This paper discusses a method that integrates Fuzzy AHP with Taguchi Loss Function. The method used to select suppliers with various criteria. This various criteria will be considered to get the best supplier. This research was conducted at a textile company in Indonesia for the cotton product 41166. The purpose of this research is to apply techniques to improve the performance of Fuzzy AHP by considering the cost of losses as small as possible. Research data obtained from the survey results using questionnaires and company factual data in the form of costs of losses incurred due to improper quantity of raw materials, quality of raw materials that are not in accordance with standards, delays in delivery, prices that exceed expectations, and poor service or response. The results of this research shown the value of losses incurred by 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th suppliers respectively for $ 2.23, $ 671.12, $ 815.57, and $ 1243.64. Among four suppliers, the best supplier with the smallest loss value is first supplier.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membuat prototipe jembatan yang dapat terangkat atau terbuka secara otomatis dengan penerapan mikrokontroler ATMega8535. Prototipe jembatan angkat tersebut memudahkan terintegrasinya jalur darat dan jalur laut, karena infrastruktur jembatan yang dapat terangkat dan dikendalikan otomatis. Pada jaman modernisasi saat ini otomatisasi penggunaan infrastruktur seperti ini sangat penting dalam pembagunan kota, terutama kota yang sedang berkembang, infrastruktur yang dapat menunjang dan mempermudah manusia dalam melakukan aktifitas. Prototipe jembatan yang telah dibuat bisa terbuka secara otomatis jika terdeteksi ada kapal dengan ketinggian maksimal lima sentimeter dari batas bawah jembatan, dan setelah kapal melewati jembatan maka jembatan akan kembali menutup seperti keadaan semula. Jarak lima sentimeter bisa diubah berdasarkan jarak yang aman bagi kapal untuk melewati jembatan. Mengenai jarak yang aman antara ujung atas kapal dengan batas bawah jembatan untuk dilewati kapal ini belum didapat data yang pasti, butuh kajian yang komprehensif dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box, setiap bagian rangkaian telah berfungsi dengan baik sesuai perencanaan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian White Box perangkat lunak telah bebas dari kesalahan logika

The purpose of this study is (1) describing the improvement of text writing skills Exposition students of grade X MA Al-Huda Sumber Nangka Duko Timur Pamekasan, (2) describe the skills of writing text exposition with a blended learning system. This research is quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research is in the form of value analysis of the test results of writing exposition text. Qualitative research in the form of data analysis of nontest results through observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the test writing exposition text using blended learning learning system obtained results that the average grade X MA Al Huda students improved, it is evidenced by the results of research on pre-cycle students get an average grade score of 41.07. In cycle I the average grade of students increased to 63.75. From pre-cycle to cyclical I students' grades increased by a difference of 22.68. In cycle II learning students get an average grade of 67.70 and in cycle III the average grade of students increases to 80. From the learning of cycle I to cycle II increased with a difference of value of 3.95 while between cycle II to cycle III increased with a difference of value of 12.03. This proves that students' persuasive paragraph writing results improved from precyclical, cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III to good category.

The Covid-19 pandemic which has become a national disaster in Indonesia has changed various aspects of life. Payakumbuh City and 50 Kota Regency are examples of areas affected by Covid-19. Seeing this, students of the Faculty of Engineering, Andalas University have served the community in order to reduce Covid-19. This activity was carried out by providing education related to health protocols to the community, making hand washing equipment equipped with sensors and foot pedals, making tools in the form of sterilization booths that can be used by people in Payakumbuh City and 50 Kota Regency. In addition, this activity was also carried out in the form of educational videos in cyberspace related to how to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic in order to stay healthy and be able to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The benefits of the activities carried out for the surrounding community are that the community is more sensitive and cares more about health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands. As well as reducing the spread of the spread of Covid-19 in public service offices such as banks in Payakumbuh City. Then the community also received education regarding the use of yards in planting living kitchens for the survival of people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to explore the contribution effect of individual characteristics on organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is a survey method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random. The number of respondents was determined as 125 employees through the table krejcie-morgan of 220 State Civil Servants, obtained 140 units of analysis (State Civil Apparatus at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office), only in its implementation there were 15 respondents who gave incomplete responses so that overall only 125 respondents used. The quantitative approach is used to test and prove hypotheses through the use of WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a significant impact on employee commitment and performance, commitment also shows real results on employee performance. The resulting mediation role test shows that organizational commitment is not stated as a mediator because without the support of organizational commitment, in its implementation individual characteristics are also able to provide tangible results in improving performance.

