Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran menyusun teks cerita pendek secara tertulis dengan model quantum pada siswa kelas VII SMP, (2) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran menyusun teks cerita pendek secara tertulis dengan model Project Based Learning (PBL) pada siswa kelas VII SMP. (3) mengetahui perbedaan keefektifan antara pembelajaran menyusun teks cerita pendek secara tertulis menggunakan model quantum dengan model project based learning. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan kelas PBL sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas quantum sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran menyusun teks cerita pendek secara tertulis pada kelas VII efektif dilakukan dengan model quantum dan PBL. Pembelajaran menyusun teks cerita pendek secara tertulis pada kelas VII menggunakan model quantum lebih efektif dibanding dengan menggunakan  model PBL.  This research aims to: (1) understand the effectiveness of learning to arrange short stories text written with the quantum model of class VII SMP, (2) understand the effectiveness of learning to arrange short stories text written project-based learning model (PBL) of class VII SMP. (3) know the difference between learning effectiveness arrange a short story text written using quantum model and project based learning model. The research used a quasi-experimental design with PBL class as the control class and quantum class as the experiment classs. The results showed that learning arrange a short story text written in class VII effectively with quantum models and PBL. Learning to arrange short stories text written in class VII quantum model is more effective than using PBL model.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran menyusun teks eksplanasi secara tertulis dengan model investigasi kelompok pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP; (2) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran menyusun teks eksplanasi secara tertulis dengan model problem based learning pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP; (3) menentukan perbedaan keefektifan antara pembelajaran menyusun teks eksplanasi secara tertulis menggunakan model investigasi kelompok dengan problem based learning pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran menyusun teks eksplanasi secara tertulis pada kelas VII efektif dilakukan dengan model investigasi kelompok. Hasil uji-t data tes awal dan tes akhir pada aspek keterampilan ditemukan bahwa nilai t sebesar -5,561 dengan sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05; (2) Pembelajaran menyusun teks eksplanasi secara tertulis pada kelas VII efektif dilakukan dengan model problem based learning. Hasil uji-t data tes awal dan tes akhir pada aspek keterampilan kelas problem based learning ditemukan bahwa nilai t sebesar -2,171 dengan sig. (2-tailed) 0,037 < 0,05; (3) Pembelajaran menyusun teks eksplanasi secara tertulis pada kelas VII menggunakan model investigasi kelompok lebih efektif daripada menggunakan model problem based learning. Hasil penghitungan uji beda rata-rata pada aspek keterampilan menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (2,080 > 1,6669), hal ini menunjukkan antara kelas investigasi kelompok dengan kelas problem based learning terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan yaitu pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Kata Kunci: Menyusun teks eksplanasi; model investigasi kelompok; model problem based learning   AbstractThis study aims: (1) to find out the effectiveness of learning in composing explanation text in writing with a group investigation model in class VII SMP students; (2) knowing the effectiveness of learning in composing explanation text in writing with a problem based learning model in class VII SMP students; (3) determine the difference in effectiveness between learning to compose explanation text in writing using a group investigation model with problem based learning in class VII SMP students. The results of the study show that (1) Learning to compose explanation text in writing in class VII is effectively done by the group investigation model. The results of the t-test of the initial test and final test data on the skill aspect found that the t value is -5.561 with sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05; (2) Learning to compose explanation text in writing in class VII is effectively done with a problem based learning model. The results of the t-test of the initial test and final test data on the skill aspect found that the t value is -2.171 with sig. (2-tailed) 0.037 < 0.05; (3) Learning to compose explanation text in writing in class VII using a group investigation model is more effective than using a problem based learning model. The calculation results of the average difference test on the skill aspect show that tcount > ttable (2.080 > 1.6669), this shows that there is a significant difference between the group investigation class and the problem based learning class at the 0.05 significance level. Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the functions and meanings of lingua unit forms of characters characterized by ideo-socio-biological. Data in this qualitative research is collected by ethnography method, refer to, and capability while to analyze data using an interactive model of Mills and Huberman assisted by distribution method. The results of this study show: the lingual form of kepus found in the stage of pre-planting, planting, and post-planting, namely ekoleksikon and ekowacana; function and meaning implied in the form of lingual rice field environment, ideological meaning: the hope of rice grows well, the hope of rice plants free from pests and disasters, the hope of abundant crops, the hope of surviving while working the fields, and the hope of welfare; sociological functions and meanings: relationships with gods, relationships with ancestors, relationships with the carers of the land, relationships with others, and relations to ulayat lands; and biological functions and meanings.

