Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) policy on the formation of human resource (HR) character, as well as examine the role of MBKM policy moderation in the relationship between the SDGs and the character of human resources. This study was conducted at Semarang State University (UNNES) using a quantitative approach through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results of the study show that the SDGs have a positive and significant influence on the formation of human resource character. The MBKM policy also plays an important role in significantly strengthening the character of human resources. In addition, the MBKM policy has proven to be able to moderate the relationship between the SDGs and the character of human resources, thus strengthening the relationship between the two. The addition of the MBKM policy moderation variable improves the model's ability to explain the variability of human resource characters, which shows the significant contribution of this policy in supporting the achievement of the SDGs. These findings underscore the importance of implementing the MBKM policy in supporting the achievement of the SDGs, especially in the context of higher education to form human resources with superior character and able to face global challenges.

Abstract

In addition to having high economic value, catfish (Clarias sp.) can also be cultivated quickly and they can adapt well. The demand of catfish is in line with the increase in production which is expected to remain efficient and environmentally sound. Biofloc technology has also been implemented in catfish for increasing productivity. Biofloc utilizes the activity of heterotrophic microorganisms and autotrophs for the conversion of organic waste into floc and is used as fish feed. This study aims to examine the effect of the use of molasses with different doses (C/N ratio) on the growth and survival rate of catfish. This study was conducted with as many as 3 treatments with 3 repetitions each except for the control. The treatment with the ratio of molasses in each of them: A: C/N of 10:1; B: C/N of 15:1; C: C/N of 20:1, and D without molasses given as control. The study using 240 catfish measuring 10-12 cm was carried out for 30 days with sampling every 10 days. It aims to determine the average growth, daily growth, and survival rate of test biota during the study. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of different doses of molasses in catfish farming, and biofloc technology will affect the growth and survival rate of farmed catfish. Catfish farmed with biofloc technology at a C/N ratio of 15:1 show the best results on their growth and survival rate. In addition, catfish farming with a biofloc C/N ratio of 15:1 has a better economic analysis when compared to conventional catfish farming. In summary, the use of biofloc based on research results can be a recommendation to be applied in the community, especially among catfish farmers.

Abstract

School-Based Management (SBM) is an approach that grants schools autonomy in managing educational processes and resources. One of the main challenges of SBM is the low level of parental participation, particularly in terms of facilities and infrastructure. Parental involvement is crucial for improving the quality of education and directly impacts the enhancement of school facilities. This article discusses the importance of parental participation in the development of school infrastructure, identifies the factors that influence parental involvement, and suggests strategies to increase their engagement. By building effective communication, educating parents about their roles in school development, and organizing social activities such as community service or fundraising events, schools can encourage greater parental involvement. Such initiatives not only improve school facilities but also strengthen the relationship between parents and the school community. Increased parental involvement in managing school resources ultimately leads to a more conducive learning environment, supporting the overall goal of enhancing students' educational experience. Through collaboration, schools can ensure sustainable progress in both educational quality and school infrastructure.

Abstract

Education is undergoing continuous transformation in response to rapid advancements in science, technology, and the dynamic demands of globalization. Within the context of the digital era and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, educational systems are expected to become increasingly adaptive and innovative. One of the central strategies in this transformation is the adoption of an innovation-based curriculum, which emphasizes interactive, flexible, and technology-driven approaches to learning. However, the implementation of such curricula is not without challenges. Key issues include unequal access to technology, the rising academic workload experienced by students, and the insufficient preparedness of teachers in adopting new pedagogical methods. Schools in rural or underdeveloped regions, for example, often face significant barriers due to limited infrastructure, while students are required to adapt to more independent and demanding learning processes. Moreover, teachers frequently lack adequate training, which hampers the effective application of innovative teaching strategies. To ensure sustainable benefits, the innovation-based curriculum must be introduced with careful planning, comprehensive teacher development, and equitable access to resources. Without such considerations, innovation risks becoming a burden for both students and educators rather than a genuine driver of educational improvement.

Abstract

This research examines the legal implications of changing the nomenclature from “environmental permits” to “environmental approvals” in Indonesia’s environmental licensing law. Moving beyond a conventional public law focus, it highlights the role of private law instruments in advancing climate change mitigation and adaptation. The core question addressed is whether this terminological shift aligns with the principles of ecological justice and how environmental licensing law should be reconstructed to uphold these values. Using a doctrinal legal research method, the analysis integrates statutory, conceptual, and philosophical perspectives, employing techniques of interpretation and construction. The findings indicate that while certain reforms under the Job Creation Law support ecological justice, others undermine it. The research concludes that the current framework requires comprehensive reconstruction to more effectively embody ecological justice and strengthen climate action.
