Abstract

Sangat menantang bagi pembaca untuk memahami tujuan atau isi informasi ketika idiom digunakan dalam sebuah teks. Hal ini terjadi karena idiom membutuhkan pemahaman yang luas tentang bentuk makna di mana mereka digunakan. Bentuk dan makna kata-kata untuk sebuah lagu karya Iwan Fals dari album "Tentang Politik" menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif dan menggabungkan penelitian kualitatif. Lagu Iwan Fals dari album "Tentang Poitik" berfungsi sebagai sumber data penelitian tentang bentuk dan makna idiom. Teknik membaca, merekam, dan mendengarkan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Setelah pengumpulan, data diperiksa dengan mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasikan, menganalisis, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Bentuk idiom dalam lirik lagu   Iwan Fals, ada 4 (empat) bentuk, yakni leksemik, yang terbagi atas 4 sifat yakni sifat verba (idiom kata kerja), contohnya kata “Suara yang keluar dari dalam goa”, bersifat nomina (idiom kata benda), contohnya kata “uang adalah bahasa kalbu”, idiom bersifat adverbial (idiom  kata sifat), contohnya kata “Menyerang dalam gelap”, idiom bersifat adverbial (idiom kata keterangan), contohnya “Lihatlah wajah Ibu Pertiwi”, idiom frasa, contohnya “Tak pandang bulu”, idiom beku, contohnya “Menjadi manusia setengah Dewa”, dan peribahasa, contohnya “seperti jamur di musim hujan”. Serta (2) 10 makna idiom yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu Iwan Fals pada album “tentang politik”, yakni makna leksikal, gramatikal, referensial, nonreferensial, denotatif, konotatif, konseptual, asosiatif, kata, dan istilah

Abstract

Virtualization technology has been applied in the world of education including in Vocational High Schools (SMK) of Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) to support the teaching and learning process in the laboratory. Teachers face challenges when preparing the virtual laboratory infrastructure, especially when used by many students. It is necessary to create containers, user accounts and set access permissions so that each student can use the virtual laboratory built using Proxmox. This process is generally done manually so it takes time and effort and is prone to errors. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is an approach to managing and providing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure by writing and running code automatically to overcome manual configuration problems. Community service activities with this training method aim to provide insight and knowledge about IaC using Ansible on Proxmox so as to help teachers manage virtual laboratories more effectively and efficiently. The training was conducted online via Cisco Webex and each teacher who participated in the practice directly using a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with a Proxmox installation and received very positive feedback from the participants. Based on the results of the post-training questionnaire filled out by 17 participants, the information obtained was that participants were able to receive and apply the material related to IaC using Ansible on VPS Proxmox very well by 82% and well by 18%. This achievement is an indicator of the success of the objectives of the implementation of the community service activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

An organization's and management's success is greatly dependent on its leadership. The force that guides an organization's members' efforts toward achieving its objectives is known as leadership. For a company to compete successfully, good leadership is said to bind, harmonize, and encourage the potential of organizational resources. Higher education organizations must have collaborative leadership to monitor societal developments constantly. Higher education institutions are required to be able to adapt to various theoretical developments and institutional management concepts that continue to develop which can impact the development of higher education organizations in an even better direction. It is imperative and necessary to have highly competitive higher education institutions. Every university aspires to have a highly competitive university, but this is a difficult goal to realize. Optimizing the leadership role is crucial to reaching this objective. The notion of collaborative leadership, including academic leadership, the connection between quality and leadership in higher education, leadership theory, quality-based leadership, leadership and change in higher education, leadership as a tool to boost competition, and factors that affect collaborative leadership are all covered at the outset of the discussion. Through a literature review, descriptive-analytic techniques were employed in this qualitative research approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) Rohis extracurricular planning. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of Rohis Extracurricular planning in MA Al-Fatah Palembang. The research method used is qualitative research methods based on descriptive studies. The results of the study concluded that Rohis extracurricular planning at MA Al-Fatah Palembang had gone according to a predetermined plan, the indicators could be seen from: (1) setting goals or targets on the Rohis extracurricular activities, in this case the aim was for students to better understand Islamic teachings, have noble character, good manners, both towards parents, and with teachers. (2) Creating an action strategy, it can be seen that many achievements given by Rohis members to madrasah mean that the Rohis extracurricular strategy has reached the stage of success. (3) Arranging a series of Programs, such as Rohis extracurricular activities, has implemented a schedule of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities. The supporting factors are having an organized training program, having a coach who is an expert in his field, and support from the madrasa. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of student interest, the limited duration of training time, facilities that are less supportive.

