Abstract

Diabetic ulcers are a disease that is experienced by many people with diabetes mellitus, open wounds on the skin surface of the diabetic ulcer have the potential to develop into infection, to deal with the problem of infection needed the right treatment, one of them is by using antibiotics. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of diabetic ulcer patients In Installation Of Outpatient in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin Period July-December 2018. This study is a non-experimental study with a descriptive type of study through a retrospective search for outpatient prescription for diabetic ulcers. This research was conducted in April-May 2019 in Installation Of Outpatient in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Sampling is done by saturation sampling method, the population in this study were 254 prescrptions. While the sample in this study were 228 prescrptions that met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The data obtained is copied to the observation sheet, after the data collected is then entered into a computer and a calculation is carried out to find out the percentage of each factor studied and finally the data will be presented in table form. The results obtained from the study of 228 prescriptions of diabetic ulcer patients obtained the use of single antibiotics as much as 182 (79.82%) and combination antibiotics by 46 (20.18%). The single most prescribed group of antibiotics is the Makrolide group of 49.56%, the Makrolide group which is often prescribed namely Clindamycin 300 mg as much as 39.91%.While the most prescribed combination of 2 antibiotics is Clindamycin 300 mg + Metronidazole 500 mg 14.47%.

Abstract

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) plays a significant role in addressing global issues such as the case study discussed in this research regarding Islamophobia in France. This study analyzes the role and significance of the OIC in tackling this issue using a qualitative literature research method by drawing upon sources from previous studies. By employing international organization theory, it can be concluded that the OIC can act as an extension of states in responding to global issues, in this case, Islamophobia in France, by assuming roles as an initiator, mediator, and facilitator. This study provides a more nuanced understanding of the efforts made by the OIC in addressing complex and sensitive global issues such as Islamophobia in France.

Abstract

Achievement of Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) in eleven Indonesian provinces in 2022 is still below the national target of 90%. The eleven provinces in question are West Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Maluku, East Nusa Tenggara, North Kalimantan, Riau, West Kalimantan, West Papua, West Sumatra, Papua and Aceh.The type of research used in this research is descriptive observational research. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely monthly reports on the results of routine immunizations for babies. It was found that the majority of basic immunization coverage for babies born in January 2022 was higher than for babies born in January 2023. Coverage for basic immunization types for babies was highest in 2022. (73.3%) was obtained from Hepatitis B, BCG, and Polio 1 immunization. The highest coverage of basic types of infant immunization in 2023 was obtained from Hepatitis B immunization (73.3%). Hepatitis B immunization received a high score for babies born in January 2022. Coverage of basic immunization types for babies born in January 2022 for types DPT-HB-Hib 1, 2, 3, Polio 2, 3, 4, received 36.7% -73, 3%, and Measles-Rubella got 33.3%. The frequency of immunization against PVC-1 (23.3%), RV-1 (6.7%), and IPV-1 (13.3%) is still low due to not visiting posyandu and giving immunizations past the immunization deadline. The average value of basic immunization coverage for babies born in January 2023 (10%) is lower than babies born in January 2022 (43.3%) with a difference of 33.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the core functionalities of Cobalt.tools in supporting cross-platform media downloads using the Black Box Testing approach and the Equivalence Partitioning technique. The research employs a descriptive quantitative design, focusing on testing 11 scenarios involving download and configuration features. Each scenario was evaluated based on the alignment between system input and output without examining the internal code structure. Data were collected manually through direct observation and recorded in a test table, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques to measure functional success rates. The results show that all major features of the site operated as expected, with a 100% success rate, confirming the hypothesis regarding the platform’s functional reliability. These findings affirm the effectiveness of Black Box Testing in user interface-based system evaluation. This study contributes to the literature on web-based system testing and offers practical insights for developers seeking to enhance application stability and user experience. Future research is recommended to explore aspects such as security, integration, and system performance on a broader scales.