Abstract

Pekalongan City community is a multi-ethnic society. The multi-ethnic community interaction of Pekalongan City raises various language problems, one of them is in terms of language politeness. This study was described the adherence to the principle of linguistic politeness and the violation of the principle of linguistic politeness in the people of Pekalongan, an ethnic Arabic City in the realm of commerce. The data in this study were collected by the simulations method, while the data analysis was carried out using ethnographic methods. The form of adherence to the principle of politeness in the urban community of Pekalongan ethnic Arabs in the realm of trade includes thimble rather than blasphemy, generosity, indulgence, approval, and conciliation. The form of violation of the principle of linguistic politeness in the realm of trade carried out by the people of Pekalongan City, the ethnic Arab includes modesty maxim and agreement maxim.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan leksikon bahasa Jawa dan Bahasa Sunda di Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten Brebes berdasarkan bentuk dan makna serta hubungankekerabatan kedua bahasa tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah leksikon, sementara sumber data penelitian ini adalah tuturan dari informan bahasa Jawa dan bahasa Sunda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode cakap dengan teknik dasarnya yaitu teknik pancing yang dilanjutkan dengan teknik cakap bersemuka, teknik catat, dan teknik rekam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode agih dan padan. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan dengan aneka tekniknya yang disesuaikan dengan karakter data yang diperoleh dan tujuan penelitian yaitu teknik pilah unsur penentu sebagai teknik dasar dan teknik hubung banding sebagai teknik lanjut. Hasil analisis disajikan dengan formal. BJB dan BSB terdapat pada kelas kata nomina, verba, dan numeralia (2) leksikon bentuk sama makna berbeda pada BJB dan BSB terdapat pada kelas kata nomina, verba, dan numeralia (3) leksikon bentuk berbeda makna sama pada BJB dan BSB terdapat pada kelas kata nomina, adjektiva, verba, pronomina, dan numeralia (4) leksikon bentuk mirip makna sama pada BJB dan BSB terdapat pada kelas kata nomina, adjektiva, verba, dan numeralia (5) leksikon bentuk mirip makna berbeda pada BJB dan BSB terdapat pada kelas kata nomina, verba, dan adjektiva (6) hubungan kekerabatan bahasa Jawa dan bahasa Sunda di Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten Brebes termasuk dalam kategori tingkat kekerabatan serumpun atau stock yaitu rumpun bahasa, karena memiliki tingkat persentase mencapai 32%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan variasi fonologi berdasarkan pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan usia; variasi leksikon berdasarkan pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan usia; serta kekhasan bahasa Jawa Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiodialektologi dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dijaring dengan menggunakan metode simak dan cakap. Analisis data digunakan metode padan fonetis artikulatoris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. Pertama, variasi fonologi berdasarkan pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan usia meliputi (1) korespondensi vokal, (2) korespondensi konsonan, (3) variasi vokal, variasi konsonan, (4) penambahan bunyi, dan (5) pengurangan bunyi. Kedua, variasi leksikon berdasarkan pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan usia meliputi onomasiologis dan semasiologis. Ketiga, kekhasan bahasa Jawa Batang meliputi kekhasan fonologi dan leksikon. The aim of this study describe phonology variation based job, education, and age; lexicon variation based job, education, and age; and characteristics of Batang Java language. This study uses sosiodialectology approach and qualitative approach. Data was captured using hear and speak methods. Analysis of the data using articulatoric phonetic unified methods. The result showed as follows. First, phonology variation based job, education, and age includes (1) vocal correspondence, (2) consonant correspondence, (3) vocal variation, (4) consonant variation, (4) increment of sound, and (5) decrement of sound. Second, lexicon variation based job, education, and age includes onomasiologis and semasiologis. Thrid, characteristics of Batang Java language includes phonology  characteristics  and lexicon  characteristics