Abstract

Pada era digital sekarang teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat dan memiliki pengaruh positif di bidang informasi hal ini kini tidak bisa di hindari oleh perpustakaan sebagai lembaga penyedia informasi. Dalam rangka mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan untuk memenuhi informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Bengkulu juga menyediakan perpustakaan berbentuk aplikasi yang dapat di download melalui play store dengan nama ePerpus bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan evaluasi user interface pada aplikasi ePerpus Bengkulu dengan menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara gabungan, analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer berasal dari observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap aplikasi ePerpus bengkulu, sedangkan sumber sekunder penulis dapatkan dari artikel dan buku yang memiliki kaitan dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa user interface aplikasi eperpus Bengkulu berperan penting dalam meningkatkan aksesibiltas layanan dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan digital, desain user interface yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan mendorong kenyamanan user dalam mengakses informasi, serta mendukung efektivitas layanan perpustakaan digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa aspek user interface mempunyai peran langsung terhadap kualitas pengalaman user dalam memanfaatkan layanan aplikasi eperpus Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program kelas digital dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program kelas digital di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan utama penelitian yaitu penanggung jawab kelas sedangkan informan pendukung yaitu tim pengurus dan guru kelas digital. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwah pelaksanaan program kelas digital di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dalam pelaksanaan program kelas digital di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang dengan adanya adanya koordinasi, pengarahan, motivasi, dan komunikasi dalam pembentukan sumberdaya kelas digital, pembinaan pelatihan, evaluasi program kelas digital serta dalam peningkatan pengetahuan penggunaan teknologi belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digitalization strategies of mobile banking services implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and to identify the challenges and opportunities arising from the digital transformation process grounded in Sharia principles. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, drawing from scholarly journals, reputable articles, and official documents from relevant financial institutions. The findings reveal that BSI adopts three primary strategies in its digitalization efforts: (1) post-merger technology integration, (2) service innovation through the BSI Mobile application, and (3) internal business process transformation. However, several challenges persist, including low levels of digital literacy among the population, limited infrastructure in frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped (3T) regions, competition with conventional digital banks, and the need to ensure Sharia compliance in technological features. On the other hand, BSI holds strategic opportunities to enhance financial inclusion, target the millennial demographic, and actively contribute to the development of a halal digital economic ecosystem through the innovation of Sharia-compliant financial products. With proper management, this digital transformation has the potential to position BSI as a pioneering, adaptive, competitive, and sustainable digital Islamic bank.

Abstract

This study is based on the rapid development of information technology in the digital era, which has had a major impact on education, including in administrative services, learning, and school communication. The study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology in educational services at MTs Negeri 2 Palembang. It uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants include the principal, administrative staff, and students. The data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results and discussion show that information technology has been applied in various aspects of educational services at MTs Negeri 2 Palembang, such as student data management, the use of the e-Rapor application, and digital communication among teachers, students, and parents. However, this implementation still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, lack of human resource training, and uneven internet access.

Abstract

Software testing learning, particularly white-box testing, is an important competency in Information Technology Education, but it remains a challenge for students because it requires an understanding of complex program logic. Difficulties arise mainly in the material on testing program control structures, such as looping and condition branches. This study aims to analyse the application of the collaborative learning method in white-box testing learning in this material. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design involving students from the Information Technology Education Study Programme. Data were collected through observation of the learning process, analysis of group assignment results, and student reflections. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the application of collaborative learning can improve students' conceptual understanding, program logic analysis skills, and cooperation skills in solving source code testing problems. In addition, students showed increased activity in discussions and the ability to explain program logic flows systematically. Thus, the collaborative learning method is effective in white-box testing learning, especially in looping and condition branch material.
