Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dunia yang sangat pesat saat ini, membutuhkan kreatifitas yang cukup tinggi untuk membuat satu terobosan baru yang dapat diterapkan dalam dunia industri. Salah satunya yaitu dalam penerapan sistem kendali yang banyak dibutuhkan dalam dunia industri dan masyarakat. Banyak peralatan elektronika yang digunakan untuk menggantikan tugas manusia dalam melakukan hal-hal yang berbahaya yang tidak dapat secara langsung dilakukan oleh manusia. Prototype robot kendali manual berbasis mikrokontroler ini digunakan untuk meringankan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Penggunaan pneumatic yang lebih effisien dan lebih ringan sangat cocok digunakan untuk robot kendali manual. Selain dalam bidang robotika, pneumatic juga banyak digunakan di dunia industri

Abstract

In improving organizational performance, alignment an organizations and individuals in the organization is very important. Balanced Scorecard is one of the alternative performance measure that aims to combine the performance measures of financial and non-financial. Inspired by Kaplan and Norton, the concept was developed in four perspectives: financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth. This article discusses how to build a balanced scorecard, include determining the strategic objectives, measures, targets, initiatives, and implementing the balanced scorecard in public organizations. The performance assessment of Islamic Universities have: 1) strategic targets financial perspective: the ability to obtain funding and cost efficiency, 2) strategic objectives perspectives of stakeholders, namely the satisfaction and pride for students, 3) strategic objectives of internal process perspective is a internal business portal, process and policy procedures, financial systems and reporting, internal control and performance measurement, research and community service quality, 4) strategic objectives of learning and growth perspectives improve the professionalism of human resources, improve the quality and infrastructure facilities. Islamic university has 21 strategic objectives in the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. As well as the maqasid syariah used as an indicator both in aligning the results of an assessment of the performance of the Islamic universities.

Abstract

SAK EMKM is the financial accounting standards for an entity that classified as MSMEs and to facilitate business owners to prepare financial statements. One of the MSMEs is the Body Gym Fitness Center located in Sawojajar of Malang City is still recording transactions in the form of daily reports and monthly reports. The solution that is expected in the preparation of financial statements is the existence of software that allows MSMEs owners to compile financial statements even if they do not understand accounting. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research site is the Body Gym Fitness Center addressed at H7/D27 Danau Jonge Street, Sawojajar, Malang. Research subjects are the manager and cashier of the fitness center. Observations, interviews, and documentations are used as data collection techniques. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are used as data analysis methods.The results of this research are: income statement and balance sheet statement. Notes on financial statements are still compiled in manual way. There are two obstacles faced by the Body Gym Fitness Center to compile the financial statements: a) lack of understanding on financial Reporting, b) the absence of human resources who able to compile financial statements according to SAK EMKM.

Abstract

Income is one important factor to measure the success of micro businesses. Increased capital also allows obtaining additional income for micro businesses. Koperasi Karya Indonesia Banda Aceh is one of the cooperatives consisting of micro entrepreneurs. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders. The study uses a quantitative approach which is correlation research. There are three variables developed as a basis for assessment. There are 295 cooperative members as a population taken 62 as a sample. The data needed is primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that 1) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, menitikberatkan pada desain dan simulasi pada kendali otomatis yaitu Proportional-Integral (PI), Proportional-Derivative (PD) dan Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID). Untuk mempermudah pemahaman konsep kontrol perlu dibuat sistem yang bisa menulis set point (SP) dan variabel proses (PV), dan dapat menginputkan konstanta Kp Ki dan Kd, dengan memanfaatkan software HMI yang disimulasikan dengan PLC untuk kendali posisi motor DC. Dalam merancang sistem kontrol, dilakukan dengan metoda trial & error. Untuk mendapatkan aksi kontrol yang baik diperlukan langkah dengan kombinasi antara P, I dan D sampai ditemukan nilai Kp, Ki dan Kd yang diiginkan. Kemudian hasil pengujian simulasi dengan dengan kontroler PI diperoleh nilai Kp = 2 dan Ki = 1. Dengan hasil menggunakan kontroler PI respon bisa mencapai setpoint. Meskipun sistem yang masih kurang dari target yang diinginkan dengan error pembacaan sudut pada busur derajat berkisar antara 1º sampai 5º . Selanjutnya pengujian menggunakan kontroler proportional derivative. Dengan nilai Kp = 2 dan Kd = 1, menggunakan kontroler PD respon bisa mencapai setpoint. Kemudian hasil dengan kontroler Proportional-Integral-derivative, Dengan menggunakan nilai Kp = 2, Ki = 1 dan Kd = 1, respon kontroler PID bisa mencapai setpoint. Dari pengujian beberapa kontroler didapatkan penggunaan kontroler PID dan PD lebih baik dibanding dengan PI dalam simulasi HMI pengendalian posisi motor DC dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Damage to leaves, panicles, and stems of rice plants caused by fungal pathogens, Pyricularia grisea, which causes Blas. Control of this disease by the use of biological agents in the form of bacteria which is Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and consortium. This research aims to determine the ability of these bacterial isolates to inhibit the growth of Pyricularia grisea. This research was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The working procedures in this research were sampling of pathogenic fungi, making Pyricularia grisea liquid inoculum, and testing bacterial antagonists for pathogenic fungi in vitro. Analysis of variance (ANAVA) was used, with Fcount = 802.66 and Ftable = 3.48 with a significant level of α = 0.05 (5%) proved that the isolates of the bacteria Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa could play an antagonistic role towards the fungus Pyricularia grisea. The results of this research indicate that bacterial isolates were able to inhibit the growth of Pyricularia grisea by the formation of the largest average clear zone in the treatment of Bacillus cereus bacteria which was 9.57 mm. The clear zone in the fungicide is 9.53 mm, the consortium is 9.37 mm, and the Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 8.2 mm.

