) Selong Branch. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (State-Owned) Selong Branch. Furthermore, incentive provision has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with work discipline as a mediating factor at PT. Pegadaian (State-Owned) Selong Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pembelajaran, jaringan kerjasama dan motivasi usaha terhadap kinerja usaha peternak kambing di Kabupaten Sumbawa, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan responden sebanyak 90 orang. Uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). Temuan penelitian adalah: 1) ketiga variabel bebas yaitu orientasi pembelajaran, jaringan kerjasama, dan motivasi usaha semuanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha peternakan kambing di Kabupaten Sumbawa; 2) dari ketiga variabel bebas tersebut, yang mempunyai hubungan terkuat terhadap kinerja usaha pada peternakan kambing di Kabupaten Sumbawa adalah variabel motivasi usaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine if burnout and self-efficacy have an impact on workers' job satisfaction and performance. All employees are included in the research population. A sample of 100 participants was chosen using purposive and non-probability sampling approaches. The researcher employed a questionnaire as the primary research tool, and SPSS was utilized to perform quantitative analysis procedures for data analysis. The analysis's findings indicate that, to start, self-efficacy significantly affects work satisfaction. Secondly, job satisfaction is significantly impacted by burnout as well. Third, burnout and self-efficacy both significantly affect job satisfaction at the same time. Fourth, employee performance is significantly impacted by self-efficacy. Fifth, staff performance is significantly impacted by burnout as well. Sixth, employee performance is highly influenced by job happiness. Lastly, job satisfaction acts as a mediator between self-efficacy and burnout, which has a considerable impact on employee performance. Overall, these findings provide a comprehensive picture of the complex relationships between these factors in the context of path analysis. This research provides valuable insights for human resource management to improve employee well-being and performance.

Abstract

Monjok Village, which is located in Mataram City, is a location known as an area that produces household appliances, such as ovens, small or large steamers, satay grills, cake makers, large spoons, graters, and various other kitchen utensils. The purpose of the service is to provide training in strengthening entrepreneurial character, efficient production training, marketing training, and basic bookkeeping, so that the business can develop further. The method used is training. The service activity was carried out on October 4, 2024. After the service activity, an evaluation was still carried out to review the effectiveness of the training for the women craftsmen. Through this activity, it is hoped that the women craftsmen of household furniture can develop their businesses through better production, marketing, and business management.

Abstract

Keterlibatan kerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik, terutama di sekolah-sekolah yang berkinerja tinggi. Efikasi diri berdampak pada keterlibatan kerja, dan variabel kompetensi memoderasi hubungan ini untuk tenaga pengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keyakinan diri terhadap keterlibatan kerja, serta peran kompetensi dalam memoderasi hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif, melibatkan 55 tenaga pengajar sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi moderasi serta diolah menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Selain itu, kompetensi secara signifikan memperkuat hubungan tersebut, di mana pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keterlibatan kerja semakin kuat pada tenaga pengajar dengan tingkat kompetensi yang tinggi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi tenaga pengajar untuk memperkuat keterlibatan kerja melalui peningkatan efikasi diri. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi bagi manajemen sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan pendidikan untuk fokus pada peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pengajar guna mencapai keterlibatan kerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged efforts to recover the national economy through the MSME sector, which is important for the economy. This sector, while vital, has also been negatively affected by the pandemic. In a difficult economic situation, special attention to MSMEs is important because internal and external factors affect business performance. In addition, adaptability (agility) and entrepreneurial motivation also have a significant role in facing this challenge. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Agile leadership, motivation of entrepreneurial, and organizational culture on the performance of creative economy MSMEs on Lombok Island. The study used quantitative methods by taking respondents from entrepreneurs or owners of creative economy MSMEs, especially food and baverage (culinary). The output produced is the National Journal with ISSN and teaching materials that enrich entrepreneurship learning materials and human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and non-physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Praya Tengah Sub-District Office. The population in this study consists of all employees at the Praya Tengah Sub-District Office, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research is associative quantitative research. Data processing in this study used SPSS 26.0, where validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, significance tests (t-test), and determination coefficient tests (R Square) were conducted. The results of this study show that the non-physical work environment has a greater influence on employee performance at the Praya Tengah Sub-District Office. Based on the t-test results, it was found that t count > t table (1.993 > 1.697) or the significance value (0.026 < 0.05), indicating that the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Praya Tengah Sub-District Office.
