Abstract

 Learning Arabic in madrasah nowadays is still yet to show optimal results. Madrasah which based on pesantren in Indonesia is very much. But it is not many that can produce graduates who speak Arabic well. Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mukmin in Sukoharjo is one of madrasah based on pesantren that has an integrative model of learning Arabic and shown to produce graduates who can speak Arabic well. This study focus to analyze the integration management model of learning Arabic. This studies was found that all subjects of religion and Arabic was developed in Arabic, from teaching materials, learning methods, and evaluation process. Arabic language is also used daily in the boarding which is supported by Arabic practical activities. The model is proven to improve all Arabic skills. Thus, this model worthy of adoption at the madrasah based on pesantren for learning Arabic. تعليم اللغة العربية فى المدارس الإسلامية الآن لما ينجع نجاحا تاما. المدارس المؤسسة على المعاهد الإسلامية كثيرة, ولكن قليلة منها الذي ناجح لتحصيل الخريجين الماهرين فى تكلم اللغة العربية. المدرسة العالية المؤمن بسوكاهرجوا من احدي المدارس التي تستخدم إدارة التعليم التكاملى و يستطيع الخريجون منها ان يتكلموا باللغة العربية تكلما جيدا. ويريد هذا البحث لتحليل الإدارة التكاملية فى التعليم اللغة العربية. ومن هذا البحث يعرف ان التعليم فى جميع المواد الدراسية الدينية واللغوية يقام باللغة العربية سواء كان فى كتابة المواد الدراسية و عملية التعليم و التقيم. وتكون اللغة العربية لغة اليومية فى المعهد المدرسي و فى متنوع العملية اللغوية فيه. فيستطيع هذه الإدارة التعليمية لترتقي مهارات اللغوية من التلاميذ. فلذلك من الممكن ان تستعمل هذه الإدارة لتعليم اللغة العربية فى المدارس الأخري المؤسسة على المعاهد الإسلامية.

Abstract

The learning process in educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic has several problems faced. The Ministry of Education and Culture took a firm stance through several circulars related to education policies in the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19. This paper examines the implementation of education policies during the Covid-19 pandemic related to distance learning policies. The distance learning process is a solution which in its implementation has not been optimal as a whole. There are things that must be considered in this distance learning, among others, the quality of teacher resources must be improved, both in terms of content and methodology as well as in terms of the use of information technology. In addition, students are also less active in participating in distance learning, either due to an unstable internet network or in terms of providing limited internet quota. The purpose of writing this article is to learn and understand the problems in learning activities during the pandemic, namely distance learning so that students can follow it actively and interestingly. This study uses a qualitative and observational approach. The results of this study prove that e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has caused various responses and changes to system that can affect the learning process and the level of development of students in responding to the material presented.

Abstract

This field research is descriptive qualitative. examines the problem of Internal Analysis of Strategic Planning at SMPN 2 Ngawi with a SWOT perspective. The purpose of this research is to see the internal strengths and weaknesses at SMPN 2 Ngawi and to see the results of internal and external analysis using SWOT analysis in an effort to formulate a strategic plan design (renstra). Research data obtained using the method of observation, interviews. and archiving (documentation studies). Findings from this study: based on the final IFAS score: 1.80 and the final EFAS score: 0.80. Using the SWOT diagram analysis, the calculation results on the strength opportunity (SO) position support the aggressive strategy (SO) in strategic planning development. Strategic plans that need to be developed in an effort to realize the Adiwiyata school at SMPN 2 Ngawi: 1) Implementation of reliable PLH program management; 2) Integration of PLH insights on all subjects; 3) Establish partnerships with BPOM and related departments in the management of food safety programs; 4) Establish partnerships with the education office and the community in implementing PLH, 5) Capacity building of human resources in relation to PLH insights.

