Abstract

Menghadapi kehidupan dunia digital yang kompleks, perempuan di organisasi ‘aisyiyah diharapkan mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi serta memiliki keterampilan digital untuk dakwah dan dalam mengelola organisasi. Masih banyak pimpinan ‘aisyiyah yang belum memiliki kemampuan digital, khususnya para pimpinan ‘Aisyiyah yang berada di cabang dan ranting. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan organisasi di era digital dan dakwah digital pada Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah tentang pengelolaan organisasi di era digital, dan pelatihan digital dakwah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi budaya digital pada pimpinan cabang ‘Aisyiyah kabupaten Banyumas. Pelatihan terdiri dari membuat leaflet menggunakan aplikasi Canva, membuat channel dan live youtube. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan pada Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah di kabupaten Banyumas tentang pengelolaan organisasi di era digital yang ditunjukkan dari hasil pre-test (M = 9,94) dan post-test (M = 12,54). Selain pengetahuan peserta yang meningkat, ketrampilan peserta dalam membuat leaflet dan live youtube juga terjadi peningkatan, yang awalnya 10 peserta (77%) belum dapat menggunakan aplikasi canva setelah diberikan pelatihan meningkat menjadi 45 peserta (80%) sudah bisa menggunakan aplikasi canva untuk membuat leaflet. Sedangkan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat channel youtube dan live youtube yang awalnya 92% peserta belum bisa, setelah dilakukan pelatihan sebanyak 76% peserta sudah memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat channel dan live youtube.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and work-life balance on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. The study population consists of 209 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in 109 respondents who participated. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS version 4.0. The tests conducted include the Outer Model test; convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability tests. The Inner Model test includes hypothesis testing, r-square (R2), and goodness of fit. The Outer Model test is used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The Inner Model test is used to examine the relationships between the research constructs. Hypothesis testing is used to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership style and teamwork have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. These findings are expected to provide insights for the management of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto in improving employee performance through the development of appropriate policies. ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kerjasama tim, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 209 karyawan, dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga tidak seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dan diperoleh 109 responden yang berpartisipasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat Smart PLS versi 4.0. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji Outer Model; confergent validity, discriminant validity, uji reliabilitas. Inner Model; uji hipotesis. r-square r2, goodness of fit. Uji outer model digunakan untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian. Uji inner model digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara konstruk penelitian. Uji hipotesis digunakan untuk menentukan signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim secara parsial memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan kebijakan yang tepat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, competence, compensation, workload, and work discipline on employee performance in the S2P Cilacap environment. The data collection method used convenience sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire which was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS version 3.2. Testing results show that compensation, work discipline, and workload have a positive effect on employee performance, but competence and motivation have no effect. However, this study has limitations due to its focus on one location and limited sample size. The results of the analysis show that 86.8% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the factors studied, while the remaining 13.2% are other variables such as self-efficacy, organizational culture, and work environment, as well as expanding the scope of research locations, by conducting research This is expected to provide benefits for the company.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate the effect among job satisfaction, organizational culture, and employee performance at hospital, involving the entire staff of the hospital. Through the application of a Non-probability technique, specifically employing the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 105 respondents who met specific criteria was selected. The data collection process entailed the distribution of a questionnaire. The purposive sampling method was deliberately utilized to guarantee that participants fulfilled predetermined criteria. The analysis of the collected data employed Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis reveal that job satisfaction significantly and positively impacts employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture is determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline is recognized as having a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research has respondents who are dominated by employees with civil servant status, the age of the respondents is dominated by the age range ≥ 10 years. Employees who have an educational history of up to a bachelor's degree also dominate the respondents, and employees who have worked for ≥ 10 years also dominate the respondents. In this study, studyers tested the influence of the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Environmental Service of the Environmental Service of Purbalinga Regency and Banyumas Regency. A good work environment will improve employee performance in both agencies. With operational discipline, agency goals will be achieved more quickly and employee performance will increase. Then, effective interpersonal communication will increase work morale and ensure employee performance leads to maximum results. Apart from the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication also have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

The SME sector experienced a decline in financial performance during the pandemic. In addition, there are changes in SME owners' financial behavior, which impact financial decision-making. The financial behavior of SME owners can be seen in risk attitudes, mental accounting, and overconfidence. This study explores the relationship between risk attitudes, mental accounting, and overconfidence in investment and financing decisions. This study took the population of UKM owners in Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia.. The sample used in the study amounted to 116 SME owners. The results provide empirical evidence that risk attitudes and mental accounting have not significantly influenced investment decisions. Overconfidence can improve the investment decisions of SME owners. The results of the study confirm that lower-risk attitudes will have an impact on enhancing financing decisions. A high level of mental accounting will result in better financing decisions. Overconfidence does not influence financing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors of governmental and non-governmental governance that influence FDI in ASEAN countries, with a research sample from 2005 to 2023. The factors of governmental governance are represented by the rule of law, government effectiveness, and regulatory quality. This study uses quantitative research. Quantitative data was obtained using secondary data in the form of Governance Data documentation from the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) from the World Bank. FDI Data is in the form of FDI flow data from World Development Indicators (WDI), UNCTAD, and national investment agencies (BKPM for Indonesia). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using STATA17. The results of the study show that regulatory quality and inflation have a positive effect on FDI. Meanwhile, the factors of rule of law, government effectiveness, and GDP have no effect on FDI. The contribution of this study is to serve as a practical guide for the government and policymakers in designing strategic programs for the quality of government regulations and inflation stability policies in order to attract FDI to Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the free shipping program (X1), live streaming (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform. The method used was quantitative by distributing questionnaires filled in by 110 respondents in the Purwokerto area, but only 103 respondents met the criteria. The results of the analysis show that the three variables The validity and reliability test states that the questionnaire instrument used has a good level of validity and reliability. The coefficient of determination test shows that the three X variables are able to contribute 43.1% to variable Y in the TikTok Shop. The research results are consistent with the theory which states that the free shipping program variables (X1), live streaming (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) are important factors that influence the purchasing decision variable (Y).
