Abstract

Long serve is one of the basic techniques in badminton that plays an important role in building a game strategy, especially in singles. The ability to perform a consistent and accurate long serve can be a competitive advantage for an athlete. However, the quality of the serve is not only determined by technique, but also by physical factors. This study aims to determine the Correlational Study of arm muscle strength with long serve performance in badminton athletes. This type of research is descriptive using a correlational research method. The population of this study was 40 badminton club athletes from Kendari City. The sampling technique was based on purposive sampling, namely the criteria of male gender, age 15-17 years and being able to do long serves, so that the sample numbered 20 people. The research instruments were push-up tests and long serve ability tests. Based on the correlation test analysis, the relationship between the arm muscle power variable coefficient and the upper serve ability was obtained, where the calculated r value was 0.565 at a significance level of 0.008 <0.05 with a determination coefficient of 0.319 or 31.9%. This means that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and long badminton service ability. The contribution of arm muscle strength to long service ability is 31.9% while 68.1% is influenced by other factors. The study concluded that arm muscle strength has a significant relationship with long service performance in badminton athletes.

Abstract

Interview Step is collaborative learning technique. Interview Step proves the students’ participation. The speaking skills of the students are not good. The students still have difficulty in aspect of fluency and pronunciation in speaking. The research method is quantitative experimental. Next, in this research is test as instrument, test was divided to pre test and post test. To analysis the data, the writer used formulation of analysis product moment. After calculating the data, there is an effect Of Using Three Steps Interview Techniques To Improve Students Speaking Skills At Tenth Grade of SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Utara. Abstract

Digital transformation (DT) has become one of the most critical strategic issues in modern organizational management across both public and private sectors. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework to examine 45 scholarly articles published between 2006 and 2025. The analysis aims to identify overarching patterns, key contributions, research gaps, and future research directions in the context of DT. The synthesis reveals five main clusters: (1) Governance & Alignment as the digital governance foundation ensuring strategic coherence, (2) Digital Capabilities & Dynamic Capabilities as performance and innovation enablers, (3) Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI as drivers of innovation as well as ethical challenges, (4) Public Sector & Smart Governance focusing on public values, transparency, and policy legitimacy, and (5) SMEs & Sustainability emphasizing contextual adaptation, resource constraints, and long-term resilience. The resulting conceptual model highlights that DT success is not solely determined by technology adoption, but by the interaction between governance, capabilities, value orientation, and socio-economic context. This study contributes to the literature by providing an integrative cross-cluster framework and offering implications for management practice and public policy. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers in developing inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable DT strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan proses dasar melalui pembelajaran terpadu pendidikan karakter berbasis model discovery learning. Desain penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dasar siswa. Pada siklus I keterampilan proses sains siswa mencapai 71,66% dan peningkatan pada siklus II mencapai 87,91%.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe how to develop learning media handbook descriptive text to improve students’ writing skill at tenth grade SMK SwastaSitiBanunSigambal. This research and development use the ADDIE model research procedure by Borg and Gall. There are five stages, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The data were obtained from a validation sheet and a questionnaire. The result data used quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was no use of a specific Descriptive Text Handbook with writing skills in schools. Schools only use textbooks that contain all learning competencies and have never used a special handbook containing one learning competency. The results of the validation of this handbook are the results from media experts score 35, percentage 87,5%, very valid category, the validation results from the material expert, the score was 36, percentage 90 %, very valid, the result of the student’s validation, the score was 1236, the percentage was 85,8%, the category was very valid, so it was declared the book was suitable for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada efek latihan push-up terhadap frekuensi pukulan jodan tzuki dan tangkisan ageuke pada cabang olahraga karate. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada seluruh putra karateka ranting BPD Konawe yang berjumlah 78 orang. Dari jumlah ini kemudian diambil 30 orang sebagai sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes frekuensi pukulan jodan tzuki dan tangkisan ageuke selama 30 detik. Statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji anava dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada efek latihan push-up terhadap frekuensi pukulan jodan tzuki dan tangkisan ageuke pada cabang olahraga karate dimana F hitung = 51,1  > F tebel [1,15] = 4,25.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Inklusi Keuangan Syariah terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat minoritas muslim di Kota Palopo, Indonesia. Dengan memakai data survei primer dari 118 responden, analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa inklusi keuangan syariah yang lebih baik mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah inklusi keuangan syariah menjadi sesuatu yang penting dalam menentukan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat minoritas muslim di Kota Palopo, sehingga pihak keuangan syariah perlu meningkatkan hal ini.

Abstract

Drugs and corruption are serious problems that affect many aspects of life, so early preventive measures are needed to prevent the impact from widening. Implementing the socialization of anti-drug and anti-corruption education aimed at the younger generation is one of the preventive measures to avert the negative impact of drugs and corruption from spreading widely among students. The socialization activity is used the sharing session method in which the facilitators provide information about the effect of drugs and the characteristics of corruption on students. This community service activity aimed to give an understanding of anti-drug and anti-corruption education to the young generations. The result of the community has been to raise awareness of the young especially among students in case of the dangers of drugs and corruption.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the correlation between arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength with badminton smash ability. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 49 South Konawe utilizing the descriptive method with a correlational design. The sampling technique uses a total sampling of 30 junior high students who actively participated in extracurricular activities. The instrument for measuring arm muscle power employs the overhead medicine ball throw test to measure abdominal muscle strength using the sit-up test, while to measure smash ability uses the badminton smash ability test. Data analysis techniques utilize descriptive analysis, regression analysis with normality, linearity tests, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26 application. The correlation results show a significant relationship between variables X1, X2, and Y with a correlation coefficient 0.788. Meanwhile, the contribution coefficient of determination is 0.621, or in other words, 62.1% can contribute to variables X1, durability. From the research results, the greater the arm and abdominal muscle strength a person has, the better their ability to smash in badminton.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the process of developing narrative text integrated on kurikulum merdeka and to determine whether the product has an impact on English achievement for the tenth grades students at MAN Labuhanbatu. This research are Research and Development (R&D) by using ADDIE model. To gather information, two different kinds of questionnaires were employed and post-test. The first questionnaire was created to collect information for the needs analysis, the second to evaluate materials using professional judgment, and the last to evaluate the efficacy of the product. The created materials were deemed suitable based on the outcomes of the expert judgment. The developed narrative text materials were categorized as "Very Good" with a mean score of 3.95 across all aspects. The developed narrative text material has an impact on English achievement, 88.88% were obtained based on post-test and categorize as “Good”. Based on the results, it shows that the developed narrative text material is categorized as very good and has an impact on students' English learning achievement.