Abstract

Strategi adalah suatu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh suatu lembaga dalam hal ini sekolah yang ingin memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dalam bersaing dan bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Seorang kepala atau pimpinan seharunya memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam menentukan strategi yang tepat bagi lembaga yang dipimpinya. Dengan strategi yang tepat sekolah akan dapat meningkatkan mutu dan eksistensinya agar selalu diminati masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kepala untuk meningkatkan mutu madrasah. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Negeri 2 Sukoharjo mulai Oktober 2022 hingga November 2022. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah. Informan penelitian terdiri dari koordinator program, ketua program khusus, ketua program asrama, ketua program kelas khusus olahraga, ketua program madrasah riset, ketua prigram adiwiyata, guru, komite, wali murid dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi kepala untuk meningkatkan mutu madrasah dilakukan dengan: (1). Penetapan visi dan misi madrasah. Disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. (2) Penetapan sasaran mutu madrasah. Sasaran mutu mengacu pada hasil Evaluasi Diri Madrasah (EDM), visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah. (3). Penetapan srategi peningkatan mutu madrasah. Ide-ide untuk strategi peningkatan mutu madrasah mengakomodasi 2 konsep, yaitu konsep dari atas kebawah (top-down) dan konsep bawah ke atas (bottom-up). Inovasi program tersebut yaitu; a) Kelas Program Khusus (PK) b) Program Asrama (boarding) c) Kelas Khusus Olah Raga (KKO) d) Program Madrasah Riset e) Program Madrasah Adiwiyata.

Abstract

Increasing public awareness of the importance of education has enriched efforts to find educational models that are more appropriate, effective and futuristic. This study aims to describe and analyze how management integrates the Cambridge curriculum and the national curriculum. What are the advantages and disadvantages of integrating the Cambridge curriculum and the national curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach, conducted at the Alabidin Islamic Middle School in 2021. The research subject is the deputy principal of the curriculum section. While the research informants were school principals, International Class Program (ICP) teachers and some International Class Program (ICP) students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation techniques use data triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interactive analytical models.. The results of this study indicate. Integration of curriculum implementation management with (a) Planning, preparation of Curriculum documents, RPP, Syllabus, framework, SOW (Scheme Of Work), Lesson Plan,. (b) organization includes the selection of human resources who are competent in their fields. (c) the implementation of the integrated curriculum is taken in parallel with the adaptive adoption method. aticve learning. (d) Controlling student learning with evaluation (Mid-Semester Assessment) and (Final Semester Assessment) and (CPT) check progression test and checkpoint for grade 9. The advantage is that students gain global knowledge, the complexity of critical and creative thinking, skill language increases. The weakness is that students still have difficulty understanding what the teacher conveys in English material. environment that is less conducive to English communication in the school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a structured habituation program based on Islamic character at MTs Negeri 3 Wonogiri, with sub-focuses including: (1) the form of a structured habituation program based on Islamic character (2) Islamic characters formed in students through a structured habituation program ( 3) Evaluation of the implementation of a structured habituation program for the formation of Islamic character values. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. To check the validity of the data, it is done by means of triangulation and reference materials. While the research informants are the head of the madrasa, deputy head in the field of student affairs, teachers and homeroom teachers, as well as other parties related to this research. The results of this study indicate that: the implementation of a structured habituation program based on Islamic character based on the implementation time includes: daily, monthly and yearly programs as well as incidental activities aimed at the formation of morality and worship, the characters that can be grown with the program are: religious culture, caring, honest, disciplined, creative, national spirit, social care, and responsibility, while the form of evaluation is carried out through Monday ceremonies, teacher meetings and through the BTQku achievement book

