Abstract

Sharia Venture Capital as an alternative financing institution for Muslim entrepreneurs through a systematic approach can develop and mobilize its members to benefit from sharia-based financing opportunities. The purpose of this research is as a financial institution that can provide funding that is the basis for economic growth and development, through venture business capital and capital participation in certain businesses or projects with musharakah or mudharabah contracts depending on the amount of capital deposited. This paper uses a literature study on the Sharia Venture Capital model to see a more appropriate financing model in economic growth and its opportunities and challenges. The result of this study is that the existence of Sharia Venture Capital companies is very urgent in terms of innovation, it is also necessary to pay attention to socialization about Sharia Venture Capital so that Sharia Venture Capital can develop according to the purpose of its establishment. Venture capital in its business runs an investment process starting from the entry of investors by forming a pool of funds, the financing process at the Business Partner Company (PPU) until the withdrawal process of the participation. Venture capital has the characteristics of long-term financial assistance but is not permanent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Profitability, as measured by Return on Asset (ROA), the effect of Liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR) and Asset Structure, as measured by (SA) on debt policy as measured by Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) in Basic Material Sub-Sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023 (Case Study on 28 Basic Material Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The technique used in this study uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with Stata14 software. The results of the study show that simultaneously there is an influence of the independent variables Profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR), and Asset Structure (SA) on Debt Policy (DER) in Basic Material Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023. While partially shows that there is a negative and significant influence of the Profitability variable on Debt Policy, while the liquidity and asset structure variables do not affect debt policy in Basic Material Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance, and overconfidence on investment understanding in the capital market. In this research, the method used is quantitative with an associative problem formulation, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the t-statistic value for the financial literacy variable is 2.584 > 1.989 and the p-values value is 0.012 < 0.05. Risk tolerance has a t-statistic value of 3.301 > 1.989 and a p-values value of 0.001 < 0.05, while the overconfidence variable has a t-statistic value of 0.541 < 1.989 and a p-values value of 0.590 > 0.05. It can be concluded that financial literacy and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment understanding in the capital market. The overconfidence variable has no effect on investment understanding in the capital market. The risk tolerance variable is the most dominant in influencing investment understanding in the capital market, so the higher a person's risk tolerance, the higher their investment understanding. The novelty of this research lies in the measurement of the dependent variable investment understanding. The use of this variable provides a new perspective in understanding the factors that influence individual investment behavior in the investment world.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini teknologi dalam pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan internet berupa digital marketing merupakan metode yang harus dipahami dalam bisnis saat ini. Internet sudah mulai dikenal dan digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat termasuk di dalamnya para pengusaha UMKM di daerah. Namun kurangnya wawasan dan edukasi bagi para pengusaha UMKM menyebabkan tidak optimalnya penggunaan internet dalam mendukung proses bisnis guna meningkatkan laba yang akan diraih oleh pelaku UMKM. Digital marketing, yang merupakan salah satu usaha untuk memasarkan atau mempromosikan sebuah produk melalui media internet agar bisa menjangkau dan menarik konsumen maupun calon konsumen dengan cepat. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pemasaran Digital Produk usaha Mikro kecil  dan menengah UMKM bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan penggunaan teknologi digital bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kebonratu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Kebonratu untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that business actors in buying and selling online often provide unclear information. This research is a library research on consumer legal protection in online buying and selling according to Law No. 8 of 1999 and consumer protection in online buying and selling according to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law and comparison of consumer protection in online buying and selling according to UUPK and KHES. The results showed that, Legal protection of consumers in online buying and selling according to Law No. 8 of 1999 is not fully realized, because many consumer rights are violated by online business actors. Violated consumer rights are contained in GCPL Article 4, Article 7, Article 8, Article 17, Article 19. The legal protection of consumers in online buying and selling based on the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law is the provision of protection in the form of khiyar rights (cancel or continue the sale and purchase contract). The similarity of consumer legal protection in online buying and selling according to GCPL and KHES is that they must provide correct, clear, and honest information about the conditions and guarantees of goods and / or services. While the difference in consumer protection in online buying and selling according to GCPL and KHES is that according to GCPL, administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions are imposed; in KHES, consumers are given the right to khiyar (cancel or continue the contract) in online buying and selling.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the hospitality industry has changed the way hotels provide services to guests, especially through the use of technologies such as self check-in, mobile applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) based systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience on guest satisfaction and loyalty in digital service-based hotels. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with hotel managers, questionnaires to licensed employees, and observations of guest behavior at two digital hotels in Jakarta and Bali. The results show that a positive customer experience, characterized by ease of access, speed of service, and technological convenience, contributes greatly to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, high satisfaction drives loyalty in the form of return intentions and recommendations to others. However, human interaction is still required to maintain a balance between digital efficiency and emotional comfort. This research emphasizes the importance of integrative strategies in technology

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to get the desired stock returns by carrying out your own analysis of stock trading behavior, or by using the tools provided by analysis in the capital market. Information that can be used as a benchmark for the level of stock returns of the companies studied is the current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover. The population in this study were 13 banking sub-sector companies registered on the IDX in 2018-2022. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the current ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns. Return on assets has no and significant effect on stock returns, debt to equity ratio has a positive and not significant effect on stock returns and total asset turnover has a positive and not significant effect on stock returns

Abstract

Companies that issue their shares on the stock market are required to submit annual reports; however, many businesses, primarily dominated by property companies, are delayed in publication due to audit postponements. The study aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, solvency, and liquidity on audit delay and to identify the factor with the greatest impact. The results indicate that company size, profitability, solvency, and liquidity collectively have a significant effect on audit delay; however, company size and profitability do not have a significant partial effect on audit delay. On the other hand, solvency and liquidity significantly affect audit delay in companies within the property and real estate subsector. The most influential factor on audit delay is liquidity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze student user experience on the Satya Wacana Information System (SIASAT) using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). UEQ is a measurement method from the aspect of its use and the aspect of the experience, including a compressive impression using a questionnaire scale. The UEQ has 26 questions that must be filled out by respondents, where the questions cover 6 aspects, including attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The UEQ questionnaire in this study used data from 54 active SWCU student respondents who understood the use of the Satya Wacana Academic Information System (SIASAT) well. The final results of the tests carried out obtained data for the scale of attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation to get a normal evaluation category. Meanwhile, the novelty scale gets a negative evaluation category and the perspicuity scale gets a positive evaluation category. Then for the results of the benchmark evaluation, the majority got the Bad category which includes a scale of attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Only one scale that gets the Above Average category (Good Enough) is perspicuity.

Abstract

Advances in technology and the growth of e-commerce have generated a large amount of user sentiment data, which can be leveraged to improve user experience. Shopee is an e-commerce platform in Indonesia that allows users to buy and sell various products online. Through the Shopee app, users can find a variety of products ranging from clothing, electronics, cosmetics, household needs, to food. However, sentiment data analysis is often constrained by data complexity and the low accuracy of conventional models. This research aims to improve accuracy in Shopee app users by applying Neural Network algorithm. Evaluation of application user sentiment is important for e-commerce companies, such as Shopee, because it provides an overview of user satisfaction and experience with the services offered. In this research, the Neural Network algorithm is used to process sentiment data by optimizing parameters to improve the optimal parameters, including the best K value that can improve model performance. Experimental results show that the best K value is 2, with model accuracy reaching 95.08%. To further measure effectiveness, recall and precision values were calculated for positive and negative categories. The recall result for positive sentiment reached 98.77%, while for negative sentiment it was 93.33%. In addition, the precision for the positive category was 93.73% and for the negative category was 93.33%.