As all religions have their mysticism, Islamic mysticism is well known as Sufism. In its development, many schools ofSufism appeared and they had been influenced by several religions and beliefs around such as Christian, Buddhism,Hinduism, Gnotisism, etc. This article tends to tell about Islamic Mysticism and its epistemology. It will be discussedabout the definition of Sufism, its schools, its objects, and ways to get it. The writing classified kinds of IslamicMysticism too into three types, Tasawuf Akhlaki, Tasawuf Amali, and Tasawuf Falsafi. Each type has thecertain character. In the end, it will be explained how to know the validity of Sufism.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa Kelas II SD Muhammadiyah Kupang setelah pengajaran membacanya didesain dengan pendekatan pengalaman berbahasa, (2) mendeskripsikan perubahan perilaku siswa Kelas II SD Muhammadiyah Kupang .Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang bersiklus. Subjek penelitian adalah kemampuan membaca siswa Kelas II SD Muhammadiyah Kupang yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dan nontes. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari pelaksanaan penelitian siklus I diperoleh hasil bahwa secara individu masih ada beberapa siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah standart (<70) dan secara klasikal berhasil mencapai angka 74,26 atau mencapai kategori nilai baik. Angka ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,24 % menjadi 80,38 atau mencapai kategori nilai sangat baik pada pelaksanaan penelitian siklus II karena pada penelitian siklus II siswa cenderung aktif tanya-jawab, berkomentar kritis, memperhatikan dengan sungguh-sungguh, dan antusias dalam menceritakan kegemarannya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan perilaku siswa ke arah yang lebih baik dan positif antara penelitian siklus I dan siklus

ABSTRAKDari hasil penelitian ini dapat dikemukan sebagai berikut: (1). Pengaturan mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap warga masyarakat dan penghormatan hak masyarakat atas pengelolaan sumberdaya tanah telah diatur dalam Pasal 18 B UUD 1945 (sebagai hak konstitusional), Pasal 28l UUD 1945 dan UU No. 39 tahun 1999 (sekaligus hak asasi manusia) Dalam penjelasan pasal 22 UUPA telah di jelaskan bahwa cara perolehan hak milik bisa saja dengan melakukan pembukaan tanah. Cara tersebut sebenarnya dimungkinkan menurut hukum adat. Karena dasar hukum agraria nasional adalah mendasarkan diri pada hukum adat (lihat pasal 5 UUPA). (2). Pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap warga masyarakat pemilik tanah masih jauh dari harapan, hal ini terlihat dari perlakuan pemerintah dan aparat keamanan yang melakukan penggusuran terhadap mereka dan rumah-rumah tempat tinggalnya dirobohkan dan beberapa orang warga masyarakat yang bersikeras bertahan ditangkap dan ditahan oleh aparat dengan dalih bahwa mereka telah memasuki tanah tanpa ijin pemilik yang sah. Pada hal merekalah yang pertama kali menghuni tanah tersebut sebagai tempat tinggal dan tempat penyambung hidupnya.Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum Pemilikan Hak Atas TanahABSTRACTFrom the results of this study can be found as follows: (1). Regulations regarding legal protection of community members and respect for community rights over land resource management have been regulated in Article 18 B of the 1945 Constitution (as a constitutional right), Article 28l of the 1945 Constitution and Law No. 39 of 1999 (as well as human rights) In the explanation of article 22 of the BAL it has been explained that the method of acquiring property rights could be by carrying out land clearing. This method is actually possible according to customary law. Because the basis of national agrarian law is to base itself on customary law (see article 5 of the BAL). (2). The implementation of legal protection for the landowners is still far from expectations, this can be seen from the treatment of the government and security forces who carried out evictions against them and the houses where they lived were demolished and several community members who insisted on surviving were arrested and detained by the authorities on the pretext that they have entered the land without the permission of the rightful owner. Dayu Village which located in Gondangrejo Subdistrict, Karangnyar Regency has the potential disaster multi risks. Therefore, necessary to increase the capacity of Dayu Village community in facing disaster multi risks as anticipatory effort to minimize the impact of losses disasters in the future. The research used quantitative descriptive method with scoring and overlay analysis techniques, while for increasing community capacity through socialization related to the physical conditions of the area, FGD, participatory mapping, training and making evacuation routes. Based on the analysis results, it is known that Dayu Village has high level of disaster multi-risk. The results of FGD and participatory mapping showed that there were 6 points landslide and 1 point flood in Dusun Dayu and 4 landslide points and 2 flood points in Dusun Tanjung. These location points used as reference in determining the location of the gathering point along with the evacuation route to that gathering point.

