Abstract

Sharia Venture Capital as an alternative financing institution for Muslim entrepreneurs through a systematic approach can develop and mobilize its members to benefit from sharia-based financing opportunities. The purpose of this research is as a financial institution that can provide funding that is the basis for economic growth and development, through venture business capital and capital participation in certain businesses or projects with musharakah or mudharabah contracts depending on the amount of capital deposited. This paper uses a literature study on the Sharia Venture Capital model to see a more appropriate financing model in economic growth and its opportunities and challenges. The result of this study is that the existence of Sharia Venture Capital companies is very urgent in terms of innovation, it is also necessary to pay attention to socialization about Sharia Venture Capital so that Sharia Venture Capital can develop according to the purpose of its establishment. Venture capital in its business runs an investment process starting from the entry of investors by forming a pool of funds, the financing process at the Business Partner Company (PPU) until the withdrawal process of the participation. Venture capital has the characteristics of long-term financial assistance but is not permanent.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of the Al-Faqih Region offered by Khomeini during the Iranian revolution on February 11th 1979, as an ideal form in restoring the role of the faqih to hold power and as a Shia political system and its implementation in state leadership amid world politics. Khomeini explicitly said that the priests are obliged to guide the people after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, the priests have the character of ma'shum. Wilayat-i Faqih articulated Imam Khomeini's essential ideas about the state and its aims. This concept is a normative principle that these powers (or functions) should not be delegated to the same person to prevent abuse of power by the parties involved power. Likewise, the Wilayat-i Faqih concept developed by Imam Khomeini divides the power of implementing Islamic governance into three state institutions, namely the executive, legislative, and judicial institutions. The executive and judicial powers are in the hands of the faqih who carry out the function as representatives of the priests, so the legislative power is entirely the right of God. However, according to Khomeini in the concept of Wilayat-i Faqih, only the faqih holds the highest authority, all power comes from his position as the highest mujtahid who has the greatest authority in interpreting legal sources.

Abstract

Fenomena dinasti politik di Indonesia sering memicu perdebatan, terutama terkait dampaknya terhadap demokrasi dan representasi rakyat. Media sosial, seperti X, menjadi wadah utama bagi masyarakat untuk mengekspresikan opini mereka mengenai isu ini. Namun, analisis sentimen terhadap opini publik di media sosial menghadapi tantangan, terutama karena data teks yang tidak terstruktur dan mengandung noise. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang sering muncul dalam sentimen terkait dinasti politik, mengevaluasi akurasi algoritma Naïve Bayes dalam analisis sentimen, serta menentukan teknik sampling yang paling optimal untuk meningkatkan akurasi model. Metode yang digunakan adalah Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes sebagai model klasifikasi sentimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata-kata seperti “politik,” “dinasti,” “banten,” “rakyat,” dan “keluarga” sering muncul dalam sentimen terkait dinasti politik. Teknik linear sampling memberikan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 77.78%, dengan precision 76.19% dan recall 84.21%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa distribusi data yang seimbang dan teknik sampling yang tepat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa model.

Abstract

Advances in technology and the growth of e-commerce have generated a large amount of user sentiment data, which can be leveraged to improve user experience. Shopee is an e-commerce platform in Indonesia that allows users to buy and sell various products online. Through the Shopee app, users can find a variety of products ranging from clothing, electronics, cosmetics, household needs, to food. However, sentiment data analysis is often constrained by data complexity and the low accuracy of conventional models. This research aims to improve accuracy in Shopee app users by applying Neural Network algorithm. Evaluation of application user sentiment is important for e-commerce companies, such as Shopee, because it provides an overview of user satisfaction and experience with the services offered. In this research, the Neural Network algorithm is used to process sentiment data by optimizing parameters to improve the optimal parameters, including the best K value that can improve model performance. Experimental results show that the best K value is 2, with model accuracy reaching 95.08%. To further measure effectiveness, recall and precision values were calculated for positive and negative categories. The recall result for positive sentiment reached 98.77%, while for negative sentiment it was 93.33%. In addition, the precision for the positive category was 93.73% and for the negative category was 93.33%.

Abstract

The issue of marriage with the Kitabiyya is an issue in which the jurists differed in their fatwas across different ages. The reason for their disagreement was their differing view of the issue based on the two matters. First: Understand the evidences from Qur’an and sunnah on which the case is based. Second: Putting the understanding of these evidences in the light of social conditions. Among the hypotheses of this research are, firstly, some fiqh experts have a fatwa about the permissibility of marrying a Kitabiyah based on the original law stated in the Qur'anic text, but they also mention their tendency for marriage to a Kitabiyah not to be carried out by a Muslim. Second, some fiqh experts have a fatwa about the detestable (karahah) of marriage with the Kitabiyah because of the difference between the conditions of the Muslims and ahl kitab today and the situation of Muslims and Ahl al-Kitab at the time when marriage was permitted by the Qur'an. The third: Some of fiqh experts issue a fatwa while it is permissible and while it is forbidden according to the evidence that coincides with marriage with kitabiyah, and the jurists did not forbid marriage with the Book absolutely because there are verses in the Koran that clearly allow it. Fourth, The difference in opinion on the fatwa of the fiqh experts on this issue is due to their different point of view on the legal basis of the matter, and the way they put their understanding in their condition when issuing the fatwa. fifth, The negative impact of allowing marriage with the Kitabiyah is more than the positive impact of it.

