Introduction: The radiation safety protocol is an effort made to create conditions so that the dose of ionizing radiation that affects humans and the environment does not exceed the specified limit value. This study aimed to measure exposure to X-ray radiation on panoramic X-rays at ATRO Muhammadiyah Mak assar. Methods: This research was conducted at the radiology department of ATRO Muhammadiyah Makassar in December 2022. The tools and materi als that will be used in this research are dental X-ray planes, survey meters, and perspex phantom, with a thickness of 10 mm, as a substitute for organs in humans. Measurement of the radiation dose exposure in dental X-ray examinations was carried out using an exposure factor of 70 kV, 8 mA at a distance of 1 meter, 2 meters, 3 meters, and 4 meters from various directions, namely fron t, left side, right side, and back with time. Different exposure on each object. Results: The highest dose intensity value was found at 0.25 seconds with a distance of 1 meter in the forward direction with a dosing accuracy of 138.4 (µSv/h). The lowest point is at 0.17 seconds with a distance of 3 meters behind wit h a dosing accuracy of 0.89 (µSv/h) for an officer who is in the radiation field during irradiation. Conclusion: The safe distance for a radiation officer and the general public who must be in the radiation field to assist patients during an examination is 4 meters from the radiation source.

Literature article Reviewing the Role of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia Johor Bahru, Malaysia in Providing Services and Protection for Indonesian Citizens with Problems at Temporary Stopovers (TSS) is a scientific article that aims to build research hypotheses on the influence of variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of science. Human Resource Management and Quality Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) ; The service system affects the quality of service 2) the ability of employees affects the quality of service; 3) The service system has an effect on community satisfaction; 4) The ability of employees has an effect on Community Satisfaction; and 5) Service Quality has an effect on Community Satisfaction. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Service Quality and Community Satisfaction, there are still many other factors including the variables of Leadership, Attitude and Behavior, and Facilities.

This study was intended to find out what factors caused the defendant to commit an election crime in a court ruling number: 973 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / Pn Mksr who had permanent legal force (Inkracht Van Gwijsde), and to find out what was considered by the judge. in imposing criminal sanctions on the defendant. The research method that the author uses is USING primary and secondary data sources through communication / interview techniques and libraries by analyzing data received from juridical normative then concluded descriptively by describing, explained and elaborating about the implementation of law enforcement. The defendant's actions cannot be seen as mere acts of violation of the law, but they have also violated democracy held on the basis of direct, public, free, secret, honest and fair. From the results of research and discussion shows that the factors causing the defendant to commit an election crime are that the defendant removes the voting rights of others by giving citizens invitations to his two grandchildren on the grounds that his grandson does not want to abstain in the 2019 election and the defendant recognizes the act. In their verdict, the judge considered that sanctions were imposed according to the defendant. The judge has acted wisely and discerning by seeing the circumstances that were alleviating and also against the defendant.

This study aims to find out the extent of the effectiveness of law enforcement against perpetrators of destruction of public facilities in rallies and to find out the factors that influence the destruction of public facilities in rallies. This research is a type of normatife-empirical research, this type of research is a combination of normative approach with the addition of various empirical elements. This research was conducted in the city of Makassar, especially in the Makassar Resort Police (Polrestabes), makassar State Prosecutor's Office,41and Bosowa University. All data obtained from interviews, data documentation mauun poll data and analysts used, namely qualitative deskriftif analysis. The results of this study show that the extent of effectiveness of law enforcement against perpetrators of destruction of public facilities in rallies is the author considers that the effectiveness of law enforcement against perpetrators of destruction of public facilities carried out by the authorities has been effective, because cases of destruction of public facilities in rallies decreased from 2018 to 2019. In particular, the security forces who have handled every rally that led to riots that led to the destruction of public facilities. One thing to know, that efforts to handle law enforcement by the police must be far from arbitrary actions against perpetrators of destruction of public facilities, and still pay attention to the rights owned by the perpetrators. As for the factors that influence the destruction of public facilities in rallies are rallies because by damaging public facilities, the new government wants to meet the participants of the rallies, feel that their voice as a people is not well received and the absence of a response from the government so that some parties vent their anger to damage public facilities, the provocation of irresponsible parties , dissatisfaction with the government's decision, and the heartache of the participants of the rallies when their aspirations were not listened to.

