Abstract

Peningkatan pelayanan ship clearance membantu kelancaran keberangkatan kapal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses ship clearance di Dermaga Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU VII Kasim, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat/kendala, dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian mengambil lokasi di Dermaga International Pertamina Refinery RU VII Kasim. Penelitian berlangsung selama 12 bulan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB), Surat Pernyataan Nakhoda, dan Bill of Loading digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk membahas izin berlayar. Proses tersebut melibatkan Kesyahbandaran, Kesehatan Pelabuhan, dan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV. Sistem manual, jarak yang jauh, dan kekurangan tenaga kerja menjadi kendala. Pemasangan Inaportnet untuk efisiensi dan akurasi data serta keterlibatan petugas Kasim merupakan perbaikan. Kami berharap Inaportnet dapat mempercepat, mempermudah, dan meningkatkan transparansi dalam pemeriksaan kapal.

Abstract

The success of the BPJS Employment social security program is strongly influenced by public perceptions and trust in this institution. Perceptions of service quality, ease of access, and program benefits shape the image of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and determine the level of trust and loyalty of participants. This study aims to identify and analyze the brand associations of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan from the community's perspective, with a focus on participants' understanding of the social security program. This research uses a qualitative approach with data obtained through surveys and in-depth interviews. The survey involved 1,250 respondents from 11 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Offices in various parts of Indonesia, while 100 respondents were selected for interviews to explore more detailed data. The results showed three types of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan brand associations, namely true, false, and negative associations. Correct associations reflect participants' understanding of program benefits, such as health and work accident insurance. However, there are false associations due to information distortion, as well as negative associations related to complaints about complicated procedures, inadequate services, and delays in benefits. As a solution, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is expected to improve service quality, expand socialization, develop innovation, implement digitalization, and build collaboration to create positive brand associations. These steps aim to support the institution's image and strengthen public trust in the social security program

Abstract

The concrete dust scrubber building is a crucial treatment unit in a urea fertilizer plant, responsible for processing urea dust emissions. Given Indonesia's location in the Pacific Ring of Fire, ensuring the building’s structural integrity against seismic influences is essential. Regular structural evaluations using Destructive Testing (DT) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) help assess concrete strength, reinforcement conditions, and environmental effects on corrosion. Structural performance analysis was conducted using Robot Structural Analysis Professional software. Due to safety concerns over urea dust emission leakage, core drilling (DT) was not performed. Instead, concrete quality was assessed using the Hammer Test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), yielding a compressive strength of 24.4 MPa. Reinforcement steel was evaluated through NDT methods, including carbonation, chloride, pH, and Half-Cell Potential (CANIN) testing, to assess environmental radiation effects. Steel Hardness Testing showed an average yield strength of 398 MPa, with a minimum of 396 MPa. The results indicated a 24 MPa reduction in steel quality due to environmental radiation. Structural performance was analyzed using ASCE 41-17 standards through Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 evaluations. The results demonstrated that the concrete dust scrubber building meets the stiffness, strength, and deformability criteria of SNI 1726:2019 for Special Moment Resisting Frame (SRPMK) systems. This confirms the building’s structural viability for continued operation in the urea fertilizer production process.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this community service program is to provide training to subject teachers at Vocational High Schools (SMK) on the integration of numeracy skills in subjects taught at SMK. The method used to run this program is the direct talk show method between the resource persons and the participants of the training program. The results obtained from this activity are (1) the positive response from all participants to the program we hold; (2) response to the attractiveness of the presentation of material 84.44% in the very interesting category, 11.11% in the interesting category, and 4.45%; The response to benefits was 95% in the very useful category and 5% in the beneficial category. Another result that we obtained from this activity is an increase in knowledge about the integration of numeracy skills into several subjects in Vocational High Schools. This proves that teachers as the main figures in the world of education can be directly involved in helping the government in improving numeracy skills. Teachers can provide simple examples of students' life problems, so that students can directly apply their knowledge of numeracy. The habituation of students in solving problems about numeracy is also a driver to improve numeracy skills in the students themselves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank pada PT. BPRS Renggali dari tahun 2012-2014. Objek penelitian adalah menganalisa Laporan Keuangan Laba-Rugi, dan Neraca. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio yang digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank berdasarkan rasio liquiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan rasio profitabilitas