Produsk Pendidikan tinggi Islam harus siap menjadi manusia yang potensials untuk membangun bangsa dan menyiakan dirinaya menghadapi tantangan yang semakin komples di era kini. Produks Pendidikan tinggi Islam diharapkan bukan saja memiliki pengetahuan tinggi, tetapi juga memiliki karakter baik seperti karakter pembelajar, rasa ingin tau yang tinggi, jujur, disiplin tanggungjawab memiliki patriotism berbangsa untuk negaranya. Penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dokumen dan lainnya.

Abstract

Pencatatan keuangan sangatlah penting bagi entitas manapun, baik pada tingkat korporasi maupun UMKM.  Pencatatan keuangan berguna untuk memberikan data-data keuangan yang akurat yang akan dipakai dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan.  Selain pencatatan keuangan, marketing, terutama digital marketing, juga krusial dalam meningkatkan jumlah penjualan.  Keterjangkauannya luas sehingga dapat menarik konsumen dari berbagai kalangan demografis.  Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan UMKM Martabak Top Jakarta dari segi pencatatan keuangan dan digital marketing.  Tim pendamping memberikan pendampingan dengan memberikan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan melalui aplikasi Kasir Pintar.  Pendampingan digital marketing juga dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan penilaian Martabak Top Jakarta dan memberikan foto lokasi, foto menu, foto bagian depan, dan foto proses pembuatan di Google Maps serta membuat poster digital dan mempublikasikannya di media sosial.  Hasil kegiatan ini, pelaku UMKM Martabak Top Jakarta lebih memahami urgensi pencatatan keuangan. Pelaku UMKM juga menilai aplikasi Kasir Pintar mudah dimengerti cara pemakaiannya. Selain itu, penilaian  Martabak Top Jakarta di Google Maps juga meningkat dan diberikan foto-foto yang relevan. Poster digital juga dibuatkan dan dipublikasikan ke akun Instagram daerah Antapani, yakni @antapanihits, sehingga eksposur digital Martabak Top Jakarta meningkat. Agar manfaat pendampingan ini efektif secara terus-menerus, Martabak Top Jakarta perlu menggunakan teknologi yang telah diterapkan dan terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan digital.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of technological innovation on budgeting management in banking institutions. In the digital era, the development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in the way banks operate and plan budgets. Through a literature study approach, this study identifies various technological innovations, such as cloud-based data management systems, big data analytics, and process automation, which have improved efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the budgeting process. Although these innovations offer many benefits, challenges such as data security, employee training needs, and changes in organizational culture remain major concerns. This study concludes that in order to optimally utilize technology, banking institutions need to develop a comprehensive strategy that focuses not only on the application of technology, but also on managerial aspects and organizational culture.

Abstract

Kedai Bunsigjib is one of the many shops in the city of Cirebon that sells Korean food and drinks. Every day, there are sales transactions at Kedai Bunsigjib. Sometimes consumers don't just buy one food or drink, but two or more foods or drinks in one transaction. The recording of transactions is still limited to documentation and has not been used, only allowed to pile up by Kedai Bunsigjib. Transaction data is also related to spending patterns but has not been utilized by Kedai Bunsigjib. Whereas shopping patterns can be used to increase sales and speed up the service process at Kedai Bunsigjib. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern (rules) of consumer shopping associations at Kedai Bunsigjib using the FP-Growth Algorithm. The association method includes the FP-Growth Algorithm. The data used is data obtained from the Bunsigjib shop. The dataset is a history of food and beverage orders. Furthermore, the association of the dataset is carried out. Then the pattern of association rules is evaluated using the Lift Ratio. So the results obtained are that there are 2 valid itemsets based on the accuracy of the lift ratio which states that the itemset is valid if > 1, which is a high possibility if consumers will buy Lemon Tea first, they will buy Regular Tteokpeokki with 90% support and 10.9% confidence , and if consumers want to buy Regular Tteokpeokki first then buy Lemon Tea with 90% Support and 13.1% Confidence.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the leading causes of serious health complications. Therefore, it is crucial to predict hypertension risks early to take preventive measures. This study aims to compare the accuracy of two machine learning algorithms, Random Forest and Naïve Bayes, in predicting hypertension risks using a dataset containing information about factors affecting health. Both algorithms were applied to classify patient data into two categories: high hypertension risk and low hypertension risk. Based on testing using evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, the results showed that the Random Forest algorithm performed better than Naïve Bayes, with higher accuracy and more consistent performance. This finding can be used as a reference for the development of a decision support system for early hypertension detection in the community.