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsi wujud pemertahanan fonologis dan leksikal serta faktor-faktor yang turut memengaruhi pemertahanan tersebut berdasarkan tuturan dari pengguna bahasa Jawa di Kabupaten Wonogiri serta merujuk pada hasil penelusuran prabahasanya. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah leksikon serta sumber data penelitian ini adalah tuturan langsung dari informan atau pengguna bahasa Jawa di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 250 daftar tanyaan swadesh yang dikembangkan menjadi 755 tayaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dan cakap dengan teknik simak libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Penggunaan metode cakap menggunakan teknik pancing dilanjukan dengan teknik cakap semuka, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode padan. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan dengan tekniknya yaitu teknik pilah unsur penentu sebagai teknik dasar dan teknik hubung banding sebagai teknik lanjut. Dalam menelusuri prabahasa menggunakan metode rekontruksi induktif dengan teknik recontruction buttom up dan menggunakan metode rekontruksi deduktif dengan teknik recontruction top down. Hasil analisis disajikan dengan formal. Dalam BJW ditemukan wujud pemertahanan fonem vokal /*i/, /*u/,/*ə/,/*o/,/*a/, dan fonem konsonan /*b/, /*c/, /*d/, /*g/, /*k/, /*j/, /*m/, /*n/,/*p/, /*r/, /*s/, /*t/, /*w/, dan /*y/. Pada tataran leksikon ditemukan 117 leksikon yang masih dipertahankan dari 18 medan makna. Faktor yang turut memengaruhi pemertahanan tersebut yakni faktor penutur, geografi, dan budaya.   Abstract __________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this study is to describe the phonological and lexical forms of defense as well as the factors influencing the defense based on the speech of the Javanese language user in Wonogiri District and referring to the results of his pre-trial. This research approach using qualitative descriptive approach. The data of this research is lexicon and data source of this research is direct speech from informant or user of Java language in Wonogiri Regency. This research instrument uses 250 list of swadesh questionnaires developed into 755 celebrations. Collecting data using the method of referring and proficient with technically skilled involved, recording technique, and record technique. The use of skill method using the technique of fishing line is done with advanced skill technique, recording technique, and technique of note. The method used is the method of match. Analysis of data using the method in combination with the technique that is the technique of decisive elements as the basic techniques and techniques of appeal as an advanced technique. In tracing the proto language using inductive reconstruction method with recontruction buttom up technique and using deductive reconstruction method with top down recontruction technique. The results of the analysis are presented formally. In BJW we find the vowel phoneme defense formation /*i/, /*u/, /*ə/, /*o/, /*a/ and consonant phoneme /*b/, /*c/, /*d/, /*g/, /*k/, /*j /, /*m/, /*n/, /*p/, /*r/, /*s/, /*t/, /*w/, and /*y/. At the level of lexicon found 117 lexicon that is still maintained. Factors contributing to the defense are speaker, geography, and cultural factors.

Abstract

Writing is important in the character education of elementary school students. The character education of conservation consists of 11 values, namely religious, honest, intelligent, fair, responsible, caring, tolerant, democratic, polite, tough, and loving the country. The love of the country is meant to love the culture and natural environment around us. Therefore the environment is closely related to conservation education. The observations indicate that in the writing of fourth grade elementary school students the character values of conservation have not showed. This attracts researchers to study more about the implementation of conservation contained of writing learning. The purpose of this study was to find the implementation of writing learning with conservation contents in the character education of fourth grade elementary school students. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. This research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah (SD M) and SDIT Logaritma (SD L) in Karanganyar, Kebumen.The data collection techniques used was in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of learning writing with conservation content is focused on the activities of initiating the learning, activities of managing the learning, and activities of closing the learning activities. In the activity of initiating the learning, all of the fourth grade teachers of Islamic Elementary School in Karanganyar have conditioned students, performed apperception, conveyed goals, provided motivation, and informed the learning activities to be carried out. In the learning management activities, the fourth grade teacher of Islamic Elementary School in Karanganyar did not fully teach in accordance with the Learning Implementation Plan. At the end of the learning activities include concluding the learning that has been done, checking the understanding of students, giving questions about evaluating or giving assignments, and closing the learning with prayer. The conservation character that emerges in the activity of initiating the learning was religious. The activity of managing learning raises honest, intelligent, responsible, tolerant, democratic and polite characters. The activity of closing the learning raises honest, responsible and religious characters.

Abstract

Teachers question is a habitual activity for affect students' thinking skills in thematic learning of Curriculum 2013. The activity is believed able to improve the students’ thinking skills. Its levels at primary school, according to Anderson taxonomy, can be grouped into high and low-levels. This research has a purpose of finding out the types and functions of the teachers' question in learning at primary school that impact students’ thinking skills. This qualitative descriptive by using simak method to collect the data and advance technique to observe at school. Based on the observation, the most frequently used type of questions by the teacher at lower grade was a low-level question, such as a question to understand. For teachers in higher grades, the tendency of the type of question remembered the question. Both types of teacher questions provide a low-level impact on students' thinking skills. The function of the most frequently used question was checking to understand. The function of question inside of learning interaction depended on the context, such as background, situation, purpose, topic, and doers. Good question in the specific context of interaction could be a trigger to motivate students in strengthening their reasoning and learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the needs development of the group investigation model with argument argue techniques that can improve pedagogical competence the students of Indonesian teachers candidates course participants of micro teaching learning than then generate a model of learning micro lectures is used as an effort to improve pedagogical competence Indonesian students teachers candidates in planning and implement innovative learning. The research carried out by using a design research and development. The need for the development of the model include implementing the objectives and characteristics of learning in secondary education, determine appropriate instructional design, practice basic skills in creative and innovative teaching, practice of managing large and small classes, adjust instructional practices with students and the school environment, practices to manage and resolve various problems when teaching practice, and evaluate appropriate learning criterion. Sintakmatik models investigation group with techniques argue argument include giving problem, exploration of response, realization of response, discussion and analysis of the learning process, and revision activities.