يرتبط تطبيق التعلم في المدارس إلى حد كبير بسياسات الحكومة ، لذا خلال جائحة Covid-19 ، قدمت الحكومة تعليمات التعلم عبر الإنترنت والتي تم تنفيذها في البداية شخصيًا / وجهاً لوجه. وهذا يتطلب التكيف مع عملية التعلم ، سواء في شكل وسائل الإعلام واستعداد المعلمين والطلاب بمدرسة العالية الدينية الحكومية 1 سوراكرتا في التعامل مع هذه الظاهرة. تهدف هذه الكتابة إلى تحليل تنفيذ التعلم بمدرسة العالية الدينية الحكومية 1 سوراكرتا أثناء الجائحة. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي دراسة حالة ظاهرية. طرق جمع البيانات في هذه الدراسة هي المقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق. يستخدم تنفيذ التعلم عبر الإنترنت في بمدرسة العالية الدينية الحكومية 1 سوراكرتا ، أي باستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و Google Classroom كوسيلة اتصال للتفاعل ، ومعلومات حول الجداول الزمنية ، وتنفيذ التعلم ، ومهام التجميع. في حين أن Zoom in Google Meet يستخدم عادة كوسيلة للتواصل والتعبئة وشرح المواد التعليمية ويستخدم بمدرسة العالية الدينية الحكومية 1 سوراكرتا المناهج KMA 184 و 183 كمنهج أساسي ويستخدم منهج الطوارئ كدليل إرشادي لتنفيذ التعلم أثناء الوباء إلى جانب أن المدارس تحدد المدرسة والشهر للوقوف على حالة تفشي فيروس كورونا وعقلية وصحة الطلاب The application of learning in schools is very much tied to government policies so that during the Covid-19 pandemic the government provided online learning instructions which were initially carried out in person/face to face. This requires adaptation to the learning process, both in the form of media and the readiness of teachers and students of MAN 1 PK Surakarta in dealing with this phenomenon. This writing aims to analyze the implementation of learning at MAN 1 PK Surakarta during a pandemic. The method used in this research is a phenomenological case study. The data collection methods in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. Implementation of online learning at MAN 1 PK using social media or Google Classroom is used as a communication medium for interaction, information about schedules, learning implementation, and collection assignments. Whereas Zoom in Google Meet is usually used as a means of communication, mobilization and explanation of educational materials and MAN 1 PK uses the KMA 184 and 183 curricula as the core curriculum and uses the emergency curriculum as a guideline for implementing learning during an epidemic, besides that schools set school and month to find out the situation of the Corona virus outbreak, the mentality and health of students. Penerapan pembelajaran di sekolah sangat terikat dengan kebijakan pemerintah sehingga pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah menginstruksikan pembelajaran secara daring yang pada awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka. Hal ini memerlukan adaptasi proses pembelajaran, baik berupa media maupun kesiapan guru dan siswa MAN 1 PK Surakarta dalam menghadapi fenomena tersebut. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran di MAN 1 PK Surakarta pada masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengimplementasian pembelajaran daring di MAN 1 PK yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial maupun Google Classroom digunakan sebagai media komunikasi untuk interaksi, informasi jadwal, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan pengumpulan tugas. Sedangkan Zoom Meet dan Google Meet biasanya digunakan sebagai sarana komunikasi, mobilisasi, dan penjelasan materi pendidikan. MAN 1 PK menggunakan kurikulum KMA 184 dan 183 sebagai kurikulum inti serta menggunakan kurikulum darurat sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan pembelajaran di masa wabah, selain itu sekolah menetapkan sekolah dan bulan untuk mengetahui situasi wabah virus corona, mental dan kesehatan siswa.

