The purpose of this research is to describe the process of developing narrative text integrated on kurikulum merdeka and to determine whether the product has an impact on English achievement for the tenth grades students at MAN Labuhanbatu. This research are Research and Development (R&D) by using ADDIE model. To gather information, two different kinds of questionnaires were employed and post-test. The first questionnaire was created to collect information for the needs analysis, the second to evaluate materials using professional judgment, and the last to evaluate the efficacy of the product. The created materials were deemed suitable based on the outcomes of the expert judgment. The developed narrative text materials were categorized as "Very Good" with a mean score of 3.95 across all aspects. The developed narrative text material has an impact on English achievement, 88.88% were obtained based on post-test and categorize as “Good”. Based on the results, it shows that the developed narrative text material is categorized as very good and has an impact on students' English learning achievement.

This study aimed to develop effective English reading materials to enhance the reading comprehension skills of Grade XI students at SMAN 2 Rantau Selatan. Using the ADDIE model—comprising the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—the research employed classroom observation, interviews, expert validation, and pretest-posttest evaluations. Findings from the initial analysis indicated that students struggled to understand reading texts due to the lack of contextual relevance, unattractive content, and materials that did not match their interests or proficiency levels. The newly developed materials, focused on narrative texts and enriched with visual and culturally relevant elements, underwent validation by subject matter and media experts, resulting in validity scores of 90% and 85%, respectively. Effectiveness testing revealed a substantial improvement in student performance, with the average score rising from 58 (pretest) to 84 (posttest), and 93% of students achieving mastery. These results suggest that the developed materials are both valid and effective for use in senior high school English instruction.

This study aims to determine the effect of strength training using the standing bench press method on shot put ability. This study used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The total population is 110 students at SMK Negeri 5 Konawe Selatan, with 50 male students and 60 female students. Samples were drawn using purposive sampling techniques or considerations with the male sex and those who had good and correct shot put technique skills so that 30 students were found as samples in the study. The exercise was carried out using the standing bench press method for 16 exercises with the intensity used, namely 70% moderate, 80% heavy, and 60% light. The research instrument is using a shot put ability test. From the results and analysis of the research on the pretest or before the implementation of the exercise with an average of 7.21, while the posttest after the implementation of the exercise with an average of 8.79 from these results there is an increase in shot put ability. Based on the results of the paired samples test or the t-test at a significance of 0.000 > 0.05, it means that the effect of strength training using the standing bench press method on shot put ability is significant. The results of the study show that strength training using the standing bench press method can improve shot put ability with maximum results

The purpose of this study was to understand the role of the village in preventing and reducing integrated stunting in Topore Village, Papalan District, Mamuju Regency and to find out the obstacles encountered in preventing and reducing integrated stunting in Topore Village, Papalan District, Mamuju Maya Regency. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village in preventing and reducing stunting is integrated in Topore Village, Papalan District, Mamuju Regency based on Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction and Mamuju District Regent Regulation Number 31 concerning Prevention and Reduction of Stunting integrated with carrying out convergence prevention of stunting through a work plan for the implementation of stunting prevention which includes maternal and child health intervention services; integrated nutritional counseling, provision of clean water and sanitation; social protection and early childhood services. Furthermore, related to the obstacles faced in preventing and reducing stunting in Topore village, including regarding the implementation of programs such as socialization that is not optimal regarding the different understanding of the community in responding to the problem of stunting, provision of food and vitamin supplements as part of supporting intervention activities that cannot be fulfilled properly as well as the culture and beliefs of society that considers a short child's body is often seen as a result of inheritance from their parents.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Patologi Birokrasi Penyelenggaraan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung di Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan menjelaskan Faktor terjadinya patologi Birokrasi dalam Badan Usaha Milik Kampung di Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, studi pustaka dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif. HasilpenelitianmenunjukanbahwaPatologi Birokrasi Penyelenggaraan Badan Usaha Milik Kampung di Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penyebab patologi dalam BUMK adalah rendahnya sumberdaya manusia dan memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengelola penggunaan anggaran yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyelahgunaan wewenang dan penyelewengan anggaran dan penggunaan pendanan BUMK kebanyakn sebagai simpan Pinjam, yang tidak dapat dikembalikan oleh masyarakat, Faktor terjadinya patologi Birokrasi dalam Badan Usaha Milik Kampung di Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sumber daya manusia hambatan yang dialami oleh sumber daya manusia di kecamatan Bebesen, dalam mengelola BUMK di masing-masing Kampung. Tidak adanya pengaturan pengupahan yang diatur oleh Qanu Kampung Ataupun dalam Qanun Kampung tentang BUMK dan pengupahan terhadap struktur BUMK itu sendiri. Kesimpulan patologi BUMK di kecamatan bebesen, memiliki factor-factor yang komplek berkaitan dengan, tidak miliki kemampuan dalam mengelola dan minimnya sumberdaya manusia dalam pengelolaan BUMK dikecamatan Bebeben. This study aims to determine the improvement of table tennis forehand drives through multiball exercises. The research method used a pre-experimental design (non-design) in the form of a one-group pretest and posttest design. The research subjects were students of senior hight school 3 Konawe Selatan who were 15 to 18 years old. The subject's body weight varies depending on the characteristics of each individual. However, in this study, body weight was only the main focus if specific aspects related to forehand driveability existed. Height range 150 to 190 cm. So, the number of samples in this study was 20 students who fit the age and height criteria. The instrument used uses a forehand drive test for 30 seconds with a target. Data analysis used description analysis and analysis prerequisite test with data normality test, data homogeneity test, and using t-test. Based on the pretest average score of 19.90 and the posttest average score of 23.35, using a percentage increase of 17.34% using multiball exercises. The data analysis results show a significant increase in the accuracy of the table tennis forehand drive through multiball training. By improving the accuracy of the forehand drive, players can direct the ball more, leading to better scores in competition and encouraging the development of more innovative and creative training approaches in the sport through multiball training, enhancing technical and tactical skills in the game.