In the concept of circular economy, paradigm of garbage as something that has a meaning (material recovery) so as to lower production costs and save natural resources that are not renewable and maintain the environment. By using circular economy principle, where the value of products and materials are maintained and utilized for as long as possible, so that landfill can be limited as small as possible. In Indonesia itself, there are several ways of collecting electronic waste from community sources, such as channeled through dropbox and Waste Bank for recycling. In unraveling the problem of waste, there must be social and economic institutions that cooperate with each other in their activities, for the sustainability of the movement in the community, both social movements and social engineers in changing the paradikma of waste management in the community. Because household electronic waste from waste banks is almost always present in every weighing. The knowledge of workers in lapak is very minimal to ascertain whether the goods can still function if repaired or must be channeled for recycling. Therefore, SampahQu intends to set up a small workshop in lapaknya for the management of electronic waste from households, which will try to invite teenagers in their villages and participants of the SampahQu network, to participate in this activity, in the hope as one way to foster environmental concern to them. The solution offered by the PKM team to SampahQu Bp Posma is to make an approach to the participants to build their internal motivation first, that garbage has a high value if it can be managed correctly, while supporting the Reuse and Recovery program, by transferring knowledge of the value of junk goods. This activity is realized in the form of a workshop class program SampahQuABSTRAK:Dalam konsep circular economy, paradigma sampah sebagai sesuatu yang mempunyai arti (material recovery) sehingga mampu menurunkan biaya produksi dan menyelamatkan sumber daya alam yang tidak terbarukan serta menjaga lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan prinsip circular economy, dimana nilai produk dan material dijaga dan dimanfaatkan selama mungkin, sehingga timbunan sampah dapat dibatasi sekecil mungkin. Di Indonesia sendiri, ada beberapa cara pengumpulan sampah elektronik dari sumber masyarakat, seperti disalurkan melalui dropbox dan Bank Sampah untuk di daur ulang. Dalam mengurai masalah sampah harus ada lembaga sosial dan ekonomi yang saling bekerjasama dalam kegiatannya, demi keberlanjutan gerakannya di masyarakat, baik gerakan sosial ataupun perekayasa sosial dalam mengubah paradikma kelola sampah di masyarakat. Dikarenakan sampah elektronik rumah tangga dari bank sampah hampir selalu ada di setiap penimbangan. Pengetahuan pekerja di lapak sangatlah minim untuk memastikan apakah barang – barang rongsok itu masih bisa berfungsi jika diperbaiki ataukah harus disalurkan untuk didaur ulang. Oleh karena itu, SampahQu bermaksud mendirikan bengkel kecil di lapaknya untuk pengelolaan sampah elektronik dari rumah tangga, yang dimana akan mencoba mengajak orang muda di sekitar lapak dan partisipan jejaring SampahQu, untuk ikut dalam aktivitas ini, dengan harapan sebagai salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan kepedulian lingkungan kepada mereka. Solusi yang ditawarkan tim PKM kepada SampahQu Bp Posma adalah membuat suatu kegiatan pendekatan kepada para partisipan untuk membangun motivasi internal mereka lebih dulu, bahwa sampah punya nilai yang tinggi kalau bisa dikelola dengan benar, sekaligus mendukung program reuse dan recovery, dengan melakukan transfer knowledge nilai barang rongsokan. Kegiatan ini direalisasikan dalam bentuk program kelas bengkel SampahQu.
