Abstract

The purposes of the research are to find out (1) the effect employee competence toward compensation on Scope Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Wakatobi Regency, (2) the effect competence toward job satisfaction on scope Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Wakatobi Regency, (3) the effect compensation toward job satisfaction on scope Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Wakatobi Regency, (4) the effect compensation in mediating the effect employee competence toward job satisfaction on scope Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Wakatobi Regency. The sample taken in this study is all employees on scope Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Wakatobi Regency whichamounted to 38 employees. The technique of data analysis uses PLS (Partial Least Square).The result of the study showed that competence has an positive and significant effect on compensation, competence has an positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and employee competency through compensation mediating the role of job satisfaction on Scope Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Wakatobi Regency.Keywords: competence, compensation, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of dimensions of destination personality on destination loyalty in in marine tourism of National Park Wakatobi. The number of samples are 100 respondents and survey method is used to analyze the collected data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. These results indicate that sincerity, excitement, conviviality has significant and positive effects on destination loyalty  Keywords: destination personality, destination loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on work motivation and to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance of KOTAKU Program in Kendari City. This type of research is explanatory research with sample is 31 employees in KOTAKU Program in Kendari City. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS.The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage in DKP SMEs under Wakatobi Regency.2) to determine the effect of innovation on competitive advantage 3) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. 4) to determine the effect of market orientation on marketing performance 5) to determine the effect of innovation on marketing performance 6) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. 7) to determine the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance.The research design used is quantitative research. The study population was all members of the SME group. The sample used in this study was a member of 28 groups taken by simple random members of each group of 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, and then the data generated were obtained by structural equation modeling analysis, using the help of AMOS software version 24.0.The results showed that: Market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, Market orientation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, Innovation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, Entrepreneurial Orientation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, and competitive advantage does not significantly influence competitive advantage.Keywords: market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage & marketing performance

Abstract

This studi aims to: 1)examine the simultaneous effect of service quality, hospital image and trust on outpatient loyalty, 2)examine the effect of service quality on outpatient loyalty, 3)examine the effect of hospital image on outpatient loyalty, 4) examine the effect of trust on outpatient loyalty. The object of research is the Hermina Kendari Hospital. The research population is the outpatients of Hermina Kendari Hospital totalling 7.928 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a precision of 10 percent, thuse research sample is 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and all samples returned the submitted questionnaire. The research data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Ver 24 device.The result of study: 1)simultaneously service qualility, hospital image and trust have a positive and significant effect on outpatient loyalty, 2)service quality has a positive and significant effect on outpatient loyalty, 3)hospital image has a positive and significant effect on outpatient loyalty, 4)trust has a positive and significant effect on outpatient loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (study at Hotel Wisata Beach, Wakatobi Regency). The population in this study are all customers of Hotel Wisata Beach Wakatobi. The number of samples that were set was 60 people or customers, the data from the samples/respondents were analyzed using SmartPLS in order to obtain the results of the causal relationship between the variables developed in the model. The results of the study are as follows; the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.452 with a probability level of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the effect of trust on customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.331 with a probability level of 0.005 (p < 0.05) which means that trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality on customer loyalty has a path coefficient of 0.219 with a probability level of 0.037 (p < 0.05) which means that service quality has a positive effect and significant on customer loyalty, the effect of trust on customer loyalty has a path coefficient of 0.309 with a probability level of 0.005 (p <0.05), which means that trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. p customer loyalty has a path coefficient of 0.478 with a probability level of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. The effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.216 with a probability level of 0.005 ( p <0.05) which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The influence of trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.158 with a probability level of 0.048 (p <0.05) which means that trust has a positive effect and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The benefit that can be learned from this research is the development of knowledge, especially on the paradigm of structural relationship of the influence of service quality and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of non-physical work environment, work discipline and career development on the performance of the National Police School (SPN) members of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police either simultaneously or partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. The data was collected by cross section using a one-line questionnaire with the link: https://forms.gle/H515BEQpSkcQZpU59. The sample of this study was all 68 members of the SPN Polda Sultra police. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression AnalysisThe results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment, work discipline and career development together have a positive and significant effect on police performance. The results of the partial test of the non-physical work environment proved to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the police. Then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on police performance. These results prove that the better the career development, the significantly the police performance will increase. This result is also strengthened by the respondent's statement based on the respondent's description non-physical work environment, work discipline, career development and police performance, the majority of respondents stated that the implementation was good at the SPN Polda Sultra.

Abstract

Desa memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pemerintahan. Dalam menjalankan pemerintahan, desa mendapatkan berbagai sumber pendapatan desa. Dana desa menjadi salah satu instrumen yang efektif untuk mendorong pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Karena itu, pengelolaan harus dilakukan secara transparan dan akuntabel. Dalam rangka menjaga kualitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa, pelaporan melalui aplikasi SISKEUDES (Sistem Keuangan Desa) di luncurkan. Adaptasi teknologi memberikan tantangan baru. Selain versi aplikasinya yang terus di upgrade dengan penambahan fitur, karakteristik data pun yang akan di laporkan berpedoman lebih dari satu regulasi. Desa Tapulaga merupakan salah satu desa desa pesisir. Sebagai desa pesisir, desa ini memiliki karakteristik yang membutuhkan perhatian. Berbagai program pemberdayaan dan upaya penyiapan sarana fisik terus di tingkatkan. Karena itu, upaya peningkatan kualitas pertanggungjawan laporan keuangan juga menjadi perhatian untuk di tingkatkan. Sehingga upaya perlu dilakukan pendampingan dengan memberikan pelatihan peyusunan laporan keuangan. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan antusias peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut sangat tinggi. Diskusi tidak hanya dilakukan di sesi akhir tetapi di sela penyajian materi. Hingga akhir kegiatan ini peserta pelatihan telah mampu menginput data perencanaan secara tepat, data penganggaran (APBDes), hingga laporan pertanggungjawan keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the regional revenue agency office in Southeast Sulawesi province. This research approach is a survey with an explanotory research design. The sample of this study were 57 employees at the regional revenue agency office in Southeast Sulawesi province. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the regional revenue agency office in Southeast Sulawesi province, both simultaneously and partially. Thus it can be concluded that organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant contribution to improving employee performance as reflected in quantity, quality, time, service orientation, commitment, work initiatives and cooperation

Abstract

This research aims: 1. To determine the increase in customer satisfaction at Mcd Drive Thru Kendari through product variations and service quality. 2. To determine the increase in customer satisfaction at Mcd Drive Thru Kendari through product variations. 3. To determine the increase in customer satisfaction at Mcd Drive Thru Kendari through Service Quality. The total population in this study was 96 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis.The research results show that: 1. Mcd Drive Thru Kendari customer satisfaction can increase through product variations and service quality. 2. Mcd Drive Thru Kendari customer satisfaction can be increased through product variations. 3. Mcd Drive Thru Kendari customer satisfaction can be improved through service quality.