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence: 1) curiosity on students' science literacy, 2) learning independence on students' science literacy, 3) curiosity and learning independence together on students' science literacy at SMPN 1 Burung Island, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with a descriptive inferential method, namely to test the influence of independent variables on bound variables. The sample used purposive sampling as many as 90 out of 225 students. The results of the study were obtained: 1) there was a significant influence of curiosity on science literacy, where the value of Sig. ,000 < 0.05 and the value of Thitung = 5.911 > 1.987; 2) there was a significant influence of learning independence on science literacy, where the value of Sig. ,000 < 0.05 and the value of Thitung = 4.813 > 1.987 were obtained; 3) there was an influence of curiosity and independence together on science literacy. This is evidenced by the value of Sig. ,000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcal = 74.167 > 3.10. Thus, it can be concluded that: 1) curiosity has a significant effect on science literacy; 2) learning independence has a significant effect on science literacy, 3) curiosity and learning independence together have a significant effect on students' science literacy. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh: 1) rasa ingin tahu terhadap literasi sains siswa, 2) kemandirian belajar terhadap literasi sains siswa, 3) rasa ingin tahu dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap literasi sains siswa di SMPN 1 Pulau Burung Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Riau. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode inferensial deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 90 dari 225 siswa. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan rasa ingin tahu terhadap literasi sains, dimana diperoleh nilai Sig. ,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung = 5,911 > 1,987; 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap literasi sains, dimana diperoleh nilai nilai Sig. ,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung = 4,813 > 1,987; 3) terdapat pengaruh rasa ingin tahu dan kemandirian secara bersama-sama terhadap literasi sains. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. ,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung = 74,167 > 3,10. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) rasa ingin tahu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi sains; 2) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi sains, 3) rasa ingin tahu dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi sains siswa.

Abstract

This study examines the critical role of business characteristics in addressing the complexity of global challenges. The main objective is to identify and analyze key business characteristics that enhance resilience and adaptability in the face of international markets, technological advancements, and socio-political changes. Using a literature review method approach, this study seeks to further examine the critical role of business characteristics in addressing the complexity of its global challenges. The results of the analysis indicate that businesses that emphasize innovation, strategic planning errors, and strong stakeholder engagement are better equipped to manage global business. In addition, this study highlights the importance of cultural competence and sustainability practices as critical factors contributing to long-term success. These insights provide valuable guidance for businesses seeking to strengthen their competitive advantage and resilience in an increasingly connected world.

Abstract

On the water distribution, the connection of pipe bends is typically obtained either in industry or in housing. On the water distribution, it is often gained the lost of energy or head losses. The amount of head losses occurring in the connection of branch pipe is influenced by several factors, such as: diameter, flow, viscosity, and the angle at the bend pipe connections.This study aimed to determine the effect of variation of the connection point of the bend pipe to the head losses and pressure drop. To do it, the researcher uses an experimental method as a tool by varying the bend angle is 30o, 45o, 60o, and 90o. The result shows that head losses and the small pressure drop occur in the bend angle 30o is 73, 23 mm and 907.606 N/m2. While the head losses and pressure drop is the greatest at an angle of 90o, is 74, 80 mm and 1278,899 N/m2.

Abstract

Technological developments, as well as changes in how people view the world of education, cause education of the modern era to experience degradation in terms of value. Especially in Islamic education, the religious values that are one of the core characteristics of Islamic teaching have decreased slightly to suffer a significant decline. This article aims to restore the principles and values of Islamic education through learning Islamic religion by making Surah al-Fatihah the primary source of information to explain the elements of the value of education that should be possessed by every education and student to reflect the religious aspects in the process of learning Islam. This qualitative research uses the research library method, using descriptive analysis. The research results show that some values of Islamic education are contained in Qs. Al-Fatihah, among others: Religious values, Always grateful, Polite, easy to forgive, hard work, not easy to despair, please help, always diligent in teaching science. The implication of Islamic education in the letter of Al-Fatihah in the world of education is that an educator and student must stick to the code of ethics of teachers and students.

Abstract

Kilometer 40 of Sofifi City needs to be analyzed regarding the feasibility of road functions by monitoring and evaluating its technical standards because it is located in a special area for the government center so that access to land transportation increases and can reduce the level of feasibility of road functions. Analyze the feasibility of road functions on each segment of the Kilometer 40 road in Sofifi City and map the feasibility of road functions on the Kilometers 40 road in Sofifi City by using Arc Gis. The result technically for the section of km 40 Sofifi City, from a total of nine (9) segments, it can be determined that the road section has a "Technically Feasible" status, with an average functional feasibility test for segment 1 which is 96.3% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 2 which is 97.4% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 3 which is 94.6% in the Conditionally Good Level 1 (medium) category, km 40 Sofifi City, from a total of nine (9) segments, it can be determined that the road section has a "Technically Feasible" status, with an average functional feasibility test for segment 1 which is 96.3% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 2 which is 97.4% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 3 which is 94.6% in the Conditionally Good category Level 1 (medium), segment 4 which is 98.1% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 5 which is 96.8% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 6 which is 98.2% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 7 which is 97.2% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 8 which is 95.6% in the Technical Feasible category, segment 9 which is 97.5% in the Technical Feasible category.