Abstract

The shift of learning activities from face-to-face classroom interaction to online learning beyond the classroom due to the global pandemic has caused technological anxiety in teaching and learning. This study analyzed strategies to overcome learning challenges in the COVID-19 pandemic with user-friendly platforms. This study was in the State Institute of Islamic Studies (IAIN) Surakarta, Indonesia, involving 469 lecturers who taught 983 classes as the respondents. The required data were collected using a web-based questionnaire using Google Forms. The data were analyzed descriptively in percentages and elaborated using focus group discussion. The data analysis showed that most teachers used WhatsApp group to overcome learning obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the considerations are the lack of information technology infrastructure, the lack of e-learning platforms, the lack of time to adapt, and the difficulty of internet access in some regions. This study contributes to the strategy performed by the lecturers to deal with these challenges is selecting a user-friendly and affordable platform for learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model manajemen kualitas layanan akademik berbasis TIK yang dapat diimplementasikan di Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri dengan studi kasus di IAIN Surakarta dan STAIN Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan studi kasus di IAIN Surakarta dan STAIN Salatiga. Subyek penelitian adalah pembuat kebijakan, perencana, penyelenggara, pelaksana, dan pengendali kualitas layanan akademik. Informan penelitian adalah dosen, staf akademik, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Model interaktif digunakan untuk analisis data yang dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan melakukan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen mutu layanan akademik berbasis ICT tidak efektif karena dokumen kebijakan dan instrumentasi pengendalian mutu untuk mengoptimalkan proses layanan tidak lengkap, koordinasi antara banyak lembaga layanan akademik berbasis TIK tidak intensif; database SIAKAD dan PDPT telah terintegrasi dengan jelas, lembaga pengendalian mutu tidak sempurna secara khusus dalam aspek struktur kelembagaan, sumber daya manusia, dan instrumentasi berkualitas; dan ada komitmen kecil dari semua pemilik steak untuk menerapkan budaya berkualitas dalam pekerjaan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of application after the pandemic independent curriculum at MAN 2 Kulon Progo his type of research is qualitative research with descriptive and explanatory methods.  The subjects of this study included school principals, Arabic teachers, and students of class X. Data collection techniques with online observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques by triangulating data and re-accuracy of data. The result of this study is that the implementation of an independent curriculum in Arabic subjects at MAN 2 Kulon Progo is divided into three phases: preparation, application, and supervision. In the preparatory phase of learning Arabic, the teacher coordinates with the curriculum team, prepares the administration of learning Arabic, and determines projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and Rahmatan Lil Alamin students. In the application phase of Arabic learning, the teacher applies an eclectic method by giving projects so that contextual knowledge is created. In the supervision phase of learning Arabic, the teacher supervises the understanding of the material and changes in student character by giving projects and evaluating them. يهدف هذا البحث إلى اكتشاف وتحليل شكل تنفيذ المنهج الحرّية في مرحلة ما بعد الجائحة في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية الثانية كولون فرغو. هذا النوع من البحث هو بحث نوعي ذو مناهج وصفية وتفسيرية.  تضمنت موضوعات هذا البحث هي مدير المدرسة ومعلم اللغة العربية وطلاب الصف العاشر.  تقنيات جمع البيانات مع المراقبة والتوثيق عبر الإنترنت. تقنيات تحليل البيانات مع جمع البيانات وتقليل البيانات واستخلاص النتائج. تقنية التحقق من صحة البيانات من خلال إجراء تثليث البيانات وإعادة دقة البيانات. نتائج هذا البحث هو أن تنفيذ المنهج  الحرّية في المواد العربية في  المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية الثانية كولون فرغو ينقسم إلى ثلاث مراحل ، وهي: المرحلة الإعدادية ومرحلة التنفيذ ومرحلة الإشراف.  في المرحلة التحضيرية لتعلم اللغة العربية ، يقوم المعلم بالتنسيق مع فريق المناهج ، وإعداد إدارة تعلم اللغة العربية ، وتحديد المشاريع لتعزيز صورة طلاب بانكاسيلا وطلاب رحمان ليل الأمين. في مرحلة التطبيق لتعلم اللغة العربية ، يطبق المعلم طريقة انتقائية من خلال تقديم المشاريع بحيث يتم إنشاء التعلم السياقي. في مرحلة الإشراف على تعلم اللغة العربية ، يشرف المعلم على فهم المادة والتغيرات في شخصية الطالب من خلال تقديم المشاريع ثم تقييمها..