Abstract

Health Health centers must be accredited to improve the quality of health services. In order for accreditation to be achieved, Public Health Center has requirements that must be met regarding buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and providing a safe environment for service users, visitors, officers, and the community, including patients with physical limitations. Patients with physical limitations are given access to obtain services, so facility and safety management are needed. Community service activities carried out by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health IIK Strada Indonesia, which was carried out from May 22, 2023, to June 17, 2023, aim to identify the implementation and implementation strategies for facility management and safety using Fishbone, USG, and SWOT analysis at Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri. One of the implementations was the socialization of facility and safety management to all employees, and the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test pre-test and post-test showed a sig value. 0.000 (<0.05) means that there is an effect of socialization of facility management and security among Public Health Center Pesantran II employees. Implementation and management strategies for facilities and security management at Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri have been well implemented. To improve service quality, there are several conditions that can be optimized. Public Health Center management has a big role to play in ensuring the management of facility management and security in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Violence against women and children remains a pressing social issue, particularly in rural areas where access to legal services and information is limited. This community engagement activity aimed to enhance legal awareness and empower local communities in preventing and addressing acts of violence through legal education and grassroots empowerment. The study employed a participatory qualitative approach integrated into a legal outreach program conducted in Teluk Dalam Village, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Methods included field observation, interactive lectures, and participatory evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of legal rights, types of violence, and reporting mechanisms. Active community participation in discussions and reflections indicated a shift in perception, where violence was no longer seen as tolerable but as a violation requiring action. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes that community-based legal education is an effective strategy for building legal awareness and strengthening local protection systems for vulnerable groups.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan seperti ChatGPT dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi semakin meningkat, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa yang menggunakannya untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tugas akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana mahasiswa memanfaatkan ChatGPT dalam mendukung kinerja akademik mereka, serta dampak positif dan negatif yang ditimbulkannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sejumlah mahasiswa pengguna aktif ChatGPT, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT digunakan untuk menyusun tugas kuliah, mencari referensi, memahami materi yang kompleks, dan mempercepat proses belajar. Mahasiswa merasa terbantu dalam meningkatkan efisiensi belajar dan kualitas tulisan akademik. Namun, ditemukan pula kekhawatiran terhadap ketergantungan berlebih yang dapat menurunkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar. Mahasiswa menyadari perlunya kontrol diri dan literasi digital agar pemanfaatan teknologi ini tetap mendukung proses akademik secara etis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ChatGPT memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja akademik mahasiswa apabila digunakan secara bijak, proporsional, dan disertai dukungan serta kebijakan dari institusi pendidikan untuk menjaga integritas dan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakikatnya bukan hanya proses transfer ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga sarana pembentukan karakter dan etika peserta didik. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, proses pembelajaran diarahkan tidak sekadar mencapai prestasi akademik, melainkan juga membentuk pribadi yang berakhlak mulia. Inovasi pembelajaran merupakan pembaruan atau terobosan dalam proses belajar mengajar agar menjadi lebih menarik, efektif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana inovasi pembelajaran dapat berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter dan etika siswa di MTs Babussalam Besilam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala madrasah, guru, serta siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan inovasi pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan sarana prasarana, profesionalisme guru, dan keterlibatan aktif keluarga. Program inovatif seperti apel pagi dengan Asmaul Husna, kegiatan sosial (menjenguk dan bertakziah), serta pelibatan siswa dalam kegiatan keagamaan terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islami secara menyeluruh. Namun, tantangan juga muncul, seperti pengaruh negatif media sosial, judi online, narkoba, dan kurangnya peran keluarga. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara madrasah, keluarga, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang tangguh dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

This study discusses the types and application of qualitative research methods in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) research. The scope of the study includes four types of qualitative research: case studies, grounded theory, phenomenology, and ethnography. The purpose of the study is to explain these types and their application in the context of Islamic Religious Education. The research method used is library research with data collection techniques in the form of literacy and content analysis. The results of the study show that the four methods have different characteristics and applications in Islamic Religious Education. Case studies are suitable for understanding specific phenomena, grounded theory for developing new theories, phenomenology for revealing the meaning of experience, and ethnography for understanding culture in the context of Islamic Religious Education. In conclusion, qualitative research methods are very relevant in Islamic Religious Education research to explore deep meanings and contexts related to religious values ​​and educational practices.

Abstract

The implementation of diagnostik assessments in the Independent Curriculum is very important to support differentiated learning. However, teachers often face obstacles in diagnosing students' learning needs, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. This study aims to determine the problems faced by teachers and the efforts made to overcome them. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques for PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Pantai Lunci, Sukamara Regency. The results of the study showed that diagnostik assessments had been implemented, but were not optimal. The obstacles faced included lack of teacher experience, students who did not understand their learning styles, and limited time, facilities, and internet access. Teachers have made various efforts such as attending training, utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, guiding students personally, conducting periodic assessments, collaborating with parents and other teachers, and managing time well. In conclusion, diagnostik assessments need to be supported by teacher competence, adequate facilities, and appropriate implementation strategies in order to produce adaptive learning in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum.
