Abstract

Tanaman  kentang yang dibudidayakan pada lahan  pola  sistem  agroforestry umumnya akan tumbuh dalam kondisi yang ternaungi oleh vegetasi dengan kerapatan naungan yang berbeda. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon hasil tanaman kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) terhadap  naungan. Percobaan dilakukan di lahan pertanian Blok Ledon Desa Padaawas Kecamatan Pasirwangi Kabupaten Garut ketinggian tempat 1.750 m dpl, jenis tanah ordo andisols dari bulan April sampai Juli 2023. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi, dengan naungan sebagai petak utama terdiri  atas 4 naungan, yaitu : 0 %, naungan 25%, naungan 50 %  dan naungan 75%. Kultivar  sebagai anak petak terdiri atas 3 kultivar, yaitu :  Granola, RGH-01  dan Medians. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   Naungan dan kultivar masing-masing secara mandiri berpengaruh  nyata terhadap jumlah ubi per tanaman dan indeks panen. Naungan 25 % menunjukkan hasil terbaik terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Kultivar Medians menunjukkan hasil terbaik terhadap semua parameter pengamatan

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of social media marketing (SMMA) on Instagram in building prospective students' interest in enrolling at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, using the Consumer Decision Model (CDM) approach. This study identifies the important role of social media in influencing brand recognition, trust, positive attitudes, and prospective students' intentions. Instagram has proven to be a strategic platform for delivering relevant information to the younger generation. The findings show that trust is the most influential mediating variable in shaping enrollment intentions. Consistent and quality content can increase prospective students' trust, while interactive elements and personalization strengthen positive impressions of the institution. This study emphasizes the importance of strong brand management on social media, where good brand recognition increases prospective students' trust and positive attitudes. In addition, content that displays achievements, alumni testimonials, and responsive interactions have proven effective in building a positive image. As an academic contribution, this study introduces the application of the CDM model in marketing, providing a new perspective on how social media influences positive attitudes and prospective students' intentions to enroll, especially in universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kasus remaja dengan HIV (RDHIV) di Indonesia tercatat lebih banyak dibandingkan Negara Malaysia pada tahun 2023. RDHIV merupakan masa transisi dari kanak-kanak menjadi dewasa beserta menghadapi tantangan terkait HIV yang dideritanya, sehingga mendorong RDHIV agar dapat beradaptasi secara psikologis. Kemampuan penyesuaian diri secara terhadap tantangan dan kesulitan yang dialami disebut dengan resiliensi. Penelitian ini, dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran jenis kelamin, ketataan beribadah dan sumber penularan dengan tingkat resiliensi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Teknik sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling sehingga didapatkan 70 RDHIV. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Child & Youth Resilience Measurement-Revised (CYRM-R), analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dengan frekusensi dan presentase untuk data kategorik sedangkan mean dan standar deviasi untuk data numerik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan RDHIV yang memiliki tingkat resiliensi tinggi cenderung memiliki karakteristik jenis kelamin laki-laki (22), ketaatan beribadah RDHIV yang taat beribadah (29) cenderung menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi tinggi dan sumber penularan pada RDHIV sebagian besar karena perilaku berisiko (24).

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employer branding terhadap minat melamar kerja pada pengikut akun Instagram @lifeat99group. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, data dihimpun melalui penyebaran angket, pelaksanaan wawancara, observasi, serta didukung oleh data sekunder dari literatur-literatur terkait. Sebanyak 97 responden dipilih sebagai sampel melalui metode purposive sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan employer branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar kerja, dengan social value sebagai dimensi yang paling dominan. Namun, interest value dan economic value masih menunjukkan skor yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dimensi lainnya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan daya tarik intrinsik pekerjaan serta transparansi terkait kompensasi dan manfaat yang ditawarkan. Maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa employer branding melalui media sosial dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menarik pencari kerja, tetapi perlu dioptimalkan pada aspek tertentu agar lebih menarik bagi calon pelamar.