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory function of the Makassar City Regional Inspectorate in the implementation of basic education supervision in Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research. Where the type of data consists of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained through interviews and direct observations in the field, while secondary data is obtained from data that has been collected by researchers through documents, books related to this research. The number of informants in this study amounted to 7 (seven) people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study explain how the supervisory function of the Makassar City Regional Inspectorate in implementing the implementation of basic education in Makassar City, which includes a) inspection, where the inspection process carried out is well coordinated, b) repair, the form of repair carried out by the inspectorate Makassar City is in the form of a follow-up where the inspectorate provides an opportunity for the school to correct the mistake, but if it is not implemented then the inspectorate will provide a follow-up recommendation to the mayor who will then be given sanctions against the school, c) assessment, with the presence of the inspectorate in Supervising the implementation of basic education has a positive impact on schools because it provides a sense of caution for schools to use school budgets and implement them properly, which aims to educate the nation's children.

This study aims to determine: 1) To what extent is the implementation of the 182 Year International Labor Organization (ILO) Convention Konvensi1999 on the worst forms of street child work in Makassar City; 2) Program Realization Street Children Developmentin Makassar City. The research method used is empirical normative research. Research location in Makassar City. Techniques and data collection through literature and interviews. Research results, 1) Implementation International Labor Organization Convention 182 of 1999 which was passed into Law No.1 of 2000 is not Indonesia's last step in fulfilling legal protection for children. The protection provided by the government is further realized by the existence of Article 74 of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection but was changed to Law No. 35 Year 2014. 2) The realization of Makassar City government programs, namelycontinued development, social rehabilitation efforts, exploitation, empowerment, further guidance, and community participation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 112/PUU-XX/2022 tentang Perpanjangan Masa Jabatan Pimpinan KPK dari 4 (empat) tahun menjadi 5 (lima) tahun dan pemberlakuan perpanjangan masa jabatan secara langsung dengan menerbitkan Keputusan Presiden Nomor 112/P Tahun 2023, maka masa jabatan Pimpinan KPK berakhir pada Desember Tahun 2024. Tipe penelitian ini adalah normatif dengan berfokus pada studi kepustakaan. Untuk bahan dan data hukum adalah primer, sekunder dan tersier. Bahan dan data hukum selanjutnya di analisis secara kualitatif dan diolah secara dedukatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertimbangan hukum hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi tidak terlepas dari pertimbangan hukum sesuai dengan Pasal 34 Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 bahwa pemohon telah kehilangan haknya untuk memperoleh kepastian hukum yang adil, kedudukan yang sama di hadapan hukum dan bebas dari perlakuan diskriminatif yang bertentangan dengan Pasal 28D ayat (1,2,3) dan Pasal 28I UUD NRI Tahun 1945. Sementara pemberlakuan putusan tersebut dengan memperpanjang masa jabatan Pimpinan KPK telah di laksanakan, di mana Presiden mencabut Keputusan Presiden Nomor 112/P Tahun 2019 dan menerbitkan Keputusan Presiden Nomor 112/P Tahun 2023 yang berarti masa jabatan Pimpinan KPK di perpanjang 1 (satu) Tahun. This study aims to determine and analyze the legal considerations of judges in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 112/PUU-XX/2022 concerning the Extension of the Term of Office of the KPK Leadership from 4 (four) years to 5 (five) years and the direct implementation of the extension of the term of office by issuing Presidential Decree Number 112/P of 2023, then the term of office of the KPK Leadership ends in December 2024. This type of research is normative with a focus on literature studies. For legal materials and data are primary, secondary and tertiary. Legal materials and data are then analyzed qualitatively and processed deductively. The results of this study indicate that the legal considerations of the Constitutional Court judges are inseparable from legal considerations in accordance with Article 34 of Law Number 30 of 2002 that the applicant has lost his right to obtain fair legal certainty, equal standing before the law and freedom from discriminatory treatment that is contrary to Article 28D paragraph (1,2,3) and Article 28I of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Meanwhile, the implementation of the decision by extending the term of office of the KPK Leadership has been carried out, where the President revoked Presidential Decree Number 112/P of 2019 and issued Presidential Decree Number 112/P of 2023 which means that the term of office of the KPK Leadership is extended by 1 (one) year.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penegakan hukuman terhadap tindak pidana perdagangan penyu di Wilayah Kota Makassar dalam Putusan Nomor 315/PID.B/2022/PN MKS, dan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum Hakim pada putusan Nomor 315/PID.B/2022.PN MKS. Metode penelitian, tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer bersumber pada wawancara dan data sekunder berasal dari literatur, jurnal dan putusan pengadilan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum dalam Putusan Nomor 315/PID.B/2022/PN MKS adalah menerapkan Pasal 40 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 Tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya, dimana terhadap terdakwa pertama dan kedua dinyatakan terbukti bersalah dan dijatuhi pidana masing-masing 5 (lima) bulan dan denda Rp 5.000.000.00 (lima juta). Pertimbangan Hukum Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan adalah pertimbangan yuridis dan pertimbangan sosiologis. This study aims to determine the enforcement of penalties for the crime of turtle trading in the Makassar City Area in Decision Number 315 / PID.B / 2022 / PN MKS, and to determine the legal considerations of the Judge in Decision Number 315 / PID.B / 2022.PN MKS. The research method, this type of research is normative research, with a legislative approach. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from interviews and secondary data from literature, journals and court decisions. The results show that law enforcement in Decision Number 315 / PID.B / 2022 / PN MKS is to apply Article 40 paragraph (2) of Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems, where the first and second defendants were found guilty and sentenced to 5 (five) months each and a fine of IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million). The Judge's Legal Considerations in making a decision are legal considerations and sociological considerations.