Passing is one of the fundamental techniques in football. Good passing skills enable players to participate in the game effectively and maintain possession of the ball. Paired short passing drills also help improve individual skills. This research aims to find out whether short passing training in pairs can increase the accuracy of soccer passing in adolescent soccer players. The quantitative method used in the research is a pre-experimental design through one group pretest and posttest. The research instrument used a ball passing accuracy test for 30 seconds and used the short passing practice method in pairs. The population in this study consisted of 20 male Rekminers Club soccer players aged 15-17 years. The sample was selected using a total sampling technique, and the entire population sampled was 20 players. The data analysis technique uses the t-test to test the hypothesis to increase soccer passing accuracy in the pretest and posttest treatment using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test in paired short passing exercises with football passing accuracy ability, there is a significant influence based on pretest and posttest data analysis of 0.000 < 0.05. This exercise was successfully carried out to improve the accuracy of football passing. The research results show that short passing training in pairs is an effective method for improving the passing accuracy of football players.

Taekwondo emphasizes kicking techniques, including elgol dollyo chagi, a spinning head kick requiring flexibility, strength, speed, coordination, and precision for optimal effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of alternate leg bounding training on the elgol dollyo chagi performance of taekwondo athletes. It employs experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of 30 taekwondo athletes selected through total sampling, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. The research instrument involves an elgol dollyo chagi performance test conducted over a duration of 30 seconds. Data analysis uses descriptive tests, and the analysis prerequisite tests with data normality and data homogeneity, and continued with hypothesis testing using the t-test with the spss program version 23. The results of the t-test value obtained were 15.455, with a pretest mean of 23.83 and a posttest mean value of 36.20. Based on these results, the p-value is greater than 0.05 and has an increase of 12.37%. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the speed of execution of the elgol dollyo chagi kick after following the alternate leg bounding training program. In addition, this research is also useful in terms of athlete physical development, including strength, agility, coordination, and injury prevention.

IntroductionSharia financing (Rahn) has become an alternative to consumer financing in Indonesia. The implementation of Rahn financing at multifinance companies in South Sulawesi requires further study to understand its role in corporate management and strengthen the companies’ competitiveness.ObjectivesThis study examines the role of Sharia financing product (Rahn) for PT Mandiri Utama Finance South Sulawesi, focusing on the company’s implementation and operational management.MethodThis study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design at PT Mandiri Utama Finance South Sulawesi. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and analysis of company documents. The analysis technique used a thematic analysis approach to identify patterns, experiences, and findings related to the implementation of Rahn financing at PT Mandiri Utama Finance South Sulawesi.ResultsThe Rahn product implemented by MUF South Sulawesi is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa. The Rahn contract application process requires collateral in the form of gold and identification, and the estimated value of the collateral is based on market prices. The Rahn product has enhanced the company’s operational management by driving business growth and increasing corporate profits through the acquisition of new customers, market share expansion, and organizational sustainability. This signifies the expansion of financial inclusion, particularly for segments of society requiring quick and easy access to financing without complex procedures, while also strengthening the company’s competitive position.ImplicationsThis study emphasizes the importance of product innovation and Sharia compliance in Sharia-based financing, such as in Rahn. However, challenges remain, including limited understanding among some customers regarding the Rahn financing mechanism, intense competition with conventional financing institutions, and limited human resources in the sector. Therefore, this study recommends that PT MUF strengthen its customer education strategy, enhance its human resource training, and develop digital service innovations to improve the company’s efficiency and competitiveness.Originality/NoveltyThis study provides insights into how Islamic financial products can serve as a new strategy for multifinance companies to balance innovation and tradition to strengthen management capabilities and drive sustainable growth. It offers new empirical contributions regarding how Rahn product are applied within the context of Islamic multifinance companies.

PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAHPADA BERBAGAI MACAM KOMPOSISI MEDIA SECARA HIDROPONIKMuhammad Rusli 1), Dini Anggorowati 2), Ahmad Mulyadi 2)1) Mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian dan 2) Dosen Fakultas PertanianUniversitas Tanjungpura Pontianak.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi media tanam dan mengetahui komposisi media tanam yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah secara hidroponik. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari tanggal 13 april sampai 11 juni 2017, penelitian dilaksanakan di Jalan Tanjung Raya 1, Kecamatan Pontianak Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan"™s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf Î± = 5%. Perlakuan terdiri dari 6 taraf yaitu (A= 100% media arang sekam, B= 80% arang sekam : 20% cocopeat, C= 60% arang sekam : 40% cocopeat, D= 40% arang sekam : 60% cocopeat, E= 20% arang sekam : 80% cocopeat dan F= 100% media cocopeat) dan perlakuan ini diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi media memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah secara hidroponik, komposisi media 40% arang sekam : 60% cocopeat merupakan komposisi media yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah secara hidroponik.