Abstract

There is an abundance of potential in Indonesia's food and beverage economy, but the Covid-19 pandemic conditions have prompted a significant change in consumer behavior, namely from direct purchases to digital purchases. The Cloud Kitchen concept is an option because it focuses on providing online food and beverage delivery services (online food & drink delivery). This is used by Ayam Bang Dava (ABD) to attract consumers and encourage purchases from online consumers who are basically interested in the promotional offers offered. This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion on the purchasing decisions of Ayam Bang Dava (ABD) customers in Bandung Raya. The research method used is quantitative, verification and uses surveys as a data collection tool. Purposive sampling was a method when selecting the sample to target only Ayam Bang Dava (ABD) customers in Bandung Raya, with a total of 115 respondents. This study analyzes sales promotion variables through sales promotion tools conducted by Ayam Bang Dava (ABD), including bundles/bonus packs, price-offs, and event marketing. Purchasing decision variables are evaluated through aspects of product selection, brand selection, dealer selection, time and amount of purchase, and payment method. This study used simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing to determine the existence of an influence. The results showed that the sales promotion carried out by ABD had an effect on the purchasing decisions of ABD customers in Bandung Raya. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 31%, which shows that the sales promotion variable can explain the purchase decision variable by 31%, and the remaining 69% is explained by other variables. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of stress, taste preferences, and social factors on consumer purchasing decisions for healthy food products, focusing on Taste Twist products in Jatinangor. The method used is a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with purposively selected respondents. The results of the study indicate that stress levels affect food preferences, where individuals tend to choose foods that provide emotional comfort. Preferences for local flavors, such as rendang and gulai, also play an important role in influencing consumer purchasing interest, especially those who have an emotional attachment to traditional flavors. Social factors, such as recommendations from friends and family, also influence purchasing decisions, especially in the context of trying new products. In conclusion, consumer purchasing decisions for healthy food products are influenced by a combination of stress, taste preferences, and social influences. Therefore, the development of healthy food products such as Taste Twist needs to balance between delicious taste and health benefits in order to attract more consumers.

Abstract

Purpose — This study aims to investigate the dual impacts of cultural shock and economic development in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone on the preservation of local culture. Method — Employing a qualitative approach, this research utilizes in-depth interviews and observations to collect data from residents, tourists, and stakeholders within the Mandalika. The gathered insights provide a comprehensive understanding of the cultural impacts, economic developments, and changes in behavior, lifestyle, and cultural norms.Result — The study reveals a range of positive and negative impacts stemming from the collision of local culture with global influences. Positive effects include the introduction of local culture to the world, economic empowerment through tourism, preservation through education, and increased cultural awareness. Conversely, negative outcomes encompass cultural dilution, excessive commercialization, clashes of values, social imbalances, and shifts in lifestyle. These changes manifest in increased social interactions, adoption of global business ethics, modern lifestyle adoption, shifts in consumption patterns, adjustments to tourist expectations, clothing influences, and more.Contribution — This research contributes to the understanding of the intricate interplay between cultural shock, economic growth, and the preservation of local culture in SEZs. By delineating the positive and negative outcomes, this study informs stakeholders and policymakers about the challenges and opportunities presented by cultural shock. It underscores the necessity for balanced strategies that uphold cultural heritage while harnessing economic benefits in the context of SEZ development.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the message of da’wah that is contained in the Jinkrak Sundang Dance by using a qualitative descriptive approach and using the technique of semiotic analysis. Semiotics seeks to find the signs with meaning and know the sign systems such as language, movement, music, and pictures. As for the objects of the material to be analyzed is the movement of dance performed by the Jingkrak Sundang Dance artist, located in Magelang. A semiotic analysis on the Jingkrak Sundang Dance is performed on each stage or round: Mlayu, Nebah Bumi, Laku Telu Dadung Ngawuk, Pati, Mendem, and Nawur. Jingkrak Sundang Dance depicts the anger of the animals whose habitat was marred by the man’s hand, who was not responsible. The da’wah messages were found in denotation and connotation that many charged theological and anthropological. Theologically, the da’wah message explains the belief in the power of God as creators and regulators of whole natural life. In contrast, the da’wah message emphasizes the anthropocentric, seen many messages that urge to keep, love, and affection among fellow creatures. This study shows the conveyed to society to preserve nature and survival of all living beings. In addition, human behavior with good acts, help, and practice at once be an example for human beings and caring for the sustainability of the nature of the other.

Abstract

Gotong royong represents a fundamental traditional value within Indonesian society, functioning as a means of grassroots empowerment and fostering social resilience. This community service initiative took place in RT 02/RW 08, Jl. Arjuna, Labuh Baru Timur Village, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia's Independence. The program aimed to involve residents actively in environmental restoration efforts. Community members collaborated to clean drainage systems and enhance public spaces, thereby promoting sustainable environmental practices and strengthening social cohesion within the neighborhood.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the involvement of Sufism orders (Tariqa) in the pace of social change in Banten. The main focus to be presented in this research article is how the Tariqa exists and develops in the life of Banten community and how the Tariqa plays a role in the social change. The method used in this study is a field research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation analysis of literary sources. The article’s research recorded findings that various Sufism organizations or Tariqa had existed and became important actors of social change in Banten’s historical phases since the era of the Banten Sultanate, Western colonialism, until Banten became part of Indonesian territory in the contemporary era. Furthermore, the role of the Tariqa in social change is expressed in three transmissions of its influence in Banten, namely 1) the presence of Sufism teachings as a source of inspiration for the Sultan’s (ruler’s) policies, 2) the establishment of Sufi-sultan teacher connections (ruler/government), and 3) the existence of Sufi scholars and Tariqa organizations as the basis of social and moral movements.