Rendahnya kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa menjadi permasalahan utama dalam pembelajaran matematika, di mana banyak siswa hanya fokus pada prosedur penyelesaian soal tanpa memahami makna di balik konsep yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan modul ajar menggunakan model core berbasis etnomatematika Minangkabau untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang menggunakan model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Penelitian ini melibatkan 24 siswa yang menerima perlakuan berupa pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil validitas modul Ajar dinyatakan sangat valid dengan rata-rata total penilaian sebesar 4,74, sedangkan instrumen tes kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa tergolong valid dengan rata-rata total 3,67, meskipun perlu penyempurnaan pada aspek konstruksi yang memperoleh nilai terendah yaitu 3,45.peningkatan signifikan antara nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 56,58 dan post-test menjadi 93,25. Nilai N-Gain Score siswa berkisar antara 0,714 hingga 0,933, dengan rata-rata di kategori tinggi, menunjukkan dampak positif dari perlakuan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Hasil angket respon siswa juga menunjukkan nilai rata-rata antara 4,00 hingga 4,92, menandakan penerimaan yang baik terhadap modul ajar yang digunakan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis media efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan matematis siswa dan diterima dengan baik oleh peserta didik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and soccer shooting ability. The researcher wanted to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and shooting ability in soccer games in students of SMA Negeri 10 Kendari using a descriptive method with a correlational design. The population of this study was fifty students of class XI of SMA Negeri 10 Kendari. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling, especially using the criteria of male gender, as the basis for determining the sample. Thus, the research sample consisted of 21 students. To measure leg muscle power, a standing long jump test was used and to measure shooting ability, a shooting test was used. Based on the statistical analysis of the correlation test with the SPSS 25 application, the variables of shooting ability and leg muscle power have a positive relationship. The calculated r value is 0.505 with a significance level of 0.038 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.327 or 32.7%. This shows that shooting ability in soccer matches is significantly correlated with leg muscle power. Both variables have a moderate relationship when shown on the correlation map. Leg muscle strength contributed 32.7% of shooting ability, while other physical condition parameters including strength and endurance contributed the remaining 67.3%. Speed, accuracy, coordination, and flexibility. According to the research findings, shooting ability in a soccer match was significantly correlated with leg muscle strength.