Abstract

Financiers expect the presence of Sukuk or Islamic State Securities driving growth of Islamic financial markets, especially in Indonesia. In addition, as one of the state budget funds, Sukuk also have a strategic role for the government as a benchmark of Islamic financial instruments. State Sharia Securities (SBSN) or can also be called Sukuk Company will publish SBSN is a company specifically formed for the purpose of publishing this SBSN (special-purpose vehicle SPV). SBSN or Sukuk this state is an instrument of debts without usury as in bonds, in which the Sukuk is issued based on a reference asset in accordance with Islamic principles. Sukuk may be used as an alternative to institutional investors such as banks, pension funds, and insurance also can invest surplus funds that had invested only in stocks, mutual funds, Seritifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI).

Abstract

Laporan pertanggungjawaban akan membantu pimpinan dalam menilai apakah setiap pusat pertanggungjawaban telah melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban yang baik akan menciptakan suatu sistem pengendalian dan penilaian prestasi yang nantinya akan membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Akuntansi pertanggungjawaban juga dapat memberikan dasar untuk mengadakan evaluasi atas kemampuan setiap tingkatan manajemen dalam perusahaan. Begitu pentingnya keberadaan informasi akuntansi pertanggungjawaban biaya produksi bagi pimpinan sebagai alat untuk menilai prestasi manajer produksi dan juga sebagai upaya untuk mengarahkan kegiatan sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Salah satu tugas perkembangan pada anak usia toddler (1-3 tahun) atau batita adalah toilet training. Pada usia ini masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan terjadi dengan sangat cepat, sehingga apabila mengalami hambatan maka akan menimbulkan pengaruh pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penggunaan Diapers dengan Kemampuan Toilet Training pada Toodler di PAUD Ar – Risalah Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu yang anaknya bersekolah di PAUD Ar-Risalah Kota Lubuklinggau. Sampel sebanyak 32 responden diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian diketahui sebagian besar responden menggunakan diapers dengan intensitas tinggi (65,5%) dan kemampuan toilet trainningnya kategori tidak baik (65,5%). Hasil uji statistik ada hubungan antara penggunaan diapers dengan kemampuan toilet training pada anak toodler dengan nilai p value = 0,034. Ibu sebaiknya tidak mengenakan diapers secara terus menerus dan anak disiapkan sejak dini dilatih untuk mengontrol buang air besar dan kecil. One of the developmental tasks in toddlers (1-3 years) is toilet training.Toilet training is the ability to control urination and defecation. The use of disposable diapers largely has become a necessity of working mother, and it is shown by children aged four to five years are still using diapers today.The purpose of this research is to discover the use of Diapers with Toilet Training Capability at Toodler in PAUD Ar-Risalah Lubuklinggau City 2017. Design methodology use Analytical Survey with crosssectional approach. The study population is PAUD Ar - Risalah students mothers in Lubuklinggau city.The number of samples is 32 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. The results of this research showed that most of the respondents use diapers with high intensity (65,5%) and the ability of training toilet was categorize dasnot good (65,5%).The results of statistical tests showed that there is relationship between the use of diapers and the ability of toilet training which isindicated by p value= 0.034. Mothers should not let their children wear diapers continuosly and the trainings to control urination and defecation in children should beprepared early.

Abstract

Insurance is a financial services business to raise public funds through the collection of insurance premiums, with the aim of providing protection to members of the community of insurance service users against the possibility of loss due to an uncertain event. The formulation of the problem is the Operational System of Sharia Insurance in Eliminating Gharar, Maisir, and Riba and the Legal Basis used by Muhammad Syakir Sula in Mengelimir Gharar, Maisir and Riba in Sharia Insurance. This research is a library research (Library Research) The source of data obtained from books, tafsir and hadith related to insurance. In the operational system of sharia insurance to eliminate or avoid elements of gharar, maisir can be done with akad akafuli (help and mutual guarantee) by changing the contract and dividing the funds of the participants of both accounts. While usury can be eliminated with a mudarabah agreement (profit sharing) by using the legal basis of Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Keywords: Sharia Insurance, System, Operational
